Removed the cutting effect from Raiton Overdrive.

Moved some stat points around since I was made aware that speed > endurance was really dangerous for my character.

Removed the "(7 stats purchased)" completely. That second post was only created because I accidentally hit "quote" instead of "edit" and didn't realize my mistake till it was too late, so somebody could delete that if they wanted.
