I've added another chapter which addresses Shuryō and the role to be played involving Kirigakure no sato, within Mizu no kuni.

I've adjusted Shuryō to have a chakra pool parameter of five [5] so that in order for him to retain two D rank techniques. This makes the statement of two ryo remaining true and not false.
