why would it need an ability? theres no rules on what needs to be done to have custom elemental iijutsu, period. just for regular iijutsu. done by regular means.

Okay so normally to create custom iijutsu you have to be a ninjutsu specialist.

To create custom super-element jutsu you have to be an elemental specialist.

Can you be an elemental specialist and create custom super-element-based iijutsu? For example: Chitoniijutsu

Do Extensions and Supers count as elements for the sake of the extra concentrations granted by Elemental Specialists?
