For the equipment if you're going upwards you would be capped by flight rules, there should be some note of that. Also I'm fairly certain it needs a static speed rather than going off of the user's own.

I'm gonna have to say that you can't make the durability adjust depending on the wearer, it needs to be a static number. Also does this armor apply the defensive bonus? If so you're going to need to pay extra for that.
