Well, to start, lower the ranges on it. They don't all need to follow the same range, as a much closer amount would be fine.

For your weapon, you won't be able to do +3 and then -3 to a stat you don't have at that number, meaning this won't be able to take effect on ou.

Also, for your taijutsu styles, you need to put in their required concentrations.
