Shadows Dream <- I feel like this would need to follow clone rules if it's using the owner's stats and jutsu. In which case it would need to remain with a certain distance of Chikara and take a good bit of chakra to maintain while 'active'

For the equipment if you're going upwards you would be capped by flight rules, there should be some note of that. Also I'm fairly certain it needs a static speed rather than going off of the user's own.
