Bringing this back to life now that I have authority to do anything about it ;D

Does anybody not agree with making it so the weapons aren't village locked? Once they're lost, they're just relotto'd in general again.

I think we shouldn't make any hard or fast rule about it. Let's just say that if you have a good enough story and the mod feels the difficulty is adequate, you're allowed to do it. This could result in increasing the rank of the PB, adding threads or requiring storytellers.

Yes, so long as you're not doing the shadow manipulations like the Nara, then you can create your own jutsu that do some shadow manipulation

Is this only for the sensation of touch? When you phase into something, you'll only be able to feel what it feels literally? Or will you be extending your sense of smell/hearing/taste through it?

Even with what I have to discuss with PR, that's definitely a negatory.

Your perm summon will just look like your regular summon minified. You can make it look chibi if you like, but it'll just be like your regular summon in appearance. We'll be putting up exact size limits soon

don't forget to tell them it takes 500 words less per training this month
