Spade
[Who needs to care in a world without rules?]

Hair: Spade's hair is now long, reaching to his shoulders in front, and halfway down his back. It has become faded blue now, not as light as it was when he was younger. At the top of his head, where his hair line is, the hair is parted to the sides to let Spade's eyes see. Even with this, it will still occasionally go in his eyes. Also, his hair is only spiked at the end, now it flows more.
Eyes: Gray
Physical Features: A physically fit build, with noticeable muscles and an overall athletic and strong appearance. Spade owns a mean six pack, but has an overall lean build. He is fair to look upon, with a clean complexion that doesn't dirty his appearance. His skin is not pale but he is far from being the darkest man alive. All along his arms and his torso are permanent burn marks, scars from his removal of every single tattoo on his body. They are somewhat noticeable, but are no different from the burns on his hands. His face has a slight scar on the left side of his chin, which is deep and obvious to the public around him. Besides that, he has noticeable bags under his eyes, from days of not sleeping.
Clothing/Accessories: After leaving the organization behind, Spade switched back to his old attire that he wore. His suit attire consists of a long black jacket, which is the same as his original, being open in the middle, and the inside full of many pockets which may hold random objects. This is a dark grey, and has sleeves that reach to his palm. The rest of the jacket extends to the bottom of his feet. Under this is a long-sleeved white dress shirt, which has a gold-colored tie to keep the collar together. Above this is a satin red vest, that is black laced and stitched together in the middle. When his jacket is off, Spade keeps his shirt sleeves rolled up to his elbows. For pants, he has a slightly large pair of black pants, which are equipped with many pockets to hold items. These are strong, and don't tear easily. For shoes, he wears a pair of grey boots. Over his eyes, he has aviator shades that block his eyes completely. Both his arms and hands are wrapped in bandages, with his fingers being free to move around.
For relaxation, Spade wears a much simpler attire. He has a grey robe, which is parted until his midchest, and covers over his entire body. This robe has sleeves that go to Spade's wrists, and is very comfortable. He has a matching grey robe pants, which have slots for his legs, and reach to the ground. On his feet are sandals, with no socks. He has no other equipment on him at this point.
When not in use, either of these articles are stored in his briefcase.
Forehead Protector: This is sewed onto the inside of Spade’s jacket, and goes over his heart. The symbol for Iwagakure is crossed with a line over it. The outward way of the protector hits against Spade’s heart.
Personality: Spade is one of those fellows that you normally meet on a road, and offers to play a game. He is a big gambler, but takes the dealer approach. He is quite friendly to anyone he meets, trying to get them hooked on playing a game. Though, even with a friendly attitude, he can be a dick. He typically plays a fair game, though cheats at random times when he wants to have fun. For games he’ll play, it is anything. Whether it is guess the cup or blackjack, Spade is up for any game that he can make a profit off of. But as his name implies, he likes to play blackjack. He uses any means for attempting to piss off the other party, as it can throw them off. He doesn’t mind cheating, as it is a fair strategy to employ. Spade hates losing, and usually blows something up when he does.
Spade is pretty malicious as a person. He is a fan of murder, and can easily commit it without a problem. Spade does not care about anything living or dead, and has an obsession with chaos and destruction. He sees the world from an anarchist’s view, believing that everybody should have the freedom to do what they want when they want. These ideals were built from his complete freedom on the road of the Minor countries. From seeing the outside world, he can get quite bloodthirsty. Overall, he is usually always grinning, having a ball whether he’s blowing someone up or stabbing them repeatedly. He loves explosions, destruction, and fire. He can joke about anything, having no conscious at all. His jokes are usually of any kind, even if they are bad. He takes pride in his skill, and himself. This pride drives him forward, allowing him to live day to day. Spade acts cocky at all times, and can let his belief about his skill get to his head. He sees himself as a king, high and mighty and above everyone else. When referring to his full title, he always means King of Spades, even if he only uses Spade as the name. Very disrespectful, Spade basically dislikes all authority, and has only truly respected one person in his life. Arrogant about his power, he usually wastes no time in showing it off. It is rare to see him serious, unless something extreme has come up, or he is working on a mission.

Equipment:
*A sabre that is 5 feet long with a sharp cutting edge. It has no special abilities or effects. It rests strapped behind Spade’s back, covered by his jacket. The hilt somewhat sticks out from his coat, but usually stays hidden. On the blade are random kanji letters, all which mean the word, nothing.
*5 packs of oil slicked cards. Every card in the deck has highly flammable oil spread all over the card. Two packs are held in his pants pockets on separate sides. The other three are in various pockets in Spade's jacket, and are all held separately from each other. These cards easily shoot out when thrown and are very useful. (This is standard poker card size which is 2½in × 3½in; 63 mm × 88 mm and has 52 cards per deck.) These cards are treated with a katon flame retardant, and do not burn/melt from the fire.
*6 explosive die, all with seals on the inside that explode when the proper jutsu is done. These are regular die looking, except for the inside with an explosive. These are held in one of his pockets of his pants. Explosion is equal to that of an exploding tag.
*12 completely normal dice, which are held in his right pocket. These are black and white and don't look special at all.
*Nine special Joker cards. These cards have an explosive seal that is hidden in the coloring of the joker. This joker will explode just like an exploding tag. These are held in a pocket on his left side on his pants. Explosion is equal to that of an exploding tag. The cards are specially treated with a katon flame retardant, and do not burn or melt as easily in fire as regular cards do.
*Five sets of untouched cards without a special ability, taken from his briefcase, and held in five separate holsters on his left leg and right leg, all of which are easily unlocked when forced. There are three holsters going down his right leg, tied around, and then the other two are on the other side. (This is standard poker card size which is 2½in × 3½in; 63 mm × 88 mm and has 52 cards per deck).
*2 feet of coiled up wire, stored inside his briefcase.
*1 Briefcase. This is silver, and hard. This briefcase is portable.. The code to unlock it is a secret. This briefcase is held at Spade’s side, and holds all his clothes, game boards(such as Shogi, a bingo board, Go, and Chess, with their respective pieces, and also poker chips) and many other random things. With the things it holds, the briefcase is about 2ft x 2 ft. This is carried by hand.
*1 Large scroll, which is held diagonally on Spade's back. It is the size of his entire torso, and is thick enough with paper to hold multiple seals and writings. This is tied to his back with a simple brown belt that can be loosened or taken off. "スペードのキング" is written across the front of the scroll in white, which translates to "King of Spades." The scroll itself is black, with a red coating going over it.
*Konjou, Souran's dead body sealed into a very large scroll that hangs around Spade's back.
*Houkou, Reinard's dead body sealed into the same large scroll housed on Spade's back.
*A bottle of ink that holds 100mL of ink and a pen to write with.
*A large gambling table held in a scroll in his briefcase. This is 40" wide x 94" long.
*A large tent, similar to this, with two small beds, which are basically a small mattress, a comforter, and a pillow. They are a dark brown, and quite comfortable. The tent has open ends at both sides, and are held up by 2 sticks and nailed to the ground. The nailing has to be done by hand, however. These are held in a scroll that is in his briefcase.
Combat Style:
Spade is not a close-ranged fighter, and stays as either support or long range when battling. He relies on explosions and fire to keep his enemies at a distance, or throws razor fast cards to cut them and keep distance. His main tactic is to hit and explode, and uses his amazing control over chakra to constantly shoot fireballs at enemies. Knowing the exact amount of chakra to put in, he relies on this knowledge to be able to continuously fire off bullets. Overall, he has no real combat style besides sticking long range, and that is how he is.

This technique and style of jutsu is a form of fuuinjutsu that Spade will apply to an opponent’s heart. By pressing his palm and a card against a subdued opponent’s chest, Spade will transfer chakra into a seal. When all of the fuuinjutsu from the suit of hearts is placed, their organ is covered completely in black ink.

By holding a card in hand, chakra will slowly imbue into the object until it scribes a seal on the surface. After a target is subdued, Spade can slap this seal on their chest. The card will dissolve and leave an imprint on the targets heart. This is a seal to protect a variety of secrets. Then the user will say a list of things (full words). If the target attempts to communicate any of these things listed in anyway, the fuuinjutsu will detonate the [King of Hearts].

The victim will feel an intense burning pain inside their body that makes it almost impossible to concentrate. Though it isn’t fatal and leaves no real marks, Spade can utilize this torture as long as he wants, normally till they submit to his will.
Ten of Hearts [Heart Beat]

By holding a card in hand, chakra will slowly imbue into the object until it scribes a seal on the surface. After a target is subdued, Spade can slap this seal on their chest. The card will dissolve and leave an imprint on the targets heart. Used in cooperation with the [Four of Hearts], this seal will act on autopilot – scrutinizing the intentions of the heart. Maliciously working against Spades objectives will become apparent to Spade. If the heartbeat is irregular, it will warn Spade by causing a small alarm in the back of his head.

As long as this seal remains, it will suppress and hide the chakra from Spades heart fuuinjutsu. This is to keep his fuuinjutsu discreet and hidden from sensors through normal means.

By holding a card in hand, chakra will slowly imbue into the object until it scribes a seal on the surface. After a target is subdued, Spade can slap this seal on their chest. The card will dissolve and leave an imprint on the targets heart. This imprint is a bomb that can be detonated from anywhere and anytime at Spades leisure. This bomb will completely eat up the body in an instant, burning it from the inside and leaving nothing, but dust. This has the explosive capacity of 7 explosive tags.
History Ever since he was born, Spade was destined for greatness. He was born to a wealthy family, his father a briefcase company leader, and his mother was the heir to a large fortune. Usually it is in these families that a ninja is not put in, but his parents decided that after 6 children, one should be a fighter(though this decision came later.) Spade lived in a large house, where most of his siblings lived. Most. The majority of them were hard at work sending letters and writing business things. Even the little ones were messengers, though there were no butlers or maids. The family of nine bathed in luxury, while working of course. Spade was different, however.
When he was 4 his parents tried to have him go run a message to the neighbor. They were conditioning him to try and get another good runner for their company. After knocking on the door, it opened, and he saw something on the table behind the man who opened the door. The boy rushed in and took a look. There on the table was a set of playing cards, where his neighbor was playing. The boy was soon kicked out, but he delivered the package. It was from there on where he would start his career.
Years past, where he secretly crept to his neighbor’s house and watched them play cards every night. He learned everything he needed to know. Sometimes he would sneak to another place, and watch people play it there. He got caught few times, but his parents were more focused on work than his well being. But when he came to around the age of 8, it seemed that there was a ninja academy to attend. His father felt it would keep Spade out of trouble, so he enrolled the boy to become a ninja. And that is where he spent most of the years in his life developing his skills.
During his years at the academy he learned many tricks to pickpocket and get away easy. He was always caught, and tried to do cool stunts he learned. But these usually ended up in him hurting himself. Spade’s not-very-lovable parents paid not an ounce of attention to him, not really caring about him since their company was doing great and not a care in the world went to their son. Spade disliked this, and felt very out of place at his home. He started to be mean to people, to try and get his rage out. But these didn’t end well. So, he put on a good face and went through his academy years, separated from everyone. Since he was mean to kids, they stayed away. Spade got through somehow, and graduated with his great ninja headband. Though, he was two people away from dead last.
During the life of a genin, Spade learned many things with groups that he did missions with. He did missions with multiple people, not really sticking with a person. He stayed quiet, but started to learn how to control his fuuton element. He learned over time from different mentors, though he usually had the same chunin help him.
After a couple missions, Spade’s father soon felt bad for ignoring his son. So before the boy went off to do ninja things, he sat him down. He then proceeded to tell him the tale of the coy fish, to try and get him to start believing in his father again. The boy felt it was a great story, and gave him an idea. In order for him to become a dragon, he would have to climb there. And this village was in the way. So the kid took it to heart, that to succeed, he would have to leave the village.
But alas, this would have to wait. Soon he went on with his life, being a genin and doing missions. He soon came to the chunin exam, easily passing with two other teammates. After that, he became a chunin. Spade was starting to look up at things, thinking that the village was actually helping him along. But that soon ended, when the boy found out about his father.
Two weeks after the chunin became the rank, a horrible tragedy happened. This was going to come at any time, but Spade never knew. He came home one day to find both his parents extremely angry, a note to Spade, and all of his siblings hanging from the ceiling dead. The boy had no idea what the hell was going on, and read the letter. It had these words: “%$@& you mom and dad, run Kaddo before they get you!” Right as he read it, his parents were looming over him. Now he understood. All his siblings were overworked, and now his parents needed cheap work. So he put on a jolly look and walked over to the storage room of the house. Spade picked out the right briefcase for himself, and excused himself from his parents for a bit. He packed the briefcase with everything he needed away from the village, and headed back to his mother and father. Before they said anything, he swung the briefcase and smacked both of them of them on the head, knocking them out.
Now, Spade wasn’t strong, but the force of the suitcase threw them cold. He soon put it down, realizing he needed to get out of there. But first, he ran to his father’s room. He broke his prized glass and took a valuable sabre. It was in his sheath, so Spade threw it on his back. He put on a nice jacket, went back to the briefcase, picked it up, and left the house. Spade soon made his way to the village entrance.
The briefcase had no blood on it, so it just looked like a regular case. He approached the exit, and looked at his home village one last time. Before he left, a guard approached him. “Whadda think your doin’ sonny?” Spade showed his briefcase, and the guard laughed saying, “Your father should give ya a break sometime eh?” The man had no idea that Spade was the ninja of the family, not a delivery boy. So he slipped through the gate, and then went off running. He got away from the village, and started a life on the road.
It’s been nearly a year since Spade finished his life from the village. He got himself tattoos of the coy fish, still retaining the mentality of the story. He hated his father and mother, but wanted to keep the memories alive. While out on the road he got himself a nice suit, and a scroll to put his things in. He decided that fighting would be too much of a hassle, so he decided to pursue his lifelong love of gambling. He played card games with random travelers, most who did not notice he was a missing ninja. Spade loved his new life, even when hunters came he just disguised himself as a traveler and snuck with random groups. The road life was great, and that’s how he lives it now.
After living the road life for many years, he joined an organization, and became a stronger ninja. He ranked to the highest rank of notoriety, living his dream. After wearing his suit for so long, he decided to leave it behind, so that he may take pride in his great power, not in the suit that resembled his greed. Leaving the suit gave him the power to ignore the power it symbolized, and he could start a new era. Now he walked as a wanted man, going where he pleases and enjoying himself. His era of Henkou had began.
But all good things must end. The era of Henkou ended abruptly, without any real gains of feats of destruction to speak of. He cast away the robes of his old organization, and moved on. His respected leader left him, but he would still walk the earth having just as much fun. He was going to have adventures with his old partner Licht and his favorite little demon after leaving Henkou, but one night Spade got so wasted he ended up lost and without them. Still, he was on the road to having fun.
