[Ace Trainer]

The man had hair that was slicked back with grease, with two large bundles wrapped in bandage running parallel to each other on his back. Freckles dotted his grimey face, and his green eyes darted back and forth as he walked. This was definitely your target. With the sun high in the sky, it was very hot, however, the cloak he wore made it look as if he was unphased by the heat He walked down the street uncaring of any upcoming threats that could be concealing themselves in the many stores and alleyways that surrounded him.

Time to kill.

[Gabriel]

((OOC: So um, where do I start and all?))

[Ace Trainer]

{LOL. Sorryh ,I was in a rush. In the alleys, the streets, or the store, wherever you want homie }

[Gabriel]

Shiroken was destroying buildings, smashing through them and knocking them down with his great strength, bursting through walls and knocking down the supports for floors, only to dash out another wall and smash into the next building, destroying it in a similar form. Meanwhile Kuroken was hiding out in a building on the other side of the city, waiting for when his brother would need him.

Shiroken, the way he was going, would probably end up bursting out onto the street somewhere near the target.

[Ace Trainer]

The man heard the destruction in the background, but continued on his way. Uncaring what this village did with it's property and it's buidlings.

[Gabriel]

Shiroken suddenly burst out onto the street about two hundred meters in front of his target, the building he had just burst out from collapsing behind him. Kuroken was meanwhile chilling.

[Ace Trainer]

The missing ninja, seeing the destruction before him, opted to take a hard left through an alley way, the large dust cloud falling from the debris, alongside the panicking crowd resulted in a very hidden escape for the missing ninja.

However, all the destruction had garnered the attention of another threat. Three special jounin, speciality in security, naturally, had been posted to this town (being as it was the biggest town in Fang), to keep an eye on things, as part of the alliance Fang Country and Water Country had formed in past years.

"What is it?"
"A shinobi, of course. I'm seeing...Iwagakure."
"Is he doing this under order?"
"I don't see why Iwagakure would do that. It's not like fang country is a valuable asset to Kirigakure."
"Well then. Should we act?"
"I don't see why not. That's why we're here."
"You two take the lead. I'll keep an eye on things."
"Aye"

The three cloaked beings that had been sitting at a table about a mile off for this conversation clasped their hands together and shunshined off. They appeared, around 50 meters away from Shiroken, in triangle formation (two next to each other in the front, with one placed between them, in the back)

"May I ask your business?", the one on the front right called out. He was tall, skinny, and had ominous blue eyes that shone from inside the hooded cloak. No other skin could be seen. It was almost as if darkness surrounded his body, despite it being a bright day. The one of the left was far larger, nearly 7 feet in height, he had a massive build. He cloak also hid him, though not even his eyes could be seen. The darkness from the one of the right clearly spread over to him, and their tiny companion behind them. The man in the back was only about 5'5", and had a tiny frame. He clearly wasn't a close range combatant.

[Gabriel]

Shiroken took one look at them, and at the same time Kuroken did the same, and then Shiroken was spinning around running the direction he had come, Kuroken heading towards him. They had a plan to get out of this and all it would take would be some bruises on Shirokens part.

[Ace Trainer]

He was on the run, the man with blue eyes turned to the enormous one, "Go.", and he practically vanished. The enormous man moved at an unimaginable speed (10, not that unimaginable ) And rapidly closed the gap between he and Shiroken, finally passing him, and putting up a block, holding his arms out in star formation.

"You're not going anywhere.", he said between his walls.

"No need to run.", the skinny one said as they approached from behind Shiroken.

Security Wall
A-rank Ninjutsu
The user will stand between two solid masses (typically 2 walls or buildings such as an ally way) and hold their arms out. Around them, a purple barrier will form in front, and behind them, forming two walls that reach out the span of the solid masses they're between. This wall can take hits of strength equal to the users stamina, or 2 moderate strength jutsu. You cannot summon, or using any instantaneous means through this wall, which is the primary use of this technique.

Shiroken was going with the plan, heading straight for the barrier as if he didn't realize it existed only to slam right into it headfirst, bouncing off of it and ending up with a bloody nose as he hit the ground. He was of course slightly stunned which worked to his advantage as he stood back up and ran towards it again, slamming into it yet again only to bounce off like before. If nobody stopped him he would keep running into it, his sheer physical strength probably enough to break the barrier eventually.

Meanwhile Kuroken had leaped atop a few buildings, running faster and faster, leaping across the buildings at top speed, in a minute or so he would land upon one of the buildings the barrier was pushed up against and once he did he would enact the next part of his plan.

[Ace Trainer]

"There's another.", the small one stated. "ANother?", the leader replied, as the pair watched the moron pound himself into the wall repeatedly. "Yeah.....up...there.", he said, pointing up. "Oh. I guess that's me. Lemme know if you need me back if another comes.", he jumped up into the air, his cloak remained perfectly against his body as if it wasn't flying along his body in the wind. Every once in a while, he'd spit out a black liquid that would freeze in the air, giving him a mountain to continue his ascent.

Soon, he was standing the air, looking at Kuroken, "And you are...?"

The user is capable of spitting ink from their bodies in quantities large enough to use jutsu

The user is capable of using ink that is in the area (spilled ink, or destroyed creations), to make a pedastil that can float in the air, they need only make a lion symbol.

Meanwhile, the one that had made the wall groaned as the man before him continued to pound into the wall needlessly. It was beginning to give him a headache, so, he brought his hands together above his head, and clapped, causing an explosion as Shiroken hit the wall, the explosion coming from the place of impact.

Explosive Barrier
C-rank Ninjutsu
If one attempts to touch a barrier, the user can clap at any given time, causing the place of contact to eplode with the force of 3 exploding tags. This, however, destroys the barrier.

[Gabriel]

Shiroken was thrown backward from the explosion dazed and bordering on unconsciousness, his face a bloody mess as he layed down staring up into the sky with a glazed look.

Meanwhile Kuroken stopped in front of the man who had appeared on a floating black pedestal, raising an eyebrow just as he heard the explosion from below.

"My name is Kuroken, Bannin of Iwagakure."

A deception of course, but the person who stood before him was unlikely to know that, he might suspect but he wouldn't know for sure.

"As to what I am doing here as you are most likely going to ask, well right now I am searching for my brother who was trapped in a Genjutsu by an enemy Shinobi we were tracking and went on a rampage, it sounds as if you have found him, yes?"

Of course, the entire time he was speaking he was readying himself for combat, performing a technique that merely required him to concentrate.

The user is capable of increasing their strength by two points at the cost of two control. The reason for the decrease in control is because the muscle expansion and the large amount of control over the physical parts of their body decreases their ability to control their chakra output. One post of charging, lasts for five posts.

The large man stepped forward, and stood over Shiroken, ready to pounce on him if he attempted to move, "Stay put."

"Bannin, you say? That's interesting, this kind of information is usually relayed back to Kirigakure, interesting they didn't tell us they've got more power behind their lines now.", the tall skinny man smiled.

"And genjutsu! Even more interesting! My ally down there, you see him, the small one staring up at us. He's a sensor, I would have thought he'd have told me if he saw that blundering idiot down there was under a genjutsu. A shame, my own ally is withholding information from me.", he turned, as if he was about leave, but then he turned back. His cloak jumped up from around him, increasing his size doubley, making him stand at about 12 feet tall.

"Don't play me for a fool you piece of shit. You can either kindly submit yourself to arrest, or attempt to run, I don't give a flying fuck which, you're going to end up dead if you keep trying to play games with me.", his voice was a triad of depths, as if he was some sort of monster.

Ink Beast
A-rank Ninjutsu
Requiring Ink Cloak to already be active, this technique is activated through pure thought, and generally through rage. The cloak they're wearing will ground around them, doubling them in size both height and width, making them seem massive. Their strength will increase by 2, and their speed by 1, at the cost of 3 control.

Ink Cloak
C-rank Ninjutsu
The user will draw a cloak in ink, then preform a set of hand seals to put it on. This cloak can protect them from most weather conditions (except rain), and maintains their body heat rather well. It can also be used for ink jutsu.

Voice Triad
D-rank Ninjutsu
The user can make their voice a triad of voices, to increase intimidation.

Kuroken smiled and shook his head, raising an eyebrow at the man before him yet again.

"Well, I assumed it was a Genjutsu because I've never seen a Ninjutsu that caused such an effect on someone, at the very least he wasn't rampaging of his own free will. And when was the last time you got information from Kiri? If it wasn't within the past few days then I doubt that you would have heard of my attaining of rank, and last time I checked we aren't really allies, more of a non aggression pact kind of thing, meaning we are under no obligation to supply you with information on anyone who has newly attained such a high rank, yes?"

Sighing Kuroken shrugged, shaking his head.

"If you really don't believe me then I suppose I will have to submit to your arrest, but you should know there is a very dangerous man wandering this town who must be captured, whether it be by us or yourselves."

Kuroken's strength had of course become much greater than before, but he wondered if he would be capable of taking on the man who stood before him, he would stay as he was for now but if need be he would attack.

[Ace Trainer]

The man smiled smugly as his body relaxed, and the cloak fell back around his body, returning him to his normal size. "I would kindly appreciate if you would simply submit to my arrest. And I will not concern myself with whatever this threat you have stated, until I have properly disposed of this threat.", he was clearly speaking about Shiroken and Kuroken. "Now if you could turn the other direction and place your hands behind your back I would appreciate it greatly.", he said as he spat three times, holding the lion symbol, making three pedastils that would close the gap between he and the roof of the building.

[Gabriel]

Kuroken shrugged and turned around, placing his hands behind his back as he was commanded, meanwhile Shiroken was returning to full consciousness, speaking as he did.

"What the hell just happened?"

He said, staring up at the man hovering over him.

[Ace Trainer]

The man stepped forward, and placed a hand on the small of Kuroken's back, just above where he had placed his hands. Ink sopped down from the cloak, anchoring the man to the ground, "Do you comply to this arrest.", he asked, leaving his hand where it laid.

The large man loomed over Shiroken, "Stay where you are.", he commanded again. "Don't make me hurt you again."

[Gabriel]

Kuroken shrugged and spoke.

"Yes, I comply with this arrest"

Meanwhile Shiroken was still clearing his head

"What?"

[Ace Trainer]

The cloaked man nodded, and dug his fingers into Kurokens back when he complied, causing a black fuuin to form where his hand was, and etch it's way up, forming a collar around his neck out of the seal. "Go stand next to your comrade.", he commanded. Kuroken would find himself forced to leap down the building, and stand next to his brother. The cloaked man jumped back along his pedastils to the ground, where he joined his small partner. The duo walked over to their larger one that was keeping his eye on Shiroken.

"You're under arrest for the reckless endangerment and destruction of this town and it's peoples. Please place your hands behind your back.", he commanded.

Arrest Seal
C-rank Fuuinjutsu
This is a fuuinjutsu used for arresting criminals. It requires the compliance of the target to be effective. The user will ask "Do you comply to this arrest", and the target must affirm in some manner. Once they have, the user will activate the seal, causing a "collar" to form around the victim. They are free to move as they please, but if a command is given ("freeze", "come back", "place your hands behind your back") they must follow the command until told otherwise.

[Gabriel]

Shiroken blinked and stood, looking at his brother as if for instruction and Kuroken nodded. So, Shiroken did as was told, placing his hands behind his back.

[Ace Trainer]

The tall one repeated the process, guiding Shiroken's hands into the right place on his back, and placing his hands in the same place, "Do you comply to this arrest?"

[Gabriel]

Shiroken decided to test something and asked in a somewhat confused tone of voice.

"What if I don't comply?"

[Ace Trainer]

"Very simple, then I kill you.", he said with a monotone voice, obviously bored with this entire situation. "It's in your best interest to comply.", the small one stated calmly. "Do you comply to this arrest."

[Gabriel]

Shiroken took it as a good idea to comply, stating that he did comply with this arrest.

[Ace Trainer]

The same jutsu was used on Shiroken, and the small one walked out infront of them. "Stay still.", the tall one commanded to them both. They'd be frozen in their spot. The small one pulled out one kunai, and jumped up, shoving them into the jugular of Shiroken. "Watch him die.", Kuroken was commanded. His bodies would struggle in pain as the fuuinjutsu binding them forced him to remain frozen as life oozed out of his body through his neck.

Once he was dead, the small one pulled out a scroll and rolled it out next to this body. Doing a series of hand seals, and writing a seal in blood to store it.
"We'll have Kirigakure do what they'd like with this body, and this one.", he said, clearly bored as he rolled up the scroll and placed it in his pocket.

"Follow me. We're going to Kirigakure.", he commanded Kuroken.
