Personality:
Rin is a shy girl and rather quiet one. Rin is always distant to others and often doesn't speak to much. Few people know her true emotions as she was trained in a very hard and disciplined manner.She is a reserved young lady, always prim and proper. Only a few people who know her personally can read her emotions or what she is thinking, due to her rigorous training,she has only few friends and she likes to practice her jutsu in a secluded place where no one will notice her.
Although outside other see her as a strong and intimidating young girl, Rin actually lacks confidence and easily feels inadequate specially if her ability hinders her to do something great.
Due to her frail and weak health at a very young age Rin did not have many friends, that was another reason why her personality becomes so introvert that talking with her peers same age as her is very difficult for her. She loves spending time in the hospital and doing volunteer work specially during her spare time. She loves spending time with kids specially those who are sick in the hospital.

The gourd contains small amount of water which is amounting to 200 ml which can be used as a quick arsenal when needed. The gourd is tied securely around her waist.

Simple in its form yet highly effective in practice, the Oxygen Flow technique allows its users to clear obstructed airways, to perform less extensive CPR, and to give cells the oxygen they crave. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will place both over the target's chest (through the back works as well). By allowing the chakra to be channeled throughout the lungs and up through the air ways, any unseen, solid or liquid obstructions will be cleared from these passages and ejected through the mouth, allowing the patient to breathe more easily. Additionally, the hands can be placed over the heart to help oxygenate the body's cells. In this instance, users must be much more careful, as over-oxygenating cells can cause more harm than good. This technique takes the entirety of one post to perform.
*Bandage Technique

A simple yet vital medical technique, the Bandage Technique provides its users with the ability to create makeshift bandages out of any suitable material they desire. After channeling chakra into an object (such as a leaf, piece of cloth, etc.), the user is able to apply it to the wound of a patient. Once applied, the selected object will adhere to the flesh around the wound, protecting it from bacteria and other harmful foreign bodies. Users of this technique must be wary, as using an object that is dangerous or unsterilized is just as harmful as leaving it uncovered. These bandages will hold on their own for five (5) posts, but the duration can be increased by the user adding more chakra periodically.

This highly useful field technique is applied to bleeding wounds to help encourage the coagulation of the blood. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them over the bleeding wound and begin to channel chakra through it. The chakra will began to thicken the blood, causing it to clot. Wounds must be dealt with one at a time, and the number of wounds that can be tended to within the three (3) posts that this technique lasts depends on their size. Small wounds take very little time to clot, while moderate wounds take one (1) post of concentration to clot, and large wounds take two (2) posts to clot. Although this technique stops the bleeding, the wound remains vulnerable and will require further care after this has been performed.

When traditional stitching supplies aren't available, Chakra Stitching truly shines. After performing a short set of handseals, the user will gently place his/her index finger at the base of the patient's wound. Once this is done, the user will lift his/her finger and touch it to the other side of the wound, causing a visible 'stitch' of chakra to appear. This is repeated until the wound has been pulled together. Although precision is key, this technique can still be performed relatively quickly. Small to moderate wounds take very little time to stitch, while large wounds will take one (1) post of work to mend. This technique lasts for four (4) posts.

Perhaps one of the most important Iijutsu techniques to date, the Medical Diagnosis Technique allows its users to probe another's body in search for medical answers. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will begin to channel it into the patient's body. Using this chakra as an internal extension of his/her hand to feel for abnormalities and other issues, the user is often able to determine the problem after some time and concentration. In order for a thorough examination to provide sufficient answers, the user will focus for up to one (1) post, seeking signs of internal and external damage, organ malfunction and disease among other ailments. Although skilled medical-nin have the possibility to work faster, skill cannot be substituted in for thoroughness.
*Removal Technique

Prerequisite: Blood Clot Technique
In the event that a foreign object gets lodged into a patient's body, such as the point of shuriken or a senbon, the Removal Technique can be utilized to retrieve it. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will place them on either side of the wound in question. From here, the medical-nin will carefully manipulate the surrounding tissues by channeling chakra into them, coaxing the foreign object to the surface of the wound in order to extract it. Users of this technique are advised to analyze the severity of the wound beforehand, as more complex wounds will take longer than the one (1) post of concentration needed to extract most objects from superficial to moderate wounds. This technique should be used in conjunction with a tissue regeneration technique or the Blood Clot Technique. The Removal Technique can be held for a maximum of four (4) posts.
*Cleanse Technique
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
In the event that creating an antidote is not possible, users of this technique can still help their patient fight off toxins, infections and other foreign bodies. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will begin to channel it into the patient's body. As this chakra flows into the body, the leukocytes will react to its presence and begin to multiply rapidly. This influx of white blood cells takes one (1) post of concentration to create. Over the course of five (5) posts, the new and old leukocytes are able to fight off poisons that are C-Rank and below that have entered the body. During these final five posts, the medical-nin does not need to continuously focus chakra into the patient. It will take care of itself at this point.

Prerequisite: User's Taijutsu stat must be 5 or above
Perhaps one of the most dangerous and revered Iijutsu honed by medical-nin, the Chakra Scalpel is no precision instrument. After performing the necessary handseals, the user will begin to focus an ample amount of chakra into his/her hands. Once charged with chakra, the user will attempt to place his/her hands on the target. If the user is able to connect the entirety of his/her palm, the chakra will be released into the opponent's body, slicing tissue, organs and veins up to 4 inches from the surface in an area roughly the size of the user's hand. The skin remains unblemished by this technique, as it only causes small to moderate internal wounds. As this technique is dangerous and mostly uncontrolled, the precision needed to kill instantaneously is lost. The chakra used in this technique is highly visible when first activated and emanates from both hands for a duration of three (3) posts or until contact with the opponent is made.
*Paralysis Removal
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
This handy technique is used in cases where patients have suffered temporary paralysis somewhere throughout their bodies. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will apply them to the affected area and begin to channel chakra through the muscle tissue. As this chakra interacts with the temporarily lame muscle tissue, it will restore natural mobility to the area. Areas as large as an entire limb will take one (1) post of concentration to release, while releasing half the body from paralysis will take two (2) posts, and finally, to undo the entire body from paralysis, it takes three (3) posts of concentration. This technique is only effective on paralysis caused by jutsu or certain poisons.

History Born into a Clan with much great pride and power, Rin was the only daughter of one of the members of the Aisu clan. She was born prematurely and does she stayed longer in the hospital for her to recover quickly. Both of her parents are active member's of the clan even in the days when they were hunted down because of their bloodline ability. Although her parents hate war and violence, they have no choice but to survive and create a place where their daughter can live peacefully.
At a young age, Rin is very frail and weak. She spent most of her time with her mother which works in the town's hospital and that is the reason why at an early age Rin was enlightened with the ways of healing and helping other people recover. Few years have passed and their clan attained freedom to live peacefully, Rin grew up to be a very disciplined and well mannered young lady. From the outside people see her as cold and very calculative, yet only few know her true emotions and the way she thinks.
During her time as a genin, there was nothing special about her aside from her being a member of an Aisu clan. She doesn't have any close friend aside from the team that she belonged to. She did all the mission that was assigned to their team and during that time her teacher found out that Ri specializes in support and tracking.
It was then that she decided that the skills she gained during her genin days should be mastered and be an advantage for her. She trained hard until she reached her rank as a Chuunin. During this time she devoted herself in helping in the hospital and gradually helping the genins that are assigned to her. She wanted to be an effective and a lethal medical ninja, at this point after reaching the rank of special jounin she decided that she needs to step up and be an assest to her village.
Although she's not satisfied yet with her abilities. She wanted more, she craves for knowledge and gaining everything she can to become strong and powerful. Her journey continues with her next dream to be a member of the Head Hunter Division of Kirigakure.
