Naruto Saigen Roleplay

So I, and others as well, I'm sure, have been waiting for some of the clan revamps to be done since the overhaul. Now that we're roughly halfway through the year, it's getting a little harder to wait, and I know that people have lives and stuff that take precedence over the site so it's unfair to expect things at any certain time.

So now, I'm asking if it would be possible for a character to do a personal overhaul, temporarily give up their clan aspect in order to RP so that they can acquire points, just, and just be generally active in the ninja world, and then rejoin the clan once the revamp is complete?

IIRC (and I'm not by any means saying I do), I think there was an option for people to make a clanny or revamp one based on how they think the clan will turn out (based on the old clan), and then change the char to fit the clan properly once it had been revamped. I imagine that would help you with your problem?

Out of curiosity, what clan were you waiting on?

If I may ask, how would you want to revamp them? Just bring them up to current standards and such? Or like, full on rework?

Just bringing them up to current standards. Stat-boosting was a big part of what they were, and with the new rule changes it definitely needed to be brought up to current standards.

It may be worth talking to the current OOC as not all clans have plans to get revamps, if that's the case with Ote there is nothing stopping you from revamping them yourself however.

I asked the OOC and they told me they were on some sort of list of clans getting revamped. That being said, is it possible for the staff to put out this list? If not, to put out a list of clans that for sure aren't coming back?

As far as revamping them myself, I feel as if I don't have enough knowledge or familiarity with the system to be able to do so myself.
