Question about clans.

Is there a post that list all the clans per land or can I create a Hyugga in the Land of Water? Sorry if the question seems dumb new here.

No question is dumb, and don't be afraid to ask here or down in the chatbox at the bottom of the forum.

Each village has their own, if you look in the village you'll find the clans pinned at the top. The Hyuuga are Konoha only but there are several others to choose from.

(Also keep in mind that you can always do a Missing Ninja too)
