1. Is there a way to save post?
2. Is there a list of all the Ninjutsu Concentrations? I've only been able to find a few here and there.

Notepad or http://s1.zetaboards.com/Naruto_Saigen_RP/home/ <- there. You can also click preferences and there is a little notepad-type feature to save things there.

Unlike taijutsu concentrations, which are listed all together in the rules, ninjutsu concentrations are usually instead listed in their relevant jutsu archive - there's normally one concentration per ninjutsu style (e.g. Katon or mist styles) which means listing them all together would create a huge list! Being stored alongside their archive jutsu means they are easy to find and reference whenever needed.

For the post saving, I would recommend as Zangy has - either set up the personal 'blog' attached to your profile, or save things offline (I use notepad and Google drive for ease of access wherever I am!). Alternatively there's also an area of the forum set aside for "test threads", where you can store and try anything - this is a good place to test any post formatting too.
