Abilities of the Dosatsugan?

Ummm..so before the revamp, the Henrin were able to copy/retain Taijutsu styles; are they still able to do that?

And with that being said, because Styles are no longer concentrations; are they able to retain concentrations ([upper/lower/acrobatics], etc.)
