Where is that organization that was for missing nin (it was the akatski of this rp) that was picking up before the revamp? What are the qualifications/rules behind making an organization?

The current rules for organizations is still getting worked on. As for MN orgs, I don't think there are any currently active.

I was asking after org rules last week, as you're not the only one who has shown interest in them. As far as I am aware, Vyr has taken over the task and is now working on getting them ready :)

Edit: And I hear today that Fluffs is also helping - which means progress should be happening, with two people to push it onward!
