Body Mod

Hey everyone (or whoever reads this post)!

Just wondering about this character I have been working on. I wanted to make sure that I am not wasting my time. So essentially I am going to create a Tenma char. But really it is just going to be a demon body mod ninja from kiri. I was wondering if by giving him scaly white skin, claws on his fingertips, horns on his head, a couple sharp teeth, a third eye above his two eyes, and lastly an eye like in between the back of his neck and back of his head would be too much for a character modification at start up. I can provide the picture I basically want him to look like if that would help. Let me know what you guys think! Thanks

So...what is the question? If it's too much at start up? Probably, but, as long as it makes sense it shouldn't be an issue. You might end up using 2 ability slots for it, depending on what some of it does.
