Possible Nintai Conc?

I was having late night thoughts about a Nintai conc. This could also be refitted to be a "generalist" specialization, to where rather then focusing solely on 1-2 areas, the Shinobi evens himself out. This would allow competitive stat play, rather then Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, or Genjutsu. It's only a thought, but we have a ton of Nintai users on the site, and while it kind of defeats the purpose of having a specialization, the Concentration slots being at 8 for both would help to even it out. This way a Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, or Genjutsu user will still have the upper hand regardless.

Nintaijutsu Specialization
Having devoted their lives to balancing one's body and spirit, this shinobi is classified as a "Balanced" or a Nintaijutsu Specialist. Nintaijutsu specialists are only able to devote a total of 8 concentrations to Ninjutsu or Taijutsu, like most people who are capped at 8. However, Genjutsu is dropped to five concentrations.
To compensate, The user is able to choose any four stats NOT Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, or Taijutsu, and is able to enter the God Tier [45+] on these stats. [Strength, Speed, Control, Stamina, or Instinct]. The user is then regarded as a master of one's true self, rather then a specific Shinobi discipline.
