You guys should put under the plotboard rules that you need an NPC/Storyteller for B-Ranks and up, just to clarify it to new members.

Its all moderator discretion on what needs an NPC or not. Somethings as simple as a D-rank PB may need an NPC pending on what it is exactly.

He's referring to the fact that A and S Ranks always require a storyteller to maintain difficulty.

Nevermind, just got corrected on this. Though it would be nice if the plotboard rules were a little less vague on when storytellers are and are not required.
