"I too am a Kung Fu master okay? Watch!." Master Sing said as he hit the man on the head with the board, it splintering on the mans skull "I call this one Iron Hand- but I see you have iron head!".

General Information Age: 23
Gender: Male

Physical Features: The youngest of Soul Country's legendary four masters, Sing is a slightly gruff and dirty looking young man, though obviously fit. His years as a street rat have left him with some scars, but none greater than the scar on his chest where a man's arm once pierced through him. Since that day Master Sing has never received another scar.
  • Face/head: Sing has long black hair and brown almond-shaped eyes. He has a slightly dirty looking stubble-stache.
  • Body: Sing is muscular and lithe.
  • Notable Features: Huge scar on his chest.
Clothing/Accessories: Master sing wheres white kung fu robes with black slippers.
Personality:
  • General: Master of the Four Temple, Master Sing is perhaps the least serious of all the masters, most things being a joke to him. He is easy going in part because he never trained to be powerful, but rather happened upon his power. Regardless he is very sly and as a former troubled youth has dealt with a great dealt and grifted a variety of gangsters.
  • Hopes/Dreams: To some day find the girl who gave him a lollipop when he visited Tea country as a youth.
  • Fears: Axe Gang- he has many gambling debts still and fists do not always solve debts.
  • Combat Mentality: Sing is a wild combatant with eclectic and surprising tactics. Having defeated and fought some of the scariest evil masters of Soul Country- nothing scares him, especially if he can make it a joke. He tends to make use of everything around him to fight with improvised weaponry.

TrichobothriaThe hairs on Sing's body are extremely delicate, reacting to the slightest changes in the wind and pressure. In essence, Sing has the ability to perceive when things around him start to move, or generate any kind of wind or pressure change, allowing him to pre-recognizing incoming attacks before he can even see or hear them. The range he can feel up to is 50 meters.
Rubbery Bones Sing's bones are like rubber, allowing him to stretch is body or move in extremely odd ways that also increase his physical prowess. This also means his bones cannot be fractured or broken and that grapples are significantly harder to perform on him.
Shock Absorbant FleshSing's flesh is like rubber and dampens any kind of incoming force at an additional [Strength] strength. This dampening effect protects his internal organs and allows him to take a surprising amount of damage. Additionally, strikes equal to or less than his [Strength] "rebound" off of him, causing projectiles to ricochet and people who punch him to physically bounce back. Note: This mainly rebounds physical strikes, though within reason not all attacks are blocked by the trampoline/rubber effect, for example he is still susceptible to elemental passives.

A variation of the Act of Tree Climbing technique, this jutsu requires the user to focus a precise and balanced amount of charka into the soles of his/her feet. Users with low control 2 or lower are much more likely to fall through the surface of the water, while users with average control 3 or higher will be able to use this technique functionally. It lasts for a number of posts equal to the user's Chakra Pool.

A rather simple technique that allows the user to escape from a genjutsu. The user will form a single ram seal and focus to reset their chakra system to purge themselves of foreign chakra. The stat requirements for this technique can be found in the genjutsu rules.

D-Ranked Ninjutsu
After completing the necessary handseals, the user is able to quickly substitute his/her body with a nearby object that is at least 2/3rds his/her size, but no bigger than their body. This substitution allows the object to take the force of the attack that was meant for the user, additionally allowing the user to create distance between him/her and the opponent. The object used in this jutsu may not be objects that are imbued with chakra or controlled by it, and they may also only be single, solid objects within a 10 meter radius of the user. This technique may only be used a total of one time in a single thread, give or take how many times Shunshin no Jutsu has already been used.

Soft Paws is a bare-handed deflection technique and is used against bladed weapons. At this level, the practitioner is able to read the angles of the attacks to place the flat of their hand against the flat of the blade and push it away without getting cut by the weapon. However, prolonged use of this technique will cause the practitioner to suffer bruises on their hands.

Requirement: *Kūgāpou • Soft Paws
After using Soft Paws to slap a blade away, the practitioner will continue moving forwards while jutting out their elbow. The momentum from the target's original attack that was slapped away, coupled with the sudden defenselessness of the target after having their attack deflected, makes for a powerful counter-attack. The elbow can be aimed anywhere on the torso and above, but is usually aimed at the target's face.

D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Whenever a bladed weapon is coming towards the practitioner, they can slam their palm against the top of the blade, pushing it downwards. This can either cause the sword to miss or, if the practitioner's Strength is equal to or higher than the Strength of the attack, can force the sword into the ground. This technique only works on blades that aren't double-edged.

D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Requirement: *Kūgāpou • Down Paw
After using Down Paw to drive the opponent’s blade downward or into the ground, the practitioner will rush forward and ram their shoulder into the opponent, driving them back and away from their weapon or even taking the weapon from them outright.

D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Whenever in a situation where they can't avoid being struck, the practitioner will slightly shift their body. This slight movement allows them to cause the incoming attack to miss any vital organs and cause as little damage as possible.

C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Useful for dealing with an opponent using a short weapon, such as a kunai, knife, or dagger, the practitioner waits for the opponent to attack. Taking advantage of the small size of the weapon, the practitioner then aims a slap or a punch at the opponent's fingers, aiming to simultaneously push the weapon off its trajectory and damage or even crush the opponent's fingers.

C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
The practitioner will sidestep a weapon attack against them and attempt to disarm the opponent. They will grab and pull the weapon on a safe or dull spot before simultaneously slamming the other palm into the opponent's wrist. If the opponent has a Rigid Structure technique of equal or higher rank than this technique, they can resist being disarmed. Otherwise, the weapon is ripped from the opponent's grasp and their hand is knocked away. Their wrist will swell from the impact, making handling weapons in that hand difficult if the wrist isn't outright broken due to the practitioner having a higher Strength than the opponent.

C-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
By observing a weapon's movement through the air and having a deep understanding of weaponry in general, the practitioner is capable of predicting a weapon's trajectory. This technique is especially effective when the practitioner saw the actual moment the weapon was launched, as seeing the movement of the weapon wielder provides crucial information. If they didn't see the weapon being launched, they can still predict the trajectory to a smaller degree but are incapable of accounting for high-level taijutsu that may be applied to the weapon attack.

C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
The practitioner catches an attacking weapon with both hands and halts its momentum. Once they have stopped the motion of the attack, the practitioner will wrench their hands in a single direction to deflect the weapon or even rip the weapon out of the opponent's hands. Opponents with a higher Strength than the practitioner's Strength can resist being disarmed.

C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Ducking under an attack from either side, the practitioner lifts their off-hand just enough to touch the weapon against its side and shove it outward, adding to its momentum to either imbalance the opponent or disarm them. As the practitioner comes up from under the attack, they will aim a direct punch at the opponent's face or chest.

B-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
Requirement: *Kūgāpou • Soft Paw
When fighting multiple enemies, the user has learned to use Soft Paw as more than just an evasive technique. When a bladed weapon is incoming, they perform a very calculated Soft Paw which allows them to change the trajectory of the bladed weapon to where they desire. Meaning that they are able to not only avoid the strike, but aim it elsewhere so that it may go on to strike other people around them, or perhaps to do some other beneficial action.

When dealing with projectile weapons, the practitioner pushes their reflexes and their physical abilities to the limit. The practitioner attempts to rapidly catch the incoming projectile weapons, grabbing them where they will not hurt them. If successful, they can either keep the weapons for future use or they may simply move the weapons so that they're no longer a threat.

B-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Intercepting an opponent's weapon attack, the practitioner will catch the opponent's hands in their own, turning the direction of the weapon back towards the target and impaling them with it. Opponents with a Rigid Structure technique of equal or higher rank than this technique can resist having their weapon turned on them.

A-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Requirement: *Kūgāpou • Rapid Paw
When dealing with projectile weapons, the practitioner may use this technique as a counter or simply as a defense when there are too many projectiles to defend against with Rapid Paw. By rapidly swatting at the incoming projectiles just enough to alter their trajectories, the practitioner can defend against multiple weapons. Each time the practitioner hits these weapons, they may alter their trajectories in very specific ways, allowing them slight control over their new angles so that they may actually help the practitioner instead of hurting them.

Requirement: *Kūgāpou • Sly Paw & *Kūgāpou • Spun Fang
Having come so close to the pinnacle of the style, the practitioner has trained themselves to apply multiple techniques of Kūgāpou when fighting multiple foes. They may take up a position among multiple opponents in which they are able to push away projectiles or other weapons as they fight, reacting on instinct to stay alive. This technique also allows the practitioner to fully stop and negate weapon attacks launched at them if their Strength is equal or higher than the Strength of the attack in question.

S-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
Requirement: *Kūgāpou • Multiply Fang & *Kūgāpou • Return Fang
Having achieved the pinnacle of the style and of discipline within the style, the practitioner is able to expand on other Kūgāpou techniques. When fighting multiple opponents, they are able to position themselves to easily deflect projectiles, slap other weapons away, and with proper timing, redirect their opponents' attacks and weapons and turn them on targets the practitioner chooses, even while the opponents still hold the weapons in their own hands. A true master of the style is death even to a group of enemies that think the master is surrounded.

By winding his arm up and then releasing it, Sing can cause his fist to fly out at full speed and strength with tremendous added momentum. This extends the range of his punch up to [Endurance]/5 meters and also makes his punches more likely to overcome a strength deficit, or have better effect against equal strength targets.

A master of hijinks, Sing has an uncanny way of utilizing anything as a weapon proficiently and also easily recognizing the structural weak points, or most painful parts of any weapon... be it a plank, a sword, a pipe, or even a bicycle with no seat.

Jackhammer Punches
B-Ranked Maneuverer Taijutsu
Sing has mastered using the naturally "rebounding" effect of his rubber-like body, allowing him to localize the rebound effect to just his fist. When punching, he will tighten his wrists but leave his fist and the musculature between them loose. This causes his fist to rapidly bounce between what he strikes and his wrist, like a yo-yo. His fist can bounce up to [Endurance]/10 times before it loses so much momentum, it becomes meaningless.

The Buddha's Palm
A-Ranked Maneuver Taijutsu
Requirement: Heavenly Body Control
An extremely devastating attack, making use of the extra tension and torque granted by his rubber-like body Sing will sling-shot himself through the air at full speed at an opponent. As he flies through the air he will extend his palm. The pure power of this move itself will cause friction to light the air in front of him on fire, forming a giant 2 meter sized hand of fire in the air in front of him. On impact the "fire hand" will strike first, hitting with [Strength] strength and delivering 3rd degree burns, followed by Sing's actual hand itself for a double palm strike.

A-Ranked Discipline Taijutsu
Prequisite: 50 Willpower
Sing has trained his mind to near perfection. Fear, mental distractions, illusions, the likes do not bother him. He is extremely hard to tilt and extremely hard to effect mentally. For the most part, he can maintain focus at all times and ignore most things, only letting what he himself allows to reach is mindscape.

Requirement: Acrobatics
Sing was just a noble street rat till an evil legendary Kung Fu master beat him so bad he nearly died- in the process the beating unleashed all of the holy power in his body causing him to transcend to a Martial Master overnight. One of the things his wisdom shared was the practice of utilizing a defensive stance offensively. By utilizing quick movements aided by his rubber-like body to move with all incoming attacks rather than into them, Sing is able to effectively reduce the strength of all incoming bluntforce attacks by -9.

Physical Features: An older woman, Master Li is considered the feminine voice of the masters and it's Matriarch. She is most often caught with a cigarette in her mouth.
  • Face/head: Long black hair that has started to thin. Brown almond shaped eyes.
  • Body: Decently curvaceous, but tellingly older lacking the "lift" younger women have.
  • Notable Features: The cigarette in her mouth, are you reading carefully?
Clothing/Accessories: A white Ao Dai, red pants, black kung fu slippers.
Personality:
  • General: Master of the Four Temple, Master Li is the most aggressive of the masters. Generally annoyed and easily angered, she does not like wasting her time, especially when it could be kept on "chasing her youth" at beauty salons.
  • Hopes/Dreams: To be forever young.
  • Fears: Gong Su Fu, her predecessor. His spirit occasionally pops up in the temple to annoy her.

Smoker's Breath Master Li's breathe can be smelt from up to 90m away- the smell is very repulsive. The Holy Monk master part of this carries her disgust in energy form in her stinky breath. Those who smell it with less than her [Willpower] will become nauseous and dizzy, causing double vision. If appropriate concentrations and techniques to focus vision are present, this can be negated. (-5 CP)
Holy PowerCause she is a monk or something like that, Master Li has access to a magical holy energy that she can imbue onto any object she touches. The energy is equivalent to a flash tag but the flash effect is only seen if you are facing the incoming projectiles. This Holy Energy has a -5 Chakra Pool cost.

This will cause a mind-splitting headache for 4 posts, or as long as the senbon is lodged in their neck, though people should be careful of any bleeding that may occur when removing the senbon. While the headache is present their willpower will be debuffed by -5.

After much training and study, the practitioner no longer needs to rely on their sense of sight, instead using their other senses to locate and attack targets. This Discipline represents the practitioner's ability to launch attacks at targets that may be behind, above, to their sides, or even behind terrain without sacrificing any accuracy without having a line of sight on their opponents. This Discipline does not allow the practitioner to ignore terrain or obstructions, merely allowing them to account for those factors when aiming and launching projectiles.

The practitioner is able to launch a projectile in the direct path of an oncoming solid mass attack (i.e. Doton). If the projectile is only slightly weaker than the attack (-5 Strength or less), the attack is still partially deflected, though the practitioner must supplement their defense with other techniques or movements to fully avoid the attack. Opponents with a Perception technique equal or higher in rank may be able to see the projectiles clearly within a reasonable distance, though they'll still have to properly defend against it.

The projectiles will arc sharply down after reaching the zenith of their trajectories, each of the projectiles crossing through each other's flight paths and through each other's shadows, making it extremely difficult for opponents to determine the number of projectiles being launched and their final trajectories and targets. This technique requires an exceptional number of projectiles, consuming a number of projectiles each post equal to the practitioner's (Speed x 5), rounded down, to a maximum of 200 projectiles.

Torquing every muscle in their body, the practitioner launches a single, violently rotating projectile straight into the sky, traveling high into the sky up to a number of miles equal to the practitioner's Strength/10, rounded down, aiming for a target within a number of miles equal to the practitioner's Strength/10, rounded down, to a minimum of one mile. This projectile travels in a wide arc, retaining its Strength and Speed throughout its flight path. At the end of the next post, the projectile generates a sufficient amount of air friction to encapsulate the projectile in a volatile ball of flame. The projectile impacts its target at full Strength immediately before detonating, explosive force and flames engulfing up to a number of meters in radius around the point of impact equal to the practitioner's Strength in meters, striking at 3/4 the practitioner's Strength, rounded down.

Requirement: Heavenly Body Control
While others of her order have tried to learn this technique, only Li has mastered it. Utilizing a plain slipper, she will whip it at someone full force. The sheer power of the slipper flying through the air will cause a blade of 3 meter wide blade of wind to form that flies forth at [Strength] speed and strength, capable of decapitating people and definitely making them a few kilograms lighter.

Taking hold of 8 needles, one between each pair of fingers (and thumb!) she will cross her arms, then uncross them both in a whipping motion throwing her needles. The needles will fly forth with such tremendous power they will rip through S/T itself, suddenly disappearing, then causing bubbles of air to form 3 meters away from them in a circle around them. The needles will then reappear in a ring, then fire angled at 75 degrees from the bubble, 1 in each cardinal direction (N, NE, NW, W, SW, SE, S, E) as they rein down upon the target.

Master Li has trained her hands to be insanely steady. She has trained herself to know every possible way to use a senbon. And she has trained herself to aim with an unrivaled focus and accuracy. This all culminates in her masterpiece stance. By leaning one arm in and keeping the other arm back as a counter weight, her eyes locked on the prize she can fling senbon with ease at any target no matter how fast they move. This accuracy is so good, her senbon can hit targets as if they are moving much slower, effectively a -9 speed loss on their movements for the sake of evading this technique, unless they have a perception technique or evasion skills that would assist in avoiding this throw.

Requiring great strength and amazing tenacity this move can end most matches in a single stroke. By buckling down and pitting strength against strength the adept will attempt to grapple their opponent. Once achieved the will grab any of the limbs and repeatedly slam them against the environment or any terrain, often doing so with such speed and force as to forbid any real retaliation. The final slam is done by gripping an arm and a leg, leaping into the air, and sliding the grappled target beneath them mid leap. They will then come down full force with their feet firmly planted in their target's spine.

Relying on great speed and ferocity the adept will close the distance in a series of lightning quick bounds. Once close they will unleash a flurry of attacks with little aim, but great in number. These attacks can be made with feet, head, limbs, or any other implements they might currently have. However, this assault leaves minimal to no room for a counter attack. The most powerful aspect of this assault is it's ability to be made while their opponent is on the retreat, and the seemingly impossible angles they're able to strike while still moving forward. Such a display is taxing and can only last for a number of posts equal to (Endurance/10).

The adept can launch themselves skywards a number of yards equal to their strength. By kicking against the air with such force that they create a shockwave behind them, they can repeat these jumps off of the air itself and sustain this pseudo-flight as long as their Endurance allows. They move in arcs, always falling downwards towards the end of their arc, and 1/2 Speed.

They must focus for a full post but can sustain this stance for (Endurance/5) posts. This heat does hurt but does not travel beyond the surface layers of their body, protecting the inner tissue. While in use the user moves constantly in wide arcs, dispersing heat rapidly to prevent too much damage.

A quick sweep of the user's arms causes the friction heat from the wind alone to ignite and send a swath of flames in a 15m wide arc. These flames travel and strike at a speed equal to 3/4 the speed of the user out to a distance equal to 3/4 the user's strength in meters. It strikes with a force of 3/4 their strength out to their strength in meters in a straight line. The flames are intense enough to cause combustibles to burn instantly and cause third degree burns. The user can not do this again for 2 posts or else risk taking the full force of the burns to themselves.

If he continues to move and stays moving, this barrier can be kept up but it will drop to [Speed] strength.

By whipping his wrists forward, Oogwei will cause all the rings to link then come off his wrist, extending them up to 10 meters in range each and allowing him to hit, hook, or push things at [Strength]. After hitting their full range, the rings will spring back to him at [Strength] strength and speed.

B-Ranked Maneuver Taijutsu
By rotating his arms to cause the rings on his wrists to spin, Oogwei will block a strike from an opponent's weapon or fist. The spinning motion of the rings will cause their weapon to "glide" off his arms in the opposite direction while throwing the weapon to the side at [Strength]. If the opponent chooses to maintain grip of their weapon, they will me smashed into the ground or at the least thrown off guard. If they let go, they will be disarmed but can avoid being thrown.

Oogwei has trained his mind to near perfection. Fear, mental distractions, visual illusions, the likes do not bother him. He is extremely hard to tilt and extremely hard to effect mentally. For the most part, he can maintain focus at all times and ignore most things, only letting what he himself allows to reach is mindscape.

Requirement: [Rigid Structure]
Through discipline and training, Oogwei squares his feet in a loose way and moves with incoming blows while simultaneously hardening that specific part of his body, bracing it for impact even from sharp things. By utilizing this way of movement in his body, while in this stance, he can effectively reduce the strength of all strikes to his person by -12. This does not work against sharp things. Those with perception techniques can negate this.

A supplementary stance of the Kushou style, Folding the fan involves pulling back the user’s polarm and using only a portion of its length in order to engage briefly in shorter range with opponents. This sacrifices the user’s range advantage, but also allows them to more properly deal with those who get inside their range. This allows the use of a polearm weapon like a sword weapon.

This is the core technique of the Kushou Style. The user will begin in the Low Wind Rising stance and then approaches their opponent. Following this they will spin their polearm and their body as they follow their opponent across the battlefield, chasing them down as they block and evade. This technique takes the user’s entire post, and can strike a number of times equal to half their speed. Those who block more than one blow will suffer a -3 to Strength for 3 posts as the weapon’s momentum and force jars their body.

Prerequisite: * Kushou・The Swallow Takes Flight
The user of this technique must first launch themselves high into the air as if with The Swallow Takes Flight. They will then begin to spin and unleash a flurry of blows from above. The user is capable of performing up to three strikes in the air, each of them prolonging the user’s airtime. The Swallow Rides the Wind is useful as it maintains the advantageous high ground and all of the forward momentum toward the opponent throughout all of its blows, giving the user an effective +6 Strength and -6 Control for the three blows.

* Kushou・Bundling Straw
C-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
This technique is a kind of mental preparation for the constant movement and spinning involved in the Kushou style. This enables the user to gather snippets of vision, sounds and tactile sensory information in order to be properly aware of the battlefield around them whether standing still or in rapid circular motion. The user is effectively aware of their surroundings within 25m of their person, able to recognize when attacks are coming and the body positions of opponents.

C-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
While rare for a practitioner of Kushou-ryu to be on the defensive, this technique is designed to facilitate effective defence against other close ranged opponents. The user of this technique is constantly aware of distancing between the opponent and themselves, and therefore will aim all of their strikes to prevent the opponent from closing the gap using their long weapon. This will make it extremely difficult for those with less skill than them to get close to the user safely without somehow neutralizing the user’s weapon.

* Kushou・The River Undercuts the Bank
B-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
The user of this technique will first block an incoming strike. Then, they will almost immediately cease resisting, causing the opponent to fall forward slightly and lose their balance provided they do not possess a Perception technique of equal or greater rank. This successfully created opening allows the user to raise the lower end of their weapon to strike from inside the opponent’s guard, typically at either the groin or the chin with full strength.

B-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
The user of this technique will strike the ground with one end of their weapon hard, dragging it in a line. This will fling a cloud of dirt, rock and dust up into their opponent’s eyes as if the user had thrown it. The use of one end of their weapon in this enables the immediate return of the opposite end for a follow up strike at either a blinded opponent or an opponent that is quite predictably dodging the debris.

After either blocking an opponent’s strike or having one of their strikes blocked, the user will flick their weapon. Using their great leverage and range to their advantage, the user is able to skilfully dart their weapon around the opponent’s existing guard for a series of quick thrusts aimed at their torso.

A-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 30 Speed
The user of this technique will take a moment to prepare themselves before dashing full speed around an opponent in order to strike them from behind. The strength of this technique comes from the extreme acceleration used in it, causing those without a Perception Technique equal to or greater the user’s speed to be unable to follow the user’s movement at all. The user will then make a powerful thrust at the opponent from their new position.

The user of this technique begins a relentless onslaught upon an opponent. They take a moment to prepare their legs before dashing forward. Opponents with a speed lower than the user’s will find it difficult to safely move away from the user while they pursue them. Those that block or are hit by two or more blows will have their Strength reduced by 6 because of the jarring nature of the blows for 6 posts.

The user will open their legs in a wide stance anchoring it, and building explosive energy in their core. With all the focus of this stance going to maintaining movement that builds explosive power, they will suffer a lower willpower (-12) but gain superior strength (+12).

Prerequisite: 35 Speed, Must be Learned from the Holy City of Towers
The user will begin by thrusting at an opponent. If the blow is blocked or evaded, the user is able to perform this maneuver. The practitioner pulls back their spear at an incredible speed and strikes again. Those without a Perception Technique equal to or greater the user’s speed will be unable to detect the second blow and will see an afterimage of the first strike remaining in the place where it had struck before. If the opponent does not have a Perception technique, they will be able to strike a third time in the same manner.

When passing through someone via touch, this illusion is triggered. For the following 2 posts, the target will see after-images of any movement they see that linger for one post. The pure noise of all the after images can be a nuisance in combat.

When passing through someone via touch, this illusion is triggered. This causes the target to begin to smell rotting flesh and decaying bodies. The jutsu can cause nausea and vomiting from the target, depending on how sensitive their sense of smell is. The smell of the dead can also cause some mental stress on the target. This genjutsu lasts for three (3) posts.

C-Ranked Status Genjutsu
When passing through someone via touch, this technique is triggered.For the next three posts, the victims of this technique will feel tinges of doubt when listening to other people talk. While the doubt isn't strong, it creates a slight feeling that can be used to dissuade them from following instructions of other people if utilized properly.

When passing through someone via touch, this technique is triggered. Until the genjutsu ends the target is able to remember a lot more about their past and has a lighter barrier over their consciousness making it easier for them to spill information. This doesn’t weaken their will, however, meaning if they are aware it’s a genjutsu, they are more than capable of using Kai.

[Genjutsu • Dull Pain]
C-Ranked Status Genjutsu
When passing through someone via touch, this technique is triggered. For the next 10 posts, any pain that the target feels as if nothing really happened, effectively lessening all pain and nerve responses. The target would still be damaged, but any damage done to them would feel as though it is far less severe than it actually it, and as such they will usually overestimate their own stamina.

When passing through someone via touch, this technique is triggered. For the next 4 posts, the opponent have a fixation of disgust and hate for Airou causing them to ignore the things around them and develop tunnel vision for Airou. This is effect is much more devastating on those with low willpower however causing them to go into a frenzy like state hellbent on killing Airou.

When passing through someone via touch, this technique is triggered. For the next 4 posts, the target will have a sense of fear originating from the user and things they do. If the user takes a step forward, the target will be more inclined to take a step back, threats will have a higher efficacy, and they'll be more inclined to simply do what they can to avoid having to fight the user.

When passing through someone via touch, this technique is triggered. For the following four posts, the target’s vision will seem to be flipped, so that up is down and down is up.

Airou grew up as an orphan in the land of water. His parents left him for dead in a filthy alley in the village hidden in the mist before disappearing never to be seen again. The babe was found by an elderly woman who lived in a hut on the outskirts of the village and lived off her best efforts at farming and fishing. A tiny plot of tough land is all they had, but it was enough for them to get by. Airou, at the ripe age of 6 was already taking care of a lot of the chores around their small establishment. Doing the farming, fishing and sometimes even venturing out to so a little bit of hunting. One day when he returned form a hunt, he found their hut destroyed with the elderly woman gone. With no clue to what has happened, he scouted the area and found tracks that were leading into the nearby forest, he pursued; soon to be attacked and knocked unconscious before he could even realise what was going on.

When he woke up he was tied up, and was being carried by a giant of a man, slung over his shoulder. He resisted, tried to run, but it was all futile. Then group was straight forward; they told him that if he tried to run again he would be killed. So he behaved and obeyed the orders from the leader of the group.
Years passed and Airou was now a teenager, now completely changed; no longer the loving and caring boy. Now he was one of the people who organised attacks on the vulnerable. He was good at it, he was praised by all the other members of the group, it brought him joy. Until one day, they came across a family who reminded him of how he once was, without hesitation, his men saw how weak the occupants were and straight out killed them. This made Airous blood boil, leading him to slaughter them in cold blood. Knowing what he had done would soon reach the rest of the ring leaders, he fled to a small country known as the soul country, where he struggled to make any connections with people. On the verge of starvation in an alley way, he was found by a man in a robe, who offered him a piece of bread, soaked in milk. With his body receiving that little bit of energy, he managed to rise to his feet with the help of the individual and then was led to a cart, where he was placed and covered in cloth.

Taken to one of the towers in the country, he woke up and realised that his wounds had been looked after, his body was hydrated and full of energy, he did not know how it happened, but he managed to pick himself up and find someone who did. He was in a monastery, he was being looked after monks who practiced some sort of magic, or at least that is how he understood it; it was genjutsu.

This power, this "magic" seemingly comes from an altar that the monks pray to. The altar contains an ancient spirit sealed into it.

This either needs to include that in the astral state, energy is treated as physical (meaning he'd be trapped if placed in a ninpou varrier for example) or that any pain received by his body is immediately experienced by the astral projection.

It also can move at a speed of [Control] to a max of [Speed], this is a standard rule for any control based movement.

NPCs get 200 points to spend between weapons and jutsu, you have 129 (I think) points of jutsu, and staff tenatively priced this weapon at 150, which would put you at a 279 points being used. If it was closer to 200 I'd probably let it slide, so you need to either redo this weapon, or get rid of some jutsu.

Using this is going to expend chakra equal to the rank of the jutsu being fired back, just fyi.

Through discipline and training, Oogwei has hardened his body and learned to harden it even more with his muscles right before an attack impacts on his body. This causes attacks against him to be less strong, effectively a -12 strength on their strikes against him. Techniques with knowledge of medicine and strategical muscular weakpoints can make this less effective.

This is not how effective debuffs work, this is a stat boost, and should follow stat boosting rules. Nothing in this technique reduces the targets ability to utilize their full strength, in fact you specifically say "he has learned to harden it even more", which would make it pretty clear its user centered and is a boost.

An effective debuff to strength would be something like..
"Once behind the opponent, the user places them in a grab, wrapping their arm around their chest and placing a pincher on their trapezius, requiring greater strength than the user to break out. The restraining of the traps makes it difficult for the target to exert outward strength to break the hold, giving them an effective -9 to strength. Those with acrobatic skills or extremely high endurance are able to overcome the reduction."

This all culminates in her masterpiece stance. By leaning one arm in and keeping the other arm back as a counter weight, her eyes locked on the prize she can fling senbon with ease at any target no matter how fast they move. This accuracy is so good, her senbon can hit targets as if they are moving much slower, effectively a -9 speed loss on their movements for the sake of evading this technique, unless they have a perception technique or evasion skills that would assist in avoiding this throw

Taking hold of 8 needles, one between each pair of fingers (and thumb!) she will cross her arms, then uncross them both in a whipping motion throwing her needles. The needles will fly forth with such tremendous power they will rip through S/T itself, suddenly disappearing, then causing bubbles of air to form 3 meters away from them in a circle around them. The needles will then reappear angled at 60 degrees from the bubble, 1 in each cardinal direction (N, NE, NW, W, SW, SE, S, E) as they rein down upon the target.
No idea what this is doing, makes no sense, and would be S-rank.

By utilizing quick movements aided by his rubber-like body to move with all incoming attacks rather than into them, Sing is able to effectively reduce the strength of all incoming attacks by -9.

This would only reduce the strength of blunt force attacks, and needs to specify that.
Short of Airou, who uses genjutsu assisted by a spirit, I'm not sure why any of the other three have genjutsu concentrations. I'm not sure that really falls into the "reasonable and responsible" condition for the NPCs, but I'm checking with Nafan for his opinion on it.
