Noeru felt the easiness that washed over the man, he seemed to have relaxed a great deal. He seemed almost relieved about how today has turned out, this brought joy to the youth and he himself began feeling more and more relaxed. The conversation remained as interesting, but to Noeru, it became more casual, he felt like he was becoming pally with this man, whose name he was yet to find out. A formality that he did not want to bring up and ruin their conversation. They were both enjoying one anothers comapny and it would be sad to allow questions like that to ruin the flow of the conversation. He would just have to remember to ask for the mans name before they parted ways.
A chuckle escaped the youths lips as he heard the man tell him to slow down, It was true he burst out with an array of questions, too many for anyone to keep track of. After a brief moment the youth calmed down and once again began paying attention to what the man had to say. Hearing him express concern about his own prowess, about him not being able to ever fully restore the soul of little Han, made Noeru feel so lost and confused. Before him sat a man who was able to manipulate the souls of creatures in order to help them in anyway he could, and in the face of a possible failure he expressed sorrow at his own lack of skill. In Noeru's eyes, the man was one of the mightiest individuals he had ever met, he had never met anyone who could use the skills that this man had; not even Mimi, who seemed to only be able to communicate with Azir. And when the man said that he had no plans to stop trying to fully restore her, Noeru realised that this person might just be one of the greatest, kindest, and most caring people to have ever lived. It was rare to come across someone who would willingly invest so much of their time to help others, especially lost souls such as Hana appeared to be.
'That's... pretty incredible... if I'm honest...' The youth said as if he had a stutter. The reality was that he tried to speak without allowing his emotion to leak through his eyes and voice, it was a way for him to remain as composed as he could. It was a strange thing, but deep down Noeru was not keen on showing emotions infront of people, especially before people whom he just met. And with trying to remain as composed as possible, he felt relieved when the man changed the subject to that of Mimi, and her secret relationship with Azir. Not revealing an awful lot, Noeru was left, once again, with more questions. He completely understood the secrecy that surrounded each and every clan, just like his own, the Senju, the were not keen or revealing any information to outsiders, he could not condemn the man for not willing to give any more than he did; after all he was a shinobi of the village Hidden in the Sand, and allies they may be, clan secrets would only remain with them, unless revealed by the clan members themselves.
'I get it, I feel silly even asking you that, it was just a heat of the moment thing. I really just want to know more about them, it's interesting how they're always together you know...' Noeru said in response, but cut the answer short, realizing that if carrying on would only put the man in a more awkward situation, that being something that he did not want. Instead, he looked down at his cup of tea that looked almost empty, and realiszed that the tea would be cold by now, but he decided to take one final swig of it, only to realize that this tea was equally a nice cold, as it was warm. Finally, the cup returned to the saucer with a gentle 'clink. Giving the man enough time to respond. And to his surprise, the man continued speaking about Mimi and Azir, still not revealing anything significant, but now he knew what to expect from Azir. 'Symbiotic relationship... their strengths are equal to one another...?' Thoughts bounced around Noerus mind as he processed the information.
Fighting Mimi fundamentally meant fighting a pair of twins, or that is how he understood the explanation. He knew that that was not accurate due to Mimi requiring to improve her control over Azir more, but at the end of the day, anyone fighting Mimi would essentially be fighting two individuals of equal strength. Something that was not to be taken lightly, especially with Azir's sneakiness and Mimi's fighting spirit. The flame that was burning within him grew larger as he thought about fighting them. He hoped that he would be paired against them in the Chuunin exams, and that neither of the would hold back. Noeru was different from the other Senju, he loved combat. He loved placing himself in situations with people whom he had little chance of winning, even thinking about it energized him to take action. He wanted to pit his skills against others and see how he could improve, physically and mentally.
This was not the day for it. This conversation he was having, was having a very good impact on his mentality. Being able to take a step back from this burning energy within him allowed his body to revitalize before the Chuunin exams began. This was exactly what he needed. So, after taking a slow, deep breath Noeru looked at the man before him. 'How did you find out about spirits i the first place?' The change of topic was a planned one, if they carried on talking about the strengths of other people, Noeru would only get more determined and motivated to head out and train, instead he wanted to find out how this man fell into this field of sorcery.
