Exhibition: Nishiki vs Xi

[Ace Trainer]

The arena has a 25m radius and is mostly comprised of grass land, trees to provide some shelter and texture to the battlefield. However, 5m from the wall surrounding the entire arena is sandy terrain. The arena is marked by a 20m high wall that is built in the shape of a doughnut, the seats are layered with ten rows running along the whole perimeter of the arena. There is a tower that is supported by pillars and columns above the northers side of the stadium, this is where the representatives of other nations are seated. The participants have the own place to wait until their turn, it is at the bottom section of the wall surrounding the battlefield and has a viewing window that allows the participants to watch fighting that take place. Nishiki will begin at the eastern most point, standing directly in front of the sand. Xi will begin at the western most point, standing directly in front of the sand.

The judges for this bout will be Nu, Sha, and Ji (all judges will be controlled by Onu sicne he's not participating in this event and it will expedite the process (maybe))

phpBB [video] Nishiki strode into the arena in his immaculate black kimono and its royal golden etchings and his cloak, both flowing back with his luscious long hair and seven grand tails which seemed to bounce with every step.

As he stepped out he instantly took in the familiar plains-like environment and the small number of trees, his eyes noting the sand ring and his ears noting the sounds of an audience.

For a brief moment the jinchuuriki truly absorbed everything as 5 tiny elemental dolls ambiently floated around him, one of each affinity, though they weren't truly living beings despite how they seemed.

With the environment absorbtion also came the opponent, as the plain looking man also stepped out across from the Kiri jounin hopefully ready for a fight.

With roaring applause within the stands the match began and Nishiki made a big leap more towards the centre as chakra welled up within.
A chakra glow formed from the fox as a true sign of channelling, albeit it was oddly magenta in colour rather than the typical blue.

As the jounin landed the welled up chakra flooded the ground, causing massive reverberations across the entire arena within the confines of the sandy strip and the whole thing began to shatter and rip apart with great force.
"Good day Xi-san" Nishiki called out as he slammed down and began the rumbling.
"Shishishishi" he then chuckled.

The floor seemed to almost be in explosive turmoil as dirt, rock and even the small number of trees got flung into the air with branches and splintering bark scattering everywhere.

This was of course apart from Nishiki's private little circle of land where he stood with his massive snarky looking grin, and a further welling of chakra beginning to form as he planned for what might be next.

Area Awareness
C-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Nishiki has trained his sense of spatial awareness so that he can not only constantly remain vigilant of what is around him with great skill, but is also able to expand it further so that details of his surrounding environment come to him naturally and easily. This means he can more easily figure out the space he can manoeuvre and generally work in, even in wide areas which is particularly useful for using wide scoping jutsu and kinesis.

The user channels doton chakra and slams down into the earth causing it to shatter and rumble like an intense earthquake. This quake tears apart the ground as it spreads all around the user up to 65m away in all directions, constantly shattering and rumbling the earth like an ongoing turmoil of explosions that moves around at [control] speed and strength for up to 3 posts

The fox man was like a celebrity or something, who knew with how this strange person dressed but what he did take into note was the amount of tails that the Tsukino clansman had and that was enough to put him on edge. Part of the Iwa village having close ties with Kiri, to the extend one might consider them each others only real allies, he had worked with a few of the man's kind and knew that their tails were another representation of their strength. 'This could be bad...' But the man just sighed and stuff his hands into each of his cloth jean's pockets now and walked out into the arena just after Nishiki had done so aa the sound of the crowd began to calm down and in a moment the match was underway.

Chakra circulated through out his body and into the orbs that were worn upon the diagonal slash across his upper body, his eyes observing the flair in his opponent's movements and the visible chakra that flowed off of his body, each man seemed reach to move as Xi's opponent made the first move leaping forward to the center area of the arena now causing his body to tense up and his legs to bend slightly ready to move on his own. Nishiki's attack caused for the ground itself to become a suddenly dangerous place which instantly led the man to leap upward to escape the pending doom that was the ninjutsu technique his Kiri friend had let loose. His body twisted in mid air as four red orbs detached from the sash seemingly of their own accord one sticking close to the man as his momentum carried him above it allowing for his right foot to use it as a stepping stone of sorts as the orb itself appeared to easily hold the weight of the shinobi about ten to fifteen meters above the arena floor.

The other three blood red orbs flew forwards, the tiny slits above the middle line on each of the four orbs snapped open revealed a single golden eye in each of the soul orbs that not only increased the vision as the man's chakra rushed into each orb under his control focusing on a simple, straightforward probing attack as each orb increased from their tiny baseball like size to around three meters each now allowing for the once tiny tooth filled mouths to becoming over a meter wide. Each mouth of the orbs opening a closing like this was a game of pacman, attempting to just use brute force techniques to slam into a bit the foxy guy. The next move was left up to the Kiri nin on how he would defend against the trio of soul orbs while their own remained flowing up in the air on the smaller fourth orb...

A plain man had rather intriguing and unplain moves as a bunch of strange orbs moved at his will, not only lifting him up into the air but seemingly coming in with an attack.

As such Nishiki immediately moved straight into another, quite impressive, jutsu as chakra channelled and he reached out into the shattering ground around him before finally taking hold and twisting his arms around.

With the movement of his arms came a surge of rocks from the surrounding area, flowing viciously around the Tsukino at full force to blast away any of orbs that came at him swiftly followed by blasting up towards the orb commander with a thrust of the arms.

Having achieved notable mastery over Doton, the user is capable of shaping, directing, and manipulating existing bodies of the element without the need of hand seals or an existing technique. The range at which the user can manipulate the element is equal to the user's control times 2 metres. While the user can freely manipulate this element, they cannot produce the element naturally.

'Is it?!' Xi watched the movements as the shattered earth around the Kiri ninja began to move on its own accord, or more precisely under the movements of the fox tailed man, the element of his homeland bending to the will of this shinobi. Was this kinesis? There were no hand seals given and the flowing movements of the young man only further pushed the jounin's mind that this was indeed what he thought it was. He had truly underestimated a man who had mastered one of the peak existences of ninjutsu. With this new thought in mind he knew that he had no reason to hold back any longer with old thoughts of conserving his chakra thrown out the window for a full on assault as he wanted to see how the grand skill compared to the techniques of his family.

Each orb glowed with additional chakra as an addition one rocketed off the sash that hung across the man's body, the three orbs in motion all three grew larger as the huge influx of chakra surged into each of them just as the swirl of earth smashed into the first two pushing them to either side but not throwing them away perhaps like the Kiri-nin had thought. A thick line of chakra formed around the center line of each of the as ten meter curved blades of chakra near instantly grew out of each highly similar to those found in fuuma shuriken. Angled diagonally so as to not destroy the wall or hit the stands as all the third orb with a rapidly spinning blades of chakra smashed straight down into the doton shot up at him by the thrusting motion of his enemy.

From either side the spinning tops of chakra smashed inwards attempting to break through the swirling earth with their own swirling blades, grinding at the rock with fifty speed and strength, Xi holding nothing back against the fighter now as he wanted to use this stage to prove the strength of his small family in the eyes of the village and perhaps the world with the onlookers in the stands who were very near the real danger as the blades of chakra swished by so fast that they appeared to be a single circular saw. 'Show me your strength!'

Soul Orb: Death Shuriken
B-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing hand seals, each orb under the user's control will gain a set of four one meter curved blades of chakra that extend out to twenty five meters in length possessing a strength of [Control], the blades rapidly turning around the orb, giving them the appearance of spinning shuriken as the blades rotate around the soul orbs at a speed of [Control]. These shuriken blades last for the next six posts.

Used at 50 control, blade size decreased because of how small our arena is. >.>

phpBB [video] Nishiki was surprised as the strange orbs bounced back and suddenly grew and formed very dangerous chakra blades, which then began smashing through the rocks causing him to start moving and twisting out of the way but without going all out there was not much he could do and thus the seal on his stomach began to glow as magenta chakra surged all around.

In an instant the fox turned into a beast as magenta condensed into a grey and shrouded a transformed body; pointed bones, ribs sticking out, a pointed crown with a black condensed chakra ball on top that spat put more along his back and spiny looking tails that were compressed down to the bone along with now 15 mini elementals with 5 dancing around the crown.

The pseudo Yoshimitsu continued to move and twist with his kinesis, though his control still didn't fully match up with the giant blades as his rocks moved at 45 speed and strength now.

Nishiki moved his hands around and tried to push his rocks around and down into the orbs to push them towards the still rumbling ground, though he was certain that the plain man could control them to simply push back just as they span with 50 strength but perhaps with enough pelting they would break.

Form 4 Ascended: Having completly mastered the Genma, the host is able to actively and instantly enter into this state and any of it's predecessors. While indistinguishable from Form 4, Form 4 Ascended is slightly stronger than it's predecessor. Additionally, the host has access to all Genma skills while in Form 0

Nishiki has trained his body to be rather flexible and able to bend and contort in rather odd and peculiar ways which gives him some extra freedom of movement and allows him to easily do some strange things.

Prerequisites: Flexibility
Combining his great flexibility with grand and flowing moves, Nishiki has trained his body to perform extraordinary movements and have extreme body form when doing Kinesis of any kind. This increases the capability of what he can do and helps limit any restrictions on his Kinesis gestures (e.g. Lack of room becoming less of a concern).

Grand Balance
D-Rank Discipline
Nishiki has trained himself to have great balance in many different kinds of situations, allowing himself to easily define his own centre of gravity so that he can manoeuvre himself with ease with toppling over. This means he can bend way low to the ground, outstretch his limbs in weird angles or almost seem to fall forwards on his tiptoes and still be fine.

Prerequisite: Kinesis
Nishiki has trained himself in his Taijutsu and Kinesis prowess in unison forming the combination of both skills side by side, allowing Nishiki the ability to weave Kinesis seamlessly within his hand to hand combat. This discipline reflects that training, allowing him to use the bodily movement of his Taijutsu as a means of shaping and manipulating elements using Kinesis. What results is a perfect marriage of the two skills, his Taijutsu skills enhanced by his Kinesis and vice versa.

'What is this?' Even the jounin was slightly taken back at the magenta chakra over taking the body of the Kiri-nin, was this man a spirit host? The dramatic transformation by Nishiki caused for the someone relaxed look in the young man's eyes to harden. This stranger from the ally village was much more dangerous that his flamboyant attire and attitude let on. As the skeletal figure emerged from the chakra he began to push back at the orbs, though they had an advantage his orbs would not be able to continue taking the kind of assault that came with the furry's new form. Though he hadn't been pulling any punches this fight the man had tried to reserve where he could and was one of the reasons he was only using three orbs against the target. But this brought things into a new spectrum of danger and he would attempt to end this as quickly as possible given the positioning of his orbs surrounding the fox guy and their spinning blades attempting to pierce the field of doton to reach him.

Chakra flared off the man's body, visible to the naked eye as his orbs began to glow brightly all three of them, which had been slowed to the point that Nishiki perhaps felt that he could almost push them back as his efforts seemed to be working against the orbs that were showing signs of damage from being pelted by the doton kinesis. 'Destruct!' The man's face went pale as he sent out the build up of chakra to each chakra receiver, one in each orb, a massive surge of chakra caused for a burst of chakra to be sent off each orb pushing back against the doton techniques in a technique the man had nicknamed 'self destruct'. While the orbs themselves wouldn't be harmed from the outburst of chakra Nishiki would find the himself trapped in the middle of the three approaching waves that would also carry along with them the earth he had been controlling. Their was a strong possibility that if the man couldn't escape he would be crushed between his own jutsu and the triple layered attack of chakra that closed in on all sides...

But this was not to say that Xi was in perfect shape, the technique had taken a huge chunk of his chakra, something he wouldn't normally have done. His body was slightly slumped now, his breathing heavy, and his face a pale white from the exertion of such an amount at one time...he wouldn't be able to keep this pace that he was at up for too much longer without slowing down and pacing himself...but with a foe that was a genma host that probably wouldn't be an option.

After channeling chakra into one of the Soul Orbs, the orb will release and omnidirectional explosion with [Control] Strength from the orb's location. The jutsu can be held for the posts before the orb will automatically release the explosion.

As Nishiki feared Xi could still push back with his orbs as they began to slip through the rocks, the blades beginning to catch the fox as he began to run out of room to manoeuvre around them and thus cuts and bruises started to sneak their way onto the hidden man under the crazy chakra.

Then the orbs suddenly started to glow as they broke through more and more rock and with nowhere to go, the furry got trapped as each one exploded but with one last ditch of effort he threw his arms out and thrust what rock he was controlling against the explosions to try and block it if at all possible.

However the triple explosions were too much of a force to be reckoned with as the rocks were blasted through, probably holding out against most of one but not enough for all three as they shattered and collapsed inwards against the man's control who also had half the endurance to combat such force making it very dire.

Lots of dust hung around the shattered arena with a terrible pile of rubble at the centre which seemed so still for a good while, though after a moment there were signs of moment as rocks began to shift.

With a low grumble a grey bony hand burst through the rocks and moved them aside before the beast emerged and slowly swayed to its feet, his other hand gripping the right shoulder as it staggered and fought to stand fully upright.

However on closer inspection the grey was peeling off in magenta embers with half of Nishiki's face beginning to emerge, then with a sudden burst it all popped and with a grumbling grunt the badly beaten and bruised furry fell back down to the ground and turned motionless perhaps to Xi's delight.

'He's still coming?' As the aftermath of the three orb explosion technique, Xi had felt his body weaken to the point that he fell onto his bump upon the orb which he had previously been standing upon. He couldn't believe that the genma host was still alive, let alone able to crawl out of the hole which he had put him into at this moment. Deep breaths in and out were all that could be heard from the jounin as he could only set and observe as his orb floated fifteen or twenty meters from the floor of the arena but out over the seating area. The appearance of the fox man who staggered up to a standing position with his bony hands caused for the jounin to be taken back a bit, what strength and drive this guy had.

"Phew..." As the man plopped forward, falling unconscious it would seem the young Iwa-nin could only let out a sigh of relieve. This tournament had so many strong fighters, even some extremely scary guys that he'd never want to face off against alone. The current match could have quickly spiraled out of control if he hadn't went all out from the start against the man. Who knows what could have happened if he had allowed for the spirit host to use his full strength against him instead. Exhaling slowly the orbs all reverted back to their original size that had attacked Nishiki and casually returned to the descending man and reattached themselves back to their original place on the crimson red sash he wore.

Finally his own feet touched the ground and the last orb followed in suit of the other ones now as he stood, slightly wobbly, staring at the man as the match came to and end..."You were very strong, I can see why Iwa has remained allied with Kiri for so long. " Out of a sign of respect he offered the Kiri-nin a martial salute with both hands coming together before he steadied himself to exit the arena while the staff were quickly taking care of Nishiki at the moment.

Once again the judges watched as a clear victor was established. Sha would stand and cross her arms, "Nishiki is defeated, points to Iwagakure."
