Origin: River Country
Rank: S-Rank Samurai
Affinity: Raiton
Age: 33
Gender: Male
Physical Features: Standing resoundingly tall at about 210cm, with much of the height coming from his strong legs, Fuhen would often not be considered homely or handsome to most. His hair has gotten longer in his travels, and is now kept pulled back in a loose tail to keep it out of his eyes, but often it breaks free, leading down to his lightly slanted eyes, semi-pointed nose, and rather large mouth. Both his right hand and both of his feet have webbing between the appendages. His body is thin but wiry with muscles, and where he was once a sickly pale, his many years of travel in daylight have darkened him considerably, bringing him to a much more natural skin tone. Scars exist all over his body, especially his arms and back, from various duel and battles.
Clothing/Accessories: Where once Fuhen's clothing consisted of ragged travelling clothes, his change of pace into that of the Shogun has left him in more traditional looking samurai clothing, designed and made by two of his younger sisters. This outfit consists of a pair of hakama trousers that go down to his ankles, loose fitting and dark blue in color, designed to give him maximum mobility, and paired with a pair of traditional kyahan, which tightly secure the hakama to his legs so that he does not trip over them. This is completed with tabi, though he wears his kegetsu boots even when not wearing his armor. For tops he wears a black shitagi, accented all over with cute little frogs in various poses, sitting, jumping, going after flies, or various others. When not wearing his armor, he also wears a white hakama top, the right breast emblazoned with the kanji for "Iyashii of River", and the back proudly sporting the symbol of his revolution. Lastly, similarly designed by his sisters are a matching necklace and charm bracelet (worn on his left wrist) that contain an obscene number of miniature swords, reminiscent of the giant basket of swords he used to carry on his back, but thankfully easy to make no noise with.
Personality: Fuhen can often come off as a loud lout, being one unafraid to speak his mind in most situations, even if it might get him in deeper trouble. He is fiercely loyal to his family, and any he considers his extended family, and down right defensive towards their honor, rights, and general persons. Once young and clumsy, he has since grown out of this, though to a casual observer he would still come off as someone who almost looks uncomfortable in their own skin, walking in strange patterns that almost make him appear drunk at times.

Fuhen is a fan of a good fight, but has reservations against killing in most circumstances. Having taken a few lives in the past, he understands the necessity to do so at times, especially in the defense of others, but would generally rather leave most drunken brawls having given out a few bruises and bumps than pierced hearts. Good natured and good hearted, he is quick to jump in to offer assistance wherever he is needed, but is also unafraid to take payment for any services rendered.
HistoryShow
Born to a small fishing village, Fuhen was simply one of those children born different. He was not the first in his village, or the first ever in existence, but he was one of a few. Those cursed, or depending who you asked, blessed with the Numakon trait. Neither of his parents shared the trait, however, the village was a strong believer in having everyone stick together, regardless of appearance, age, skill, or anything else. He was fed and led a relatively normal life. The village itself specialized in fishing, with a few of the village designated to gather herbs and berries for added flavor to the fish. The village was self-sustaining, but certainly not rich, not thriving, and not growing.

At the age of twelve, Fuhen began to understand the the need for strength and force, even in a small village like his. A small group of ruffians decided it was a good idea to pick on the small fishing village that can barely take care of itself, let alone give "payment" in the form of their limited food supply. The village, to the great shock of Fuhen, took up arms. They stood together, fishing spears in hand, fishing nets at the ready, taking the bandits by complete surprise and in the process of killing over half of them, ran the rest out. After this, Fu began to train himself daily. Working on perfecting his body so that he could be a force to be reckoned with if anyone ever tried to mess with his village again. It was his ground. How dare anyone ever try and defile it again?

Several years later, skipping to the age of sixteen, Fuhen had trained himself hard. Slowly developing his own fighting style (Developed around the childish idea that "Hey, one sword is powerful, I bet a million are even stronger!), and with nothing to test it out on. However, a ninja had come crashing into their village. Not on purpose, mind you, but boy did he come crashing. Having been in the middle of a hunt with a missing ninja from his village, the ninja ended up tearing up some of the landscape, and taking down one of the huts. Understandably, Fuhen was angry, though could not do much about it. When the battle was over, the ninja was near dead, passed out, and even with all the destruction, the village took him in, patched him up, fed him and gave him water, and were about to just let him go with no form of payment, though he had offered. Only Fuhen made a request. "Teach me how to fight." It was laughable, in fact, the village leader, and the ninja both laughed. But, the ninja patted him on the head condescendingly, and handed Fu a scroll he had pulled off of the missing ninja, containing the basic, but useful style of Gouken Ryuu. While still slightly angry at the ninja, the young boy Fu took the scroll without complaint, and immediately poured over it for days and days at a time.

At the age of 18, Fuhen began to travel the world. This was in part due to a bit of wanderlust, however it was also due to an increase of taxes in the entire country. Being a member of such a large family, he simultaneously decided to give them one last mouth to feed every day, and also go out and find work so that he could bring home enough for his family to always be taken care of. His travels took him far and wide, and he did everything from bounty hunting to taking care of local bandit populations.

At the age of 20, Fuhen had his first encounter with slavers, meeting them while taking on a job to find a missing person from Pebble Country. From the moment he laid eyes upon the slave's conditions, he knew he had to put an end to any sort of activity that even vaguely resembled that sort of thing. He made a solemn vow to himself the freedom for all would become his goal. Also at the age of 20, he met Kotentou, an Iwagakure ninja who had left their post. A strange fellow, he passed off a scroll that contained the secrets of chakra, which were later trained alongside Yato, a Konoha missing ninja.

Since these occurrences, our Frog has traveled to the vast majority of the minor countries, and all of the major countries, meeting the people and becoming quite famous. His escapades as a hero and freer of slaves have earned him quite a name amongst people all over the known world, and while not immediately recognizable, many would recall his name as being told in stories. His exploits are many, as are the friends he has gained.

At the age of 27, Fuhen met his first apprentice, Sato, a samurai from waterfall country who was mostly self taught, and who sought him out after his adventures in Dragon Country, taking out the leaders of a local gang alongside the monk named Gendo. Shortly after this adventure began, however, River country came under attack by missing ninja led by a shapeshifter named Katsu. Rather than stay and fight, Fuhen took as many of his people as he could away from the fighting.

As the war ended, Fuhen led a refugee caravan, back to travelling once more, but with aspirations after the war to unite the little people's in defense against what happened both to his country and so many others in the wake of the great war. He met the Kisama clan and recruited their help to found the Glorious Heart Empire after working to liberate Tea from its despoiled despot.

Years later, Fuhen encountered a man named Eun who claimed to be from a continent called "Yeong-Wonhan," who told him that their armies were coming and that their people and lands were forfeit. In a duel with the man immediately following this claim, Fuhen lost his life.

Thanks to Fuhen's Shogun ability, all equipment listed below are considered "Hitodama" and are no longer carried around except within his very being, or unless otherwise stated.
Maiden, Life's Last BreathShow
Fuhen has a full set of armor, covering his entire body from head to toe.
Krag, Kingdom ComeShow
Krag, Kingdom Come
All empires crumble under the weight of their people.
Brought forth to embody justice for the people, Krag is made of only the simple leather and wood, tightly bound to form the full shaft and head; Relatively short for a spear at 1.2m in length, Krag makes excellent for a quick striking tool, however the first power of Krag is that it can extend to up to 5m thanks to an advanced telescoping mechanism. Representing the sudden change of rebellion, the second effect of the spear is that with the flick of its owners wrist, the tip can move out of the way, instantly revealing and letting loose a mighty explosion at 40 strength in a 50m spearhead shape. This can only be done once per thread, however its unpredictable nature makes avoiding at least a glancing blow very difficult.
Ichor, Drooling AnimalShow
Ichor, Drooling Animal
Prey and Predator alike succumb to nature.
Brought to life in the vats of primevil ooze existent only at the bottoms of oceans past rises Ichor; Actually a pair of two identical katana (though one may be hooked to a belt for single use.) Ichor is a pair of weapons designed to cause nearly irreversible bleeding, cuts caused by the wicked serrated blades cause targets to begin bleeding at double the normal rate, and its wounds wont heal without advanced Iijutsu being involved, even if the one it cuts has standard regeneration. Because of this, a single cut can be enough to kill weaker foes, but even stronger foes will find the irreversible bleeding too much to handle after a few good cuts. This results in a -12 debuff to endurance on with its other effects.
Arrakoa, Rage UnboundShow
Arakkoa, Rage Unbound
None shall flee, but for the birds.
Pulled from the depths of Fuhen's anger, and forged from the fiery bones of dragons comes Arakkoa; A longbow almost as tall as he is, sitting at just over 2m in overall height, its red leather surface is quite an intimidating sight for anyone to behold. Arakkoa's special ability is slightly more strange than most, as it has the power to fire anything from pebbles to fully grown humans from its string. Arrakoa's bowstring is also quite special, as upon firing it vibrates erratically, causing arrows fired from it to appear to zip about erratically like they would never hit their targets, creating phantom vibrating images and sounds of arrows, but actually sacrificing no accuracy.
Arrows:
  • 30 "Standard" Arrows, approximately 82cm in length with razor sharp broadhead tips and bright white fletching.
  • 10 "Hunter" Arrows, approximately 82cm in length with Judo tips, designed to grip onto enemies with their sharp barbs, and have blood red fletching. Additionally, these special arrows can lock onto a chakra signature, following their target and able to change direction in up to a 90 degree arc, following them through all but the roughest of terrain for up to 4 posts.
Succubus, Stolen PowerShow
Succubus, Stolen Power
Beauty is power; a smile is its sword.
A desire for equality through power brings the cold, unforgiving steel of Succubus into being. Longer than his usual katana, with a 75cm blade and 30cm handle, Succubus is designed to reach an opponent who would otherwise be very difficult to hit. The primary power of succubus is its power to disrupt chakra systems of anything it comes into contact with. Thanks to its unique anti-chakra coating, a light touch on a normal creature such as humans is enough to prevent their ability to mold chakra for the next two posts, after a single post offset time. However, beings of chakra, such as spirits or those who took the leap away from humanity with elemental bodies or similar will find their entire form disrupted, with a light touch making a horrific wound that can't be regenerated through normal means, and any cuts destroying their form entirely, leaving only their core behind. This also allows succubus to cut through chakra areas as though they were paper, shredding apart ongoing effects such as sensory bubbles or other such effects.
Tokoshi, Army of OneShow
A specialized, custom made sheath, built for holding large quantities of swords. The sheath itself is 90cm in height, 45cm wide, and 45cm long. With an open mouth on one end, and closed securly on the other, tightly holding sixty simple katana, revealing only their hilts. Though the swords may looked randomly placed the design is used to maximize use and with minimal spacing.

Currently, inside the sheath, are 60 simple and plain katana, each one exactly the same, with a 63cm blade, and 28cm handle. One special katana also exists, which contains the fuuinjutsu elements necessary to permanently seal a spirit inside of it.

Wrapped around the sheath is 50m of well made, patterned rope, designed to look pretty, as well as capture targets effectively and tie them up.
Nikawa, Ties That BindShow
Because of Fuhen's special saliva, it is often handy to carry extra around at all times. Two jars hang above each leg, off of Fuhen's belt. The strength and length of time the spit stays active when thrown on the ground is equal to Fuhen's Endurance, as described in his "Numakon Trait" ability. Each jar is about 15cm tall, and 15cm around. When tossed on the ground and broken, the saliva covers an approximate 35x35cm circle.

Numakon:
The Numakon trait is a rare ability found once every several generations in people all across river country. The ability itself is said to be the result of fornication with swamp spirits, though the actual causes are unknown. The ability itself provides its owners with a long, prehensile tongue (roughly three feet in length) that functions as an extra limb, stronger than average legs which allow them to jump twice the height and/or distance their strength would indicate, along with sticky saliva that is produced in copious amounts thanks to incredibly active saliva glands, which grows more powerful with age and use, primarily dependent on their endurance to determine its strength. Skilled Children of Takiyasha have also been known to channel their frog genes outwards in strange and esoteric ways.
EnduranceStickiness
1 - 95 Strength
10 - 1910 Strength
20 - 2420 Strength
25 - 3425 Strength
35 - 3935 Strength
40 - 5040 Strength
Shogun:
Having mastered complete control over his own body, Fuhen has earned his status as an ultimate weapon master, becoming The Shogun. Where others teach the mantra that a weapon is an extension of their body, Fuhen lives it. Enhanced by a surplus of chakra that is focused into his physical talents rather than manifesting in the usual ways, his very blood sweat and tears soaks into his arsenal of choice. This allows for a series of odd techniques (also requiring the Heavenly Taijutsu concentration), but also provides several passive benefits via 'signature gear.' Any equipment on his character sheet counts as his signature gear, and all signature gear he owns has the following benefits:
  • Fuhen can sense, with unerring accuracy, anything within 1m of his signature gear, but equipment must remain within the average of his [
Gritx2] in meters. This does not count as line of sight for Grit teleportation.
  • Fuhen can trace where any signature gear has been, as long as it was considered signature gear during its travel.
  • All signature gear can be mindlessly controlled from a distance, moving at a strength and speed equal to his speed. Max distance is equal to [Gritx2], in meters. The maximum number of objects that can be controlled at once is equal to his Grit stat.
  • All signature gear is toughened to strength equal to his Endurance.
Additionally, this changes the appearance of Fuhen's chakra, which leaks out whenever he's going all out. It will take on a pink color, as well as being textured like flower petals, overall taking on an appearance similar to cherry blossoms. Grit is Fuhen's manifestation of raw sense of self, inner strength, and fortitude, allowing for true mastery of body, leading to a degree of power and unique abilities that few can compete with
Grit LevelEffect
5All signature gear may gain the passive of Fuhen's elemental affinity, using his own strength in place of jutsu strength to determine the power level of the passive.
10All signature gear can function as Hitodama.2
15Fuhen may enter his first form at will. His chakra begins to visibly leak out of him, sending his flower petals scattering to the wind, and conferring the following boosts: +5 Endurance, +5 Chakra Pool.
20Fuhen's body may immediately restore itself from moderate wounds1 twice per thread. Doing so costs the equivalent of a B-rank ninjutsu.
25Fuhen may now teleport seamlessly to his signature gear.3
30Fuhen may enter his second form at will. In addition to his chakra leaking out around him, his raw presence becomes immense, his sweat and blood begin to evaporate, actively raising the temperature around him several degrees, and increasing the humidity level. As his blood circulates more readily through his system, his skin becomes more red, conferring the following boosts on top of form one: +5 Endurance, +5 Chakra Pool - This totals them at +10 Endurance, +10 Chakra Pool.
35Fuhen's body may immediately restore itself from critical/lethal wounds1 twice per thread. Doing so costs the equivalent of an A-rank ninjutsu.
50Fuhen may enter his third form at will. In addition to previous effects, his presence is so immense that untrained fighters may simply faint immediately from the sudden change in pressure. Likewise, this changes even atmospheric pressure, and even in once-clear skies, wind will begin to whip about raucously, and clouds will quickly form, causing rain, thunder, and lightning to begin almost immediately. His chakra will no longer whip around recklessly, gathering up around him to resemble an armored samurai over 50m tall. The visualization of the samurai disappears after the post limit for breaking the 50 stat cap times out. This confers the following boost on top of his form two: +5 Speed - This totals them at +10 Endurance, +10 Chakra Pool, +5 Speed.
1Moderate/Critical/Lethal are as defined in the Immortality and Elemental Body rules.
2Hitodama are defined as weapons that are pulled from Fuhen's soul, and may be placed or replaced instantaneously in order to swap weapons out on the fly.
3The distance he may teleport is equal to his [Gritx10] in meters. Fuhen must have a relatively clear line of sight to the signature gear he is transporting to, must have nothing big enough to completely block his body in the way, and can do it a number of times equal to his Endurance divided by ten. The teleportations require a cooldown following Space-Time rules.

Tenkujutsu
The users of this style have a strong affinity towards spirits, and are able to utilize certain chakra techniques based off of spirits. Those with the affinity have a Maroon color tint to their chakra when using these techniques. Tenkujutsu jutsus fall underneath their own pyramid, and do not have ties to Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, or Genjutsu.

The Basics (Learned)Show
D Rank:
*[Basic Jutsu • Clone Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
After completing a set of handseals, the user forms a slight chakra 'body', thus creating a single, massless clone. The clone created from this technique is very basic and will dissipate when hit with anything. These clones do not possess vital signs or a unique chakra signature, meaning they don't disrupt the environment, and anything on their person is superficial. The clone has 1 in each stat. They are limited to basic movements.

*[Basic Jutsu • Transformation Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
After completing the needed handseals, the user of this technique will be able to alter their physical appearance to match that of another person. By consistently emitting chakra throughout their body, the user is able to keep their appearance adjusted at the cost of their Chakra Pool draining over time. As this technique is quite strenuous to uphold, experienced shinobi may see more clearly through this delusive disguise. This technique lasts for a number of posts equal to that of the user's (Chakra Pool/2).

*[Basic Jutsu • Chakra Kai]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
A jutsu used with the purpose of activating seals and a range of devices and weapons, this technique begins with a single handseal. Once this has been performed, the user will focus a dollop of their chakra into what they are looking to activate in order to complete the task. Seals activated with this technique must be within 10 meters of the user's position.

*[Basic Jutsu • Act of Tree Climbing]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
By focusing chakra into his/her feet, the user is able to walk up trees and other vertical surfaces in a similar fashion to walking along the ground. This chakra amount must be precise, and although all shinobi learn this technique, the user's control stat will determine how well this jutsu can be executed. Users with low control 2 or lower will often fall during the use of this technique, while users with average control 3 or higher will be able to use this technique functionally. It lasts for a number of posts equal to the user's Chakra Pool.

*[Basic Jutsu • Act of Water Surface Walking]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
A variation of the Act of Tree Climbing technique, this jutsu requires the user to focus a precise and balanced amount of charka into the soles of his/her feet. By doing so, the user is able to walk on the surface of water as though it were a solid surface. Users with low control 2 or lower are much more likely to fall through the surface of the water, while users with average control 3 or higher will be able to use this technique functionally. It lasts for a number of posts equal to the user's Chakra Pool.

*[Basic Jutsu • Kai Release]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
A rather simple technique that allows the user to escape from a genjutsu. The user will form a single ram seal and focus to reset their chakra system to purge themselves of foreign chakra. The stat requirements for this technique can be found in the genjutsu rules.

*[Basic Jutsu • Change of Body Stance Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
After completing the necessary handseals, the user is able to quickly substitute his/her body with a nearby object that is at least 2/3rds his/her size, but no bigger than their body. This substitution allows the object to take the force of the attack that was meant for the user, additionally allowing the user to create distance between him/her and the opponent. The object used in this jutsu may not be objects that are imbued with chakra or controlled by it, and they may also only be single, solid objects within a 10 meter radius of the user. This technique may only be used a total of one time in a single thread, give or take how many times Shunshin no Jutsu has already been used.

E Rank:
Instant Harden
E-Ranked Ninjutsu
With a single handseal, Fuhen will instantly harden any of his saliva he chooses up to 20 + (Control/2) meters away.

Tales of The ShogunShow
Tales of The Shogun:
Whether he likes and realizes it or not, Fuhen has become quite famous for his various deeds. The Tales of The Shogun are titles granted to him by wandering bards who have heard his tales, or who have seen them first hand, or some are titles of close friends or rivals, techniques he has learned from them in their time together. More than a technique, each jutsu represents a piece of history that at least some small corner of the world knows about him as he ascends to the title of Shogun and beyond.
D-Rank:
The Maker of Many Women
D-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Over the course of his travels, Fuhen has found 'comfort' in many a girl who he later turned into a woman. This has also led to plenty of misunderstandings from fathers, would be husbands, and boyfriends that required him to flee at great speed to avoid a serious confrontation. These unfortunate misunderstandings often required him to be able to throw his clothes on at ridiculous speeds, and thanks to the almost common occurrence of this, he has gained the ability to take his clothes off faster than the blink of an eye, and put them back on in the same speed, with nary but a shirt on a backwards, on occasion.
B-Rank:
Who is Often Surprised, But Never Unprepared
B-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Many times in his samurai career, Fuhen has been caught unawares. Whether it be from animals curious to why he is in their territory, assassins sent by those he has fought in the past, or any number of things, Fuhen has become used to fighting in even the strangest of situations. This means that Fuhen knows how to fight from just about any position, whether it be moving through the air, laying on his back or stomach, or entrenched in small tunnels with hardly any room to swing a fist.
A-Rank:
The Defender of the Forests of Fire Country
A-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Fuhen survived what would have been a deadly encounter to most with an oversized lizard in Fire Country while on the job with his friend, Naoki, thanks to his ability to just keep standing up after getting knocked down. This is because of his incredible pain tolerance, built up not only from being beaten on by giant lizards, but any number of samurai wishing to challenge him, or bandits wishing to threaten his safety. With this, he is able to ignore even the most severe of physical pain and keep pushing through at full strength, even if he were to be burned all over, lose limbs, or be run through by spears. This wouldn't prevent him from bleeding out or being otherwise killed by such things (though it would provide a great degree of immunity to death through shock), it simply means he is able to ignore them at will to continue fighting.

The Man of Many Losses
A-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Fuhen has lost much over the course of his life, lovers, friends, swords, but perhaps what hit him the most was the loss of his father. Despite his burning rage at the injustice of the situation, such events have made him a stronger man mentally and emotionally. Similar to "Defender of the Forests of Fire Country", this is not about dulling the sense of emotion, but rather learning to push through it, and mourn at appropriate times. This allows him to shoulder his way through mental trauma that might leave others crying messes and get to the point of whatever situation he is in.

The Master Entertainer and Master Swordsman
A-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
One of the many ways Fuhen makes money during his travels is by being a performer, when mercenary work is low, or he doesn't have time to accept such contracts. He is considered excellent at this due to his outward personality, his interesting speech mannerisms that make people feel more comfortable around him, or laugh, or both, and of course, his ability to perform inhuman feats with his body. He is what most would classically call 'double jointed', able to turn his head around nearly 180 degrees, bend over backwards to essentially fold himself in half, or do the same with other joints that aren't meant to do as such, the elbows or knees, or thanks to his strength and flexibility combined, perform such feats as leaning so far forwards that his nose touches the ground without his feet leaving their spot.

The Clumsy Tumbler
A-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Despite his clearly supernatural physical abilities, Fuhen was not always so. As a child his long, gangly limbs and gigantic body made him quite awkward and clumsy, and as such he suffered many falls. Now a man, used to his body, and also used to the concept of falling, he has become preternaturally adept at all manners of tumbling, and also picking himself back up when a tumble simply isn't possible. This means that even if thrown with excessive force beyond that of terminal velocity, he is able to turn it into a roll and correct himself to minimize damage, so long as he has momentum and isn't simply thrown straight into the ground. Just as well, should a fall be inevitable, kipping up has become second nature.
S-Rank:
The Victor of Fur Country: On The Hunt For The White Stag
S-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Through the many competitions of Fur Country, Fuhen found victory again and again. Whether it be hunting, dueling, or any number of tasks, nobody in his bracket could match him. This is due in large part to his experience in all manners of things martial, but also thanks to his extraordinary senses. All five of his senses have been highly tuned through years of practice and dedication, and while none of them are necessarily more sensitive, even the slightest bit of change from another slight bit of change can be read and interpreted in a split second. This first jutsu in the series makes his nose is good enough to be able to track someone by scent better than a bloodhound up to five miles away, and notice any sudden changes in scents easily. With the two senses so strongly interconnected, this also effects his sense of taste, allowing him to detect differences in blood or soil samples, or taste even otherwise tasteless poisons in his food.

The Victor of Fur Country: First Round of The Tournament
S-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
This second jutsu in the series makes him an excellent visual tracker, able to control his eyes independently to better follow multiple moving targets, or noticing even the slightest changes in the scenery, whether it be the way dust particles move around in the wind, or the slightest breeze barely nudging grass. This effect can go outwards up to two miles, with his regular vision still being effective past that.

The Victor of Fur Country: Semifinals of The Tournament
S-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
This third jutsu in the series makes him an excellent auditory conduit. Able to hear the slightest pitch changes in someone's voice, the whistle of an arrow over a mile away, or make out a distinct conversation even in the din of a workshop or busy market from up to 100m away.

The Victor of Fur Country: The Finals!
S-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
This final jutsu in the series gives Fuhen an ultimate sense of touch on all things. His sense of touch is so great that he can even feel vibrations on the ground of people moving nearby, even in thick snow like that present in Fur. This vibration sense has a 50m range, and while he can't tell exactly what each vibration is caused by unless he's felt them before, he can get a distinct impression on the number, weight, and size of objects and people within range.

Whether it be blinded by rage, blinded by bright lights, deaf by loud noises, or any other such things, Fuhen has always found ways out of the situation. The rumors say he does it, fighting with only his heart, but the truth is that because his senses are so highly tuned, that as long as one of his 5 senses are available (or six, should the need arise), that he can continue fighting with as much skill, speed, and precision as ever. Even the otherwise minor sense of taste can be fully utilized to fight opponents, a truly impossible feat that nobody would believe, and as such, fighting with his heart is a much easier answer.
Reichou RenjutsuShow
Reichou Renjutsu:
Blessed as the Shogun and being the avatar of Takiyasha-hime herself, Fuhen's natural charisma overflows to those around him, allowing him to stir a crowd or a war party with his raw Willpower and Grit in a matter of moments. Any Renjutsu uses the average of his Grit and Willpower for any necessary stat battles and follows the taijutsu pyramids. The majority of these techniques are not used for combat, but rather to rally people to a cause. Undoing these techniques on a large scale requires different social techniques based on the type of Renjutsu used, but generally, people can be won back with similar Willpower-based techniques, and unless otherwise specified, these last until disrupted.
B-Rank:
Convincing Demeanor
B-Rank Renjutsu Discipline
A foundational technique for the rest of Fuhen's Reichou Renjutsu, this discipline means that while addressing a crowd, even if they are against him or his goal, in the beginning, he can read the room and approach them in a way to draw them to his side. This can be done in many ways, such as by picking out individual members to bring over, creating a domino effect, or making appeals to logic or emotion.

Unrest
B-Rank Renjutsu Maneuver
After successfully winning a crowd over, Fuhen causes general unrest amongst the populace. This causes the people affected to be consistently less satisfied with whatever Fuhen has brought to their attention, whether it be the color of the sky or their current leadership. This makes winning a crowd back to an opposing side much more difficult and can have long-term effects even leading to rebellion.

Placate
B-Rank Renjutsu Maneuver
Much the opposite of Unrest, this technique allows Fuhen to satisfy a crowd with his words. This causes the people affected to be generally happier in demeanor towards him, or whatever he has drawn their attention to. Sometimes this is done with promises, empty or not, but is often done through simple appeals to logic or emotion.

I Set My Sail
B-Rank Renjutsu Maneuver
For when playing a long game, after appealing directly to the crowd, Fuhen can make a call to action. This call to action can be anything from "farm the fields" to "get rid of the emperor." While not everyone in the crowd can be swayed to such calls to action, the purpose of this is to put the idea in people's minds that this is what needs to be done. Over time, this will lead to small groups forming splinter cells with the call to action in mind, and if left untended will lead to long-term effects such as rebellion.
A-Rank:
I Dig My Hole, You Build a Wall
A-Rank Renjutsu Maneuver
After winning over a crowd, Fuhen rallies the people within it, encouraging smaller leaders from within to take charge and convincing them to perform feats for him, usually physical in nature. This is most often used to rally people together for putting up quick defenses, simple buildings, or similar effects.

One Day That Wall Is Gonna Fall
A-Rank Renjutsu Maneuver
After winning over a crowd, Fuhen rallies the people within it, encouraging smaller leaders from within to take charge and convincing them to perform feats for him, usually physical in nature. Much the opposite of I Dig My Hole, You Build a Wall, the commands given with this technique are usually used destructively in nature, whether it be tearing down simple structures and defenses, or starting a classic pitchfork and torch mob.

I'm Coming Home
A-Rank Renjutsu Maneuver
After having successfully used I Set My Sail, and after an appropriate amount of time has passed, ranging anywhere from days to years depending on how dire the original call to action was, Fuhen can use the same call to action on a similar crowd full of largely the same people. With the previous call to action and the aforementioned splinter cells in place, the command will be headed by both those who had already been working towards it, as well as those who were on the fence beforehand. This leads to that call to action being attempted immediately.
S-Rank:
Gon' Build That City On a Hill
S-Rank Renjutsu Maneuver
After winning over a crowd, Fuhen rallies the people within it, encouraging smaller leaders from within to take charge and convincing them to perform feats for him, usually physical in nature. This higher-ranked technique is used to rally people long-term to begin work on massive construction projects, such as building complex castles, cities, and more. Thanks to the aid of his leadership, the people work fervently to achieve the goals outlined, able to do the work in half the time it would take people otherwise to perform such work.

But Now You've Got Nowhere To Run
S-Rank Renjutsu Maneuver
After winning over a crowd, Fuhen rallies the people within it, encouraging smaller leaders from within to take charge and convincing them to perform feats for him, usually physical in nature. Much the opposite of Gon' Build That City On a Hill, the commands given with this technique are usually used destructively in nature. This higher-ranked technique is used to rally people into a foaming fervor and can be used for longer-term projects such as razing an entire city to the ground or convincing an unruly mob to turn into a violent riot.

Someday Your Bird Is Gonna Fly
S-Rank Renjutsu Maneuver
Taking most of a post to stir up a crowd, Fuhen's natural Shogun energy leaks off into them incidentally. With both his and the crowd's emotions high, the crowd becomes capable of superhuman feats, effectively becoming an S-rank swarm in size and power. This stirring of the crowd can last for up to six posts for combat or can be used for non-combat purposes such as construction and the like to rapidly put together or tear apart nearly anything.
Hard Work StyleShow
Hard Work Style:
This specialized style is only available to those who have perfected the art of taijutsu, through incredible training of the body unattainable by most others. Involving many strange techniques from manipulating ones own sweat, to vibrating ones body at incredible frequencies to form impossible feats of physical dexterity and strength. Requires Heavenly Body Control, and Fuhen's Shogun ability.
Hard Work Style 💢 Echo Chamber
A-Rank Taijutsu Manuever
Activated by drawing blood from his own body, whether it be from an existing wound or from injuring himself, a mixture of blood and sweat will fill an area equal to [Endurance] in meters, turning the field hazy and red-colored, and making a large amount of 'pressure' which causes enemy movements to be significantly harder, causing a debuff of -5 speed. Within this field, actions may be duplicated as his blood and sweat rushes to fill in his movements, but are slower by just moments, causing secondary strikes to form just behind his initial ones. If left unfettered, this jutsu will last up to 5 posts on its own. The haze can be displaced with gusts of wind or gouts of heat with a strength equal to or greater than Fuhen's [Endurance].

Hard Work Style 💢 Honor Among Thieves
A-Rank Taijutsu Manuever
This technique allows Fuhen to 'infect' other pieces of equipment besides those he owns, allowing him to control them with his Shogun ability. To do so, he must put bodily fluid, whether it be blood, sweat, or otherwise on the piece of equipment, soaking it into the item. One post after doing so, as long as Fuhen's Willpower is greater than or equal to the opponent's Willpower, he will be able to fully control the equipment as if it were "Hitodama" per his Shogun ability for the next four posts.

Hard Work Style 💢 Artful Deflection
A-Rank Taijutsu Manuever
By moving any part of their body fast enough, the user builds up a significant buffer of air pressure, which surrounds that body part. This allows the user to touch and deflect, or reflect, fists, blades, or even ninjutsu so long as its strength is less than or equal to the user's [speed+strength/2], with nearly no damage to the user, even from passive effects.

Hard Work Style 💢 Fighting Fire With Fire
S-Rank Taijutsu Stance
Upon entering this stance, Fuhen's sweat begins to dampen the air to an unheard-of degree, making the air 200m around him nearly 100% humidity. This also naturally increases the ambient temperature as well, his body hot enough to cause second-degree burns on contact. The main purpose of this jutsu is that it makes the evaporation of sweat impossible around Fuhen, making even the strongest warriors overheat and eventually pass out. The true effect is -8 endurance to everyone in his 200 area, per post, for up to 6 posts.

Hard Work Style 💢 Promising Soldier
S-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Despite being full of limitless potential and filled with vigor, Fuhen appears as nothing more than your average man in all aspects. This 'technique' implies that nothing about Fuhen's body language portrays that he is a trained/experienced killer, and everything from the way he walks to how his chakra appears to casual observers reinforces the idea that he is, if anything, clumsy and likely incapable of fighting. This is most useful in passing himself off as nothing special, putting most into a false sense of security, though with minimal effort Fuhen can break out of this technique to reveal his true self.

Hard Work Style 💢 All the King's Horses
S-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Fuhen's innate connection with his equipment and with his closest companions allows him to share the wealth brought forth from his soul. With this technique, Fuhen may hand any of his equipment off to a trusted ally, and then 'recall' it to his soul. This leaves a copy of the weapon in the hands of whoever he passed it off to, similar to a shadow clone, but rather made with his own sweat and raw energy, allowing him AND the chosen ally to use the weapon to its fullest capability until Fuhen chooses to recall the copy. These copies can last 7 posts unless otherwise interrupted.

Hard Work Style 💢 All the King's Men
S-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: All the King's Horses
A showing of further connection with his equipment and his closest companions, this allows him to share forth the power brought forth from his soul. With this technique, Fuhen's allies may pull copies of his equipment as per All the King's Horses at any time on their own. This only works with people to whom Fuhen's trust is great, and at any time he can recall these copies and shut off their access. These copies can last 7 posts unless otherwise interrupted.

Hard Work Style 💢 Put Him Back Together Again
S-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: All the King's Horses, All the King's Men
Fuhen's equipment, being stored within his soul, are essentially what he is made up of on a deep level. Because of this, should Fuhen ever receive a fatal blow that can't be recovered from, his form will dissolve into itself in a showing of his chakra, before all of his equipment will scatter the world over. These equipment pieces contain bits of Fuhen, and while they can't be used to bring him back to life, they will be open for a rightful Shogun heir to gather once more.

Hard Work Style 💢 Forlorn Fighter
S-Rank Taijutsu Stance
Prerequisite: 40 Willpower
Upon entering this stance, Fuhen's sweat begins to dampen the air to a ridiculous degree, creating an incredible amount of humidity over the entire battlefield. For the next 3 posts he must remain within 200m, and he will maintain a defensive fighting style, only striking out at his opponent to intercept incoming blows, or keep the fight busy and test his opponents reactions. During these posts, he will focus almost exclusively on his opponent, learning everything from the way they move to the way they sweat and breath. At the end of the 3 posts, Fuhen will understand how they fight so well, that he can completely predict their moves, and even 'control' them by knowing how they'll react to his moves, for the following two posts, this allows Fuhen to more or less completely dominate his opponent, leaving them in a much worse position by the end of this stances effects. Being that this stance is partially understanding physical movements, and partially a mind game, an opponenet may avoid this if they have a higher Willpower than Fuhen.

Hard Work Style 💢 Oceans of Apathy
S-Rank Taijutsu Manuever
By focusing for just a moment, Fuhen's sweat glands will work into overdrive, before bursting outwards in a mist at a speed equal to his own, in a 50m radius. Foes caught in this blast of superheated sweat will find themselves drenched in the stuff, and any foes caught in the blast will have a debuff of -10 willpower applied to them, as they become overheated and soaked to the bone at the same time, really just ruining their day, or at least their next six posts.
Strong Fist Style TaijutsuShow
Strong Fist:
This style focuses on being overall more physically powerful than your opponent. Users attempt to overwhelm defenses with great speed and strength while chipping away at their opponent’s Endurance and keeping their own at the highest possible. Most attacks are simple in execution but extremely powerful in effect, causing battles of attrition to be in their favor. Requires: CQC Concentration
D Rank:
*[Strong Fist Style • Leaf Gale]
D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
A simple sweeping kick aimed low to knock the opponent off balance.

*[Strong Fist Style • Dynamic Entry]
D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
In this technique, the user builds momentum and speed in order to bridge the gap between themselves and a distanced target. After covering an appropriate distance, the user then lets loose a form of distraction, like a thrown object, in order to misdirect the target's attention. The user then leaps with their momentum, delivering a strong kick to bridge the rest of the distance.

*[Strong Fist Style • Dynamic Action]
D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Because distances tend to become the problem in most taijutsu, the practitioner will advance with every strike. This creates a tempo of advancement that is designed to wear down their opponent through ever pressing strikes, giving little chance for escape or recovery.

*[Strong Fist Style • One Inch Punch]
D-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
When fighting in close quarters it becomes difficult to generate energy for full powered strikes. Practitioners have learned how to explode force from every muscle with minimal energy wasted and space needed. Every strike done by the practitioner has the potential to be at full strength, so long as they have at least one inch of movement.
C Rank:
*[Strong Fist Style • Thunder Leaf Fist]
C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
An attack that is slow to wind up but powerful in execution. The adept tenses every muscle in their shoulders and arms while twisting their core for a powerful strike. For the 1/4 post they spend winding up they're treated as having a -6 speed. However, when the strike is released it comes nearly instantly and at a +6 strength.
B Rank:
*[Strong Fist Style • Leaf's Flashing Might]
B-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Requiring a full post of charge time the user tenses their entire body in preparation, becoming immobile. During this time they will look for their direct path and position themselves with their elbow pointed forward. At the end of the post they will release all of this pent up energy with extreme force, leaping nearly instantaneously a number of yards equal to their strength. If their strength is high enough this can punch through obstacles on their path and create extreme damage to opponents who are hit by it. Often used as an opening attack and cannot be done more than twice per thread.
Takiyasha TaijutsuShow
D Rank:
Spot-on Spit
D-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Thanks to his excessively dexterous and powerful tongue, Fuhen has learned to work his spit in his mouth, aim, and shoot it towards targets with great distance, speed, and precision. The speed and impact at which it flies with the aid of this technique is equal to his Strength stat.
C Rank:
Connecting Conundrum
C-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Having learned to master his incredibly sticky spit, Fuhen can spit, leaving a string of saliva to his mouth, and then spit again at another object, connecting the two. The saliva will continue to stretch and connect the two objects up to the saliva's strength in meters.

Raucous Reel
C-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Further mastering his odd saliva, Fuhen can spit, leaving a string of saliva connecting to his mouth, and then suck in with force, pulling the object towards him at a speed equal to his strength.
River King TaijutsuShow
River King:
Available only thanks to Fuhen's mostly dormant Frog DNA, this style takes over Fuhen's body, allowing him to embrace his nature, and perform superhuman feats. All jutsu in the style require Fuhen to be in "River King Style Nature of the Beast" stance to perform them. All frog-transformation based techniques transform Fuhen at variable speeds based on his needs and desires, but never exceed his own speed. Requires Fuhen's Numakon ability.
B Rank:
River King Style • Nature of the Beast
B-rank Taijutsu Stance
Unleashing the dormant genes of a broad range of frog and toad species, Fuhen will crouch down on all fours, and let out a mighty croak. As he does so, his throat will bulge out like that of a frog or toad, and his skin will begin to take on a darker appearance, shifting from its usual pale state to that of a green. Dark freckles will also appear all over his body, generally giving him a much more frog like appearance. This stance alters some functions of Fuhen's body, offering the following effects: His tongue will be able to extend out to [Endurancex2] in meters, his saliva will be produced at a much more rapid rate allowing him to 'quickfire' his saliva, his ability to jump is doubled (stacking with natural Numakon jumping talents), and he gains the ability to function in the water just as well as he would on the ground. This stance is meant to maintained and stacked on top of other frog transformation stances. Maintaining this stance for more than 6 posts will start to tear Fuhen's body apart as he begins to lose control of the genetic manipulation, causing the equivalent of a moderate wound for every post after the sixth.

River King Style • Dokusatsu's Last Call
B-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Channeling the genes of a poison dart frog, Fuhen's skin will begin to warp in bright colors, everything from bright blues to radiant reds will swelter across his form. His sweat and saliva glands will begin to secrete a simple poison that will cause anyone else who makes contact with either substance to begin to swell severely at point of contact after a single post. After 2 posts, the affected person will begin to feel incredibly nauseous, likely leading to vomiting. After 4 posts, the affected person will begin to suffer from muscle paralysis in the affected area, deadening its usefulness. The poison will last up to 3 posts after the final effect has occurred. This cannot be used at the same time as similar frog-transformation based maneuvers.

River King Style • Keiteki's Hearty Morsel
B-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Channeling the genes of an ornate horned frog, two cartilage protrusions about two inches in length will sprout from his forehead like horns, and his entire body will seem to balloon up, making him wider and taller by a couple of inches. This maneuver allows Fuhen to unhinge his jaw to a ridiculous degree, granting him the ability to bite down and swallow anything his entire body's size or smaller. This also allows him to bite with his full strength, allowing him to bite down hard enough to bisect a human being, or worse. Lastly, this also greatly increases the rate at which his body digests food, as well as 'simplifying' his digestive tract, ensuring that small objects (kunai, etc) will be dissolved in half a post, medium objects (swords, shields, etc) will be dissolved in 1 post, and large objects (full sized humans) will be dissolved in 2 posts. This cannot be used at the same time as similar frog-transformation based maneuvers.

River King Style • Ippatsu's Heavy Slash
B-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Channeling the genes of a hairy frog, thick fur will sprout from the sides of fuhen's legs, and his entire body/hair will take a much more gray appearance. The bones of his fingers and toes will grow out enough to burst free from his skin, allowing him to use them as powerful claws. Likewise, the hair sprouted from his legs act as vibration sensors, giving him acute spacial awareness in a 5m bubble around him. When the transformation ends, the bones will retract and the skin will heal up almost immediately. This cannot be used at the same time as other frog-transformation based maneuvers.

River King Style • Omoi's Big Show
B-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Channeling the genes of a goliath frog, Fuhen's body will almost double in size and mass, while he becomes a much more traditionally dark green color, though this does not effect his ability to wield weaponry. This provides no inherent stat increases, but the extra weight and size can easily be used to throw an enemy off balance, crush them under his weight, or at least be a tipping point in overpowering equally strong opponents. This cannot be used at the same time as other frog-transformation based maneuvers.

River King Style • Murasaki's Burrowing Discovery
B-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Channeling the genes of a purple frog, Fuhen's face will round out into more of a snout shape, and his skin will turn dark purple in color. This maneuver allows him to copy the actions of the aforementioned frog, giving him the ability to tunnel under the earth freely at his normal speed with no obvious ground displacement. The snout helps to detect vibrations for the sake of moving towards specific areas, however there is no way to truly 'see' above ground with normal senses, and as such memory is the primary way of not getting lost. This cannot be used at the same time as other frog-transformation based maneuvers.

River King Style • Tamaishi's Wrecking Crew
B-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Channeling the genes of a pebble toad, Fuhen's body will shift to a deep brown/grey color, and lumps will form all over his body as his skin thickens significantly. This offers two benefits, the first being that his skin becomes harder than stone, giving him armor all over equal in strength to his strength. The second is that his body becomes considerably more elastic, or bouncy, allowing him to roll around the ground like a rock down a mountain, or bounce freely from wall-to-wall with no injury or inconvenience to himself. This cannot be used at the same time as other frog-transformation based maneuvers.
A Rank:
River King Style • Takiyasha-Hime's Mighty Leap
A-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
By lowering his stance, and making up to five mighty leaps of any distance in succession, each leap will disturb the ground in increasingly severe ways. Landing directly and straight on solid ground can cause a miniature, localized earthquake in a 5m circle around him, doubling in radius with each jump. Landing at an angle on solid ground will create a solid wall of dirt/rock to jet up at an angle, effectively acting as a barrier with strength equal to Fuhen's [Strength+Speed/2] in a 5x5m square, doubling in size with each jump. Lastly, any landings on non-solid ground will cause a large 'smokescreen' type effect, mostly determined by the exact ground he has landed on, in a 5m circle around him, doubling in radius with each jump. These barriers are errected at a speed equal to 3/4's Fuhen's strength.

River King Style • Koppu's Hidden Agenda
A-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Channeling the genes of a glass frog, Fuhen's body and hair will quickly become more and more pale, before finally making him completely invisible. This of course does not effect weaponry or clothing, and as such requires him to strip and discard any objects in order to remain truly unseen. Just as well, while this effects his visibility, it does not make him harder to sense in any of the other 5 senses. This cannot be used at the same time as similar frog-transformation based maneuvers.

River King Style • Keiteki's One Last Bite
A-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
An ultimate assassination technique, Fuhen will first take on the aspect of Keiteki, before rushing forwards at impossible speeds. Unhinging his jaw, he will immediately go to devour his target: Those with 10 less speed than him will perish immediately to the attack. Those with 7 less speed will likely lose a limb as they move out of the way. Those with 5 less speed will likely sustain severe injury as they barely pull out in time to avoid being devoured. Those with 4 less speed will usually escape with barely a scratch.
Mugen Ittoryu KenjutsuShow
”Mugen Ittoryu” Style:
Infinite One-Sword
A customized style, utilizing potentially hundreds of swords all at the same time. Typically taking advantage of every part of the users body, users often are ambidextrous, and more often than not, omnidextrous. Mugen Itorryu is a style mainly focused on picking an area of the battlefield, and fully controlling it with great force. Mixing punches, kicks, and devastating sword swipes all together to keep the opponent on their toes at all times. Requires: Sword Weapons, Acrobatics, Deft Hands, and CQC concentrations.
D Rank:
Ittou Risan -- Blade Dispersal
The basic technique of Mugen Ittoryu, and one of the hardest to start to learn properly. The user takes pre-existing blades, often all retained within the specialized sheath of the Mugen Ittoryu, and quickly launches them into the air simultaneously. Using the proper throwing technique, all of the blades land directly into the ground, hilt facing up and sticking up at varying angles, with at least one landing directly in front of the user for quick use. Blades are typically located 1-5 feet from each other. The area that the blades cover in this starter technique is a ten meter radius.

Kotta -- Sword Claw
D-rank Kenjutsu Maneuver
Making use of two swords, one is stuck into the ground before the opponent, while the user uses the other to strike the first, causing it to strike outwards in an arc towards the opponent, before falling harmlessly back into the ground in more or less the same position. The blade strikes with a speed and strength equal to the user's strength.

Hilt-Stride
D-Ranked Kenjutsu Discipline
As the user of Mugen Ittoryu litters the entire battlefield with weaponry at their disposal, they also come to learn to use these blades not only as weapons but also as travel paths, a means of crossing the battlefield in unexpected ways and granting them the capacity to attack from unusual angles. With this technique, the user can use both their hands and their feet to walk or travel on the pommels of any weapon hilt currently on the battlefield in a reasonably upright position. They can run along them like jumping from rock to rock in a stream, pole-vault off of them to evade attacks traveling lower along the ground, and can even kick a blade from the ground mid-jump to quickly arm themselves, assuming they are standing on another sword pommel at that time.

Sharp Mind
D-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: 10 Willpower
After many intensive hours of focus training, the user has learned how to memorize a large amount of sensory information after being first exposed to it. Though the main application of this technique is to allow for the user to memorize both the initial positioning of their weapons around the battlefield and any changes in those locations, this technique also has more uses outside of combat, such as remembering certain people, characteristics, locations, etc.

Aerobatics
D-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
Hefty bending exercises have lead the user to be able to contort, and otherwise control, their body while under abnormal situations. Namely being able to use momentum to better dodge mid-air, and allowing great feats of taijutsu that normally require ones feet planted firmly on the ground.

Sword-Point Balance
D-rank Taijutsu Discipline
With intensive training on finding ones core and inner stability, those with the Well-Balanced skill find it incredibly hard to fall by accident. Whether balancing on a high-wire, the tip of a weapon, being pushed over, or otherwise hard to balance situations, it will take much more than normal to knock them off their feet.
C Rank:
Toga -- Sword Fang
C-rank Kenjutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Blade Dispersal, Kotta -- Sword Claw
Using the basis provided by Kotta, and making use of four swords, three are stuck into the ground before the opponent, while the user uses the last blade to strike the first three simultaneously, causing them to strike outwards in an arc towards the opponent, before falling back down into the ground harmlessly in more or less the same position. The blades all strike with a speed and strength equal to the user's strength.

Suichoku no Narabi -- Vertical Line
C-rank Kenjutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Toga -- Sword Fang
Using Toga as a base, instead of letting the blades fall as in the initial technique, the user strikes the hilt of each blade at the apex of its strike causing the blades to shoot off in the direction of the opponent. The speed and strength of each blade is equal to the user's strength.
B Rank:
Omnidexterity
B-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: Ambidexterity
After intense training, the Mugen Ittoryu user has learned how to successfully wield weaponry using all parts of their body. Between their toes, the inside of the elbow or knee, or perhaps grasped firmly between their buttcheeks or teeth. This enables the acrobatic style of Mugen Ittoryu to be used to its fullest extent, even picking up blades with their feet as they stride across their swords.

Full Body Assault
B-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Ambidexterity, Omnidexterity
Primarily a technique used when the more traditional hit and run tactics of the Mugen Ittoryu technique don't seem to be working, this particular maneuver has the user standing relatively still aside from the obvious advances, the user will keep up an assault with their main hands, juggling the swords back and forth, and picking up more as they go (or from their sheath) with the ultimate goal to keep the enemy on the defensive. Provided the enemy is sufficiently distracted, one of the blades will find its way wielded on the inside of one of the users knees, wherein they will turn their entire body to aim the blade towards the opponents lower body. This sudden and powerful strike can be incredibly debilitating if it lands, often slicing clean through the large femoral artery, or destroying the opponents knee.
A-Rank:
Addition
A-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
The user takes hold of a sword and slashes the opponent before releasing the sword and taking hold of another sword to attack again. The user repeats this up to twelve times. The attack itself relies upon the high speeds of the individual attacks and the momentary stun inflicted by the previous blows, allowing the user to grab more of the surrounding swords and continue with the technique. With each strike the sword is left behind attached to the opponent, the user grabbing a hold onto another sword and striking before the blade can be removed from the flesh. At the end of the technique, all blades will 'roll' off of the opponent, leaving huge gashes all over their body as the swords thrust tip first into the ground once again. Each time the user strikes with a new blade, it is at a different angle, making the technique unpredictable and very difficult to to defend against unless the target has a Perception Technique of equal rank.
Zantou KenjutsuShow
Zantou:
A style developed amongst blizzard country as a way of fighting back invaders even in the strongest of arctic gales, Zantou focuses on single-target dueling style techniques, with brutal and swift strikes designed to crush foes in single maneuvers, using its signature high-guarded stance and force-of-will based kiai shouts. Requires:Sword
D Rank:
Zantou • Flowing Cut
D-Rank Kenjutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: Zantou • Effect Focus
A simple sword technique, this allows the user to alter the direction of their blade mid-cut. This can be used to work around a block, or simply to act as a powerful feint and strike all in the same motion without stopping. Either way, this makes the user incredibly unpredictable in a fight.

Zantou • Planting Cut
D-Rank Kenjutsu Manuever
Prerequisite: Zantou • Effect Focus, Zantou • Flowing Cut
Before or during any slash the user performs they immediately grip the back of their hilt and execute a frontal thrust with a twist to the handle, angling it downward so that it pierces through the target downward; Once it has, it lodges the blade into the ground, pinning the target unless they can break free of the blade which, depending on placement of the blade, is difficult. This is often used as a lead up to an execution move, but is rarely deadly by itself.
C Rank:
Zantou • Breaking Cut
C-Rank Kenjutsu
Prerequisite: Zantou • Effect Focus
A powerful, destructive slash meant to be initiated in the middle of another attack the user shifts their grip suddenly from the hilt to the back of the sword and, with all of their might, they force whatever attack they had to turn into a focused cut on a selective area of the opponent; All of the tension and inertia of an attack is directed at a point on the opponent. This is all performed with a kiai, and acts as both a deflection move, as well acting to break the weapon of the opponent, or could also be used to slice through armor, or even sever a limb given proper placement.

Zantou • Fearsome Thrust
C-Rank Kenjutsu
Prerequisite: Zantou • Effect Focus
Usually thought of as an 'ending point' from other attacks, the user draws their blade back towards their core and lets forth their kiai shout as they thrust forward, giving them a momentary surge as they force their body into the thrust. This technique allows them a devastating amount of piercing force and allows users to puncture holes in tough armor, or through defending weapons to attack what lays behind.

Zantou • Kittens Yelp
C-Rank Kenjutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Must be under the effects of Zantou • Effect Focus
The first in the hallmark series of techniques to harness ones inner focus and push it out externally, Zantou • Kittens Yelp is a technique designed to instill fear in lesser opponents. So long as the users Willpower is greater than any targets Willpower, any who oppose the user within [Willpower+Strength]/2 in meters will find themselves stunned for a microsecond as the user lets out a mighty kiai yelp. Those with a weaker constitution may find themselves terrified, but warriors will often be mostly unphased. The primary use of this technique is to cause minor hesitation, or to put a block in someone's focus as they try to concentrate on maintaining a technique. This will cause channeled techniques (or techniques in the middle of being sealed) to be cancelled out if the effected targets [Endurance+Control]/2 is less than the users [Endurance+Strength+Willpower]/3.
B Rank:
Zantou • Effect Focus
B-Rank Kenjutsu Stance
Prerequisite: 15 Willpower
A technique requiring just as much mental focus as the ability to control one's body and a core technique of it's style, the user learns to plant their feet in unison while setting their shoulders and lifting their sword, drawing all of their thoughts away from anything but the opponent or target. This technique is meant to be complimented with drawn out breathing practice and meditation to create a state, temporarily, where the senses are narrowed towards a specific goal. This allows the user of the stance to ignore outside stimuli in a fight incredibly easily, focusing solely on the body movements of their opponent, aiding in predicting their moves based on muscle tensions. This also focuses the user to a point where things such as extreme heat or cold no longer bother them on a mental level, even while physically being burned or frozen.

Zantou • Pups Yipping
B-Ranked Kenjutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Must be under the effects of Zantou • Effect Focus
A more advanced form of pushing one's will onto their opponents, Zantou • Pups Yipping pushes disadvantage onto targets. By letting out their mighty kiai yelp, the Zantou user puts any foes within [Willpower+Strength]/2 in meters under the negative effects of Zantou • Effect Focus, giving them tunnel vision towards the user, narrowing their focus, and making them act with more reckless abandon towards the user. This also offers a debuff of -6 Speed towards the targets. Effectively acting as a taunt, the targets Willpower must be greater than the users Willpower in order to resist the effects. This effect may be maintained as long as the user continues their kiai at least once every two posts, but otherwise lasts a total of two posts.

Zantou • Tigers Growl
A-Ranked Kenjutsu Manuever
Prerequisite: Must be under the effects of Zantou • Effect Focus
Using the basis provided by Zantou • Kittens Yelp, Zantou • Tigers Growl takes it to the next level. By constantly letting out a low kiai, characterized as sounding much like a growl, the user attempts to prevent the casting of any jutsu in their presence. Those with a weaker constitution, such as untrained civilians, will often find themselves terrified in the presence of this technique, but warriors will mostly be unaffected. Those with Willpower less than or equal to the users Willpower will find themselves unable to mold chakra either through hand seals or channeling as long as they are within [endurance]x2 meters of the user. This lasts a single post but can be re-initiated every post.

Zantou • Weather the Storm
S-Ranked Kenjutsu Discipline
Those truly proficient and trained in the art of Zantou know that the strongest warriors must continue their fight, outlasting even the mighty biting winds of Blizzard country. To ensure this war of attrition ends in favor of the Zantou swordsman, they learn this technique to ensure their opponents always, eventually, fall before they do. Those with [Speed] less than the users [Speed] will find it impossible to completely dodge all blows from the user, always coming away with at least small cuts every time the user moves their blade towards them. Each small cut is rarely enough to end someone's life on its own, but they all build up to throw the battle of attrition in favor of the Zantou swordsman.

Zantou • Dragon's Roar
S-Ranked Kenjutsu Maneuver
One of the ultimate techniques for Zantou swordsmen, the user will let out a mighty kiai roar so loud it can be heard for miles. This roar will effect anyone within [Endurancex3] meters, and cause them to quiver in their boots, forcing their mind into fight or flight mode and ruining their concentration on any tasks at hand. Any trained foes caught in this zone will find their control debuffed by -10, while untrained civilians and noncombatants will simply find themselves completely frozen in fear. This debuff lasts for 5 posts.
Kushou Ryu SoujutsuShow
Kushou:
Kushou-Ryu Soujutsu, or spear techniques, are a collection of Taijutsu techniques focussed around the use of polearms. The techniques can be used interchangeably for users of spears, staves, glaives and similar weapons. These techniques were developed by the military of the Holy City of Towers, rumoured to have been passed from the Holy Mother herself to the males of her land centuries ago. Those who wish to learn the secret techniques of the style must travel there and convince them to teach them. The style itself revolves around keeping the user’s weapon and body moving in order to manoeuvre around an opponent’s guard, or beat their way through it. Requires: [Polearm Weapons].
D-Rank:
* Kushou・Low Wind Rising
D-Ranked Taijutsu Stance
The foundational stance of the Kushou style, Low Wind Rising involves the spinning of the user’s spear or polearm around their body constantly whilst remaining in motion. While in this stance, the user will be able to deflect projectiles with less strength than their own, while also making unpredictable movements of their spear.

* Kushou・The Swallow Takes Flight
D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
The user will vault themselves into the air using their polearm and then unleash a powerful blow from above. This technique is used to disorient and surprise foes as well as overpower them as it strikes with all of the user’s body weight and momentum from the spin they perform in the air in order to strike with the spear that was touching the ground moments before.
C-Rank:
* Kushou・Folding the Fan
C-Ranked Taijutsu Stance
Prerequisite: [Sword Weapons] concentration
A supplementary stance of the Kushou style, Folding the fan involves pulling back the user’s polarm and using only a portion of its length in order to engage briefly in shorter range with opponents. This sacrifices the user’s range advantage, but also allows them to more properly deal with those who get inside their range. This allows the use of a polearm weapon like a sword weapon.

* Kushou・Bundling Straw
C-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: 15 Willpower
This technique is a kind of mental preparation for the constant movement and spinning involved in the Kushou style. This enables the user to gather snippets of vision, sounds and tactile sensory information in order to be properly aware of the battlefield around them whether standing still or in rapid circular motion. The user is effectively aware of their surroundings within Willpower/3m of their person, able to recognize when attacks are coming and the body positions of opponents.

* Kushou・Twisting the Wind
C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: * Kushou・Low Wind Rising
This is the core technique of the Kushou Style. The user will begin in the Low Wind Rising stance and then approaches their opponent. They will begin with a wide arcing blow to begin this combination of blows. Following this they will spin their polearm and their body as they follow their opponent across the battlefield, chasing them down as they block and evade. This technique takes the user’s entire post, and can strike a number of times equal to half their speed. Those who block more than one blow will suffer a -3 to Strength for 3 posts as the weapon’s momentum and force jars their body.
B-Rank:
* Kushou・Watered Silk
B-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
The user of this technique will strike the ground with one end of their weapon hard, dragging it in a line. This will fling a cloud of dirt, rock and dust up into their opponent’s eyes as if the user had thrown it. The use of one end of their weapon in this enables the immediate return of the opposite end for a follow up strike at either a blinded opponent or an opponent that is quite predictably dodging the debris.
A-Rank:
* Kushou・Whirlwind on the Mountain
A-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerquisite: * Kushou・Twisting the Wind
The user of this technique begins a relentless onslaught upon an opponent. They take a moment to prepare their legs before dashing forward. This technique is used to pursue opponents and wear them down with repeated spinning attacks. Opponents with a speed lower than the user’s will find it difficult to safely move away from the user while they pursue them. Those that block or are hit by two or more blows will have their Taijutsu reduced by 6 because of the jarring nature of the blows for 6 posts.

* Kushou・Kingfisher Circles the Pond
A-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 30 Speed
The user of this technique will take a moment to prepare themselves before dashing full speed around an opponent in order to strike them from behind. The strength of this technique comes from the extreme acceleration used in it, causing those with 5 less [Speed+Willpower/2] than the user’s speed to be unable to follow the user’s movement at all. The user will then make a powerful thrust at the opponent from their new position.
Flawless Aim KyujutsuShow
Flawless Aim Style:
This style of combat is favored by specialists preferring to use projectiles, often serving as a staple for taijutsu-based projectile users. Focusing on the synergy between their hands and senses they strive to make their reach as far as possible with flawless aim.
Requires [Projectile Weaponry] concentration
C-Rank:
*[Flawless Aim Style • Evasive Maneuvers]
C-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
The user has learned to maintain accuracy while on the move. This allows the user to move at full speed and even change directions without interrupting their rhythm.

*[Flawless Aim Style • Ricochet Shot]
C-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
By launching their shot at the proper angle the practitioner is capable of bouncing their projectile off solid surfaces without losing accuracy. Any surface they bounce off causes the projectile to lose ⅕ of its impact strength and soft or uneven surfaces are impossible to bounce off.

*[Flawless Aim Style • Hidden Shot]
C-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
By releasing two projectiles back to back the user attempts to create a decoy for the second. The first projectile is often larger or of equal size and the second is slightly behind and below it, usually attempting to hide in the first’s shadow. This masks the attack to some degree. However, perceptive opponents who have an Willpower greater than the user’s Speed may be able to see through the charade, provided they have means to do so.

*[Flawless Aim Style • Twisting Path]
C-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
By adding a spin to the weapon before it is launched the user is able to give the it a warping motion as it flies through the air. With much practice, the user is able to predict the weapon’s shifting motion and aim accordingly. This can be used to hit a target that is hiding behind another person or object, and is especially useful against a human shield.
B Rank:
*[Flawless Aim Style • Uncanny Shot]
B-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Having advanced in their arts the practitioner is able to launch projectiles from inconceivable positions. No matter what position their body is in they’re capable of releasing attacks without any detriment to their aim. In addition, rapid adjustments such as dodging or spinning has no effect on their aim.

*[Flawless Aim Style • Blind Sight]
B-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
The user is adept at following targets they may not be able to see. By using their other senses they can loose attacks at targets that may be behind, above, to their sides, or even behind terrain without sacrificing any accuracy. They must still be able to actually hit their target around any obstructions that may exist.
A Rank:
*[Flawless Aim Style • Sniper’s Hunting Grounds]
A-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
The adept can not be in any immediate danger while doing this as it renders them immobile and unable to perceive their immediate surroundings. Provided they have means of seeing such distances they’re fully capable of taking full post of concentration and releasing a single shot that has undiminished accuracy out to [(Strength+Speed)/2]/5 miles.
Generic TechniquesShow
D Rank:
Skillful Wield
D-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
With a solid foundation of knowledge on their choice of weaponry, those with the Skillful Wield technique are able to utilize their weapon more fully. By knowing the weapon's weakest points, the user is able to avoid presenting these areas to damage during combat, thus making their weapon less likely to break by means of recklessness.

Seamless Skill
D-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
A skill utilized by those on the path to mastery of their weapon, users of Seamless Skill are actively able to transition between offensive and defensive usage of the aforementioned weapon. By transitioning so seamlessly, the user is able to save a marginal amount of energy while attacking.
C Rank:
Ambidexterity
C-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
After extensive practice and training the character has gained equal strength and skill between their two hands. This allows them to perform any action with either hand at exactly the same skill level and strength.
B Rank:
Slice the Rain
B-rank Taijutsu Discipline
An advanced speed draw that has become second nature to its user, making defensive parries and throwing much more effective.

Rain Drop
B-rank Taijutsu Discipline
An advanced throwing technique used to throw a sword at a target, moving or still, with greatly improved accuracy.

Blur
B-Ranked Taijutsu Stance
The user has learned to move their entire body as they flow from stance to stance, never remaining still long enough for anyone to keep up mentally. With this stance, as long as the opponent doesn't have an equal ranked perception technique, then the users body seems to blur as they move, leaving behind solid looking afterimages, making it difficult to tell which one is the 'real' version of the user, meaning that hitting the right one, as well as blocking incoming strikes becomes much more difficult.
Golden ExperienceShow
Cutting Off Your Arm
A-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: Rigid Structure
Thanks to the power of Aimi, Fuhen has learned how to toughen his body to an extreme degree, turning his skin harder than steel in the midst of combat, taking this readied stance at his speed, and giving his skin an effective strength of his own strength.

To Spite Your Genjutsu
A-Rank Heavenly Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Rigid Structure
When dodging isn't possible, and passive strength isn't enough, Fuhen can center and brace himself for impact, using a combination of breath control and intense endurance training. By flexing just right before an attack hits, Fuhen can shrug off anything from a blade strike to a katon fireball with practically no injury.

Quake Fist • Rock & Roll
A-Rank Heavenly Taijutsu Maneuver
Using taijutsu concepts learned from Kaguya, Aimi, and after fighting the annoyance of Yami, Kasai, Fuhen has learned to deal with armors and barriers effectively. When faced with an opponent layered in armor or hiding inside of a barrier, Fuhen can slap any structure, defensive or otherwise, and maintain contact. For each post, Fuhen's hand will send out reverberations, striking at whatever strength the slap was four times for every post of maintained contact. These reverberations travel around the defensive structure dealing damage all across it equally until it crumbles, fuhen removes his hand, or someone removes it for him. If used on the flesh of a human, the reverberations will slowly start to liquefy someone from the inside out.

Quake Fist • Plucked Wings
S-Ranked Heavenly Taijutsu Maneuver
Clapping his hands once, Fuhen will send out reverberating shockwaves over a 80 meter radius. Foes caught in these shockwaves will find themselves disoriented and unable to move their body as they usually do, having their speed reduced by 10 for the next six posts.

Quake Fist • Severe Tremor
S-Ranked Heavenly Taijutsu Maneuver
The user pulls their arm back over and across their body and balls up their fist, building up tremendous stress and tension in the muscles of their body. When the user chooses they will slam their arm forward with such incredible force that the air they strike visibly shatters as if made of glass. The resulting shock-wave radiates outwards from the user in a 110 meter cone, ripping through anything that it comes in contact with at [Strength] equal to the users’ [Strength]. Earth, trees, buildings, boulders, etc. are all shaken to the point of breaking apart or collapsing, huge chunks of the upper crust of the earth jutting upwards in jagged hunks up to 110 meters tall. If used over water the water will roil and rage as if by a severe storm or earthquake, creating tidal waves that rise as high as 110 meters before they come crashing down. This maneuver boasts not only incredibly raw power but versatility as well as the shock-waves created from the initial strike can be used like a shield or a wall, blocking or ‘striking back’ against oncoming offensive techniques as they rip and tear through the land and thus deflecting or otherwise interrupting them so long as the [Strength] of the shock-wave is greater than the [Strength] of the technique used.

Strong Fist • Primary Lotus
B-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
The user launches the opponent into the air with an upper kick to the chin or through other means and then leaps up after them, jumping up into the opponents' blind spot behind them. Once behind the opponent, the user restrains them with their arms and legs or through other means and flips themselves and the opponent upside down, diving them head first towards the ground. While diving, the user spins themselves and the opponent around at ferocious speeds. At the last possible instant, the user separates themselves from the opponent, letting them smash into the ground and creating a small 5 meter sized crater plus 1 meter for every 5 Strength the user is above the required Strength to use this technique.

Strong Fist • Hidden Lotus
A-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
A variation of [Strong Fist Style • Primary Lotus], the user launches the opponent into the air with an upper kick to the chin or through other means and then leaps up after them. The user follows up this jump with repeated strikes to the opponents' torso before spinning the opponent in the air so that the user is on top of them, where they will deliver a devastating final blow that sends both them and the opponent hurtling towards the ground. The impact causes a crater that is 15 meters wide plus 3 meters for every 5 Strength the user is above the required Strength to use this technique.

Strong Fist • Morning Peacock
A-Rank Heavenly Taijutsu Maneuver
The user launches the opponent into the air with an upper kick to the chin or through other means and then leaps up after them. The user then strikes at the opponent with their fists, each strike being so fast that the speed and friction causes their fist to be set ablaze. The user punches the opponent repeatedly, creating a peacock-like fan of flames as each strike connects. These flames set the opponent on fire, burning with a strength equal to the users’ [Strength]. Once the user is finished, they will send their opponent crashing back to the ground, covered with the attacks' flames.

Strong Fist • Afternoon Tiger
S-Rank Heavenly Taijutsu Maneuver
The user places a palm facing forward in front of their face with one hand and then taps it with his other hand, formed into a fist, which creates a massive amount of air pressure. The user punches forward which launches the air pressure at the opponent in the shape of a tiger, by leaving a gigantic tiger-shaped impression into the initially built-up air pressure. The air pressure will condense as it's moving and be focused into a single point. The technique then explodes, releasing the built up air pressure in an instant. A massive concussive explosion is created which can be felt at a distance of 150 meters away. The size of the explosion is 45 meters in radius. The strength of the explosion is equal to the user's [Strength]. The energy of the attack is capable of withering the skin, muscle, and tissue of any being to a quivering mess.

Rip
S-Rank Tenku-Taijutsu Maneuver
Focusing his raw willpower into one of his hands, Fuhen can reach out and shove his hand inside the host of a sealed spirit. If his willpower is 10 or more than their mastery, he will be able to rip the spirit out immediately. If it is 7 or more, he will be able to rip it out after 1 post of struggling. If it is 5 or more, he will be able to rip it out after 2 posts of struggling. Closer numbers make this only able to occur on an unconscious or willing target.

Shove
S-Rank Tenku-Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 50 Willpower, 50 strength
After having grabbed onto a spirit, whether through Rip or otherwise, Fuhen will push it into a vessel, whether it be an inanimate object, or a host, binding the two together in a process similar to jinchuriki or tsukumogami. For spirits with stats, Fuhen's Willpower must be greater than their control, or they must be beaten into submission first. This process is only temporary, lasting until the end of the thread, unless the spirit is shoved into a vessel specially prepared to receive a spirit, or a proper tenkujutsu master finishes the sealing after the fact.

Banish
S-Rank Tenku-Taijutsu Maneuver
Making a mighty kiai yelp, Fuhen will attempt to banish any summoned spirits back to their original plane of existence. So long as Fuhen's willpower is greater than the control of any spirit's summoner in a 80m radius, it will be banished and unable to be resummoned for five posts.

phpBB [video]

Age: 29
Gender: Male
Height: 185cm
Weight: 80kg
Physical Features:
  • Face/head: Goro is what most would consider devilishly handsome, with a cocky smirk on his face almost no matter where he goes, a cigarette hanging out of his mouth lazily, and a look in his eyes as if he's observing prey. His long dark hair generally flows pretty loosely wherever it pleases, though is sometimes combed back for more formal occasions.
  • Body: Quite tall, Goro is an intimidating sight to behold for many. His exceedingly broad shoulders taper down to a thin waist, giving his body a triangular shape, and lead down to thin but well-muscled legs, giving him almost a scarecrow type look.
  • Notable Features: Goro's left arm is always covered in bandages, horribly scarred from a previous mission and somewhat sensitive to the touch and sunlight.
Clothing/Accessories: Goro has pretty well embraced the western styled clothing that has started to become prevalent within the Heart Empire. His usual attire consists of somewhat formal looking vests over dark colored shirts, and a pair of pants to match the vests. Often he will be seen with gloves on both hands, or at least on his left hand, and a pair of dark glasses sat atop his nose, though it's unclear if they're simply for fashion, or if they actually serve a purpose.
Personality:
  • General: Goro is an enigmatic man who might just as quickly punch someone in the jaw as help them up off the floor. He refuses to explain his actions to most of those around him, and keeps most of his intentions and thoughts to himself. Generally, he could be considered a 'good' man because of his average intents, but his actions to get there sometimes leave much to be desired, and it's generally unclear where his loyalties lie.
  • Hopes/Dreams: Goro works hard to secure the vision of the Noujin family, an enigmatic goal that seems to have something to do with the Shogun.
  • Fears: Few things scare Goro, but the man genuinely seems afraid of dying, and given his experience with Kirigakure ninja, seems to hold a special fear towards them.
  • Combat Mentality: Goro tends to saunter into battle casually, holding back his strengths until the appropriate time to strike comesm unless he views his opponent as a real and proper threat.

Jutsu
NinjutsuShow

TaijutsuShow
Natural
D-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: [Corded Weapons]
Having spent many hours with different kinds of corded weapons, Goro can use whips, chains, wire, and of course his bandages as if they were an extra limb or prehensile tail.

Pickpocket
D-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: [Corded Weapons]
Using his supreme control over his bandages, Goro can whip them out towards a target at a distance equal to his [strengthx2] in meters, often feinting slightly in the middle of combat, and taking advantage of any dodge or distraction used to steal something off the body of his target.

Slice
D-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: [Corded Weapons]
Sending out his bandages, Goro can twist them at the last moment to ensure the smallest point touches the target, pulling them taught as well, causing them to be able to cut and slice through flesh and other materials as long as his strength is appropriate to do so.

Shield
D-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: [Corded Weapons]
By loosening his bandages and then tightening them up just right with a wave of his hand, Goro can make them quickly form a 2.5m square shield to absorb impacts, protecting himself or anyone else hiding behind the bandages. This shield can be made up to [strengthx2] meters away.

Grapple
D-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: [Corded Weapons]
Throwing out his bandages towards a target, he can wrap them around a limb, or even their entire body if given the opportunity, and tighten the bandages down, squeezing and holding tight. He can continue to squeeze down on the wrapped object to inflict serious injuries, or if his strength is high enough, use them to pull the target back towards him.

Stifle
C-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: [Corded Weapons]
With his bandages out and about, Goro prefers to keep a distance from his target, and as such can stiffen his bandages at appropriate times to keep opponents at bay. Even if they are stronger than he is, they will push him back at the same time as they do the bandages, making it very difficult to approach Goro.

Fork
C-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: [Corded Weapons]
As most things do, Goro's bandages have two ends. With many hours of practice, Goro has achieved the ability to be able to use both ends of his bandages at the same time, with the same skill and precision as if he'd just used one.

Family「DECLASSIFIED」Show
Noujin, Goro is part of the famed Noujin family of Tea Country. This family is of newer wealth and fame thanks to their assistance in growing both farm technology and martial arts prowess. Previously only a medium wealth family, the introduction of steam technology allowed them to expand their farms tenfold, and focus on their martial arts, spreading it throughout the Heart Empire. Goro is the third son, and as such, third in line to the Noujin household, and does not appear to hold aspirations for more than this.
Cult of the Shogun「CLASSIFIED」Show
After Shogun Iyashii Fuhen took over and formed the Heart Empire, a secretive group known as the "Cult of the Shogun" formed alongside it. This cult seems to worship the concept of the Shogun, and being of older ideals, believes in the idea that the Shogunate should be passed down to a worthy heir who shares Fuhen's blood. The cult has been working tirelessly to find the Shogun's blood children, of which there seem to be far too many, and recruit people to watch over them, training and testing them to find which one will be a worthy replacement should the Shogun ever pass.
Mission「CLASSIFIED」Show
Goro was recruited by the cult only recently, his first mission being one of utmost importance, to bear personal witness to the exploits of Shogun Iyashii, Fuhen. Because of this, he is often found not too far behind the Shogun, watching over him from the shadows, even if the Shogun or others are aware of his presence.
