[CC Training] The Armed forces

Chikara knew that if he continued to train the way he had done then he would help Enzaragi raise an unstoppable army, not only to be able to fend themselves from foreign invaders but to be able to make sure that their country would survive once they had just become a legacy, speaking of, Chikara was apparently close to being written down in Crescents history, he had heard of the actions taken by the new Hokage and his shadow, actions which even the mercenary deemed rather low, but alas, this was the facts of war and one would have to live with the consequences created by one's hands.

One can either cry about what happened or do something about it, I for one intend to do something about it! Chikara held the final hand sign as he continued to pour his chakra into his armor.

Chikara had accepted them the day he had abandoned Konoha and knew that one day he would have to pay, funny enough that day came earlier than expected, but they somehow still didn't truly finish him, though how would they have been able to guess that he had managed to get hold of True Izanagi? It wasn't that he could just use the technique haphazardly, he had to sacrifice a great deal of his power to rewrite history and return to the realm of the mortals, a power he had held secret even for Enzaragi until the day he just randomly sprung it upon him.

Ichiro had helped with his healing but even Iijutsu had its limitations, only the truly forbidden jutsu was capable of dealing with changing the laws of nature, and as far as he knew these techniques were kept secret or else they might run around a bunch of suicide bombers who would just rush people and end their own lives just to rewrite history, though wouldn't that mean that their victims also could return? Unless they were too weak, only the strong survive in the end. Chikara shook his head as he continued to peer over Bashanti Garden, his susano'o' had been activated almost the entire time the sun was rising as he was training his chakra pool but also inspiring his army to believe that his chakra pool was near infinite.

To the uninitiated it might appear like I could hold this jutsu for days but to those who knew of the ways of ninjas, that's a different story. He shook his head as he let a chuckle escape his breath, at least he was starting to find some joy in all of this again.

Though truth be told, his Chakra pool was only that of the average of an S-Class ninja but to most foot soldiers these types of legendary powers were only ever witnessed once in a lifetime, but his army got to see their actions in full display once a week (Due to their intense training regime) in order to inspire them to grow even stronger. Normally Chikara didn't train this hard or fast but when time was of the essence then one had to pick and choose when to rest and when to head into action. He nodded at his own train of thoughts before his hands came together to form a massive shadow that expanded over the training field, he let the shadow slither until it managed to capture four soldiers who struggled to get out of its grip.

His soldiers knew better than to actually try for real as Chikara had already taught them what it meant when a Nara grabbed you by the shadow, he had already taught them that Chakra casters had the capabilities to create insane creations that were hard to define, some used them for elemental purposes, others for illusions, either way, they needed to master the art of using Chakra to their advantage if they ever hoped to achieve greatness, therefore Chikara was knee deep in his chakra training regiment.

Nothing was going to stop him from reaching his peak powers, he already felt more powerful than he ever was, save for the fact that he had seemingly lost his living shadow, which greatly bummed him, alas, all he had to do was survive long enough and he would possibly either get it back or he would find a way to make it happen without the way he did it before, perhaps Chikara would even forget about it when he becomes strong enough, who was to say that his mind would stay the same post-war?

Nonetheless, he was certainly not going to let his little slip-up continue to drag him down, the first couple of weeks had been hell for him as for the first time in years the man cried himself to sleep, he felt betrayed and that he wronged his best friend, he had put Enzaragi's life in danger for nothing when in reality he thought his life meant little, apparently he was dead wrong as the Country cried out for Chikara's return, lucky for them he had managed to do so, for if not then he was certain that situations would escalate even further. I am not going to let that happen.

Chikara would never be caught off guard anymore, he needed to stay as vigilant as possible, no more trusting the words of men who turned on you, Chikara had honestly expected to wake up from his sleep-induced Fuuinjutsu and have a strange code running through a mental algorithm that told him to betray Crescent and be a double agent, but Fanho didn't seem to think Chikara was worth even that, hell, Chikara had even offered to work for him if the price was right, which the mercenary thought was a joke as he knew that he had nothing to bargain with.

Chikara continued to pour chakra into his susano'o, today he wasn't going to cast multiple jutsu, no instead he was going to focus on maintaining a few of them and try to hold them there as long as possible. "Remember to tell me if you guys need to piss or anything, for I expect us to be out here for a while." Chikara laughed as he pushed his hood up, the sun was starting to grill him as he had been sitting on the rooftop for the longest while, the men that had been snared in his shadow jutsu would obviously be released the second they told him that it was beginning to get a bit uncomfortable.

Luckily Chikara got to train his Chakra Pool and his soldiers got to train their strength, endurance, and even speed (Provided they were fast enough to escape the shadows), which was perfect as it seemed to be benefiting both. This is how we should train from now on, we should find a common goal, set some sort of deadline, and then go all out... If not, then maybe we should at least try to push our army to be top-tier, for we never want to be looked down upon again. Chikara knew better than to push people too far, but if they didn't add any pressure then they would never be able to create the diamonds they were after. What do they say? You can't make an omelette without cracking a few eggs right? Even though it's kind of weird that we steal eggs from other animals. Chikara laughed out loud for he wasn't sure if there was any true logic behind the way he thought currently as his mind was still busy focusing on maintaining his jutsu.

So that's exactly what he did, no matter how straining this was all getting, he knew that before he reached the point where he could claim that he was a legend that there wouldn't be a stop to this, for if he truly wanted to reach the top then he would have to continue no matter what. So with a deep breath, he exhaled, and he felt the sweat trickle down his spine, which was annoying for he knew that he needed to stay in position in order to maintain the Susano'o and the shadow hold he had cast on his fellow soldiers. I am getting better at this by the minute, with enough time I am sure I could possibly even defeat myself. Chikara chuckled.

Luckily he didn't have to find a specific partner for this, unlike the times when he needed to train his genjutsu, which, frankly he found rather amusing. It was one of the only sessions that allowed him to torture someone without the burden of guilt, especially when they asked him for help training their will power. A chuckle escaped his breath as he thought about his Konoha days before a serious demeanor took over, No, nothing about that country is funny anymore! Focus Chikara! He knew better than to relax around Konoha goons anymore, there wasn't going to be peace anymore but at the same time it didn't mean that he would destroy everything from his past, no, what he wanted was to enact revenge on the men that harmed him and his future before settling down to make sure that

Heh, I do wonder what would happen if we did in fact win, would Iwa take us in as allies? Would our backs be protected from Kirigakure? One thing was clear from the first phase of Wind Country Invasion, Suna stood no chance, that's why they had to ask Konoha and Kumo for help and even they fell to the might of Iwa, although they did get help from the Crescent when they were just a bunch of mercenaries with a makeshift army, now that they indeed had a country under their belt, why would they attempt to team up with a country that was dying? Suna was done for and it was clear as day, Konoha was desperate to try to rescue their dying comrade, and worst of all, they did stand a good chance of pushing Iwagakure back, which was why Crescent was quick to react, Kirigakure had responded to the call and sent people to assist Iwa while Kumo didn't seem to neither want to help protect Suna or attack Iwa.

Perhaps he was afraid that Kirigakure would assault them if they got involved. Chikara rubbed his chin as he thought back to the first Wind Country Invasion and how Kumogakure had only sent one ninja, which was odd, perhaps Kumogakure hadn't produced anyone else worthwhile. And yet here we are, ready to fight Konoha, little ol' Crescent. But that didn't mean that things were going to be easy for them, no, in fact, Chikara expected things to be rough for a while, especially while they hashed out whatever deal they could with Iwagakure, had Chikara not been captured during the first part then he was pretty certain that things would've been smoothed out a long time ago, so in order to make up for lost time he would work overtime to make sure that Crescent survived.

Chikara knew that the time was now for if he truly wanted to finish his chakra pool training then he would need to also train jutsu that drained more, he needed to become even stronger, and he needed to cover any gaps he had in his offence. He had already trained jutsu to protect him, in the future he would train jutsu that also protected his allies but for now, he had to make sure that he didn't end up getting captured again, especially if during the Konoha raid, for what would be the point of him coming back only to be captured again?

No that didn't make any sense, Chikara knew better than to relax days before a major event, so instead he formed a new set of hand seals, one his father had shown him years ago, a jutsu he was told only true masters of the Nara clan were able to perform, so if Chikara managed to get this jutsu down then he would be considered one as well, well, a traitor of course because he had left the village to create his own and now he was preparing to fight his old home.

Chikara closed his eyes yet again before he cast the vast tendrils of shadows that danced around him, the violent shadows whipped and sprung to life, shocking his soldiers who had only ever seen him use shadow hold, they weren't sure what to expect but fortunately the Nara wouldn't use this technique to kill his soldiers, no, all he would do was hold them down.

With this technique, he would be able to capture multiple enemies, though knowing the limitations of the shadow did in fact make it so he probably would have to activate Tsuyoi to become strong enough to hold multiple S-Class ninjas, especially if everyone was above the likes of Enzaragi when it came to their strength output. Chikara opened his eyes and to his surprise, his shadow technique worked, which meant that he could begin to focus on other endeavors. Soon. The mercenary chuckled as he rose to a standing position, he knew that Kemuri was heading towards the training ground, which was good, it meant that the man was taking things seriously, Enzaragi was already training further down the training facility.

"Oi, let's make sure that we train to the point where they might even reconsider fighting us on their home turf!" Chikara chuckled, the army didn't they rallied out a war cry and raised their weapons. I guess they are ready.
