Standing in front of a bulletin board, Roku was posting his advertisement. He had heard some rumors about meeting different kinds of people anonymously for training and was interested. It was night time and the light was dim but Roku was certain he would get a bite. Roku posted his bulletin to the board, it read; "To whom it may concern, I am a very skilled user of Suiton, with techniques unique only to the Heart Empire. For a limited time, I am willing to teach you these secrets, anonymously of course. Meet me by the Here-Today-Gone-Tomorrow Pop Up Resturant early in the morning for training. Signed, SharkBait." Roku was smiling as he walked away. He was excited to teach new people about the mysteries of Water Release.
