The Iwagakure symbol was shown plainly on the forehead protector. A rough scratch mark went right through it. The ninja had no problem showing his fealty and he seemed to have good notice of Genkaku's presence. The two had accidentally stumbled right into each other and were staring face to face. The Iwa nin jumped back in protective gesture. His eyes narrowed upon the Kumogakure Jounin.
"What do you want? Get out of my way..."
His words were direct, aggressive, and down to point. He didn't care for words and was already tracing his weapon.

In a quick response to what the man had to say Genkaku replied, "I want you out of my country, now please leave peacefully, or I will make you leave by force!" Genkaku didn't back down to anyone especially not some punk Shinobi that thought he was bad...
Genkaku saw the Shinobi reaching for his blade, so Genkaku also rested his hand on his blade's hilt, ready to draw it in a moment's notice.

[Mission] Paper Cut
The shinobi laughed humorously to himself. Frankly, he found Genkaku's words rather funny and refused to take him serious.
"It's your death warrant kid."
As if on cue, he slid backwards into an abrupt, but more secure position. His hand darted for his belt and with a lucid gesture, he tugged forth his weapon.
A pen...
A small utensil dipped with ink and the missing nin was already scribbling fervently on his hand.
"The blood that binds and the ink that creates..."
No seals, but chakra was circulating. Genkaku was free to take the first hit... or defensive posture.

Genkaku was close enough to the Missing Ninja from Iwagakure that he knew of a Genjutsu perfect for his position. As soon as his opponent jumped into a defensive stance Genkaku jolted forward making hand signs as he did, then once he finished he threw a fourth of his bag of powder onto the man and continued running past him, but never getting so close as to be within arms reach.
All the while if the powder hit the man then Genkaku's Genjutsu would be triggered, and whether the man followed Genkaku or not, soon the itching would kick in and that is when Genkaku would make his move, when his opponent was most likely to be open.
"I'm sure it is..." Genkaku said under his breath sarcastically in reply to the man's comment about his death.
All the while if the powder hit the man then Genkaku's Genjutsu would be triggered, and whether the man followed Genkaku or not, soon the itching would kick in and that is when Genkaku would make his move, when his opponent was most likely to be open.

B-Ranked Genjutsu
Genkaku first makes the proper hand signs, then he throws some sort of powder or sand onto the opponent. If the powder lands on the opponent then the Genjutsu is activated. While getting powder on the person is harder then most activations, the powder will make the Genjutsu seem that much more real. When they become itchy all over their body, they will believe the powder did it to them, and they're less likely to think it's a Genjutsu. This Genjutsu causes the opponent lots of pain from the scratching and also distracts them. How people react to the itching varies; however, almost every time people react as follows...
Post 1. The opponent begins to feel itchy and scratches away at their body every now and then.
Post 2. The opponent begins to scratch more frantically at their body, sometimes they can even cause themselves to slightly bleed.
Post 3. The opponent itches so badly that they literally begin to scratch at their skin making small cuts, making them bleed as if cut by a kunai and scratching more frequently than before.
Post 4. The itching continues until the end of the post which is when the Genjutsu ends.

The finger stopped writing on his palm for a slight second as his eyes connected with his opponent. The battle had started and his fist tightened around the pen.
With a flick of his wrist, he finished writing and just as Genkaku threw the bag, his palm extended itself forward and burst into a mass of papers. Anything past his wrist was gone, replaced with the new form of chaos that the mass amount of papers evoked.
As the papers danced in the air, it quickly pushed and knocked the bag of powder to the ground and away from the missing nin. It was out of place for the flimsy papers to have the strength to do so, but they managed.
Just as the bag had been flicked away, the mans second hand was morphing into paper as well. With a quick burst, the hand stretched and converted to paper as it attacked outward towards genkaku.
Paper Palm
D-Rank Ninjutsu
His palm will put apart from his body in paper form and knock away small projectiles like kunai, arrows and other things.
Paper Extension
His arm will convert to paper form and extend forward for ten meters and attack with the force of bricks to bluntly hurt the opponent
