After forming the needed handseals the user of this technique lifts their hands up and Storm begins to course through their palms, releasing up to 4 one inch balls of liquid lightning that pulse brilliantly and remain where they were in the air for up to 3 posts. Each ball can be launched off at 3 speed on command from the user, able to fly 15 feet from it's original position and the user can fire any number of liquid lightning orbs in any straight direction at once. Each one pierces like a kunai hit on any surface.
*Witch Slick Technique

After forming several hand seal the user of this technique creates two Storm orbs in either hand that are roughly one inch in diameter before they then throw them down onto the ground, causing two puddles of Storm that are roughly five inch long and one deep, each. The trick to these puddles is that they retain the liquid lightning properties; Flowing fiercely and when stepped on they will penetrate in the direction of incoming force, meaning that stepping into these harmless seeming puddles is like stepping on a kunai; It will penetrate most shoes or wooden clogs nicely, likely stabbing unwary foes in the feet.
