The village was an absolute mess, that could be seen from miles away. The village gates were completely destroyed, the ruins of the homes could be seen scattered around the village. There were even homes that had obviously been on fire, mysteriously. There was nobody waiting to welcome the independent missing ninja they hired, all of the villagers seemed too busy trying to save their own people. The disaster was 24 hours ago, and they were still scrambling to save their citizens. It seemed the shinobi in question would have to let himself in.

As he approached, what might strike the shinobi as strange was the fair weather and the localized damage. The skies weren't quite clear, but they weren't even close to indicating any bad weather. The area immediately around the village was damaged, but there seemed to be no evidence of a storm beyond that point.

[Taiga]

Hayate arrived at the village which had contracted him. This would be a dangerous, but integral mission for the new world order which he sought to create. It also mean helping his country men, which hit the heart he still did have, contrary to popular belief. The feudal system- the disease keeping Lightning Country sick... it was easily seen at play with this village, and it stood a testament to his beliefs. The corrupt feudal system kept the rich rich and the poor poor. It kept those at a disadvantage behind.

Hayate simply wanted to share the progressive ideas Kumogakure was built upon with the entire nation.

As for the village, it was a mess with most of it completely destroyed. What baffled him however was the pattern of destruction. It just wasn't right, yanno. Something felt completely unnatural about it, though there wasn't anyone to greet him and answer his questions.

So first, Hayate would set out to find an elder or leader of the village to present his plan too. He planned on scavenging for whatever materials he could that were savable, and then beginning plans for reconstruction. Beyond that, he would tend to any dangers or injured he came across while sifting through the rubble. And finally, if a criminal showed themselves, he'd make an example of what happened to those who opposed a city protected by Nakajima Hayate.

Hayate would find this leader in the middle of the town. Despite being the only one not moving from his location, he seemed the busiest of all. He sat at a table with what appeard to be a map of the small town with drawings of homes with names on them as well as diagrams of any notable locations, such as the well or the cemetery. Along with that, there were papers with names and numbers, indicating households and their residents. Many of these had been scratched off and modified, indicating how many had been confirmed dead or alive. There was a constant stream of people to this table from around the village, each reporting information and receiving instructions. He was clearly the pillar of this organization and he didn't even appear to have so much as an assistant to back him up.

When he saw the shinobi arrive, he didn't even give him a chance to speak. "Took you long enough! Hurry, there's a house at the edge of the south side, it's collapsed and somehow on fire, go!" With absolutely no other communication to the shinobi, the man pointed at one of the teenagers awaiting instruction and motioned for him to go with Hayate. Immediately, the boy responded and went sprinting to the south, yelling back to the shinobi as he did so. "Come on! They said they can hear a man in the rubble. Our people are trying, but it's too hard to put out the fire and clear out the rubble."

When they arrived, Hayate would find that the reports were very accurate. A small two story wooden home had collapsed in on itself, it looked as if a small tornado had isolated itself to this one home. Every board appeared to have been disconnected from the other and put into one big chaotic pile. At the top of this pile was an absurdly tall flame that was slowly creeping further and further down the pile. Villagers from all around attempted to create a water line, passing full buckets to the pile and empty buckets back to the well. It was doing very little other than slowing the progression of the flame. From within, the shinobi would make out the faint calls for help of an adult male.

Hayate sped to the outskirts of town, the younger man in tow. The house, unlike everything around it, was specifically damaged badly, adding to the mystery of the isolated pockets of damage... Putting aside the mystery for now, Hayate turned his focus to the burning building. He could hear calls for help from within, and feel the feint life force through his sensory.

Within a moment Hayate's body become enveloped in a glowing blue energy, which to most was known as chakra. The energy hummed around him as arms sprouted around his body, and he went diving into the rubble, each arm lifting and smothering whatever it could in it's path as he searched for the man.

If he found him, he would grab him, then retreat out the fire before lowering his cloak of chakra. He was suited to rescue jobs with his two abilities, but that wasn't what he was thinking about.

No, he was still stuck on how odd the damage to the town was.

Pure Willpower

Making use of a tenketsu defect and the knowledge gained from studying the Okigenma, Hayate has reached a state of mastery in pushing elementless chakra through his tenketsu, allowing him to easily expunge raw chakra from every teneketsu point on his body to form an aura of chakra. This aura is always active and drains 1 stamina from Hayate permanently, but in return he can materialize it at will. While utilizing his Ultra Powerful Aura and controlling it, Hayate is only able to use ninpou or techniques that manipulate his aura.

Ultra Powerful Aura III
A-Rank Ninpou
Prerequisite: 9 Control, Pure Willpower
Upon willing his tenketsu to manifest his Ultra Powerful Aura, Hayate's body is coated by two inches of raw chakra. This aura is stronger than the previous technique and begins to take on a more human shape. This aura's extra chakra allows Hayate to create four arms up to seven-meters in length on demand. These arms cannot perform jutsu, however Hayate can transfer techniques formed in his hands to them. This aura lasts as long as Hayate is putting chakra into it. This technique will materialize with a speed equal to the average of his Ninjutsu and Control up to a maximum of 12.

The villagers watched in awe, seeing a shinobi use ninjutsu was a completely new sight for a grand majority of them. As the ninja pulled out the man from the rubble, the line erupted into claps and shouts of congratulations and praise. Until one voice reminded them of the situation, yelling to go help with the other homes.

The man that the shinobi dragged out of the rubble was surprisingly unharmed and only dirty. Even then, it didn't look like a man that had a whole mysteriously burning house collapse on top of him. If he were to ask any of the villagers nearby, although it was very unlikely that he would, he'd also discover that nobody had any idea who he was. But before that could be considered as important, the boy that ran over with Hayate was now anxiously calling out to him while pointing to the woman stuck inside of yet another burning building, calling out frantically for help as the flames behind her seemed to grow closer.

Yet another home was mysteriously on fire and yet another villager needed Hayate's help.

The man was hardly scathed, no burns... not even covered in ashes. The already suspicious scene was that much more suspicious, however Hayate didn't have time to question things. He had more burning buildings to run into and more people to save. Nodding to the boy, Hayate would dash towards the next location, attempting to grab the woman out, completely covering her and nestling her within the arms of his cloak to make sure she was protected.

How were these homes randomly starting on fire, hm?

As Hayate began moving towards the woman, she was performing handseals where it couldn't be seen, behind portions of the home. When he went to grab her, water suddenly rushed out of her hand, moving to form an orb around him and move slightly forwards, rolling down the debris before settling at the bottom, if succesful. Simultaneously, the fire that had been fueling the home stopped and all of a sudden, the entire village stopped moving, they all seemed to be watching the shinobi.

From within a crowd, the man that was saved earlier stepped out and yelled up to the woman, "You got him?" The crowd just stared in the meantime, watching quietly with almost guilty looks on their faces.

B-Rank Suiton Ninjutsu
By forming a string of seals, the user is able to spew a large ball of water that stands at three meters in diameter. This ball rolls at the target at a speed of seven. Should this strike a target, they will become engulfed within the sphere. However, if this manages to strike multiple targets, it will envelop them as well, up to a total of three prisoners. One can resist being pulled into the ball if they have a strength of seven or higher. The ball will roll thirty meters, regardless of whether or not anyone has been captured. Once inside, the targets will spin with the sphere and may cause dizziness, nausea and disorientation. The technique lasts for a total of five posts, rolling included, before bursting.

As Hayate moved towards the woman, his senses began to perk up. He quickly forced chakra into his body as his own hands sealed and dashed to the side. Oh, did they ever tingle. He could feel the surging of chakra in her, and this bothered the hell out of him, because why would a normal woman be surging up what seemed to be a ninjutsu attack? And within a moment it all clicked. She was a shinobi. Probably the one responsible for this clearly unnatural situation.

As she readied her attack, he'd strike with a faster one, interrupting her attack and burning her to a crisp while leading off into a sprint.

Partial Summoning: Great Fireball

Prerequisites: Son Goku [Great Fireball]
After performing the needed hand seals, Hayate summons the form of Son Goku over his own temporarily, then draws in a deep breath and releases a thin stream of flames from his mouth. After three meters, the tip of the stream unbundles at a speed of 6 into a massive ball of flames. The fireball is capable of causing second-degree burns and igniting clothing and other materials with ease. With an additional hand seal after the fireball's formation, Hayate may launch it at a strength of 5 and speed of 6. The ball's diameter= 16'.

The woman was more skilled than it seemed. She could tell the act was over as her target began performing hand seals. She had a few options, but the best was to attack and evade. Leaping out of the window, she continued the handseals she had already commenced and released her water prison jutsu at the target just as he released the fireball at her, allowing her jutsu to swalloe and destroy the fireball, turning into a useless puddle in the process.

The woman landed and rolled skilfully, standing beside the man from earlier with an annoyed look on her face. "Almost, bastard must be a sensor." She eyed the man with a clear look of hatred as her companion seemed to be just scared. "This wasn't the plan! This wasn't the plan!"

Now with annoyance, the woman raised her hand to indicate the man should stop talking while she spoke up to the ninja that she briefly fought. "We need you to surrender, or else you and the rest of this village will get hurt. We just need you for ransom, we don't need to kill you."

Hayate had thought he'd had fired his technique off faster than the woman, but it seemed he hadn't. He moved to avoid the water as she too withdrew, however was going to interrupt any plans she thought she had. He wasn't going to let her run that easily though. His aura's extra arms shot outward at her leg, aiming to grab hold of it and pull her down to the ground, his real hands reaching for two shuriken all the while.

His arms would slow her if they couldn't fully grab her, and either way he'd have a clear shot with his two shuriken.

"Ransom? First off no one would pay for me. Second. You can ask for my help if you want it, but if your ultimatums are ransom and killing innocents, then I'll just expunge you from this earth myself."

He grit his teeth as he reeled in the woman.

While the man had been faster in performing his technique, the woman had a considerable head start, hence her ability to interrupt his technique. She was caught completely by surprise by his attack however and was forced to dangle as she made her threat, admittedly taking away any position of power she had while she said it.

Gritting her teeth at her response, she motioned towards what appeared to be nothing. A second later, two arrows moving at considerable speed flew in from the east of the village, aiming to strike the arm that was holding her. The arrows has chakra around and behind them, which explained how it could move with a speed/strength of 9.

Hidden in one of the homes to the east was a very capable archer.

If succesful, the woman would drop to a crouch and backpeddle before straightening up and calling out again.

"We have you surrounded! We just want a nice payday from Kumo, we don't need to hurt you or anyone here."

Jutsu:

Two jutsu powering the arrow, one was a fuuton that made the arrow aerodynamic, removing air resistance and increasing its speed. Another was a regular chakra jutsu that fueled the arrow, pushing it faster through the air.

Another armed moved to restrain the woman after succeeding the first time.

Hmph. So how many of these scumbags were in on this, hmm? Would it be possible not to kill them? He needed information badly and had to avoid killing them, because it clearly wasn't just getting a payday from Kumogakure. One of them was using chakra so they also weren't average bounty hunters.

He quickly flung his body with all the force he could muster, the arm holding the woman holding tight as he did so. One of his arms grabbed hold of a kunai from his pouch and the other arm simultaneously smashed into the foundation of the nearby building. The arm would pull adding to the momentum of Hayate and flinging him back into the rubble and building. It would provide cover.

As soon as he could he'd grab hold of the woman with his other arms, pulling stretching her arms and legs apart as the other arm with the kunai would thrust into her.

She was a smallfry. The archer was clearly going to be the real threat.

[Trusted Grader]

Hayate slammed the female into the building and was quick to take cover, he would notice that the arrows darted into the ground not far from him. It almost appeared as if the user had lost control over their trajectory.

"Nanya! You son of a bitch! You will pay for that!"

The archer shouted before he let out a loud whistle, that lasted a good thirty seconds. If the master ninja listen carefully, he would be able to hear the archer dash away from vicinity.

[Taiga]

Hmph.

The female was out of commission, however the guy was going to prove to be much more troublesome. A few sighs later, Hayate summoned Songoku before leaping off into action. He was in a foul mood at this current point and really wanted to stick it to these bastards. Son Goku tailed slightly behind him as they chased after his opponent.

His sensory wouldn't loose a track on him- he wouldn't let it.

"You should stop before I'm forced to kill you." he said.

[Zasadel]

As they came around a bend, the archer sneered and called back out. "And you shouldn't chase your opponent so recklessly!" He replied, activating Kai to trigger a small stack of explosive tags carefully laid out along the path. Approximately five in a killzone, it blew apart the ruins and caused shrapnel to burst and fly at Hayate, along with the shockwave of the explosion.

Dust clouded the area as the archer looked back. "Did I get him?!"

[Taiga]

Hayate was growing tired of this game. The second he saw the archer turn, he instinctively manifested his cloak, putting it over the tags with him to tank all the damage. His senses let him know that this "archer" was standing still, probably aiming a few more areas and preparing to finish him off when the dust faded. His patience now completely gone, he signaled Son Goku to attack with him.

Son Goku would begin to seal, leaping out of the dust cloud and releasing a massive blast of fire towards the archer. As he did this, Hayate took off out of the dust at full speed, dashing forward. Though he wished to keep things going, he was now infuriated. Assuming his target was still near, and even if the archer was in the fire, he'd dash through using his aura as protection as he channeled chakra into his hand, readying his finishing move. He'd smash it at the archer.

Infinite Spiral Sphere

Following hand seals, Hayate forms a small rapidly counter-clockwise spiraling 1" sphere of chakra in his hand which quickly expands to it's full size, requiring constant contact and channeling of chakra in order to keep up it's momentum. Using this momentum, the sphere drills and grinds away at a target inflicting major damage, the majority of which is kinetically transferred inwardly causing internal damage to structures/organs before launching targets with less strength than the technique spinning through the air for at least five meters. For every point of strength difference the target is launched an additional meter. Unless it is used the technique lasts until released.

Great Fire Cataclysm

After performing the needed hand seals, Son Goku draws in a deep breath and releases a thin stream of flames from his mouth. The blazing hot stream is aimed by Son Goku to any object up to 15 meters away and travels at a speed of 10. Once the stream hits something, it's end will erupt outward in a 10 meter radius at a speed of 10, causing a massive storm of flames. These massive flames are capable of delivering third degree burns and igniting everything in their path, burning as long as they have fuel grow on.

Wadate was caught almost entirely off guard at the fireball, barely managed to jump out of the way as the fireball blated into the ground, sending him flying. He landed on his feet and looked around for his prime target; the shinobi.

It was near death for Wadate, before Nanya reappeared and grabbed him, sinking quickly into a puddle of water in almost near instantaneous fashion, barely managing to dodge Hayate's attack as the appeared a dozen or so meters away. Nanya shook her head at Wadate. "He's going to be too strong for us. We need to escape or find a way to distract him. But there's no way we're capturing this one." She said panting and looking back.

It would appear to a higher level shinobi that the one known as Nanya was a Suiton user, and Wadate was a Fuuton. An interesting combo. Replaying the most likely scenario, once Nanya was discarded, her water body dissolved and tried to keep pace, barely managing to grab Wadate in time.

Wadate nodded as he glared at the shinobi, both of them in a combat stance. "He's far too fast to run from. We have to stand and fight. It's our only shot. Watch out for the Ape, it's a summon class."

[Taiga]

The fire just barely missed it's mark, but even then, Hayate had intended to finish his opponent with his Infinite Spiral Sphere. Unfortunately it seemed his opponent's friend hadn't yet been finished, and using body flicker or some sort of technique had just narrowly grabbed and rolled the archer of the way. His sphere went into the ground, completely decimating it as rock flew everywhere around him, a massive crater forming.

Leaping backwards, Son goku jumped down next to him. It seemed they were at a stand off now. Hayate, not turning, spoke quietly to his summon. "She uses water. You use fire." His life long friend understood exactly what he meant. Rolling his neck, they began their second assault. Son Goku sealing, would release the exact same technique again and not exactly at his opponents, but just before them so the AOE would hit them rather than the initial blast.

On the other hand, Hayate would ready a shuriken in his hand, and lurch forward.

"Here they come!" Wadate exclaimed, firing an barrage of Fuuton Arrows at the duo, knowing he had little hope of hitting them. Nanya formed hand seals and an orb of water blasted forward, slamming into the fire as steam poured throughout the area.

The hot vapors seared and clouded their visions, Wadate shaking a bit as he aimed around, trying to pinpoint the shinobi. "Shit...Shit! Where did he go?! How could we of oversighted that!" Wadate said as he and Nanya went back to back.

It was not looking good for them at all. They couldn't afford to be taken alive, as if they revealed any information, it could be disasterous. "Nanya! You're the only one of us able to get out of here, I'll hold him! Get back to the other's and give them as much intel as possible! GO!" Wadate said as he grabbed a few remaining explosive tags. Quickly, he placed them all over himself and nodded, Nanya reluctingly prepping a final jutsu to turn into a puddle and awaiting for the Shinobi's next attack.

[Taiga]

Hayate was not going to wait, not even for a moment. The second his plan work and the steamed masked his position, he would take the shuriken and release it at the targets, his sensory letting him know where they were. As his shuriken flew to hit his mark, he'd burst forward at full speed, taking off. Thankfully the steam would prevent them from finding him or the shuriken before it was too late, and truthfully, he wasn't even looking to kill these people, just restrain them and leave them somewhere so he could call Black Ops to pick them up.

If he was lucky, his technique would hit both easily. If not, well, hopefully he'd take one out and then lay pursuit to the other.

Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique

Prerequisite: Shadow Clone Technique or Variant
Utilizing the same principles of the shadow clone technique, after a set of hand seals, Hayate grabs hold of a shuriken and then throws it in the desired direction. The shuriken will then duplicate itself until a dense cloud 15m in diameter is formed, all while flying through the air at a speed of 10 for up to 30 meters. On impact, the shuriken strike exactly like the real thing with a force of 9, but poof immediately after dealing their damage.

Luckily for them, the Shuriken blasted from the steam, enough for Wadate to see them coming. He quickly drew a shot and hit one of them out of the air, but was far too slow for the other, helpless as it lodged in his shoulder. He yelled in pain, unable to properly use his bow as it fell to the ground.

Nanya quickly made for her escape, heading as a puddle towards the village gate. She grew close to the edge, as Wadate cried out at the shinobi. "Is that the best you've got Shinobi?! Can't even take us outcasts out?!" He taunted, attempting to bait the shinobi against him. He could barely here the shinobi running, as this one was quite well trained.

[Taiga]

It seemed he hadn't taken out the archer yet. He was unsure how he landed a hit, but no more than that, since the dense cloud of shuriken should of down more harm. Either way, he could take care of that. Not slowing his pace, he would draw and whip a kunai at the man, then another following perfectly behind. He'd aim for a leg hopefully, this time. Either way, he'd continue for the chakra signature that seemed to be using a jutsu. On the other hand, Son Goku would re-position himself outside the steam, and wait for the archer to re-emerge, so he could keep him off Hayate.

Hayate would not let these criminals terrorize and ruin a town.

Hammer Throw

While holding a kunai in each hand, with well-practiced precision, Hayate will whip one of the kunai forward then throw the other merely a second after. The end effect is that upon the first kunai hitting a target, the second will abruptly smash into the first, hammering it further into the target with it's full force.

Wadate grimaced and cried out as each kunai stabbed into him in succession, unable to really fend for himself. It appeared he was not nearly as strong as Hayate.

The man fell to his knees and spat blood, still unable to see his opponent. He was defeated without his blow, and was never meant to engage directly with a shinobi of this caliber. The attacks and strength were far outmatched for him, but he had to keep them distracted while Nanya managed to flee.

[Taiga]

On thing he knew was that he had given the girl quite the thrashing earlier, hell, even stabbed her. IN her condition he doubted he'd have an issue chasing her down. Hayate would grab four kunai utilizing his cloaks arms then whip them for the puddle. He didn't know how her technique worked, but, if he was lucky, the kunai would interrupt.

The steam receeded into the atmosphere as Wadate started to bleed out, having been left to be watched rather then secured.

As the kunai soared through the air, the puddle was unaffected by the kunai, but before long her chakra supply grew too low and she had to start on foot. Gasping for air, she sprinted and stumbled along until she fully tripped and fell. Yelping in pain a bit, she turned around to see Hayate, no longer having any room to run.

[Taiga]

Son Goku, now having clear visual on the wounded archer, would close in, but keep a safe distance still. He'd make sure the archer went no where. On the other hand, Hayate would cotinue running after the girl and lowering his shoulder, he'd leap thrusting his body into her with full force. The hit would be massive, and if successful, he hoped to incapacitate her.

Lunging forward Hayate throws his shoulder down and throws it at the sternum of his opponent. This powerful move makes use of his entire body and it's weight to not only knocks opponents equal to Hayate in strength or weaker off their feet, but knock the wind out of them creating an opening. Opponents which Hayate is far stronger than (by 2 or more points) will usually have their sternums broken on impact.

The archer slowly fell to a slump, having bled out due to lack of attention by Son Goku. A pool of his own blood surrounded as his failsafe went off, half a dozen explosive tags going off in an explosion that scattered his remains everywhere.

She screamed as the shinobi slammed into her, the force of the blow knocking her head back into the hardened earth and rendering her unconcious. The sound of her ribs crunching could he heard.

The two outlaws had been defeated.

[Taiga]

Shame the man had been so rash to self-destruct. He let Son Goku disappear, removing the summon from this realm. Hayate was a medic and would have treated and stabilized the mans wounds after he stopped the partner. With a great sigh, he wrapped up the girl and restrained her with wire and the likes. He'd leave a note with her and make sure the Black-Ops operatives would know where to find her.

With that, he'd leave, moving onto the next village and the next task.
