The jeweler stood by the entrance to the cave, waiting for whoever had taken the mission. The cave was dark and damp, not something that he wanted to ever go into, but the wealth that he could get from the jewel was way worth paying this ninja to do so. He saw an outline in the background, coming towards him. Hopefully it was the ninja that he awaited.

Oushi trotted up to his client, a little winded from the trip, but not overly so. Patsu followed closely behind, as always, and Fubuki dropped down out of the sky to land in a nearby tree, watching the other man curiously. Taking a moment to catch his breath, Oushi smiled before introducing himself and asking,

“Okay, so there’s a jewel you want in here, I know that much. Tell me what I don’t know.”

The jeweler was joyed inside at the arriving nin. Surely he was the one to have taken the mission. His thoughts were quickly shown to be true as the ninja spoke. "The gem is, from what I have read, in the insides of a normal feldspar rock, which I assume that you know what that is. You would have to crack the rock open to check if the gem is inside. The gem, which would be in an air pocket of the rock, will be multifaceted. The northward sides will always be a deep navy blue, while the south pointing sides will be crimson. The color changing aspects of the gem are what make it worth soooooooooo much," he explained, drawing out the 'so' as much as he could. "According to more of the texts that I have read, the rock itself will be on a pedestal, but watch out. There are many directions to take so, you might come across a dead end."

“Hah, feldspar: that narrows it down.” The young jounin chuckled ironically, “And I can only assume the place is dangerous, if you’re not willing to look for it yourself.” Oushi took one last glance at the overdressed man before looking at Patsu and Fubuki.

“You two stay out here and keep the man company, okay? Don’t wait up.” Oushi grinned at the two before drawing Doki and walking casually into the cave.

Geez, he’s a bundle of help. This thing could be in just about any rock in this cave, if it’s even here at all.

Oushi walked until the sunlight was beginning to fade before holding Doki up, causing the green stones to light up the cavern around him.

"It is just too dark and scary for me," the jeweler whined as the ninja started into the cave. As Oushi entered the gave, the green light illuminated the cave, but not enough to see too deeply. The room itself was very plain, aside from the exits. From the 'room' that he was in, he could see that the cave split into two directions; right and left.

"Then I'm happy to take your money!" Oushi laughed as he moved further into the cave, his voice echoing off the walls.

After lighting his path (or paths, as it were), Oushi, being left-handed, naturally veered off into the more sinister of directions, keeping an eye on the walls, floor and ceiling. After many years of exploring caves and caverns, the young jounin knew that simply watching one's back wasn't enough to be safe.

Moving into the next room, the light in the room intensified as the light from the hammer reflected off the many, many layers of quartz that was layering the room. Due to the intense reflection, Oushi could easily see that this room was much like the last in that it delved into two different corridors.

Oushi shielded his eyes for a moment, waiting for them to adjust before he gave the room a thorough (if unimpressed) look, making sure he could safely move on before taking the path on the left.

This room seemed to be an 'end room' which only contained a single stand. That stand, if inspected, would reveal a small 'button' of sorts.

Oushi made his way to the pedestal, looking it over. Seeing the button, the jounin just couldn't resist pressing it, ready to beat a hot foot out of the cave at a moment's notice.

A rumbling occurred throughout the cave. Part of the results were clear to see from Oushi's position. To his direct right, a door opened. It appeared to be about the same as the one that was now behind him.

This time, Oushi hit the button with a bit more cinfidence, but still kept a wary eye on the room around him.

Once again, the room shifted. The door behind him closed off while two new doors opened up, while two new doors opened up, both lead towards the beginning of the cave, but one heading left and in that direction at the beginning and one to the right in that direction.

Turning to face in the new direction, Oushi took the path to the left, knowing that the path to the right would double back to the direction that he'd come. Assuming that it didn't go down, that is.

This room was near the same as one of the previous rooms that the nin was in. Quartz covered the room, which brightened up as soon as the glowing hammer shone into them. This room contained two exits, besides the one that he just came from; one directly to his left and one directly to his right.

This room was another button room. Like the one before it, it contained no way out besides the way that was just taken.

All doors to the room instantly shut in the rumbling that followed the pressing of the button, leaving no way out.

Setting a hard line on his face to keep himself from frustration, Oushi firmly smacked the button again, hoping that the unlikely event of another door opening would happen.

Oushi grumbled as he walked back to the room before, taking the path that lay to the left, moving back another two rooms until he reached one of the paths that he hadn't taken (one that had been on the righthand side).

Going through the rooms, Oushi passed into the first quartz room, then went into the direction that he hadn't been to. The room, surprisingly enough, was another button room. There weren't any exits that weren't the ones that he had originally came through.

Getting the feeling that going left would take him back to one of the rooms he'd already been to, Oushi opted for the righthand path.

This lead Oushi into a room that was quite unlike the rest. Instead of the standard sod and tiny hints of rocks, this room contained many crystals and gems. To anyone normal, this would appear as some sort of stock hold of gems for someone important. However, there wasn't any feldspar here, which was odd, due to the fact that feldspar was relatively common.

Oushi smirked, picked up a nice emerald stone (whether it was a real emerald or not) and began making handseals, coming out of the ground just outside of the cave entrance looking for the jeweler. Granted, he hadn't seen anything like what the little man was looking for, but there was a good chance that he'd bee more than happy with a room full of precious stones.
