Mori had just gotten up, and was getting ready for the day. He had grabbed his normal equipment, and walk outside. From the night before he was annoyed at his team for failing one of his tests. Showing their weakness to the whole fucking village, and that would just not do. They needed to be stronger to prove to him that they are even worth his time. This was just annoying how they could just openly fail. It was as if they were not even trying, god how he just wanted to end their weak lives. Mori was so annoyed he had to go let off some steam, in some way or someone would get hurt. The villagers none of them could withstand his wrath, at this point. Not even that little bitch who had the bijuu sealed in him.

So Mori went to the local pet store where he bought some rabbits for some previous training. This time though he bought a puppy, that was just a little over three months old. He wanted to see how weak this thing was. If the damned beast could hold his own then, Mori would keep him if not then the fucking piece of shit will die. Mori went to a clearing on the edge of the town, following a long rocky cliff. After the bijuu attack some of the landscape of Iwa had changed. Though the village is rebuilding nicely, ever since then. Mori had been ordered to stay in the village just in case something would to happen during the rebuilding process.

This just pissed him off even more. He wanted to go out, and find something weak to end it's existence. That is when he came to the middle of the clearing, with the damn dog. He sad it down on the ground, and watched it for a second as it ran about. Then he did a few hand seals, and sent his chains after it with great speed. The dog was soon caught, and was whimpering for its life. Mori grew tired of it's weakness and so he ripped the puppey in two. Blood flowed from the corpse as he just watched an laughed, feeling slightly better now.

After the right hand seals Mori can make chains out of chakra With this level of jutsu Mori can only make two chains in each hand with a length of 30 feet. These can be used like whips, or can tie people up with them. If someone is tied up by this jutsu if they have a strength of eight they brake free.

Saton frowned as he walked in peace through the village. The attack by bijuu did a lot to the village. Saton was angry that he was not there to see the action. Saton looked at the destruction and desolation of the village. Saton felt sadness for the people of his village. The kids all looked sad and tried to make buildings out of rocks. Saton looked at them and sat his hand down the head smallest one. “Kids go back and play around or train. This type of work will make your chakra run out.” Saton said as he looked at the boys. Saton walked through the village and felt the sadness grab him right in the stomach and twist it into a knot.

Saton sat down in the rubble of a house. The damn bijuu did this and he was not there to do anything. He could have at least distracted it from the villagers and their houses. Saton felt at this time very weak and very vulnerable. His eyes focused on the dead bodies of children and men. They were too weak to survive. “Damn gennin couldn’t even hide from the bijuu. I was to escort the academy students, yet it seems like some made their way out of my hiding. Saton took a kunai out and cut RIP in the sheet covering the children. The pain began to grow like a wild fire.

Saton ran away from the pain of the dead. He looked around to see many villagers either in pain or helping out. He felt really bad for doing nothing. “I need to go find somebody to help me rebuild the village using chakra. I wonder where my lord is.” Saton thought to himself as he walked through the village to a clearing. He saw a ninja practicing jutsu. Saton sometimes hated his village’s cruel nature and wished to leave it, yet never would. “Hello there.”

The rush that he felt from his new kill felt so great. Just ending the life of a weakling was the best feeling he had felt all week. He could still feel the blood dripping off his chains, oh how he wanted to do this more often. That is when his peace was ended by a voice coming from behind him, as someone said hello to him. What a fool to go up to Mori just as he was basking in his fresh kill. This fucking little shit head does not know what he is dealing with here. Mori sent his chains to the sides of the boy, in a gesture to scare him a little. He wanted to see who the fuck this was, since his team knew better then just to walk up to him and say hello.

"What the fuck do you want, you god damn retarded piece of shit? Only a fool would talk to me at this time. You fucking low life how dare you end my fun, with your stupid presence. I can just tell by looking at you, that all you are is a weak piece of scum. Do you realize the weak like you, who hinder the strong should end yourself for this? Well what do you have to say you worthless heap of trash?"

Mori was obviously annoyed with the weak person that had showed himself before Mori let alone spoke to him. This could be so easy for Mori to kill just a flick of his wrist and the boy would be his little pawn. Showing the garbage that he was not even near the level Mori is. The only thing that held him back was he seen the village symbol on the boy. He knew that killing the village would have him punished so he held back with all his might not trying to hurt the boy.

Saton looked surprised as he was caught in chakra chain. “This is a cool jutsu if the whole village could do this we could have pinned the bijuu to the ground.” Saton said as he relaxed his body. He could not fear the ninja. “If you try to kill me it is treason.” Saton said with a smile. He began to wonder what was going on in the village. “I wonder could we fix the village up using chakra?” Saton began to frown heavier. He wanted to be let go, but he thought if he asked it make him seem weak. Saton was not weak the symbol on his stomach was a sign he was stronger.

“Look you must think I am weak. I am no gennin or academy student and am on my way to be a Jounin. I am not weak at all.” Saton said as he yawned a bit. "On my stomach I branded myself with the village symbol. If I could show you it you would understand why I am not weak and why I want it to be a requirement for our village." Saton said as h cracked his neck.

Saton tried to flex his muscles to see if he could break the jutsu. “This jutsu if cool and I would love to learn it so I could get stronger then what I am right now.” Saton said as he did not fear what could happen. “Death my come, but I want to actually help the village, yet we sit here and do nothing, but fuck around like this and actually do something for our village.”

Mori just listened and laughed, at the boy as he spoke foolish words to him. Thinking that he is stronger then most people. This just was a foolish statement, only the weak talk shit and do nothing about it. The strong prove their strength time and time again. This boy had no idea who he was fucking with. That is when he had the nerve to state that he wanted to learn Mori's special jutsu's. These jutsu's that took him most of his life to master and perfect. One that has slain many foes, this fucking pansy wants to learn them. Like fucking hell Mori would show him how to use his chain jutsu's any time soon.

Then he started to ramble on about the good of the village, and what good he could do. This was just a load of crap, since if the weak die they die. His strength is his own, and the village is not worthy to have such a thing. They are even lucky that he is even still with the village. That is when the boy stopped his ramble, and it just made Mori chuckle a bit.

"Listen what do you think is wrong with the world? The weak are, that hold the world back from its true form. The bijuu attack is just one way the world purges its self from the weakness of the world. Natural disasters, plague, famine these things purge the world of weakness. To bad you were not purged when the bijuu attacked the village maybe the world will be lucky, and next time we will be rid of you. As for my jutsu's I will be the only master of these jutsu's, and I will take them to the grave. Now is there anything else you want you fucking punk."

Saton smiled as he looked at the ninja. “You seem unhappy with the village; well how about then why not take it over. You are strong enough.” Saton said with a serious face. Saton thought of how bad the village would be with this ninja as his kage, but if he could be freed. Saton began to wonder if this would work, I mean they would need a lot of ninja on their side and then even maybe some other villages can help. “Well I mean look at you. You are strong, you should be out on a A or even S rank mission there is enough of use here to protect the village.”

Saton began to yawn he was getting bored. “I am getting really bored.” Saton said as he looked around and cracked his necks. Saton dropped down to the ground and lay down. “See we need a hard ass leader here that makes academy students fight and kill to graduate right?” Saton asked as he began to yawn more. “So let’s see you are too strong to live here so why don’t leave or take over?” Saton asked as he kicked the ground with his left leg.

This little punk thought that Mori was only unhappy with the village, he had no idea how wrong that was. The world is far from its perfect form with all the weakness that fills this world, it will almost never be perfect. With the advances in medicine, and the way of life the weak flourish. The thought of all this almost made Mori sick to his stomach, being forced to stay in the village.

Not being able to go out and kill who he pleases, and take away the weakness of this world. Even if this was done one life at a time, he would be making the world a better place. Then there was this arrogant boy in front of him, with almost no care in the world. Never knowing the pain, and suffering this world has to offer him. Odds are that he will stay out of the troubles in the world, and be ignorant most of his life. As would most of the world, in this day and age.

"If I wanted this village I would have taken it by now, and ended the weakness that plagues it. No though I don't want to see just one village be purged of the weakness that infects it like a virus. No I want to see the world purged to end all of this from spreading anymore, to end this never ending plague. I feel the only way this would happen is if the world went to a never ending war.

To where only the strong will live, and the weak will die. Then even your bitch ass my just die and save someone else the trouble of killing you off. That would just be lovely now would it not, to see the world without any weakness. to see it in the most purest form of perfection."

Saton was getting frustrated still being stuck in the chain jutsu. Saton began to think how this idea could work. “What you need to do is get a missing ninja or maybe we get the boy who took the bijuu to go there and unleash it.” Saton was just making shit up. “I mean you go and we get some missing ninjas also, then we all go and attack leaf. Leaf will retaliate then attack the village we join with them and lead them to the kage, you and me kill the kage and boom you are Kage and I might die or not so I will stay chunnin.” Saton yawned again as he stretched his legs. “Can I be let go?” Saton asked as he walked back and forth. “I hate this thing even though it is pretty cool.” Saton said as he sat down on the ground. His eyes began to close. “I am sleepy, but I would like to take the village over with you.

Mori released his chains from his hands, just cause he grew bored with the child. It was quite obvious that he knew nothing of the world or how it operates. He was not going to waste his time teaching this little punk anything, and just wish that he could get his high back. The feeling of killing the weak, he was craving to go on a mission and kill something. That is when he just made his way back to the village along the narrow path to go home and wait for an order.Mori released his chains from his hands. The fell to the ground and quickly vanished into the air not leaving a trace they were ever there. Then started to walk home, as he passed the boy he spoke to him. "I don't plan on taking this village any time soon. For there to be a great war it takes time a patience to plan it all out. One day we shall see the world in its most perfect form, but we will have to wait for that day."

Saton felt chains release. "My god that feels great to be able to move my arms again." Saton said as he began to strecth. Saton cracked his neck and looked around. Saton walked behind the ninja. "How will I know when you are ready for war? What will be the sign." Saton wanted to be in this war and wanted the best for the village and not what everybody else thought best. Saton cracked his fingers. "I want a sign when this war will begin so I can get my killing in of the weak and those who make our village look bad." Saton didn't want to be stuck with the weak villagers.
