Mission: Rejected

The night air had a cautious, melancholy wind about it. There was the distant cry of shinobi sprinting to and fro; and, suddenly, the shinobi withdrew. The recent MN sighed; he knew their guard would have to go back to the walls eventually for fear of an attack. The shinobi had withdrawn and this wounded MN can heal.

He was nestled under a large, over-bearing rock, laying down, his right hand placed firmly over the deep wound over his abdomen. It was deep, and he wouldn't be moving any time soon. At least I can rest, he thought as he gently rested his head agasint the stone, eying the bird in his cage. It was a curious little black bird, singing in the dead of night.

Almost like a nightingale; singing through the clear dark night it could be heard throughout the wasteland. Somehow the other shinobi hadn't quite caught on.

Leading out of the gate of Iwagakure was a trail of blood, splotched here and there and following a general direction towards the shinobi. Although it was dark, a keen eye could catch sight of the crimson liquid.

[Heerosato]

Mori had received word that he had to hunt down a missing nin, and kill him. FINALLY something that he wanted to do. So he took off as soon as he received the word, once he got to the gate Mori looked for something to trail him. That is when she spotted the blood that was in a trail, so he took off following it. For once a weak person that was going to be put in their place. This is the one thing that he has been wanting to do all weak.

[Ein]

The nameless shinobi had taken to wrapping his wound to keep it from bleeding, soaking up the blood with a towel and stitching it with a sharp thread and needle. He sighed as he finished, standing and testing the wound. It would hold, so long as he didn't do anything too brash. He picked up his caged bird, the curious little nightingale still singing in the dead of night, and began to walk, not spring or run or jog.

It hurt to do such things. The shinobi were long gone and he needed to care for his wound. Besides, the nightingale's song was . . . nice to hear, in such a troubling time.

[Heerosato]

As Mori was moving along following the trail of blood he soon started to hear something that was not there before. It was a bird, but it was not making its normal noises. It seemed like the bird was singing. Also at this point with people running threw the area most should have been long gone by now. Mori knew that there was some nin's that had pets and summons this thing could be one of them. So he took off towards the sound of the singing.

[Ein]

The nameless shinobi seemed fairly at ease with himself, despite so close to getting caught once more. He strolled, enjoying the nightingale's song and breathing in the fresh night air. He would have his revenge; Iwagakure would fall.

But, for now, they had a night to themselves; a night to enjoy themselves. Him, and his beautiful, singing bird.

Mori just countinued to follow the sounds of the singing, wile keep his eyes out for anything out of the ordinary. That and kept looking for his target at the same time, hoping he was close to the nin.

[Ein]

The Shinobi continued walking along, unaware and blissful in his ignorance of any followers.

Perhaps now was the time to break him out of this happy fantasy?

As he was going along he finally spotted his target, the nin had no idea what was about to hit him. Mori did some hand seals then sent out his chakra chains he did two more seals and sent seven of the eight chains at the nin. Each of the chains formed blades and hound heads on them to tear him to pieces. Wile one was going for each limb and his head, wile another went stairght for his body. The last one was coming from above the nin aiming to pierce his head. Mori had not been so happy in so long he just wanted to show this person how weak he was. To prove that he did not even deserve to be in Iwa.

Meijin Chakra Kusari [Expert Chakra Chains]

After the right hand seals Mori can make chains out of chakra With this level of jutsu Mori can only make four chains in each hand with a length of 50 feet. These can be used like whips, or can tie people up with them. If someone is tied up by this jutsu if they have a strength of eight to break free.

Ryouken Kashira [Hound head]
B-Rank Ninjutsu
prerequisite: Chakra Kusari
After the right hand seal Mori can make a a small demon dogs head made of chakra on the ends of his chains. The amount of heads pends on the level of chain jutsu used. The dog head has razor sharp teeth that try to bite and eat anything living they come in contact with.

Ken Chakra Kusari [Blade Chakra Chains]
C-Rank Ninjutsu
prerequisite: Chakra Kusari
After the right hand seal Mori can make his chains have small chakra blades on them. The blades on the chains are as big as a rose thorn but sharp on both sides. These can be used like whips, or to wrap around people and cut them with the blades on them.

The Shinobi, nameless as he was, sensed the disruption of Chakra and glanced towards the Ninja coming towards him. He was wounded and in a bad place. This wasn't good. As the chains came upon the Shinobi, however, he'd let out a high-pitched whistle, cutting through the night.

As he did so, the chains would ensnare and rip him in two, no, three bits. Mori would find that he'd sliced the Shinobi up, that the bird was dead, and that his mission was done.

At least, that's what he'd see. In reality, he would have chopped up a small bed roll the Shinobi had packed and used for substitution as he stood apart, right in front of the attacker, and invisible. The maneuver had opened up his wound and droplets of water were dripping into the dirt. He had to move, fast. Walking silently so as not to disturb the attacker's illusion, the Shinobi would begin making his escape.

Curious, however, is that the Nightingale's cage, in Mori's illusion, wouldn't be there. It seems that this Shinobi wasn't quite up to par, probably the reason he was rejected from the Sentinels.

Heki Maboroshi (False Vision)
B Rank Genjutsu

This is initiated when the Shinobi is in a situation, visible by the opponent, in which, should nothing happen, the Shinobi would die. In order to fool enemies, the Shinobi whistles, initiating the Genjutsu. For the next three or so posts, the victim will see events play out in such a manner that the Shinobi does die. This Genjutsu is tricky, however, as it doesn't completely wash away all the details somebody may remember.

Mori seen the body just be uterly be destroyed by his chakra chains. God he felt better, so he went up to the nin to inspect the body that is when he realized there was no bird. He did not see it fly off, and there should be something left of it. So he knew this was not over, this was someone else or a illusion. He could not tell which. That is when he spotted foot prints that lead off in a direction of where the man was at. Mori then took off at top speeds in that directions bringing his chains around him so they would not get caught on anything.

The nameless Shinobi grunted; he'd forgotten about his footsteps. Crap, crap, crap, crap, crap! He would stand motionless as Mori pursued closer and closer onto his position, feeling utterly helpless. Until an ice dragon would swoop in and launch itself at Mori, bringing him high into the air, away from the nameless Shinobi.

Regardless of whether or not Mori can dodge an ice dragon, a spear of salt would be thrown directly at the ninja just as he is flung into the air or just as he lands. Two Shinobi would walk calmly forward, both men.

One was a tall, proud man with deep, silky black hair and deep pools of charcoal for eyes; he wore something resembling a dark cloak that buttoned itself up down the middle. The cloak itself draped over the man's arms, obscuring them from view and fell down to his ankles. The coats collar was cylindrical, buttoning itself around him and obscuring the bottom of his face.

The other man had silver eyes, with lines deeply etched into the sides. His hair was a ruffled red mess of oily hair, and he seemed much older than his partner. He was similarly dressed and seemed to be . . . sweating? He was sweating despite the cool night air. Odd.

The two would walk along and stop next to the grateful nameless Shinobi, sharing a few wordless glances to communicate. As they finished, the dark haired man would glance towards Mori, saying nothing. The other man seemed to be absorbed in a intent debate with the nameless Shinobi that Mori just couldn't hear.

~Kokuryuu Boufuusetsu - Black Dragon Blizzard
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Hyouton • Kokuryuu Boufuusetsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, the clan member will thrust his arm to send out an ice dragon to strike his opponent. As it flies through the air it will begin to turn, when it hits the target it will use its motion to launch the opponent high into the air, dissipating after it makes contact with either the opponent or the ground.

Clan members will either use salt on the ground to make multiples, or manipulate salt in their hands to create a single spear. The clan members has to simply impale the target with the spear by throwing it or approaching. If the move is successful this can cause severe damage as the salt will cause water inside the body to move out of it. This can also cause severe pain and stinging. Greatly reducing ability to battle.

As Mori took after him he heard something coming at him rapidly so he did a handseal, and as soon as the wall formed all around him he was hit with a ice dragon. This push Mori back though he only used two chains to defend he still had five more. Once he was no longer being pushed he, then he formed another seal to be able to see from his wall and seen two guys. They looked like nothing, but fucking piss ants. That is when a spear hit his shield, and really did nothing. These guys were dead Mori sent two chains after the one with the spear, and one after the one that made the dragon.

As he sent the chains at them two he had his last two chains go around the head of what appeared to be a ice dragon and just sawed its head off then sent the last two chains at the nin's one at each. The first chain was going for their chests as the other one was going for their right arms.

After the needed hand seals, Mori manipulates his chains to force them to be a chain link fence. This fence's length is dependent on the rank of the chain. The defense level of the chain, however, isn't effected, unless the chain is instead doublefolded, rather than lengthened out.
C Rank: two feet in length and withstand up to C rank jutsu's
B Rank: seven feet in length and withstand up to B rank jutsu's
A Rank: ten feet in length and withstand many B rank jutsu's
S Rank: 15 feet in length and withstand up to A rank jutsu's

Ryouken Joukei [Hound Sight]
C-Rank Ninjutsu
prerequisite: Ryouken Kashira
After a Hand seal Mori can see what his hounds see's. He can rapidly change sight from one to the other, though when using this jutsu Mori can not move.

Essentially, the three would split. The older one with the greasy hair and rough palms would sweep up the Shinobi in his arms and arms and leaping away from the area where Mori would launch his chains towards as the younger one with dark hair leaped in the opposite direction.

The younger one would glance towards the chains and back towards Mori, motioning for Mori to focus on him with a grin; it seemed that the young one would be Mori's opponent.

Mori undid his defensive wall, and then sent those two after his main target. Then had his chains re-target the others from before. This time all his chains were aimed at all three targets chests. He had no idea who they are but these were not normal ninja abilities, so he had to be on his toes for this one. At the same time though Mori was happy to see more people to kill.

[Ein]

The younger-looking man with the dark hair seemed rather surprised and raised a kunai to knock off one of the chains, only to have the second chain lunge towards his shoulder, the dog biting into the flesh. Screaming out in pain, he'd be a bit distracted to initiate any jutsu.

The other two, the older man and the target, weren't any luckier. The target was taken down by the two chains, falling down to the floor, dead. The caged bird falling to the ground. The older man raised his left arm in defense, grunting as his arm was gnawed at by the dog.

Pathetic Mori just thought, just simply pathetic. These nin's were no challenge at to his great power, seeing as how he had them in checkmate. Both of them were being eaten by the chains this was where he wanted them. To bad this ended so early he wanted to have some more fun. Mori then preformed a hand seal to try and make them his slave now, and seeing the other nin killed he sent one chain each behind them to finish them off if they escape from his control.

Tatsujin Kusari Kugutsu [Master Chain Puppetry]

prerequisite: Tabiu Kusari Seichuu, Joutatsu Chakra Kusari, Kusari Kugutsu
After a hand seal if Mori's chains come in contact with a non-living, or a living target it may connect with it and control it's movements. He can only take control of as many things as there are chakra chains he has. This would includes humans, animals weapons, and other puppets though he can't control thing that he is not strong enough to move. If Mori tries to take over another ninja's puppet he must have two higher in control to gain control of it. If he tried to take over a weapon that another ninja is holding, he has have two higher strength to have control of it. If Mori tries to take over a human or animal they can break free if they have six or more strength. Though anything in the air or on the ground that he is strong enough to move he can control it freely. This will take a full post to take effect.

All the opposing ninja lay dead, their entrails and flesh splattered here and there.

All that was left in that cool, windless night was the curious bird, it's head tucked into its wing, as though it were aware of what was happening here.

As if it knew what it meant for its former owner and his companions.

Once all the nin's where dead he walked up to check, and see if they all were really dead. This time it looked to be for real this time, and not some cheep trick like the last time. He had seen the one had a Kiri and the other a Kumo forehead protector. This could be something special, seeing as how their abilities were not like any of the others he fought before. He then went to check his target it looked like he was gone, and had no idea what had hit him. That is when Mori seen the bird cage, and the bird that was in it. He though about what to do for a minute, and then decided to take it with him. Mori would never know the next time his urge to kill would be to high to control, and this way he can kill something.
