Frosty claws training

[Diatenshi]

Aisu Tenshi (Frosty) wonders into the mist filled forest just outside the village. He heads to his favorite training area, with both woods and a pond and a few larger boulders. He arrives and analyses the area deciding it’s pretty much the same as when he last went there. Frosty walks out into the small clearing.

Frosty has left his sword and leather jacket at home, opting instead to wear a long sleeve black shirt that’s heavy from soaking in the mist. The usual smell of fungus and mold drifts through the air. The birds are chirping quietly in the background. He talks off his long sleeve shirt and looks down at the many scars covering his body, part of him glad Yukiko got him to stop cutting. He tosses his shirt over to the side gets ready to train.

He focuses on a nearby tree and walks towards it slowly building up hyouton chakra in his hands. He focuses and thinks on what the proper seals should be for his new technique. He starts performing the seals and his hands become encased in icy claws. “One! Two! Three! Four! Five!” He calls out as he punches the tree counting off the number of hits. He swings his icy claws at the tree. They leave shallow gashes in the tree. Kaito looks at the claws and studies them. Frosty then proceeds to study the marks on the tree, finding small shards of ice embedded in the gashes. He theorizes if used on a human these tiny shards would melt, making blood flow more freely.

He looks back at the tree then using only the clawed hands begins to climb it, the claws giving him extra grip as he digs them into the bark. He leaves holes showing where his claws dug in to the bark of the tree. When he reaches the top of the tree he looks down then jumps, digging his claws into the tree to slow his decent. He looks back at the tree and examines the small furrows left by his claws. He finds the same tiny shards of ice from earlier.

He studies one of the few large rocks by the pond and slashes it with his claws. A high pitched screech sounding like nails on a chalk board is the result, his nails scrapping across the surface of the rock. Wincing he stops and looks at the rock. There is barely a mark on it. He looks down and his eyes go wide as he sees his claws were worn down to his fingertips.

He recast the jutsu to repair his claws then he performs several katas then produces a quickly frozen phantom. In appearance the clown looks almost exactly like him even down to the scars. The primary difference being the clone is devoid of color made entirely of Ice made from the moisture in the mist. He taunts his clone waving hi forward. The clone attacks, punching and kicking. Kaito easily dodges his clone’s slow movements. Frosty swipes the clone across the chest leaving gashes. The clone falters and starts to fall apart into snow.

Frosty deactivates the claws and writes down its name and a set of hand seals on a blank scroll from his pocket. He tests the seals to see if they work and his hands are covered by the icy claws once more. He looks at the boulder he scratched earlier and focusing his chakra in his right hand thickening the ice claw somewhat, he punches it. A loud crack is heard as his fist connects with the rock breaking the bones in his hand and leaving a small crater in the rock.

Frosty deactivates the jutsu and swears loudly. ”YOU SON OF A BITCHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!! AGGHHHH MOTHER FUCKER!!!!!!!!” He falls over cradling his broken hand. He channels hyouton chakra through his arm producing a thin layer of ice on it to cool it and numb the pain a bit. Frosty stands up leaning back against the tree still cradling his broken arm. He mutters to himself about not learning to heal bones yet. Leaning down he reaches and grabs his long sleeve shirt and pulls it on carefully screaming as he slides his arm in. making his way back to his village for medical assistance. He promises himself the next thing he learns will be how to heal broken bones. He can already hear the lecture Yukiko is going to give him when he returns home in such a state.
