Naga was on the boat on the way to a small island which has only just been inhabited. A briefing was in his hand, in an envelope, still unread. His job was simple, to investigate the people on the island. They seemed suspicious, and Kirigakure wanted to know just why they chose that particular island, especially since it's so close to home.

Standing on the boat, Naga was looking at a sheet of paper with the information on his mission. "Hmm... that's rather unusual. Well I'll be sure to take out anyone who is causing a problem." Naga crushed the sheet of paper, and threw it into the water. The island was not far away, and Naga knew he would be arriving soon. Investigation seemed to suit Naga, but Naga planned on doing more than just investigating.

As the island got closer, Naga would prepare himself. "Well here I go."

The mist began to clear, layers falling away as if they were curtains, drawing back from a window. And what a sight that dominated the landscape. A large gathering of tents and makeshift wooden and mud huts were constructed in a tight circle, at most a dwelling for 40 people, perhaps as little as 25. The shinobi had to gather intelligence on the people who lived here. So where to start?

When the boat started to get closer, Naga started to see everything much better. "Hmmm.. tents, wooden huts. What exactly is this place?" Naga thought, but then after the boat stop, Naga would jump over the sides, and on to the land. "Okay time to start gather information." Naga walked towards the small little place that probably had just a few people actually living in it. "I wonder what really is going on here, guess I'm about to find out." Naga thought.

When Naga arrived to the small place, he would look around for someone to speak too.
