Babes Love the Little Genin that could

Post by Diego » Sun Apr 01, 2018 11:40 am

Waking up earlier than his regular routine Kokatsu was attempting to beat the morning crowds of the city. It was sunday, a day mostly devoted to relaxation, and one where kokatsu often enjoyed getting in a little extra practice in peace. This was the best day to practice in his mind, a time where he could slip away and devote hours to just getting better and honing his skills. Hopping out of bed his grogginess soon faded as he began to get dressed. He slipped on a different outfit from usual as he could here the rain from outside his house, already pouring down on the city, presumably it had been all night. Kokatsu slipped on a pair of shorts, along with some pants over them, lastly his large rain boots that went about half way up his legs. Then slipped into his big raincoat and attacked all the button up to the one around his neck, making it into that of a turtleneck. Lastly he grabbed his rain hat and backpack he had prepared the night before and set out from the house, slipping out the front door, unnoticed by his mother.

His backpack was waterproof so the rain at this point didn't affect him whatsoever, as he struggled along the muddy paths through the city. It didn't take him long to reach where he wanted to train. Turning the corner from the path he jumped onto a tree, leaping from tree to tree he headed towards the rocks by the shore. As he distanced himself from the city he almost slipped from a branch as the water around his palms loosed his grip as he tried to catulpt his body. Instead he hung for a moment, reviled he didn't fall, and soon let go to gently descend to the ground. That was a little close, Kokatsu thought to himself, I guess my instincts are not to live this morning, I had better take it easy until I fully wake up. Setting his backpack down by the end of the tree Kokatsu opened it up, ready to begin training.

First thing that he wanted to work on today was his speed, something that he felt was decent, but there was a lot of people faster than him. He still wasnt exsaally where he wanted to start training, but he figured now would be a great time to start, and maybe running the rest of the distance will help with his speed. Shifting through the backpack he found the small weights that he had brought along, they were not that big, nothing he couldn't handle easily, but they would still help put that extra strain on his legs. Kokatsu stuffed the weights into his rainboots, one in each, then pulled the straps tight so they wouldn't be flopping around when he started to run seriously. Then throwing the back pack over his shoulders he took off running.

Running through the trees seemed to be a much bigger challenge than swinging around on top of them, every time Kokatsu would dodge to the right it would take only another step before he would have to swerve out of the way of another tree. This wasn't going to slow him down, he was determined to finish what he had started, no matter the pain. He continued to move forward but at a slower pace, it wasnt that he was doing so much running at this point, but rather he was pushing out with his leg muscles. As he dodged the objects at bay, weather it was rocks, bushes, trees, or even a small rabbit at one point, he was pushing against the ground with his leg and propelling himself sideways, almost like jumping. This put an immense amount of pressure on his calves and foot, each time he dodged he felt his muscles tighten in his lower legs, but he pressed on. Come on no one told you to add the weights, if you give up now it's only letting yourself down. There no way something as weak as this is gonna keep me down! He countined to speed through the forest fusucing soley on his legs and keeping up with what his eyes were seeing, instead of slowing down he felt himself continually going faster. He could feel his eyes communicating with his legs, making the dodges faster and letting him shift past the large objects with ease. Then out of no nowhere Kokatsu ate shit. He stumbled and tripped over a root, sending his body forward and the wights in his boots propelled forward as well, as he came to a stop his his legs dangling over his head. Well damn, I guess I got way too cocky. I thought I was doing so well too. Kokatsu took a moment to laugh at himself and the weird position that he fell in, standing up he began to run again this time at a little bit of a slower pace.

After a few more yards of running through the woods he emerged to the spot where he wanted to train, the trees and grass cleared to bring forth rock as far as the eye could see. Down the way there was steep drop off where the water met with the land, Kokatsu didn't feel any need to overstep his boundaries and accidently fall to his death today. Rather he turned to where the land gradually dipped down, where rocks jagged up and down creating a difficult but maneuverable path for some running on advanced terrain. He didn't take any time to stop as he jumped into his main routine of leg exercise. He began to run down the rocky shore, running downhill for short distances and then occasionally having to jump down a few feet to regain his balance. He continued this all the way down the shore bobbing back and forth from controlled descent even with the weight and the slipperiness of the rock face, paired with jumping and landing securely on planed rocks that seems sturdy enough to hold him. He continued this until he reached the bottom, still standing far from the water, but he didn't dare go any further, not wanting to get sucked into the forgiving ocean. After watching the waves crash up along the rocks just a few yards in front of him he broke out of the trance and began once again to climb back up the slightly tall shoreline. The climb back up the shore proved to be harder than the descent, the easy jumps that just needed calculations in order to find a sturdy rock where now turned into hard leaps that were weighted down by the weights and his now waterlogged clothes. Each jump he made took more and more energy to force himself up into the air and onto the next block. He could feel his legs pulsing with each jump he made. His breath got deeper and faster but the top of the shore was in sight, he took a sign of relief and energy seemed to shoot though his little legs as he took five more large leaps in order to slam up onto the rocky clearing that he had started at.

Kokatsu turned to marvel at the water once again, but this time his attention was turned more to that of the cliff face. He peered down at the side of the cliff where he had just ran down and then forced himself to climb back up. He was satisfied. Taking a long time to catch his breath he stared at the scenery and let the cold rain crash on his face.

He felt some warm water along with the cool crash of the rain and noticed something was wrong, and a sharp pain followed in his legs. He sat down on the cold wet rocks, and untied the boots, removing the weights. Pulling up his right pants leg he found a small cut on his knee, presumably when he had fallen in the forest. He reached into his backpack and found the pouch that he normal kept around his waist. Good thing I remembered to bring this guy, or else I would be screwed out of the rest of my training for the day. Kokatsu pulled out the scroll that held his bandages and easily unlessed them into the world. It didn't take him long to wrap up his knee, as he had been tending to his wounds for a while, he skillfully wrapped the leg tight, but not restrictive, and then pulled the bandage apart, tying a knot. He put away the rest of his medical equipment, not taking time to reseal the unused bandages back into the scroll, instead just placing them all back in the back pack. I wonder why it was so easy for me to get injured, it was only a small fall. I need to still get stronger, there's plenty of time left in the morning for more training, no way I can stop now. Kokatsu was determined to push forward, wanting now not to focus on speed, but rather his body's overall ability to function.

He began of thinking of ways to increase his stamina, in some kind of way that won't bore so easily. Kokatsu already pretty tired from his legs decided to focus on his core strength, and specifically having the stamina to hold the positions that pushed the body to its limit. He bobled the weights in his hands for a few moments before setting off to work. He laid on the ground and put his elbows to the rocky floor, and threw the weights on his back. Determined to grow his stamina he figured out a way to make his core training more impactful. To really make this work i have to stretch my limits, go father than I have before. In order to do that I'll wait till it hurts, or better yet when I can't go on anymore, then i'll start the timing, count down from one. He thought this to himself as he perching in perfect form feeling the pulling on his core, the fatigue started to set in, but he pushed on. Then it started to hurt a little, pain creeping in through the sides of his body, he started to count down. Half way through the limit of sixty seconds he had set for himself staying up in the work out started to get really hard, and just ten seconds longer he broke and his body fell to the ground with a thud.

Shit. He laid in the water accumulating on the rock as he caught his breath, and then got up again. Kokatsu determined to get more strength hopped right back into the exorcise, he put his elbows back to the ground and lifted his body up, straining his core muscles once again. The pull of his sides came faster, as he was already tired and the pain set in. Kokatsu began to count down from sixty once again and this time he was determined to stay up through the entire process of the work out. His body wanted to quit so bad and his lower arms started to shake as he bobbed his head up and down fighting through the pain of the workout. He had to finish it out, and soon enough the numbers got low and counting down from five he had finished his first set. Turning now from his beginning set Kokatsu wanted to make a more intense workout while keeping up with the idea to increase his stamina.

Kotatsu set up in a weird position, now he wasn't really focused on his core by itself but rather his entire body, he placed the weights back into his rain boots and tied them up. Then he took off the raincoat that seemed to be holding him down a lot now, and started on his next exorcise. He got up on his hands and propelled his feet into the air. He stood still as his body dangled in the air, and made his arms hurt at the balanced his body, trying to keep his strength for as long as he could. He kept the pose for a little while until the same fatigue started to set in that he felt from before, then the pain set in from his entire body and he began the real part of the workout, counting down from sixty seconds. He was able to to get halfway alright, and then he kept going, but his entire body started to shake and wobble. Kokatsu clutched his muscles together and tightened his core trying to endure through the pain and the workout. His body tighten up around the last ten seconds and feeling as if he was going to snap in half he persevered till the end. After he had finished counting down he feel to the ground, exhausted. He didn't care for the small crash into the rocks as his feet and butt slammed on the ground, he was too tired to care. After taking a moment to catch his breath the rain lightened up a little, and mist started to creep in around him.

At this moment Kokatsu was feeling very fatigued, even a little light headed, so he turned back to his backpack. Digging through it he found a single bento he had prepared for lunch, even though it wasn't lunch time yet he thought it would be best to eat it now, while taking a break to reflect before jumping back into his sunday training. Ain't nothing better then a tuna and egg sandwich to get the blood flowing and muscles juiced up for the rest of the day!

The sandwich was filling, the large chugs of fish from the homemade sauce were a little hard to handle, but Kokatsu stuffed it down nonetheless. The fish left a pit feeling in his stomach, unsettling his demeanor to keep going with his intended training. His stomach rumbled as it mixed around the acidic waste of the sandwich. He sat while his stomach settled and thought of what further he would need to improve on to be a good ninja. Thinking over it for a little bit the thought came to him about how tired he had gotten just by the few workouts he had just done. Stamina, that was one thing he would work on, but he wanted more, something to ease him in and tire him out before pushing his boy to the limit. Kokatsu glanced down at his legs, and figured, if it aint broke dont fix it. Jumping up from his meal he looked around the area thinking of what he could use to help boost up his lower body. His eyes found log, laying just were the forrest meet the rocky shore.

Jogging over in order to get the blood to start flowing in his legs he wound up in front of the log. He looked at it for a moment, it seemed to have been dead for a long time, water logged and beaten up. However it was just the right size for him to wrap his small arms around it and position it on his shoulders. Kokatsu pulled it up out of the ground it almost clung too and threw it onto his back. Some dirt fell over his shoulders, and mud seeped into his shirt. He squeemed almost instantly regretting this decision and wondered why he had not just chosen a rock. Whatever the reason what he began to train, wanting to get more muscle in his legs he began to do squats with the log. He bent his knees down, trying to go as low as he could, almost all the way to the ground. However once he reached this point he found he could not go back up again, maybe it was because of his strength or the lopsided weight of the large log on his back, but his legs would not jump back up. Defeated he dropped the log and had to start over again. This time he did not go so low to the ground, starting off easy. Once his legs had formed a 90 degree angle, he would burst back up again. Every time he went down slowly, trying to push his muscle to exhaustion with every squat. Then once he was low enough he would try to push and use all of his muscles in order to jump back into standing position as fast as possible. He was able to continue with this work out for a while, slowly going down, then popping back up, but as the numbers got higher it became harder for him to keep the perfect form. Once he hit around 40 squats he could feel himself slipping, when he went down it was much faster, and when rising he struggled and had to use all his strength just to rise up again. His breath started to get more frantic, but still he smiled, because he knew he was pushing himself to the limits, and getting stronger. The last ten reps went by very slowly and he almost didn't manage to get to 50, but surely he hit the mark. The log fell from his shoulders and he stood panting as he took a break.

The sweat rolled down his face but after a few breaths of fresh air he was ready to move on. He turned around looking down at the log that was making everything so hard, but helping him in the long run. Picking it up once again he went back to work. The first couple were hard, as his muscles were still recovering, however he pushed through it. Soon they started to warm up again and once again he was flawlessly busting through squat after squat. Kokatsu mind drifted in the middle of his training, looking around at the scenery and thinking of the village he called home. It was a nice quiet place, as he could only hear himself breath and the rush of waves crashing on the rocks below him. He didn't let the peacefulness of the landscape take him out of his training, and pushing himself harder then before he kept going, squatting harder and lower, trying to get every inch out of his training. He pushed himself to 50 squats, his entire body felt pain, and the log was starting to push down leaving a bad impression on his neck. However he kept going; Past 50 and into higher numbers. As the numbers grew higher he had a feeling in his legs like they could give out at any moment, he felt weak for that. Finally he had resolved to keep going until his legs could not rise anymore, wanting to fully know the extent of his power. Soon he passed 70 and it grew extremely hard, and as he approached 80 it became almost impossible. He hit 79 and began to drop down, and all at once the weight felt like 100 tons pressing down on his body. Kokatsu almost slipped up and fell right their but was able to catch himself for a moment before his but hit the ground. He had fallen back into the position of his normal squat, going as low as he possibly could. Feeling like this wasn't going to last, and almost falling once he started to push upward. Not letting his fatigue get the best of him he pushed up with his legs with everything he had in him, gritting his teeth all the way. It was a slow rise, taking a good amount of second, but once he had passed the 90 degree angle his body shot up. Then all at once he feel backwards, hitting his head softly on the log, but nonetheless hitting his noggin. Kokatsu rubbed away the pain for a moment before laying on the ground with his chest rising and falling, attempting to catch his breath. He had done it, he had pushed his body to the limit of its strength. Even with his legs feeling like jello from the insane work out, he still felt stronger.
