Awkward Times

The cloaked figure looked up from the endless sands, noticing a small oasis up ahead. As he walked towards it, he quickly sat down, the cloak barely able to react as he sat. The big huge circular thing on his back wasn't too heavy, but he couldn't stand it. "Ahhh! Why is this nice oasis so far from the Hidden Village!" yelled Jiro as he lied down on the oasis floor. The water nearby was swishing nicely. The Hidden Village in the Sands was in sight of the oasis. It actually wasn't far, but Jiro was just lazy. As he drank some of the nearby water, he quickly put down his circular backpack type object on the ground, lying down.

Crysaki sprinted through the sands. He had his eyes set on one particular location, the oasis outside of Suna. He could see it in his sights as he neared it. He could picture it now. Enjoying a nice drink of the waters, lying down under the sun, relaxing from all his troubles. It was going to be the best 10 minutes of his life. As he reached closer, he noticed a figure there already. He froze and looked at him. How the hell does someone know of my spot, he thought. He walked up to the guy and looked down at him as he drank from it. "Uh...hello," he said, wanting to catch the guy's attention.

Jiro continued to drink when he heard a voice behind him. He fell backwards, with his eyes closed. As he peaked one eye open, the headband caught his eye. "Oh. I didn't know anyone else would make the trek out here" stated Jiro as he yawned, tired from the walk over. He quickly covered his eyes from the blistering sun. He slowly crawled over to the shade, moving extremely sluggish. As he plopped down in the shade, he smiled from the little amount of shade that was in the Wind Country. "Who might you be?" asked Jiro as he started to doze off.
