[Graded]Wandering the desert

Kuroken and Shiroken, the most brutal Shinobi of Iwa, were walking in the desert. Why were they in the desert? Because they had decided to go on vacation and had chosen the desert as their vacationing spot. However, they weren't just on vacation, they were also searching for information on the village of Sunagakure and it's shinobi. They had left their headbands at home, and they carried no weapons other than a rubber chicken in their waist bands, so there was nothing to mark them out as shinobi, let alone someone from Iwa.

They were wearing their standard white outfit, tan pants and all around wear that suited the climate, and they were also wearing wide brimmed hats to protect themselves from the sun.

So, they continued walking through the desert, their strong legs and good balance giving them little issue in traversing the sand and the dunes they came across.

"Unknown entry towards the Northern Sector. High chakra amounts verified."

Sut nodded, knowing that this would be his chance to shine. Today, Akane and him were in charge of the Northern Sector, while most of the figments were in the surrounding areas. Motioning to Akane, they both nodded, running towards the co-ordinates that Dango was listing off to them. The leader himself was somewhere near the village, of course, but his eyes and ears were far greater than almost any ninja in the entire world. Anyone that stepped foot on the desert of Suna would be heard by Dango.

Akane popped her knuckles, before responding to her partner's response. "Let's hope for hostiles." The grin that she showed off disturbed Sut some, but, that was partially why the two were together. They were oppositely matched in not only in fighting, but also in how they acted.

Positive energy versus negative energy.

"Targets detected," Sut said, speaking to his partner through a chakra string that connected them. "Let's hope this goes well!"

With that said, Sut walked up, into the vision of the two ninja, but still a safe distance away, syringes at his side, he spoke with a loud, clear voice.

"You are currently trespassing on the grounds of Wind Country. Please state your business in this area. If you are lost, we can both escort you away from this land and back to your housing area, so you won't have to feel the pains of the desert."

Hopefully the two would listen, being obviously strong, from the looks of their body, and much stronger than Sut himself. But, you never know, really. A strong-looking person could easily be weak or strong. Judging from appearances was never helpful.

D-Ranked Ninjutsu
By connecting a chakra strong to someone's head, while then connecting it to his own, Sut is able to talk directly into that person's mind, as a form of telepathy. This doesn't hide his motions, so people are still able to read his lips, if they have experience in it and are up close enough to do so, but, it transmits all the sounds that he would make.

Kuroken and Shiroken merely looked at the small man before them, speaking to each other through their connection, as far as anyone could tell they didn't even speak to each other, but here is what they heard and said.

So brother, what shall we do? Shall we destroy him or shall we take him up on his offer for escort?

We could destroy him, he looks small enough and weak enough that he shouldn't be much issue, but then again he did say "we" can escort you.

But he also said "both" after having said we, meaning that there seems by his own admission only two of them.

Ah, yes, but we have yet to see the second one so it would not be convenient to attack this little one first if the "both" he speaks of is able to ambush us or attack us without us having a chance to react

True, so maybe we should take him up on his offer of an escort and when both of them are revealed, then maybe we can decide whether to eliminate or capture them?

I think that would be prudent dear brother, I think that would be prudent.

So be it, let us speak to him now

"Greetings and apologies, we did not think it would be off issue to walk the desert unarmed. Nor did we think that someone would react to our entrance so quickly. We have discussed it between ourselves, and since we do not know the way out as you do, we have decided that we would indeed like an escort out."

Their speaking flowed perfectly, where one stopped talking the other picked up the flow as if he had been the one to speak previous. They moved forwards, walking slowly, their hands at their sides nonthreatening like as they approached the little man to do exactly what they had said, allow him to escort them out of the land.

Sut nodded as Ayane sighed from the distance. She wanted a fight, while he obviously didn't. Stepping out from under the ground, the female fluttered her kimono a bit. Being the flirt she was, she did her seals, activating her genjutsu. It would be a good example of how well these two would be able to defend themselves around her, if they even could.

"Kai." Short and sweet, sending the command to Sut, who followed in line, kai'ing himself from the genjutsu that she had cast.

"Well, let's get started then, shall we?

Either they would be falling asleep now, or they'd end up kaing and leading this to a more interesting fight. Akane hoped for the latter.

*Nehan Shouja no Jutsu [Temple of Nirvana Technique]
A-ranked Genjutsu
Nehan Shouja no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that allows the caster to place a large body of people into an unconscious state. The jutsu starts with feathers falling down, and, if the opponent is good enough in genjutsu, they will be able to realize this jutsu and use Kai.

Kuroken and Shiroken started to feel a little drowsy, not only that but they saw feathers and watched the little man form a handseal. Now that, was not nice. Simple rectification though, a handseal and they were out of the jutsu.

"That wasn't very nice."

"Indeed, not nice at all, so not nice that we are highly considering not allowing you to escort us out, simply because you were so mean."

And then they grinned, speaking their next sentence as one.

"However, that seems to suit us just well and we will combat you with ease."

And then they moved together as one, using their skill in Taijutsu, their sheer strength, and their high level of speed to dash forwards at top notch speed, ready to throw a rib shattering punch together when they got close enough.

A curse and a blessing at the same time.

The exact reaction occurred that Akane hoped for. Not only did this tell her that these two were ninja, but they also were able to use genjutsu to some level, making it much more exciting for the female. She could go all out, rather than hold back at all.

Preparing themselves, both Sut and Akane pulled out their weaponry. Akane brought out her blow dart gun. It wasn't that big, but it was big enough for what she wanted, being a total of one foot long, with scribblings all around it. It wasn't that thick, but it was made specially customized for her. The other two wouldn't know what it was, but, Sut did, knowing her main form of attack.

While she did that, Sut brought out his scroll, quickly unraveling it and releasing the stored puppet with a puff of smoke around him. As the smoke cleared, there only appeared to be a big, living mouse in his place, about 3 feet tall. Puppet armors were amazing.

Taking off, the puppet started got ready, with Sut connecting all the strings as Akane took to the first attack. Keeping one of her hands in a seal and focusing chakra, she poked the blow gun with her pinky, letting one of the small senbon through, as she blew it out, aiming towards Shiroken's left shoulder.

Rather than not do anything, Sut took action as well, as the puppet shot out two kunai at Kuroken's chest. They were pretty standard kunai, so it wasn't much of anything, but, hey, not much.

Kuroken and Shiroken simply moved to the side in opposite directions, going at such a steep angle that the projectiles would pass them a good five yards on either side. Of course, Shiroken didn't see the Senbon, but Kuroken saw the Kunai and they wanted to keep their movements in tandem, so as they dashed to the right they kept moving, ready to turn at the opposite angle they had done so before and dash back inwards as soon as the Kunai had passed them.

As the dart passed the two, the hollowed out section made a slight howling noise. It wasn't totally recognizable, due to the desert region, but that's all that was needed to trap them in the genjutsu. It wasn't a strong one, by any means of the word. That's not what Akane was hoping for. Since she knew that the two obviously had enough genjutsu to not get knocked out, she would have to fight this in a different manner than normal.

Instead, this would be what she'd have to do. With her seal in place, everything would work out. Due to the sheer distance, Sut would be out of range from the slight howling, while the other two would not be, which is exactly why the two were paired together.

While in the puppet, Sut wouldn't be able to even hear the triggers, while Akane would be able to use them to her heart's content.

Speaking of Sut, while in the mouse puppet, he moved forward a few yards before the puppet started to poop. With one of the pellets done, the puppet grabbed the pellet with its tail, then threw it towards the two running ninja. It was purposefully thrown so it would go farther than the two, making it so it would explode right between while still in the air. Before too long though, another pellet was pooped out, as he threw this one about the same, but a bit shorter, making it fall before them, and one last pellet, while holding it for later.

Akane's moves were much more... different than Sut's. Taking off perpendicular to the two incoming opponents, she shot another dart at Shiroken, much like before, going closer and closer, ringing out in the wind. She was lucky she was as good as aiming as she was, especially in the environment that they were in.

This is Not a Knife
A-Ranked Status Genjutsu
By keeping her one handed handesal while blowing a dart, anyone that hears her specialized senbon darts will be caught in this genjutsu. While under this genjutsu, the target will feel like non-ninjutsu attacks are a lot less deadly than they actually are. For example, if they see a very strong person throw a punch at them, they would think that the person is actually a lot weaker than they are. Or, if someone was using a genjutsu on them, they would think that it's a lower rank and not as harmful than it actually is. This doesn't change how it actually acts, so once the target sees/feels the difference, they will almost always know about it, but they will be constantly nagged by the feeling that whatever it is is weaker. This genjutsu lasts for 5 posts, unless kai'd.

Kuroken and Shiroken were moving at top speed still, as the first of the pellets wizzed forwards and exploded between them, smoke engulfing them from this first and the second one which exploded further in front of them, making it quite difficult to see in the immediate area.

However, before the pellets had exploded they had watched, or rather Shiroken had watched, the woman being launching something, something that was about the same as whatever had whistled by previously, and whatever it was Shiroken wasn't so sure he wanted to be hit with it. So, as the two twins dashed to the side, away from where they had been before the exploding pellets happened (they began moving at about the same time the smoke began to fill) they both headed towards where they had last seen the rat shaped puppet, their speed carrying them out of the smoke in seconds, but not before they had taken a breath and the sleeping toxin began to work it's magic, causing them to launch out of the smoke in a stumble and fall flat on their faces.

The poison did its job, with the two ninja falling down into the sand. What came next was why Sut and Akane were normal border patrol members. Sut got out of his puppet, sealing it back up as he attached strings to both of the ninja, forcing their bodies to move together, in tandem, just as they had done when they were awake. Akane brought out her combat knife, readying the ritual that they needed to do. It wouldn't hurt, at least, not enough to break them out of this sleepy state, but it would get the job done.

Focusing on Shiroken first, Akane put her hand over his head, while her fingers started to fuse with his head. Concentrating a bit, she started to enter his mind, both literally and figuratively. Her first matter of business was to remove the entire battle from his mind. It took a while, of course, but, that was why Sut was there. He was able to keep his needles ready, filled with his own brand of anesthetic poison, which was perfect for how long these missions seemed to take. Ending her mind altering, she ended with placing a single needle into his brain.

"Bogies down, central command. We're repelling them now," Sut reported into his communicator. It was lucky that the Eidolons were funded enough to give these to every member of the Eidolons and Figments, but it was able to make the entire machine function to its maximum potential.

"Any damages?" came the response into both of the headsets from an unknown to many other ninja's voice.

"Zero, as expected."

Communications ended as the first body was finished.

"Spike him." The command was simple, but the two ninja had worked with each other for a long time, making Sut know exactly what he needed to know. Moving towards the downed fighter, he moved his strings to his left hand, controlling both of the bodies with it, twirling his syringe with his hand before jabbing it into the arm of the Iwa ninja. Moving over to the other ninja, he did the same, just so he'd be knocked out for a bit longer, so the airborne toxin didn't run through his bloodstream.

Knowing that whatever she did wouldn't awaken the ninja, Akane straddled the ninja, then opened his mouth, taking her knife and poking it inside. It was a normal formation that she had trained with over and over, but, it still took deep concentration in order to do it. Channeling her wind chakra to the blade, she started to cut into the top of his skin, forming a fuuinjutsu. The fuuin has to be placed in a place where it wouldn't be easily noticed, nor would it cause any problems. The tiny, exact cuts would be exactly what was needed, while inside of the mouth would be too dark for a normal person to see, while being with the skin, so a dentist wouldn't be able to see it in detail, compared to the normal lining of the skin.

It was a perfect combination, which was, again, why the two were placed together. With the first sealing done, Akane moved onto the second ninja, replicating the same motions as before. It was a bit easier this time, since the second one was an exact replica of the first ninja.

With that done, Sut injected them once more. If he had to start doing more, it would get into the deadly levels, but that's not what the two wanted. They were the repel squad, not the capture/kill squad. Now, the duty was to get them out of the desert. Due to Sut's puppeteering, it was relatively easy, commanding the two to walk like puppets with the two Eidolons.

The four walked past the edge of the desert, going a bit further, making sure that the mind altering wouldn't have any damages to the ninja so close after being finished. With that done, they left the two ninja alone, covering their bodies in leaves, so no one else would disturb their slumber.

"Finished, command."

*[Master Puppetry Technique]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: *[Intermediate Puppetry Technique]
Master Puppetry is a Ninjutsu technique used by puppeteers. By releasing chakra from their tenketsu, the puppeteer is able to release chakra strings from their finger. These strings are able to move a max of X meters away, where X is equal to the puppeteer’s control stat. This jutsu allows the puppeteer to attach their chakra strings to humans or animals arms and legs at a speed of 2, using every part of the puppet to its max potential. In order to break out from this technique, the target must be willing to break out and at least 6 strength to resist the strings. While being controlled, the target is unable to move on their own and the puppeteer can move their arms and legs in any natural way.

Memory-Concealing: Manipulative Sand Technique
A Ranked Ninjutsu
A very time consuming jutsu to use and is never to be used during combat. Doing the needed handseals, the target puts their hand to the unconscious target's forehead. After doing so, they are able to erase some recent memories that the target has seen/felt/heard. When they finish, they place a single needle in the target's memory center, which keeps these memories concealed. Once the needle vanquishes, at the user's command, it removes this technique, letting the target remember everything that was forgotten.

Memory-Concealing: Forgotten Sand Technique
A Ranked Ninjutsu
Used in conjunction with Memory-Concealing: Manipulative Sand Technique, this technique instead places a false memory into the target's brain, letting them influence how the character acts in some degree. The memory altering is done at a level where the target can feel like that one thing that was added was completely normal to them, and isn't outside of their normal habits at all. If people say otherwise, they will (normally) just think that the other person is lying, trusting their own mistaken memories. This jutsu, however, is rather specific. Whenever altering the memories of the target, Akane implants the memory and phobia of deserts. For as long as this jutsu is active in a person, they will have an intense phobia of deserts, to the point where they won't be able to even near a desert without having an anxiety attack. They won't be able to place why they have this fear, but, for reasons unknown to them, will be unable to be sated in any way, shape or form. Like the prior jutsu, this jutsu takes a long time to activate and complete, making it completely useless in combat.

Memory-Concealing: The Final Stand
B-Ranked Fuuinjutsu
Used in conjunction with Akane's Memory-Concealing jutsu set, she uses this fuuinjutsu to finalize the deal. With the seal in place on the person's body, the fuuinjutsu makes the target feel as if nothing is wrong with their memory, while also strengthening the jutsu to a point where any minor mishaps between the fake memories and real memories are just them misremembering. Due to the positioning of this seal, it's close to impossible to actually remove it after being placed, since it's not only hard to see, but barely takes up any chakra after being placed, making it barely blip on any sensor scales, especially whenever surrounded by the rest of the target's chakra.
