"Bogey, near the twins. Got it?"

"Location?"

The twins were readying themselves up for a fight of some sort. If it was one of the other squads, there would be other types of preparation, like getting ready for a conversation, but not Unten and Oben. Being in charge of the take down division, their goal was relatively simple. Take down any targets coming near the village or trying to come into the desert without permission and take them out.

Unten was the main body for now, with Oben's head and hands sticking out of his back, preparing for an encounter. Summoning out Corruption and Envy, the puppeteer carried them for a bit, forcing Unten to strain forward a bit, as the younger twin attached his strings to the puppet. As they started to get closer to the target, he had both of the puppets sink into the ground, as Corruption started to hatch hundreds of his parasites.

With the puppets out of sight, Unten stepped forward, still a decent distance away from the unknown ninja. "What is your business in Wind Country?"

The question was simple and the answer would probably lead to only two different outcomes. The first would be the one that Unten and Oben were both hoping for.

By channeling doton chakra to their puppet, the puppeteer causes the puppet to be absorbed by the ground, as long as it’s on soft ground or sand, rather than rocks, concrete, or anything metal. Once underground, the puppet is able to reappear and surprise opponents. This is a good technique to set up ambushes or protect the puppet from taking damage.

Plagued By Corruption - Hatching
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
By applying the needed chakra to already created parasite eggs, Corruption is able to cause stored eggs to hatch. The parasites that are created are about two inches long and one inch wide. These are chakra-based entities, and, by themselves, are only able to burrow into different things, ranging from flesh to clothing. They aren't able to travel through anything stronger than that, though. The parasites are much stronger than their egg form, being able to take hits to up to 6 strength hits before disappating or a B ranked jutsu. Unlike other chakra based entities, these parasites are fully corpereal, and are able to be hit by all sorts of attacks.

Innis had lost his lust for life. His previous fervor and ambition had faded away for some inexplicable reason. He had no drive, no real purpose, he just drifted, walking from one point to another. He'd somehow ended up in the desert. There weren't any people, any civilization, and hardly any life save for him in this vast ocean of sand. At least, there wasn't until now.

Innis cocked his head and to his surprise there was a little boy talking to him. He looked the child up and down and spotted a forehead protector, but it was blank. A boy playing pretend maybe?

"Go away boy, this isn't the place to play shinobi...I'm not above killing children"

He then waved his bandage wrapped hand at him for him to shoo and began to start walking away again. He wasn't so optimistic though to think the boy would just leave him be. Truth be told he wouldn't kill the kid, probably just knock him out.

It wasn't the first time that the twins had been mistaken for a child, but it was one of the first times in a while. Most of the time, the had been hiding in a crowd, or people assumed they were low ranking ninja. This guy assumed that they weren't even ninja. The very assumption that they weren't ninja stung the two pretty deep.

Or, at least as deep as words could hurt them, which wasn't too much.

This guy obviously didn't know about the twins, nor Suna's defense systems, which wasn't too much of a stretch. Though, he did hint that he was a shinobi, which was exactly what the twins both wanted.

'Any intent yet?'
'No.'

"Where are you from and why are you here?"

The question this time was much more forceful. Well, as forceful as Unten's childish voice could muster.

Shifting his stance a bit, he put on a stern look on his face as Oben moved Envy closer and closer to the other ninja. In a bit, the puppet would be close enough to attack.

Innis sighed at the further prodding. The boy was trying his best, and part of Innis admired something about that, but most of him just found it annoying. He looked back at the child, looking him straight in the eyes. He didn't speak, he didn't move, he just acted.

Several bandages, three to be exact, struck from beneath his clothing. One went for the boys next, and the other two went for his arms. Each bandage attempted to wrap around its target and then lift the boy into the air. The bandages grip would be surprisingly strong and the one around the neck would begin to choke the boy, should it connect.

"I told you to go away." His words were flat, as if devoid of any emotion or purpose. It was as if killing didn't bother him, but it was just a front. Innis just wanted to scare the boy.

Houtai Seigyo: S[Bandage Control: S]
S-rank Ninjutsu
Second nature. That is how one would describe the level of manipulation at this jutsu. With the ease that one move ones limbs is the ease with which Innis moves his bandages. Unlike most other S-rank jutsu, this one does not require a large amount of chakra. It is actually quite the opposite, requiring little chakra to move the bandages. The amount of bandages he can control is equal to his (ninjutsu+stamina)/2 and their speed is equal to (ninjutsu+control)/2.

D-rank Ninjutsu
By channeling chakra through his bandages, Innis can strengthen their resistance to tear. This jutsu also makes the bandages 'stronger', allowing them to slam, constrain, etc. The bandages 'strength' is equal to Innis' control.

Noncompliance was an obstruction of justice and this was definitely noncompliance. Death wasn't necessarily the punishment for this, but as soon as the man started to attack. That, however, would be a high increase on his threat scale. Not only was he attacking, but he appeared to be a very capable ninja, shooting off bandages at the twins. Unten was partially curious on how these attacks acted, but then was also partially put off on getting hit. Rather than be a target, he jumped backwards a bit, giving himself more space, letting Envy get into position. As the bandages got close to him, he immediately drew a caltrop, throwing it directly at the one that was aimed at his neck. With his strength, it'd probably cause a lot of damage to it. He let the other two attach to his arms as his brother took the stage.

'Distract him.'

Envy got closer to the ground, behind Innis, pushing out one of the masks from the sand. Luckily, sand didn't make too much noise when moved out of the way, unlike rocks, giving him a perfect chance. The mask rose up, then immediately moved over the ninja's head, attempting to place itself on his face. If it connected, it would instantly inject its poison into the man and, if it stayed on, it would begin to take its effect.

It was then Unten's turn to turn the tables. Wrapping his arms around the bandages, he jerked them up, then back down, creating a wave in the bandages, which would hopefully create a bit of a diversion. His strength was able to overpower any that these bandages tried to exert over him, and this test of strength was just an example.

To Innis' surprise, this boy had skill. He was surprised when the boy threw something hard enough to actually cut the bandage going for his neck. The other two made contact. Before he could continue, a mask was placed on his face. He immediately began pulling at it, struggling for a moment. He then took two bandages wrapped around his hands and tugged, finally yanking the mask off, tearing some of his flesh with it. Innis looked back up at the kid when he was suddenly yanked forward from his pull on the bandages.

Before Innis could regain his composure, something changed. A sudden feeling of joy washed over him. His previously bland mood was elated. He felt like he could take the world single handed.

"Bring it!", he shouted with a grin plastered on his face.

Innis began running towards the boy's right and make a string of hand signs. When he finished the hand signs, his bandages began to glow with electricity while he tugged on the boy with his bandages. If he couldn't move him, he hoped to at least keep him distracted.

Raiton • Denryuu[Lightning Element • Electric Current]
C-rank Ninjutsu
By making a single hand-seal, Innis can coat his hands in a strong electric current. His hands will glow blue with electricity and contact with his hands cause a painful shock. The electricity coats his hands for 4 posts. Prolonged contact with Innis can cause extensive damage, with a degree of burns for each post he holds onto the person. Holding on to a person for 2 posts would cause 2nd degree burns, 3 posts 3rd degree, and 4th post 4th degree.

'Part one, done'

Disconnecting the first mask from its body, Oben had his puppet move on towards the running man, making sure to not trail from him at all. It seemed as if the puppet was faster, or at least for now, so keeping up with the ninja was no contest. As soon as he started another jutsu, another mask popped out of the sand, from the male's left, then attempted to plaster itself on his face once more. This one wasn't very stealthy and burst up, easily being noticeable. This one was more of a trick, however, as Oben used the distraction of the first to secretly pop out, just like before, to the right of the man after the first interruption was passed to then attempt to get onto his face once more. The first would be easily dodged, but the second would be much harder.

Corruption, the puppet a bit in front of the twins, continued making parasites. However, it started to leak the chakra insects above the ground, and they started to tunnel up the sand, starting to be a bit in front of the twins by a meter or two, barely visible to the naked eye. They could easily be mistaken for glass or some pretty color in the sand, but its distraction value wasn't what Oben was going for, at all--especially with the masks launching another attack.

Unten, on the other hand, was the one on the defensive, unlike his brother. As Innis started to channel chakra into the bandages and the raiton started to spark, Unten did his own seals, channeling his raiton into the same bandages, creating a tiny spark battle. Hopefully, Oben's distractions would cause the battle to be short-lived, so the chakra cost would be minimal. After all, he was the host for now and his bed time was still a few hours away.

"Simple tricks won't work," Unten said in just of a strong voice as before. He was getting a little ticked off that the man thought that a simple raiton jutsu would end him, or even do any damage. It might still be the man's thoughts that they were just kids, which would probably end up being the end of him, but it did still tick them off a bit to be thought of as something less than what they were, just because of their stature.

After a combined handseal with Oben, if fused, or a normal one when not, Unten charges his weapon with Raiton energy, causing it to have more piercing abilities, especially with the tip blade. This allows it to do more damage, effectively raising the strength level of the technique, along with dealing raiton damage.[/quote]

Emptiness and despair. That's what Innis felt. The joy faded as quickly as it came, and the sudden loss was distracting. Innis saw sparks fly from the boy as he was seemingly unphased by his raiton, but he wasn't really paying attention to it. He didn't have time to.

Innis heard something burst out of the sand and caught it in the corner of his eye. Another mask was coming towards him, but Innis managed to dodge it by a hair. Then came the other one. With all that was going on it surprised him and stuck to his face. As soon as it stuck, however, the joy returned. He needed it. All else would be fine if he was happy.

With a new found confidence, Innis got to turning this fight around. The kid may have been able to resist his jutsu, but the bandages were still his. Innis kept part of his bandages flat and tightly wrapped around his arms. He then took part of the bandage around the kid's elbows and made its edges face his arms. Innis then sharpened the edges of the bandages and then constricted them to cut through the boy's arms.

Not wanting to be too one dimensional, Innis flashed another set of hand signs and put his hands up to his face while his bandages maneuvered. His hands then suddenly released a bright flash of light, hoping to blind the boy and distract him.

*Raiton • Senkou [Lightning Element • Flash]
D-rank Ninjutsu
Raiton • Senkou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. The user places their hands close to the center of their face with the fingers spread toward their eyes. By mustering lightning chakra into their hands they can release a blinding blue light that temporarily blinds everything watching except the user, since they are projecting the light. This technique is defensive rather than offensive, and is mainly used as way to gain the upper hand or in oder to make hasty retreat. The technique is rendered useless if opponent is wearing sunglasses or if they close their eyes. The duration of the blindness has a post duration of one.

Similar to Hootai no Zokyou[Bandage Reinforcement], instead of channeling chakra throughout the entire bandage, Innis will channel it along the edges making them sharp enough to pierce a tree.

'Part two, done.'

The second mask was on and Oben was pretty sure that the poison would start working its magic. As Innis moved his tactics onto other things, rather than trying to take the mask off, Oben was satisfied. Unten on the other hand, wasn't as lucky. As the bandages turned to blades, they started to cut into his elbows.

'Help'

The command was simple, but Oben knew the importance of keeping together with one body and one mind. Raising Corruption up a bit, he removed his strings from the puppet, then grabbed a caltrop from his brother's pocket, cutting through the bandages with his strength. He wasn't as strong as his brother, but it was still enough to easily slice through the bandages.

As he was concentrating on those, however, Innis unleashed his last, and probably final technique, attempting to blind Unten as he shook his hands free of the bandages, bleeding on his arms. He would have to fix that up later. For now, they needed to make sure this fight was over.

Tempted by Envy – Bodily Control
B-Ranked Fuuinjutsu
By painting the fuuin on the mask, Oben imbued the powers of the fuuin on whoever wears the mask. The fuuin takes an entire post to take effect, though, so if the mask is pulled off, nothing will happen. But, if the mask stays on, the person becomes entirely paralyzed, being able to not make any movement besides natural ones, such as breathing and such.

Innis began to rip through the kids flesh, but before he could really get started everything stopped and his body fell into the sand mid-stride. His bandages wouldn't budge, his body wouldn't move. All he could do was breath. He was paralyzed and this would most likely be his end. A storm of emotions filled his mind. He was angry; angry that he lost, and to a child no less. Frustrated that he couldn't move and he'd hardly got started. Happy for god knows what reason, but then in his fury of emotion he remembered the mask stuck to his face. It was the only thing that touched him during the fight.

Innis just laid there waiting for whatever what was going to happen. Sorrow joined the storm and tears began to swell up. He tried to hold them back, but his body wouldn't move. He'd never see his family again. He'd never be hugged. He'd never know love. Things that he thought insignificant began to mean the world to him. All this emotion made him feel weak. It had been what he had associated it with.

Even worse than that, all the tears and all the anger, was the joy. All the fucking happiness he couldn't stop feeling. Death was imminent and he couldn't stop grinning. Death was better than this. That's all he kept thinking. Death had to be better than this.

With the fighter out of the way, Unten and Oben went into repair mode. Bleeding was not something to be left untended, especially from something that was used so often. Unten sat down in the sand, as Oben popped out of his chest, starting to work his healing magic on his brother. Releasing chakra strings from his tenketsu, he started to work his way through each cut, manning each one with one hand. They weren't deep enough to cause massive damage, but Unten would be out of use of his hands for a little while, or until they got back to Suna. But, for now, their minor modification worked just fine. Stitching him up, Unten stood back up as they walked towards the man, fusing with his body. They normally didn't do this together, but Unten had sustained injuries for one of the first times in a long while, so it was better if they worked together for this.

Fusing with the man's body, they worked together on shutting down his body. He wouldn't be dead, since then he wouldn't be as much of a use. He would, though, effectively be dead, which was a much better state than what he was currently in.

As the body shut down, the twins carried the body on their back, mask still in place, and put away their toys.

"Body down."

With that, they took their prize, off to work on their new pupppet.

[Chakra String Sewing]
C-Ranked Iijutsu
Rather than use other materials to stitch things together, Oben uses an altered form of chakra strings. These strings are, like others, near invisible and not entirely tangible, making these a bit more specialized by being a lot more tangible than others. These are able to hold very well, making them very good replacements for normal stitching. However, just like normal, they can tear if whatever they’re on is used too much, so whoever they’re on shouldn’t run around too much.

By breaking down their molecules, the clan member will fuse with an unwilling host. This process takes a full post to complete and takes a full post to fully separate. The unwilling host, if they decide to fight it, can easily fight it off if their control is higher than the clan member's control. However, if there is a tie, it takes two full posts to integrate. During this integration, the clan member must constantly be fighting, but the unwilling host must be fighting too. Also, the new-host can still try to fight the clan member off, if they have more strength, causing the clan member to most likely be bruised and damaged in order to pull the technique off.In order to begin the process, the clan member must be directly grabbing a part of the target's body and then slowly meld into the body.

Souma no Saisei – [Dead Sleep]
B-Ranked Iijutsu
Prerequisite: Souma no Saisei – Paradoxical Parasite
Much like the prerequisite jutsu, Konsui starts with the user melding with the target's body, giving it nutrients to heal. During this time, he still loses power and stamina, as if he was outside of the body. It takes away all poisons, giving them to the user. However, the main difference between Shukushi and Konsui, is rather than fully healing the target, the target instead goes into a coma. The coma is very long lasting, and is capable of lasting for years. However, in order to put the target into a coma, they must stay inside the body till it is fully repaired. While doing this, it is basically only usable on those that are about dead, unconscious, or something akin to that state.
