First up towards Fuuton Kinesis is the flight line.

* [Wind Element • Wind Launch Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
After completing the needed hand seals, a tightly packed circular gust of wind forms right at the feet of the user. The moment someone leaps on it, it sends that person flying in the direction they jumped on it. It's quite powerful and can send an average-sized person (and anything else that lands on it) over fifteen yards at his/her base speed in a straight line. It disappears after one use or lasts unused for three posts. A strength of four or higher is required to resist the effect of this technique. = 400

Glide On
C Rank Ninjutsu
Requires: Wind Launch technique
While falling into the air, the user can perform a quick set of handseals followed putting thier arms out straight to the side. The user's arms and hands will be coated with a Fuuton Chakra that will act like a glider wing, allowing the user to turn the fall into a glide. The user glides at a speed of 3, but can not use any jutsu without falling again. = 650

Float On
B Ranked Ninjutsu
Requires: Glide On
After a string of handseals, the user generates a small platform of wind under their feet that can lift them up to 30 feet. This platform only moves vertically. This can last for a number of post equal to the user's stamina. = 950

Flight of Fancy
A Rank Ninjutsu
Requires: Float On
After a long string of handseals, the user will jut thier fist straight into the air and jump. Fuuton chakra then pulls the user's fist through the air at a speed equal to thier [Control + stamina]/2. They can only fly up to a vertical height of 30 feet. The user can only perform C rank and lower Jutsus while in flight. This last for a number of post equal to the user's stamina. = 1350

Magic Carpet Ride
S rank ninjutsu
Requires: Flight of Fancy, a length of fabric 48" wide and 72" long
Kneeling on the front of the fabric, the user can perform a set of handseals and grab hold on the forward edge pulling it back. This will envelope the fabric with Fuuton Chakra causing it to immediatly levitate six inches off the ground. The fabric is then a sturdy platform capable of holding three others. The user can control the path of the fabric by using the front edge like horse reins. the fabric moves at a speed equal to the user's [Control+Stamina]/2 for a number of post equal to the user's stamina. Any passengers with a control of 8 or higher can touch the user's back during the entire flight and channel chakra into the user to increase the speed and duration by 1 for each passager. The carpet can be stopped from moving at anytime by the user, this can be done for a number of post equal to double the user's stamina. While stopped in mid air, every two post takes up one post of normal flight. Both of the user's hand must remain on the front hem the entire time. = 1850

The Windy Dunes

It was a nice and sunny day out in the desert, but then again what day wasn't. The constant sun in the sky overhead served to both lightened and warmed the path of our Jounin. This sandy dunes that stretched all the way to the horizon did well to offer a bounty of winds of both blew the clothes and sand around the woman. This didn't bother her, it was actually the reason she came out here for her training. When training in Fuuton, a good flurry of window was just the right thing needed. Sunako had brought plenty of supplies to spent a few days out here. A one-man tent, a weeks worth of food, plenty of bottled water, and of course her trumpet supplies.

After a bit of stretching, she decided to get her train on. The first technique she was going to work today was the wind launching technique. It was a common one amongst Fuuton users that allowed them to leap higher than normal. She had seen the need for it yet, but it would help her get to the higher parts of the wall when she needed to. Securing her vest, the child of Suna took up her trumpet. Placing the receiver to her lips, she readied her fingers and closed her eyes. Blowing into the press instrument she began to play a series of four notes. Her chakra was quickly shaping within the Bell of the trumpet. At the end of the note, winds began to gather at her feet. They begin compacting, gathering and become more and more dense. Soon she had a small platform of gust right at her toes. Deciding to test this first attempt, she stepped forward onto this ball. Sure enough he gave her height, but it center into a backflip going up about 10 feet in a rapid spin. After a few seconds of dizzying, spinning she landed face first into the desert sand. Sunako quickly pushed herself up, grabbed her trumpet, dusted her and it off, and decided to give it another shot.

Playing another four notes, she decided to shape their chakra into less of a spinning motion and more of a direct up motion. She has had plenty of practice recently with tornadoes, so the spin was second nature to her by now, a habit she needed to break. As the song ended, the wings gathered at her feet just before. However this time, she could feel a slight bit more of an updraft than the last time. Stepping on this time, Sunako was sent a good 10 feet into the air straight up in a perfect jump. She had completed the jumping technique she wanted. Now all she had to do was practice the landing.
