A game of Wits

The sound of shifting stone resounded all around the two shinobi. Walls circled them in the low ceiling chamber, forming complex patterns and that would test their mental fortitude to the max. This was no ordinary labyrinth. This was the Nygma.

The ancient labyrinthian mechanism was an extremely old place, only recently discovered by the historical research investigation known as the Rekishi Juu. The scholar were astounded at their find, and immediatly set to work. After extremely long periods of investigation, they had finally managed to safely being archiving some of the unique aspects of the labyrinth, but before they could go deeper, they needed to test the mechanism to make sure everything was still up and working. Upon hearing of the unique brain testing qualities of the labyrinth, it was only natural that a certain pink haired girl, the youngest of the Rekishi Juu members, would volunteer for the job. Long had she sought to become smarter that she already was in hopes of keeping up with her family. Of course, the family wouldn't hear of letting her go alone. Thus Ageha, Haruna was teamed up with one of the other village nin in order to transverse the ancient, brain teasing labyrinth that was the Nygma.

The pink haired girl looked up at her mentor to help her explore through the labyrinth. Slowly the walls of the maze ground to a halt, the sounds of mechanized clicked echoing throughout the chambers of the vast maze as all the traps, riddles, and tests settled into their latest formation. The pink haired girl took a deep breath before speaking.

"Ready?"
