[Open] A Sandy Retreat

"Well, this certainly isn't good." Masayoshi was more hurt than he was surprised; humanity being at war always displeased him. The Sunagakure no Sato, much like the Konohagakure no Sato, was a place Masayoshi felt like he could call home, so to see it in its current state made him completely empathetic with those who were suffering. Fortunately, for everybody experiencing the pain that he could feel and the sensations that kept him aware, Masayoshi had come to save the day. Hypervigilant, Masayoshi would spend the first couple of minutes scouting the vicinity he resided; an effort to find anybody he could that was in need. Like any day in the Kaze no Kuni, the temperature was at a steady all time high. Masayoshi was on the outskirts of the Sunagakure no Sato, but the preference to help people overwhelmed his curiosity to learn more about the situation, prompting him to continue his search around the aforementioned village. The only thing Masayoshi could think was that it was quiet and empty, yet he began to conjure up thoughts leading him astray. Before he knew it, Masayoshi would make an exceptional discovery.

"What's this?" Wiping away dirt, what was revealed happen to be a scroll. "I wonder what this could be about." Unraveling the scroll, Masayoshi quickly came to the realization that he had found a map. "What if this leads to a treasure?!" Masayoshi would be filled with excitement, and exhilarated to carry on with his exploration of the Kaze no Kuni. Going over the details of the map within the scroll, with hasty astuteness, Masayoshi would roll it back up, and tuck it away, safely, within either of his pouches located on his utility belt. Fixing his glasses, the sun rays beaming off them giving him a heroic glow, Masayoshi took steps forward towards what he considered to be his next destination. Apparently, the scroll must of been a map created by the Iwagakure no Sato because, upon reanalyzing the scroll, Masayoshi would notice their village symbol was present. The real question was simple: why was the Sunagakure no Sato and the Iwagakure no Sato at war, and who is the cause for all of this chaos?

"As much as I would like to stay out of trouble, I don't have a good feeling about this." Masayoshi may have been nervous, but he was no coward. Masayoshi, possessed by the Spirit of Justice and wielding its Power of Justice, there was absolutely no way he could feel the threat of opposition. A concept like that didn't exist for Masayoshi; it wasn't something that he ever actively put his faith in. Still, Masayoshi was ever so conscious of everything occurring around him, and there wasn't the possibility for a single missed opportunity. When everything was said and done, Masayoshi wanted to go back to the Konohagakure no Sato with a story to tell to his people. Masayoshi had big dreams, and being the Hokage was one of them. Masayoshi felt that, perhaps, if he was in the position of power, maybe those that he love would not have to die. Naive, sure, but there was nothing you could tell an eighteen year old; physically, an adult, but still, at heart, a child. Masayoshi would abruptly pause his movements; he wasn't alone...
