[Mission] Hunting the Witch

It was a dreary day, perfect for a confrontation between two powerful Missing Ninja. The stage was the middle of a forest somewhere in Tea Country, the landscape littered with fallen trees and heavy brush. This was where Nehan would find herself after confirming the mission details with the chieftain of the nearby village, who was currently wracked with nervousness about the destruction that had been going on around the area as of late. He was desperate enough to be willing to pay any price just to have a bit of peace again and well, if the woman wanted her reward, she would just have to make it so the villagers could sleep in peace once more.

It definitely wouldn't be easy though but hey that was half the fun right? Besides, this was sure to be worth her no matter what happened. It was just a matter of time.

Nehan slid to a halt before she inspected the area, Well it seems as if someone has been here, I wonder how strong she really is? Hmm . . No time to wonder now, I should probably get on with the witch hunt. . Ironic. Nehan chuckled before she took of her mask, she gently whistled and out of a heavy bush her human puppet appeared. "I've been following you for quiet some time, never thought you'd ask for my help. Lately it's been like you could handle everything on your own to the point where I felt neglected and useless." Nehan glanced at Eriasu before her eyes closed up. "Are you really going to complain like a baby now that we are out on a hunt?"

"No, I'm just saying that if I was allowed to join in more then maybe I could also have some fun? You know that I have a life right? Unlike you hehe- Ah!" Eriasu was smacked by Nehan, she continued to follow the white witches tracks, she could tell that the signs pointed to that she wasn't far ahead. "These look pretty new don't you think?" Eriasu just mocked what she said "This looks pretty new don't you think?" which got the witch to shake her head and walk ahead. "And you wonder why I don't bring you along?" The witch chuckled before she leaped up in the air, her wings flapped once again. Taking her through the skies, leaving her henchman to track on foot while she scouted ahead.

"Yeah well isn't that typical. . Nice going Eriasu. . " The teen kicked some dirt before he continued to follow the tracks. He wasn't all to sure about what he was going to face nor who they where exactly after, all he knew was that they where assigned to hunt someone and that Nehan was excited to "feast" whatever that meant. High up in the skies the witch would make sure to fly in circles, that way she could always swing around to get a closer inspection if she finds anything suspicious.

A-Ranked Ninjutsu
After performing a set of hand seals Nehan will focus on making the wind collect around her back the wind shapes like four version of wasp wings, due to the nature of fuuton these end up looking similar to angel wings. The top wings are one½ meter long and one foot wide while the lower wings are one meter long and narrow. These wings are able to flap and are strong enough to make Nehan fly by pushing the wind out of the way. When activated the wings give +4 speed stats but she loses -2 control, -1 Taijutsu and -1 wit on having to focus on flapping the wings. Can only fly up to 30 feet in battles but higher outside of battlefields.

The leaves surrounding Nehan and Eriasu blew around from the wind caused by Nehan's wings. It made noise, but not enough to cover up the sound of a girl singing in the distance. Her voice could be considered pleasant. Something that you wouldn't mind listening to. The sound would come directly from Eriasu's right. If he looked he would be able to make out a women clad in white feathers. She was simply walking around in circles without any cares. She wouldn't even notice the weird puppet man walking by.

Nehan continued to fly off into the distance, trying desperately to find her target. Eriasu on the other hand was relaxing, he guessed that the flying ol' witch would find her target before he would anyway, and the worst part was that when he would hypothetically arrive at the crime scene the victim would already be dead. "Which sucks!" Eriasu cursed under his breathe before he stopped his stroll. Nehan cursed under her breathe as she continued to fly around, Where the hell could she be? If only Kenji was here then he could at least used his chakra to sense the target, which reminds me that I need to train in such arts. Meanwhile Nehan was pondering her future and searching for her target her very own puppet was making a discovery on his own.

He could hear someone woman singing, out here in the woods? Don't tell me! No way! The puppet was excited, he made sure to sneak up to his target, he wanted to be as close to the bounty as possible before he would make his appearance. Once he would get close enough he would dash out of the corner and kick his target into the closest tree, making sure to say something cool after instead of before as he didn't want to ruin the surprise nor cause her to stop her singing. "Boom! Didn't see that one coming now did ya! Ooh! You are lucky I was the one that ran into you little birdy. But! Nonetheless you are dead anyway, hehe. See that Jashin! I can also help." He said then kissed his dual-emblem medallion.

If this connects then it will at least slow her down enough for her to not be able to escape, then again I don't even know how strong she is yet so this might be a suicide attempt. Ah! Who cares, enough thinking! Eriasu would then tie the top half of his robe around his waist to reveal his ten favorite torture toys, his blades. "This is going to be intense!" With that he would reach for two blades, one on each hip then he would attempt to slash upwards in an x mark, aiming to cut between her chest.

C-Rank Kenjutsu
Prerequisite: Two katana or similar Japanese blades, Eishin • Single Draw Block, 6 Taijutsu, 6 Strength.
With training and practice the user of this technique is able to advance on the initial technique of this style, drawing two swords at once with the technique. By drawing two blades, the user's defensive and offensive range increases. The two blades can also focus on one target to repel an attack of greater strength. The technique's true potential, however, lies in the user's ability to operate both offensively and defensively.

Prerequisite: 6 Taijutsu, 6 Speed
With a honed body capable of producing torque within the user's muscles, the user is capable of achieving a 'Blurred Sword' effect in an attack. The user draws their sword with such speed and power, the strike itself goes undetected by opponents lacking Taijutsu greater than a third of the user's Taijutsu stat. While essentially similar to the basic Iaido technique this one is literally beyond the normal capability of the user and as such, it can only be used a number of times per thread equal to the user's stamina and taijutsu divided by 2.

Fukurou didn't see the strange man come out, so she didn't have time to block the oncoming hit. She was kicked, and flew straight into a tree. Damnit! her singing masked the noise of the intruder and now she was paying for it. He white feathers glistened in the light as she got up. Her face contorted into a look of pure disgust as she faced her target. He was ugly, and shouting random nonsense.

Fukurou started forming hand seals when suddenly the ugly man pulled out two blades. In an instant they were moving at her. She didn't have time to dodge, so she block the hit with her arms. Blood dripped from the deep wounds, and Fukurou screamed in pain. It had been a long time since she felt pain like this. It hurt quite a bit.

Panicked, she looked around. Her best bet was to make some distance between the two so that she could start using jutsu. She wanted to stay away from those blades at all costs. She couldn't stand the pain of the cuts, and any more of them she be slowed down.

Running through the trees, Fukurou started weaving handseals, her hope was to get off a couple of jutsu while keeping a good distance away. After running a good distance, Fukurou turned around and looked at her opponent. She would let them come near before shooting sharp feathers in every direction. He could hide behind a tree, but she doubted he would be quick enough to move in time.

C-Ranked Ninjutsu
After performing the needed hand seals, Fukurou will fire feathers out of her body in every direction at a speed of 6. The feathers from this jutsu strike with a strength of 5 and only travel up to 30 feet. They are rather sharp, easily capable of piercing flesh. The technique is both offensive and defensive in nature.

Once Eriasu's blade connected with his targets he let a grin crawl over his face, had he already secured the victory of this battle? Was it really that easy? The human voodoo doll tossed one of the blades up in the sky before he started dashing towards his opponent. "You aren't going nowhere bird brain! Come back here!!" It wouldn't take long for the human puppet to realize that he ran head first towards a trap, fortunately he was quick enough to deflect most of the incoming feathers but he was pinned down as result of this move.

Nehan on the other hand spotted the rising knife and was quick to swoop after it, once she captured it she quickly noticed that there where foreign blood on it. So he already managed to get her blood? Good, then this should be over within seconds. Nehan chuckled before she flew a couple of yards away from where the two of them where fighting, once she landed she cancel her flight jutsu. Then jab a black kunai in her leg, this move might seem stupid to those who don't understand the rules of Jashinism but the payoff was always worth it.

Nehan formed a perfect circle, with a triangle inside. This was her cursed seal, what came next would take the longest time out of the three steps. Nehan licked the victims blood of the knife before she would raise her Jashin pendant with her free hand, then start praying for herself. Meanwhile Eriasu was still trying to figure out how he was going to get closer to his target without her blasting him with millions of feathers. Typical that she is some ninjutsu user, damn these ninjas to hell!, he still didn't forget about his part in this and what his ultimate reward would be.

Fukurou was too busy running to notice the sword getting thrown into the air. She did however notice a large pair of wings land further in the forest then disappear. However, she was not focused on that for she had more pressing matters. It appeared to her that a close range battle was imminent, so her next jutsu would help her with that.

Her hands frantically moved together to form seals. She rushed the use of this jutsu as much as she could because she knew it was only a matter of time before the ugly man attacked her.

After the last hand seal was used, feathers sprouted from her palms, elbows, forearms, and upper arms. These feathers were sharp and strong. They would be useful for a close range fight.

Owlsong: Death Dance
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
By performing the needed hand seals, Fukurou will cause a feather to extend from the palms of her hands, the tips of her elbows, the outer ridge of her forearms, and the back of her upper arms. The feathers that exten from her hands, knees, and elbows will come to a sharp tip, extending out a foot and a half long each. The plume of these feathers will be razor sharp. Additionally, the feathers that extend from her forearm and upper armor will lay against her arm, providing protection against incoming attacks. The feathers produced by this jutsu will extend at a speed of 8, and can be broken by an attack of 8 or higher. The feathers can be fired out of her body at a speed of 8 if she so wishes by channeling chakra into them.

Meanwhile Nehan was finishing the final step her human voodoo doll; Eriasu was still after the target, he even made the mistake of rushing up to her once she had finished her previous jutsu only to be answered by even larger feathers that grew out of her at an even faster rate than before. These feathers where also stronger than the previous ones, meaning that these weren't as easily deflected, the kid jumped back before he tilted his head "What the hell is up with those feathers now? You ninjutsu users are all such cowards with your magic mumbo jumbo! Come on! Fight me!" He grabbed another blade before dashing towards his opponent.

Nehan who had transformed into her voodoo puppet form was now ready to channel chakra to a sharp object and use it to inflict pain on both herself and the target. So she gently pulled out her folding weapon, gently channeling chakra to the weapon as she closed her eyes. She slowed her heart rate down and became "one with the nature" or so she called it. The witch chuckled under her breath before she looked up in the sky. "This one is for you oh great lord!" With that she would jab her weapon in her left arm, cutting right through her muscle and bones, she was sure that her target would feel the very same pain, even to the point of revealing blood to her opponent.

Eriasu on the other hand knew that this was a clear sign that the voodoo curse had been subjected to the target and it would only be a matter of time before they would win this fight. "Seems that the curse has already started!" The kid laughed maniacally as he prepared to counter any attack the wounded bird person would attempt, if possible.

The final step of mastering the ancient ritual of Jashinism, the art of perfecting the steps in order to cut down wasted time. Nehan starts by ingesting the targets blood before she starts merging [Nehan; The Human Voodoo Doll], she will proceed to cut herself in the hand to draw out some of her blood to form [The Cursed Zone]. Meanwhile Nehan is merging she will start to pray [Jashinism], to complete the last step. This jutsu take a full post to complete during which time the user is vulnerable to attacks.

Prereq: Nehan; The Human Voodoo Doll or Voodoo Man Merge.
After half of a post after merging the targets Blood/flesh with Nehan or Eriasu, she is able to channel chakra to a sharp object and inflict pain on her target. If the target is within the cursed seals permitted cursed area then once Nehan/Eriasu jabs the object through her/his arm the target will feel the same pain, to the point of not being able to use arm for as long the seal and merging is active, which hinders the targets ability to form proper hand seals. -1 Strength, -1 Taijutsu is caused as well as arm lock.

Fukurou noticed the ugly man charging at her, and blocked using her feathered arms. He ran closer and closer. She braced for the impact of the blades as she felt one of the worst pains she had ever felt in her life echo through he arm. Her left arm fell to her side, and she became vulnerable to the hit. Suddenly, she felt a blade gash into her left side, while her right side was blocked by her arm.

Fukurou began jumping away to try to get away from the terrifying man chasing her down. Her left said was terribly injured, and blood was pouring out of her wound. Weirdly enough, blood started coming out of her arm where she felt like she was stabbed. The puppet man must of use a jutsu when she wasn't looking.

Searching for a place to hide, Fukurou sprinted through the woods, making sure the person who had the big wings was in sight. She didn't want anyone to corner her. Once she felt she was safe, hiding behind one of the trees, Fukurou started forming hand seals. This'll teach that bastard. Her arms moved at a sluggish rate, but she still made sure to finish the jutsu.

She stood out from the tree and faced her opponent. The palms of her hands faced her enemy as a giant flaming net came out towards him. She hoped that he would be caught in it, so that she could watch him burn a little.

Embersong: Fire Net
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
A technique devised by Fukurou in order to help her escape from sticky situations. By performing the needed hand seals, Fukurou will channel chakra into her hands. By releasing the built-up chakra, Fukurou will fire a net of strung together flaming feathers at an opponent. The net is roughly 11 feet wide and 11 feet tall, moving at a speed of 6. This net is designed to hinder movement, requiring a strength of at least 6 to break out of in addition to being on fire. She can maintain the built up chakra for five posts but cannot use other ninjutsu without first releasing the net or dispersing of the technique. The flames on the net will only last for 5 posts.

Nehan could careless what was actually going to transpire next in the battle as she was concentrating on channeling immense chakra into a torture spear she had been keeping hidden within her cloak, so while she was busy preparing for the last step her human voodoo doll Eriasu was prepared to give chase and fight the bird woman some more but he was quick to notice that the curse had already started. Once he saw that blood started to drip down her left arm he knew that the heart would probably be next, unless Nehan would chose to attack one of the organs.

"Yo! Just give up or die in the worst possible manner. . Like. . I can cut your throat and you will die within seconds or do you want to die a slow and horrible dea-" Eriasu wasn't fast enough to leap out of the way and was caught by the huge web of flaming plumes. They where quick to capture the human voodoo doll but his strength alone was strong enough to shatter through the net. "WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK WAS THAT!?" Eriasu was having none of this, he was mad that he tried to ease this bird persons pain and she retaliated by sending forth a jutsu designed to trap weaker foes.

"I am not your fucking lunch bird bitch!" He grit his teeth before he mad dashed towards his opponent, this time he aimed to cut of her head with two of his blades. Nehan on the other hand finished channeling chakra to her torture spear then looked up in the sky before plunging the spear through her heart. "Lord Jashin please guide me through this emotional journey so we can become one!" With that the spear would protrude out of her back, it would only take a couple of seconds before the bird person would experience the ultimate pain there is to mankind. The pain of losing ones life.

After channeling chakra through an object for a full post she will inflict pain on her target dealing the ultimate judgement of Jashin. If the target is within the cursed seals permitted cursed area then once Nehan/Eriasu jabs the object through her/his lower heart the target will experience the same pain, serious pain is caused to the heart and within one post the target will experience a heart attack. If the target isn't helped within 2 posts after the initial heart attack post then certain death awaits, they can resist certain death if their Stamina is higher than users control. The sudden stress to the heart also causes a paralysis around the chest area and left arm.

Once Fukurou caught the ugly man in her net she screamed out him. "Yeah, you take that you bit..." but before she could continue her sentence, she fell to the ground, grasping at her chest. What was going on? Why was she feeling this pain? her body didn't feel right at all. She was getting extremely light headed, and the pain in her left arm was unimaginable. This wasn't like a stab or cut however. It was something far far worse. She had never felt anything like it. Her vision became intensely blurry. She saw four ugly men charging at her with swords. Wasn't there only one before? How strange. Something must have happened. How long had she been on the ground like this? It seemed like forever.

Suddenly a huge pain soared through her body, and she completely collapsed. She couldn't do anything but look where her head was pointed. The entire world was turning. She saw four of everything. Her vision was slowly fade, and her mind went dead. She was unable to comprehend what she was hearing and seeing. Her life was just hanging on a thread.

Eriasu already being pissed of at his opponent did not take pleasure in watching her die as he hoped, so instead he offered some last words for the bird person. "Sorry, but this is your last time on earth. Don't worry, your body will be put to good use. . But not in the way you hoped for. I hope that you left some relatives behind so this. . . Wonderful ability of yours stay around but. . Honestly I could give less of a crap. . " He chuckled before he grabbed her neck then lifted her up.

He slowly walked over to his master before he shook his head, "Will you remove these burn marks now or do I have to wait for you to be. . Fine?" He would ask Nehan as she removed the blades from her body. "it's not like those minor wounds will kill you so stop your whining. Or do you want to taste what she felt?" This was clearly the wrong moment to mess with her master but since they had won this battle they both knew that the rewards would be plentiful.

Nehan would get her organs while Eriasu would get more praise within Bikou, that and be used more in battle as Nehan now had at least some battle data on how her puppet fought a ninja since he had only been fighting weak samurai at this point. "At least you aren't as useless as I first thought you where MR.E-Face (Mystery Face)" The witch chuckled before Eriasu shook his head. Well. . At least someone is falling for my stupid gag. With that they started walking back towards where they once came from, leaving this dreadful forest to it's once natural state.
