[PB] Essence of the Wind Spirit

Spirit's Essence Within the desert sands, a powerful tornado of wind could be seen towering up to nearly forty meters in height and just over ten meters wide as it swirl around what appeared to be a central point not moving anywhere else. This was because at the center of the slicing winds that were constantly sucking in dirt, dust, and sand into the vortex obscuring vision inside the twister stood a tall crimson haired figure whom had his eyes closed and a single handed hand seal could be seen right in front of his chest. Kiri's Reaper truly felt as though he had reached the utter apex when it came to the art of Fuuton, like it simply something he could control out of instinct alone. Reaching this level after he was able to absorb the essence of a powerful wind elemental spirit...

Five months from present day time, the dark clothed Reaper walked a solitary pathway through a series of winding hills and canyons for days before reaching a chain of small mountains in which the wind howled like no other place on earth. It seemed that once the wind entered this place it was almost trapped with way to escape or at least the majority was trapped here. This seemed to be the place that the former jounin had been searching for....perhaps?
