After awhile of planning and the defeat of almost all of oasis’s forces after a massive battle the leaders of both iwagakure and kirigakure decided that it was a good time to take oasis and secure a valuable foot hold near fire and the evil and treacherous wind nation. During the planning session it was decided iwa would approach from the north and kiri would enter through the south and commence a pincer attack on them then meet in the middle.

After all the details were ironed out and the planning was finished they would proceed with the invasion. They decided to move underground like usual being very careful to stay away from fire and winds territory and move carefully through neutral areas as long as oasis couldn’t call for reinforcements there victory would be assured. Eventually they would reach oasis territory though something strange would occur. For some reason there were wind and a few suna troops there!

How the hell did suna find out was the question sadly the prospect of a perfect victory didn’t seem realistic anymore so the question became what now. The ambush didn’t seem like it would work anymore so they waited for the right moment trying to time it so that they could go above ground without loosing people. Then when the moment hit they would pop up and Hachihime would quickly start to activate a large scale aoe jutsu with her swarm making it rain lightning in the surrounding area.

Lightning is summoned from the sky and funnles into the rings which is then redirected towards targets below within the jutsu's range. The summoned lightning strikes with sync strength and speed. This jutsu lasts for 4 posts but can be ended early to conserve chakra 40 bolts of lightning are generated per post.

The ships were nearing the coast of Oasis country, There was quite a bit of distance before they were in range, but the Samurai sharpened their blades and filled their quivers with arrows. Men shouted and rowed as the heat bared down upon them. Mondai was in his head leaning on the starboard of the ship, distant from everything else going on. War songs were shared on the journey, songs of glory fighting, and sorrow. Mondai sang to himself, not a Warsong however a song about death instead, quietly to himself as a kind of prayer hoping to survive the oncoming battle. This was odd since he was not superstitious Reports said that Oasis forces should be in ruins, however Mondai wasn't so sure. So on he sang. "♪ Oh, death. Oh, death, Oh, death someone would say could you wait to come till another day. Oh, death. Oh, death, Won't you spare me over till another year? Oh, death considers my age; please don't take me to this stage My wealth is all at your command if you will move your icy hand♪"

"Mondai! Are you present? I have been through battles such as this before, so don't fear for me. This is war, to do whatever it takes to shift the tide of battle. Fight effectively as an individual and sync with everyone else as a unit, and we shall prevail." His father said with a commanding tone, He was quite large about 185 cm (6'1), and well-muscled but his age and rust were showing with a belly to accompany those muscles. Mondai nodded but couldn't help to think about how he and the rest of his family urged him to not join the war, however, Mondai's father objected to this. His fear for his family and paternal instinct to protect his family. So he joined. The ninja noticed that Siegmaru was quite capable and strong for a non-ninja. Siegmaru had many stories from his life and his body and experience showed, Siegmaru would be the equivalent of a stronger B-rank with tremendous strength to boot, likely where Mondai got his own physical strength from.

"That's right, listen to your old man! We will be done with this in no time!" Sakado Izōma, a buddy you could call it, he made on the ship. Izōma was very green and young, about 19 years old. Water country samurai of average height with a lean build from his training with pale skin and short black hair with a bandana and a cheek scar. His quiet superior Toramoto Okada is slightly older but still young by most standards, around 23 years old. Another water country samurai of a shorter, stockier build and a serious face with longer cheek length hair and stubble. "Don't get ahead of yourself, It won't be easy"

The warship neared the coasts and the entire boat became quiet... Silence infected the ship like a plague, then all of a sudden a ballista was fired and catapults were aimed at the ships. Near instantly the samurai assembled their positions."Shit's getting started, time to take out " Ready with arrows as soon as they got close enough to fire. The men rowed with vigor, and the samurai readied themselves for battle."This is nothing to the greatest navy in all the world! Show them the might of Water country! " Mondai's ears started ringing, and his body became loose and stiff at the same time. His heart pounded, and his vision became blurry. His piece of mind was interrupted by these emotions as he saw one of the ships to his right was destroyed by catapult fire, those that got crushed by the heavy rocks were mere stains. And the rest that managed to avoid fire simply drowned from the sheer panic of being stranded at the coast. And even if they remained calm during all this, most wouldn't have the endurance to swim to safety. Some managed to grab onto pieces of the ship to float to shore. "Ready yourself! Rea- MONDAI!" Mondai snapped his look towards his father. Whose voice shouted with anger and concern, "This is not the time! Arrow will fly when we touch the coast, use our shield as protection! If we fall into the water it should suffice as a floating device, to remain calm and swim to shore. Do not fear, you are stronger than most." Those words rang the truth as Mondai braced himself for the incoming battle. Ears ringing while his hands were trembling. The Kirigakure life had prepared him for moments such as this. Yet he, despite everything he has been through and the few people that have died and been beaten by his hands. This shook him to his core. Now was the time to truly become a weapon of Kirigakure...

The waves had been crashing against the boat for the last couple of days, and for each sunset the weight on his shoulders grew heavier, his stomach kept turning each mile they gained. At first he feared that it was seasickness yet his mind seemed to drew him towards other thoughts, deep down he knew where this feeling came from, yet he denied it for the longest time, he feared that this was was going to last longer than what his general had promised. He wandered back to the philosophical speech he had with the legendary ninja Aimi and Mondai, who he was fortunate to be stationed with; though they were grouped in different squads.

Another fear that had crept up on his mind was the fear of being forced to take another mans life, he knew that death was inevitable but as an inspiring philospher and medic he wished that this was would go away, yet he sighed in disbelief. No matter how many times he woke up, the boat journey persisted, same as his fathers last words to him before the war began. You are just a tool for Kirigakure and never forget it. These words rang within his head over and over, like the waves colliding with the ship.

Mondai's stoic father tried his best to cheer the boy up but each time he tried to reach out he seemed to fail to capture the boys youthful spirit and ultimately let him be, Mondai on the other hand was busy admiring the situation, or so he presumed. He was unfortunately his polar opposite, a warrior in the making though Yuuto understood his reason as their backgrounds were vastly different. He couldn't help but to sulk, until the very moment when their Captain told them to board their smaller vessels, war was drawing closer and the grip of death was starting to clench his heart.

He looked back at the warships that covered the horizon before his eyes settled at Mondai's vessel before he suddenly vomited his breakfast, the fear of losing his only true friend was now setting in. "Don't worry young lad, we will be in and out before they even notice that we are here." Yuuto felt a strong had pat his back, he looked back and tried to apologise but was interrupted by a loud warning scream, though his eyes never managed to catch a glimpse of what caused his fellow ship member to scream out, his body certainly felt it though. A loud crash not only cracked the boat but set it on fire and launched him several meters in the air before he too came crashing down at the beach front. Screams of pain and agony soon drowned out by the deafening comfort of the salty oceans.

Had Yuuto been a regular boy then he would've certainly met his doom as he not only crashed into the rough waters but slammed his ribs onto the reef below the surface, bruising a couple of ribs and gashing open a nasty wound by the side of his stomach, fortunately it wasn't large enough to hamper his swimming but deep enough to stun the boy. The salty water soon began to sting as his blood covered his vision, the first thing that came to mind was that the shark infested waters would soon become a feast for the frenzy. The war had begun and in the water, the boy floated with his head directed at the skies, catching more catapult rain death on to his comrades as he contemplated what this would all lead to. Death is a ninjas first name and tool will be my last.

While the enemies where distracted between kiri’s attack and Hachihime’s sneak attacks Hachihime would make sure there’s a relatively safe spot for the rest of iwa’s troops to emerge from underground, and once Shes found one she would give the signal and they would all pop out and commence the attack on oasis from there side.

Meanwhile since kiri arrived first they would allocate forces to the beach focusing on trying to sink the boats with catapults. As well as ballista’s Though when the first troops entered the beach they switched focus and tried to start killing those troops first. After all it seemed easier then fighting kiri on there home turf. As arrows rained down and killed some kiri soldiers who made it to the beach first, Mondai would see a huge rock close to hitting there boat apparently it was fired from a catapult and was traveling towards there boat while he and his father were distracted with there family squabbles. Meanwhile they were ignoring yuuto as he floated in the water figuring he was dead.

Tldr oasis moves troops to counter kiri and fires on any troops that are on the beach as well as launch a rock at mondai’s boat

The response was slower from Sunagakure was slower due to Kirigakure and Water country's attack on the beach, Hachihime would find that on their side they had already prepared fuuin seals that would explode with hot crystals upon contact or activation this would certainly slow down here attack but not fully stop her so the Suna ninjas would coordinate slowly and intelligently likely allowing Iwagakure to close in extra but would soon be slowed. As the wind ninja would fire back with long range ninjutsu from the Kouseki and Hizashi. The heat and crystal clan heating the area and using the crystals to crush and pierce any potential defenses, giving them an advantage against the potential defenses of the stone ninja.

As Mondai closed in on the beach, Mondai noticed Yuuto's vessel be attacked by the oasis troops, causing him a worry he has never quite felt before, while they had been through many fights and battles before something about this battle and war in particular frightened Mondai more than usual. "YUUTO!" Mondai shouted as he saw his best friend's ship get destroyed. Siegmaru grabbed the sharpened dagger, "FOCUS MONDAI! The battle begins now! Remember what I told you earlier." Mondai's ship started crashing towards the beach as it was rapidly sinking. Mondai jumped off and fell into the water in the beach, crawling out while using his shield as coverage against the incoming arrows as they started to close in, use of wind jutsu were used to propel the arrows even faster and even used to assist in the onslaught of projectile fire against the water country samurai many were caught by the arrows, but they had to push onwards if they were to assist iwagakure in this battle. A coordinated attack would be successful if they had a little faith and determination. Around he witnessed his fellow battle comrades fall in concerning numbers, but he also noticed several warriors push onwards, one such warrior was the rough samurai from earlier Toramoto, Okada with the younger Sakado Izōma by his side "Push onwards they soon Iwagakure shall attack, and we will have them pinned! But remember, a cornered foes fights 10 stronger!" inspiring everyone else to push forwards with them. Mondai rushed towards them, using his large shield to draw attention towards him and protect those behind him. His father was fighting in the corner of his eye, using their massive family sword as both a shield and a weapon simultaneously. Mondai shook off his worry for his patriarch and push onwards.

The wind samurai continued their rain of arrows, but the suna shinobi switched from assisting and instead focused on stronger, area of effect attacks as more and more soldiers were grouped together, and his shield were deflecting the incoming arrows. Bomb like attacks of wind and other jutsu types towards the soldiers. Massive tornados and air-bombs startled the soldiers, trying to focus more on maneuverability, as Mondai soon realized that if he was stationary he would be caught eventually. A paper bomb rolled towards his squadron, causing Mondai to instinctively to jump on it with his shield stuffing the explosion but causing all the energy to transfer into Mondai's shield, causing him to fly off.

Upon landing, the ringing of soldiers, screaming clashing of swords arrows being fired, ninjutsu being cased tornados bombs and the ships deafened his ears before being pulled up by his father who had noticed, and his fatherly instincts kicked in to save his soon just like any decent parent would do. Before Mondai could react and thank him, his father was struck by an arrow, causing Mondai to panic briefly before he was reassured by his father's endurance and pride as he pulled out the arrow. "You think any arrow can stop this old man!?" He yelled towards the samurai and shinobi. "Focus on winning Mondai if you do that and protect everyone while we close in. We will be home by tomorrow. Our brothers from stone are counting on us. GO!" With a new rush of advice and inspiration from his patriarch, Mondai dashed towards his previous squad to further assist his comrades now as no time to sulk, there was a battle to be won, as a prospect dagger of the seven swordsmen now was the time to prove himself and to protect his comrades and conquer!

Yuuto pushed himself through the pain, he planted his right hand on the disturbed waters and pushed himself on top of it, the Red Sea had already started to attracted unwanted predators who munched on the floating corpses, sharks were something Kiri ninjas were used to dealing with, but what was incoming would disturb even the hardiest of ninjas, fortunately the large aquatic beast was far off from the struggling Chuunin. His wet hair covered his face, yet he could still witness the onslaught occurring ahead of him, In and out they said... Yuuto raised himself up to his knees, his sword was dangling on his back which stilled his panicking heart, with his left hand he wiped the blood off his face and bore witness the massive tornados and thunder strikes that sent his comrades flying.

Amid the chaos he spotted Mondai and his father tackling the beach, which caused his breathing to accelerate, with one foot planted down he pushed himself to a standing position, but before he could run towards his comrade, he spotted two ninjas leap from the shadows within the trees ahead, they landed next to the Karagata who was quick to raise his sword and the deflect the incoming strike as best as he could. Yuuto kicked one of them on the inside of his knee before slamming his sword on top of his head, knocking him out clean, but before he could block the next sword strike he was stabbed through his left thigh then kicked back, further away from his friend.

Yuuto barely had time to react to his pain as once he stopped skidding on top of the bloodied waters the pursuing ninja would land next to him and pick him up by his hair. Shit! Shit! Yuuto felt his cold blade touch his throat but before his opponent could slice it he would grab the blade with his left hand and punch the blade hand with his right, causing his opponent to momentarily drop his sword, giving Yuuto enough time to push himself up to one leg, he delivered a following two punch combo before he once again reached for Judgement to smack his opponent, this time he aimed for his knee but missed as he flipped over it and returned a kick to his face that stunned Yuuto long enough for him to deliver a low roundhouse that was flipped the kid, it was followed by a front kick sent Yuuto crashing into a boat that was packed with Kirigakure samurai's that were on their way towards the battlefield.

The domino effect was that multiple soldiers were knocked into the shark infested waters while Yuuto laid slouched back on the busted boat. He watched how the foreign ninja whistled for back up and from the looks of it, his squad leader was making his way from the beach towards him and the vessels, he carried a blue Ōdachi, similar to one Yuuto was carrying. This is not good! I... I... He couldn't calm his mind, which was number one in a large battlefield, his fathers spirit touched him which forced him to grit his teeth and turn his gentle soul into a warrior to be, Yuuto was not going to die on a foreign beach!

This is an upgraded version of Knee Smack, where the user utilizes more power in the strike hoping to crack the knee bone in order to fracture the targets knee. If the users Strength is higher than the targets Endurance then their knee will fracture and cause severe pain (-3 Endurance, -3 Speed) until they have healed their knee.

The suna ninja troops were continuing there assault they and the wind samurai would stand on the beach ready to engage shooting exploding arrows down at the kiri troops meanwhile the jutsu would be severely weakened as half the suna ninja went to deal with the invading rock country ninja. The amount of jutsu and tornados we’re about half as frequent but the oasis troops made up for it by the samurai lobbing bombs and explosive arrows at there opponents. Determined to prevent there enemy from gaining a incredibly valuable strategic area.

Meanwhile hachihime and the rest of her iwa ninja would continue to charge in assaulting the wind country and suna troops. After loosing several people to the deadly piercing assault combo and the exploding fuinjutsu along with hachihime taking a crystal to the shoulder that pierced her defenses. 3/4ths of the iwagakure ninja would switch to long range bombardment and cover fire while the remaining would focus on using chalk jutsu to disable to traps. The rock country samurai would carefully advance behind the iwagakure ninja as they swept the area with chalk jutsu. In some cases even protecting the ninja from the weakened traps that slipped through the chalks grasp.

While this was going on hachihime would send half her swarm into the sky while the iwagakure ninja provided covering fire with various jutsu then if they made it into the sky successfully they would start to manipulate the weather to activate hachihime ultimate long range area of effect jutsu kirin judgement. Storm clouds would form over the wind country troops and immediately after lightning would rain down on the suna troops with great force. The moment the storm clouds appeared this would also signal the enkouton who would activate there lava jutsu to make volcanoes erupt all over the area the suna troops were occupying.

Rushing in, Mondai took point as he raised his shield to protect himself from the arrows and bombs that could potentially hit him. He needed to protect them, he was a dagger of the swordsman. No more could die under his watch. As he made his way, some of Mondai's comrades were hit by the rain of fire limbs and blood flying around coating the battlefield, some even coating and hitting Mondai's body. As he got closer and Mondai let out a war cry a smashing his shield with the hilt of his sword in order to draw attention to himself.

Throwing his harpoon at a samurai, readying himself to throw a bomb towards them, hitting him square in the chest causing him to drop his bomb detonating himself along with his other comrades clearing a little bit of fire within that area. While, this wouldn't prevent the archers from firing their arrows, but It would draw their attention towards him as the main threat allowing his comrades to take proper cover fire while Mondai struggled to make his way forward blocking arrows and bombs alike focusing less on dodging the vast tornado jutsu as they were far less frequent.

As Mondai took cover alongside his comrades, feeling rather pinned down by the almost endless onslaught of fire. He couldn't but help himself but worry about his Father and Yuuto, his father leading a charge in the meanwhile. As Mondai looked out into the battlefield witnessing what was happening to Yuuto, Mondai almost instinctively tried to rush towards him until Iwagakure's ninja started their offensive, Hachime's Thundercloud and Enkouten lava gave the kirigakure troops and Mondai's squadron the opening they needed in order to close in and plant the ladders and throw the hooks.

Mondai had to make a choice, and he decided to trust Yuuto's strength. He was the son of Shiv, he couldn't die here. "NOW'S OUR CHANCE!!! ONCE WE ARE ON THE WALLS, THE TIDE WILL TURN!" "SHOW THEM THE MIGHT OF WATER COUNTRY!!!" Toramoto Okada roared, raising the morale of every soldier around him. "ATTTTAAAACK!!!" Sakado Izōma followed up more so to rally himself up to quell his inner fear. After which, Mondai jumped up, landing on top of the walls of the sandstone castles. Brandishing his shield, ready to fight and kill for the sake of his brothers in arms!

As the fighting raged on, the sudden swarm would struggle to form the cloud as the heat rose within it's area to try to prevent the cloud formation. The sudden lightning and lava jutsu caught the ninja off guard, designating half to form defenses. And half of those would focus on quelling the volcanos by drowning it with sand, essentially forming a lid wile the other half of would from a shell around the cloud allowing respite from the thunderclouds. This slowed down the overall counter assault towards Iwagakure giving them the potential opportunity

Yuuto struggled to rise up as his leg wound still hadn't healed, from his position he could see that Mondai was getting overwhelmed but he still fought, which inspired him to continue the struggle, though the remaining samurai on his boat pushed him down to heal as they could clearly see that the dagger was wounded. With a gentle pat on his shoulder then they would push themselves off the boat and on to the water, they rushed the ninja that had managed to wound one of their proud weapons, buying Yuuto time to heal as they knew of his regenerative abilities, many in Kiri had learned of his combative skills as the son of the legendary Shiv.

That or they feared the repercussion of his sudden death in a battle which they took part in, for even if Shiv acted cold towards his son, he would most likely act even colder towards the allies that let his son die, especially if he died protecting them and they just stayed on the boat. This wouldn't work for Yuuto though, as he refused to let others die for him when he himself believed that he couldn't die, nonetheless, his body wouldn't allow him to stand up for now, so all he could do was watch in anguish as the ninja and his squad leader squabbled with the samurai.

They managed to keep them busy while the wound on his leg had almost sealed, well that was until the blue Ōdachi suddenly was wrapped in a thick watery barrier. The water bat would make short work of the samurai as the leader was superior in strength, the two of them would discuss their next line of action which seemed to be to attack their vessels and stop Kirigakure from sending in reinforcement, an action Yuuto could not allow. Come on... You can't stop fighting now just because you are wounded!

Pushing through the pain the peace keeper would stand, or do is best to do so at the moment, he would raise his own blade towards the squad leader who just laughed at Yuuto's pathetic state. "Yeah, you go ahead and take care of their vessel while I deal with this brat." the leader scoffed at his comrade and prepared to engage in combat with Yuuto, who sighed, took a deep breath then took battle position as he prepared to counter the leaders attack.

When hachihime noticed there attacks distracting them allowing the chance for the samurai and a few ninja to advance she yelled “forward! Onward to glory!” She kept two other ninja here with her along with about 25% of the enkouton the rest of their forces would charge at the sand ninja’s encampment. Hoping to overwhelm them while they are distracted.

Meanwhile hachihime stayed back with some of the forces to continue the distraction the two ninja she kept with her fired suiton and katon jutsu into the clouds to help promote cloud growth, this would help hachihime’s swarm to continue to produce new thunderclouds
Meanwhile the enkouton that stayed behind would use there chakra to produce new volcanoes. The idea was that every time one filled with sand or was stopped somehow they would make a new one to keep Suna’s forces on the defense.

While they were distracted by the continuous assault of Hachihime and her contingent the remaining forces would advance and try to move into close combat.

The suna ninja facing kirigakures beach side assault were getting desperate and reckless they had to deal with two enemy forces on both sides. So while the samurai would try to knock down the ladders as well as cut the lines of the grappling hooks. One of high ranking samurai of suna would look on surprised as Mondai jumped up and would try to attack him charging him with his sword.

Meanwhile a small group of suna ninja would attack mondai’s father with focused small scale heat rays and a barrage of crystal jutsu. They were determined to take down the two people who seemed to be leading the troops. While the rest of the suna ninja would desperately try to take down the kiri ninja and samurai climbing the walls.

The more ninja that got on top of the wall the more desperate they would proceed to get. To the point they would try to use large scale Kuuton to eliminate any troops that weren’t on top of the wall.

Mondai found himself on top of the wall which was immediately meet with fierce resistance. Any hesitation in Mondai's heart disappeared in an instance as he and the Samurai on top of the wall charged towards him no intension of sparing him no intention of mercy this was now a fight for his own and others survival. He was an aspiring swordsman a random samurai of wind couldn't be his end. He couldn't die here his pride didn't allow it. For the sake of his family his father and yuuto he couldn't perish under any circumstance. Death escaped his mind as Mondai's will and pride made his spirit hyper focus on victory. Any dread and fear and doubt escaped his body he simply focused on pure overwhelming victory. Kirigakure and water would know conquest!

The wall was a blessing it meant that in a way all of the samurai were funneled in a way that forced them to fight him head on and also restricted their arrow fire. They had to fight him up-close or risk getting skewered as they rained down fire.

Mondai rushed in before the first could cut Mondai down with his katana was immediately meet with a shield that blocked his strike before getting skewered underneath the plates of his armor. the shock in the mans face as he realized what hat happened to him freaked Mondai out more than he ever expected while Mondai would never admit it but he felt a bit of compassion for this random samurai that was going to slaughter him without hesitation. The samurai also fought for his country and family most likely. How were they any different?

These questions would never be answered as Mondai snapped out of these he had a war to fight and cast him aside leaving him to bleed out. Before using his shield to block yet another strike this time thrusting straight into the throat.

Again the same thoughts rushed into Mondai's head seeing this man's surprise and him going limp almost immediately after as his eyes rolled to the back of his head grossed Mondai out and made him sick to his stomach. This time the way timed was accelerated and slowed down at the same time didn't give Mondai the time to recover his thought leading to him nearly having his leg cut of only just stepping out of the way but not far enough to not get sliced thankfully only being a minor cut.

Mondai stepped back to get his barrings and caught the samurai's blade as he charged in before bashing him with his hilt then following up by smashing his face with the shield stunning him into another attacking samurai. The dagger would use the confusion of the stunned man to his advantage. Cutting into the second attacking man's arm as he blocked with his shield before slashing the gut and transitioning into a punch with the shields spike towards the first attacking man's face.

Seeing Mondai cut down three men in this manner placed fear into their hearts however it also made them fight harder and more careful leading Mondai to be on the defensive pushing him back despite going on the offense. If Mondai was alone in this chaos then surely this would be his end however a savior in arms would come to his aid before that could happen.

Okada was issuing commands to the troops leading them to pull them in and try his best to breach Suna's offenses. Izōma was panicking his rookie spirit was showing and the pressure of this war was crushing him into a pulp. We are pinned down! We are losing this fight man what the fuck are we gonna do!? If this keeps going we are all gonna die.

"OOOOOOORAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!! " A massive roar bellowed through the battlefield a bellow that Mondai was familiar wih. It was Mondai's father cutting down foes left and right like a butcher carving through meat. Spotting Mondai's horrible position Siegmaru knew to act. Siegmaru lead his squad into a position that would parallel against Mondai's however managing to much less pinned down as he was the stronger fighter. The massive sword protected him from the barrage of crystals and with some clever and aggressive movement managed to slip past leaving the rest behind. It was reckless but anything to protect his son was worth it in the end. Both Mondai's and Siegmaru's aggressive fighting and distraction gave the water samurai a opening to rushing and try to scale the walls assisting Mondai's incredibly sticky position. If Mondai could hold on longer then surivial and victory would be guaranted.

Yuuto would find himself facing the squad leader, his odachi would become enveloped in water warning Yuuto that his sword like water bat would be the main threat. Having to fight like his pacifist nature by playing a defensive counter roll or drown him in the waters of Kirigakure through aggressive offense. "Kirigakure really are ruthless. If you surrender or yield maybe I'll make you my personal student. That is if you don't give me a reason to kill you!" He said sternly before rushing in trying to bat Yuuto into the water. He was slower then usual but the power was undeniable reducing damage would be key to victory.

If it missed he would use the momentum of his spin to perform a spinning hook kick before transitioning into a vertical smash. If the leader fell it could send a shock wave and give the water and kiri troops the opportunity to advance.

The pincer attack was slowly began to overwhelm the Wind and Suna forces the constant barrage of lava along will all the other ninjutsu. "DON'T FALTER SHOW THEM WHY WIND AND SUNA SHALL CONQUER ALL WHO OPPOSE THEM!" However Hachime's clouds and swarm was crushed and incinerated from the shell of sand and heat allowing them to focus the majority 30% of their counter attack towards Hachime and her forces realizing that she was the major problem her. A barrage of wind and sand were now targeting her. Her thunderclouds and commands made it clear she was the leader.

Yuuto who was already exhausted from fighting and being wounded would have to swallow his pride, he pushed himself off the wrecked boat and onto his two feet. He spotted the samurai who were now forced to swim towards shore and looked away in shame, for it was he who had destroyed their boat. His blood dripped and faded into the blue, pooling together with the other dark mass of blood, his brighter than theirs had caught the attention of a being that hadn't been seen in centuries, a fish kind that had seemingly been extinct, or so they believed.

Moving both ships and bodies the massive fish who was to be known as Sushi had now made its entrance, it capsized one of their larger boats as Yuuto dodged the incoming swipe, he used his sword to stop the hook kick by aiming his blade towards the inside of his knee, unfortunately, he lacked the current strength cut it clean through and was pushed back by his massive strength. Fortunately, the wound was almost closed up and would allow Yuuto to move at near max speed, he slid then leaped back and twirled his sword.

"I don't know what your game is but you are not going to make me do anything and I will not die any time soon. You on the other hand risk bleeding out if you don't get your wound attended." Yuuto sheathed his sword and then rested the weapon on his shoulder, he wanted to smirk for he felt cool for the first time but knew that he'd probably come out as a psycho if he truly did.

As Mondai and his father cut through the suna samurai the suna forces decided that they could sacrifice a few samurai and while the two kirigakure ninja were distracted with fighting the samurai the ninja would launch a big heat ray blast from above hoping to deal with them. It was a risky move but they were already taking heavy losses from the kiri ninja and so far none of there samurai were showing any signs of being able to stop them.

They figured they had to do something! Besides what’s a few more bodies if it meant over all victory. It isn’t like they didn’t already have a reputation for sacrificing their own forces. So they would proceed with the plan.

As the suna ninja continue to fight one would see Yuuto in the distance and point it out to his commander. They would begin talking and then he would begin channeling a jutsu though because of the scale it was taking awhile. While this was happening a large orca would take note of the young ninja in the water and head straight for him mouth wide open the he would rapidly approach at speed 28 and if he managed to reach him would try to bite yuuto with 25 speed.

Meanwhile Hachihime would call back her swarm before the large chunk of it in the air can be destroyed. She then has it return to her body while some strange black beetles come out forming a protective shell around her and her forces protecting them from the wind and sand. Though that was what she expected and planned for since she was acting as the decoy so that the rest of the forces could come out and attack the suna forces.

The detachment that previously separated from her was no in range and the Iwagakure samurai were clashing with suna forces. While some of there ninja were just blocking incoming attacks with kouton protecting the samurai from long range ninjutsu. As they made there way closer to the suna head camp.

A huge wave of relief and amazement washed over Mondai's body seeing and hearing his father's warcry and fighting inspired Mondai to hold on long enough for the samurai to scale the walls effectively turtling up until they could scale the walls. When they managed to climb the defending oasis forces, the wind samurai noticeably took a step back hesitating to go forward in fear of running into a losing skirmish. "Let's see how well they fight when they aren't hiding their skirts behind a wall and ninjutsu!" Toramoto's usually serious expression had an excited smile ready for war, while the rookie was determined yet still obviously shaken from before. After a brief second of staring each other down they charged in once again Mondai's defensive wall helped give the samurai the advantage to start pushing them back while his father's battle rage turned him into a nigh-unstoppable berserker cutting down the opposing samurai as he advanced to save his son.

However, the suna ninja had other plans they weren't going to lose this battle no matter what and they would do anything to win. See they used to be and many of them still were and are fanatics so many of them would have no problem sacrificing a few for the many so a few ninjas had taken the height advantage and were planning to scorch their own forces if it meant that they could kill the water country forces alongside them a scorched earth strategy that would leave no survivors.

The sheer panic and fear of the possibility of meeting such a horrible end made him fight with less courage as fatigue set in however Mondai's father saw the doubt through the chaotic battle and promptly screamed at Mondai. "HESITATION IS DEATH" This made Mondai snap out of his fear and put him in a trance-like state temporarily. Mondai's newfound valor was spurred on by his father which made his fear completely moot temporarily if his spirit was easily broken then the fear would overwhelm him but he knew that he couldn't stop or he would lose and die. The focus turned him into an unstoppable whirlwind of defense and offense pushing forward and cutting down every single man that was put in front of him eventually reaching his father. But his father knew that he didn't have time to talk to his son and simply did the only thing that made sense at the time. Throwing his son to the ninja in order to face them the up-and-coming dagger knew exactly what his father's gaze meant upon landing and sliding on his shield and charging forward it was do or die they had finally broken their defenses and this would be their opportunity to seize victory.

Meanwhile, the veteran and the rookie had successfully broken through alongside Mondai and his father. While successful in quickly found themselves in a severely debilitating position they were right at the center as the death ray was aimed directly at them meaning the most if not all forces that did break through at this moment could perish. Izōma upon staring directly at the incoming attack froze in fear and had no idea what to do as he was certain that this was his end. But at the last moment, Okada sprinted into action. "RUN EVERYONE TAKE ANY COVER DIVE FOR SAFTEY YOUR BODY BE DAMNED"

Okada rushed in pushing the rookie off the wall to the other side. however, the veteran's attempt to help his green recruit caused his legs to be scorched as he tackled him off the wall which combined with the fall made him completely crippled using his body to shield Sakado from a majority of the damage. Leading Izōma to stare at his savior in shock, Toramoto woke up in shock and fear before looking toward the man he saved he knew that he had to put his suffering aside for just a brief so that they had a chance to win this battle. "OI ROOKIE! I'M STILL ALIVE AND I NEARLY PUT MY LIFE ON THE LINE FOR YOU!" Izōma hung his head in shame until his guilt trip was interrupted by his more experienced friend. "YOU ARE YOUNGER THAN ME AND HAVE A LOT MORE TO LEARN! MAKE IT COUNT AND GIVE EM HELL IZŌMA OR I'LL KILL YOU WHEN I SEE YOU IN THE AFTERLIFE " His head raised and now his eyes looked at his savior with determination giving a simple nod before turning around and charging into combat. A new level of resolve was born and even if he perished he would at least die with his and Okada's dignity intact

The suna forces took the bait of attacking Hachime but that left them vulnerable to the advancing Iwa forces and the attacking kirigakure forces that had breached their defenses so now they were scattered and felt that they were being pushed backward instead of trying to constantly attack they would switch to bolstering their defenses instead doubling up on defense.

The brat was giving the commander a tougher fight than he had anticipated but "You are tougher than I thought kid I will keep you as an apprentice after all" Noticing that the suna ninja from the distance noticed Yuuto the commander took advantage and charged in a disguising his attack with his body before jumping and then crashing down with bat-like sword after the ranged attack aiming to hit him twice in a fraction of a second after the leaping attack the commander would rush in with a flurry of a combo almost swinging completely wildly with first he would attempt a diagonal golf club like smash to launch before doing two horizontal batting attack as a follow-up. The goal was to knock Yuuto into the water likely spelling death for the pacifist if he didn't manage to counter effectively if the orca didn't get him the creature known as sushi sure would as the rivers had turned because of its piranha-like ruthless savagery.

This fight was going on longer than he expected, his father had taught him that in order for him to survive he would have to become an absolute weapon, and a weapon took care of their problems, preferably quickly. This man is relentless, I can't seem to get an upper hand on him and if this continues I will be too exhausted to even be able to assist the rest. Yuuto couldn't believe that the commander was giving him such a rough time.

The continuous battle raging around the Mondai also gave him reasons to panic, he never wanted to be this separated from him but due to being forced backward, he knew that if he didn't finish this fight soon then he wouldn't be able to make sure that his friend remained safe, but the true question was, was Yuuto strong enough to win this fight and protect his friend?

It was safe to say that if he didn't outsmart the man before him then he wouldn't be able to win, his faith and courage were put to the test but he was still not outsmarted, so when the commander lept over his slash he pretended to lift the blade to block, but instead he let Amendment slide down Judgement and slide stepped as the swords glanced and instead slammed into the water, sending a massive shockwave that allowed Yuuto to leap back and clear the second swing.

However when the golf swing was enacted he was forced to protect himself, the strike was so hard that it sent Yuuto flying backward, luckily, he managed to fly so fast that Sushi leaped out of the water to eat one of the floating bodies and missed in and sent a massive wave that would push the commander back if he wasn't careful. What was that!? Was that a dunkleosteus!? Yuuto's highly educated mind could tell that the prehistoric beast was not a shark and in fact, a beast that he had studied up on and secretly admired.

Yuuto stopped sliding on his back before the wave of water crashed down and pushed him underwater. Even if he was panicking due to being in its territory, he couldn't see far but the beast's shadow was still massively intimidating and as he was swimming upwards to the surface he spotted how it cleared the space between them within a second. Oh no!! Yuuto placed the blade between him and the beast, with the sword aimed upwards in order to stop the beast from being able to close its mouth on him but to his surprise, Sushi stopped.

It was either something the beast noticed or his light-colored blood that got it to stop a mere meter in front of him, Sushi stared at him and instead helped him up to the surface. Yuuto leaped out of the water with the help of Sushi which pushed him to fly toward the commander, he performed a downward slash before he crouched down right as Sushi followed up with a leap bite and if the commander wasn't careful then he would be swallowed whole while the sword would land next to Yuuto's feet.

"Well, what do you know?" Yuuto sighed and grabbed Amendment before he looked over to Sushi. "I guess we are friends huh?" Yuuto watched as the dunkleosteus swam up to him and allowed him to pat its head. I guess my blood isn't cursed after all huh? I wonder what I should call you... I guess I will call you... Hmm... How about. Yuuto sheathed Judgement after wiping the blood off the blade. "Sushi." The Karagata chuckled before a ray caught his attention and his mind immediately sprung back to his partner, Mondai.

The samurai would do there best to stop them from reuniting but in the end wouldn’t be able to buy much time though when one of them attempted to interrupt the throw by trying to stab him at that moment while others shot arrows at various vital points.

If they were successfully able to throw him they would quickly finish charging the jutsu and fire it right as he was landing on the tower and before he could attack them. They then would try to all back away while half of them kept him busy while he rest provided support or used offensive jutsu on him.

Meanwhile hachihime plan was working as the attacks focused on her the iwa samurai and a few ninja slipped by why they were distracted. She would then notice the attacks on her group weakening and would send a few more ninja in while her and the rest of her group would focus on defense. While the samurai and ninja already over there would continue attacking trying to get them to devote more to defense.

The goal was to keep gradually sending people over until they were so focused on defense that there would be no incoming attacks to hachihime and her group so they could safely approach.

Yuuto put Amendment on his back so he could run with both hands free, he planned to move towards the beach as quickly as possible, plant the flag to lead the landing, and then rush to the fortress to assist his comrade, That's the plan! Yuuto was far more confident and more relaxed around the theatre of the battlefield now, the sounds of screams and explosions had now almost become white noise to him as his focus was total. He leaped and ran across bloodied waters, slid and jumped over a pile of corpses.

He landed with a roll, grabbing the flag as he moved to weave out of the way of an incoming arrow, Yuuto shouted back at the archer and pointed the flag at him to signal to one of the samurai to take him down before he planted the flag on the ground. "Victory is ours, gentlemen! Yuuto felt good about that, he didn't know that he had that in him, a chuckle escaped his breath, and for a brief moment he forgot that he was around a battlefield, that was until the laser shot at his comrades, snapping the warrior back into action.

"It just never ends! Yuuto looked over at Sushi and tried to figure out a way they could work together, he snapped his fingers before he whistled at the sea creature, Sushi bobbed his head out of the water and looked at Yume who gestured with his hand that he needed a big wave aimed at the fortress, which the beast complied, it swam down and disappeared for a brief moment, giving Yuuto enough time to move to the right location. "Move your boats out of the way!" The dagger waved the boats away, he watched how they rowed like crazy as he continued to dash towards the bay.

Once Sushi leaped out of the water a massive wave followed as he plunged back into the deep blue, the 15-meter wave, or what he had hoped was 15 meters, turned out to be closer to 52, picked Yuuto up and launched him towards the laser shooter, with his new weapon strapped over his shoulder, the young lad reached for Amendment, allowed it to well up with water to reveal the water bat, "DON'T STOP, NEVER GIVE UP!" Yuuto shouted, he came down striking it hard hoping to shatter it to pieces to give Mondai the final leg he needed to finish the mission once and for all.

Victory was within grasp, all they had to do now was grab it!

Yuuto performs a front flip and uses the sword to slam the sheath on top of the target's head with enough force to bounce them off the ground, if the target has lower endurance than the user's strength then they are rendered unconscious if their stats are higher than they suffer (-3 Endurance, -3 Strength and -3 Will) for the next 7 posts, this technique is also rather deadly if used without the sheath but it then forgoes the bounce and debuff.
