Ever since Hotaru had been chosen to lead S.T.R.A.T.O.S she had been working none stop, she was doing the missions she wanted and thought were important, and ever since the whole Chiaki debacle she had hunted every single missing-nin from Kumogakure, or those who she could perceive as a threat to her nation and Ito, Sji was none the wiser.

The cloaked agent moved about in Soul Country where she would hope to find the man, intel from her other black ops agents told her of a man with his appearance living on the border of the country, It seems that no matter how much he hated the country he was born in, the country that raised him, he still missed the climate. Hotaru chuckled, she couldn't believe that the trail had taken her from various locations only to swing back around to Soul, realistically, one would not think that a missing-nin would hide so close to the country they ran from, but who would look in their backyard for a monster? She almost envied him for his freedom, however, the dead agents who hunted him seemed to tell a different story.

The file stated that the man liked adventure and hated boredom, so she secretly hoped that he had filled his stomach with all the adventures he ever wanted, and lived the dream life he sought after, for tonight would be the day that he would be in for a rude awakening. Hotaru was on his trail and she would make damn sure that his head followed with her home, his body would be burnt and she would cross off another villain from her bingo book.

Let's make sure that you get a proper goodbye, a proper last word before I sink this sword into your neck. Hotaru chuckled, she removed her two blade and transformed them into her gunblade before slinging it over her shoulder. She put on her cloak of invisibility and then moved in on the lonely building out in the woods, the hunt was on and only one of them would make it out of this alive.

Hotaru would land hard on his roof in order to intimidate him before she would speak. "Payback is a bitch and then you die... Isn't that right, Sji." She lept off the roof, hoping that he would attempt to attack it to reveal which room he was hiding in.

The user uses their physical posture and voice to intimidate their foes, if their target is within strengthx2 meters with max being 60 meters, if they are within those parameters then they can sense the user's aura which can cause them to be intimidated by the user if their will is lower than theirs. This technique can be used as long as it doesn't exceed their Endurance/5 posts.

Sji was having a not too bad day. He had just enough from his last score to manage a room at the local inn and even had enough to spring for some fancy food and to get a girl sent to his room. He knew this luxury wouldn't last long, so tonight he meant to savor it.

So it was a hell of a tone-shift when he heard his real name for the first time in years. A shiver shot through his spine and he felt somebodys presence without even needing to use his sensory, but having adequete will, he was able to resist its impressive strength.

Performing handseals slowly and without running, Sji made an effort to make no noise from within his room. The taunt and the fact there wasn't a kunai flying towards his head told him the stranger didn't know his exact location, and his voice told Sji he was very very close.

Performing his sensory jutsu, Sji almost pissed himself when he got nothing back. This person was good enough to hide from his sensory but cocky enough to call out to him. Unless it was a voice trick, she was almost right aboce him.

It was a bit excessive for an initial move, but this ninja showed up out of nowhere on his rooftop clearly aiming to hunt him down. If they were able to track him here and were approaching him like this, there was no way he could simply run and get away. He either had to defeat them or use the lives of innocents as leverage, but he wasnt about to start by giving them the opportunity to kill him.

Performing the proper hand seals, Sji released his static cloud and immediately began working on his next set of handseals. Clearly the moment his dome was visible to the attacker, they'd be able to guess the origin of the center. But by the time it was visible, he'd be halfway done with his handseals and then completely coated in his raiton armor by the time they arrived.

Time to see what he was dealing with. Gritting his teeth in anticipation, Sji fingered a kunai in both hands and moved closer to the window of his room, ready to burst out at a moment's notice.

This sensor jutsu is used by shinobi to feel chakra sources within a radius of 25 meters. While this jutsu is fairly helpful in sensing chakra, it is unable to actually pinpoint specific chakras outside of 10 feet. This only gives the Shinobi an idea of how many entities with chakra are present in their general area.

Upon forming hand seals an area of electricity forms crackling with energy in a visible manner in a 40m diameter dome with a speed of 15 the cloud of static lingers for 5 posts and inflicts 25 strength of damage on any who attempt to pass through the area. The static cloud will remain for the duration of the jutsu or until cleared in some manner.

Raiton • Thunder Dragon's Cloak
B-ranked Raiton Jutsu
Upon forming hand seals the user cloaks themselves in armour of Raiton chakra making the user appear as a mass of lightning in a humanoid shape, the armour forms at a speed of 15 and holds a strength of 25 inflicting the Raiton passive to any who come into contact with it, this cloak also allows the user to pass through any of his own Raiton Jutsu unharmed the cloak lasts for 7 posts.

Hotaru activated clairvoyance once she had landed on the ground floor, she moved about casually away from the creeping static cloud, to the regular civilians it was super fast but to the super spy, it moved in slow motion. So she continued to strut in total silence, in total invisibility, and without Sji being able to sense her chakra, so currently there was no way he could pinpoint her, which was a shame. Part of her wanted him to have an actual fight but the other part of her told her that she was way above his league and that this fight was extremely one-sided.

She could tell by the way he flung hand seal after hand seal in her mind's eye, she could tell that his jutsu would probably get a lot of people in danger but as a black ops agent, she couldn't care less, their lives were sacrificed for the greater good if it so happened to kill them. She tossed a rock through one of his windows in order to frighten him once again then bit down on an apple and made sure that he would be able to hear her, though he wouldn't be able to pinpoint him.

"It says here that you were born into a regular family in Kumogakure and got pretty good grades in school, wow, I'm kind of jealous. Both of your parents were shinobi? Man, that is some luck, you know some of us were born into shitty situations but considering what happened next I kinda don't blame you. Both of your parents were lost in the civil war, sheesh, that must have sucked, but it seems that at least they were loyal to the cause.

What happened man? You were doing so good, living that surplus ninja life with parents that the country was proud of. Do you think that your parents wanted you to go out like this? Like a rabid dog that needs to be put down?

I don't really understand your story man, you started out so great, experienced loss, went through character development and became a Chuunin and then all of a sudden chose to go against the very people who fed you, trained you, and sheltered you?" Hotaru closed his file and sighed, she knew better than to trust that someone like him could be rehabilitated. "If it wasn't for my orders I'd probably sit down with you and try to rehabilitate you, but you know, orders are orders, right?"

The funny thing was that these were Hotaru's own orders.

"Tell you what, you come out here and leave those innocent people alone and maybe I'll reconsider not returning you to Kumogakure as a body-less head, okay?"

The user has trained their body to react to even the most minute changes in the atmosphere. They are able to pick up changes in air pressure, the slightest of sounds, taste alterations to smells, see the most slight of movements, and vibrations from every movement. Everything within 160m will appear within the user's mind's eye giving them a description of the vicinity, able to track targets, and even alert the user from surprise attacks.

A bead of sweat trickled past his brown and into his eye, stinging on top of everything else that was happening. This was bad. This was really bad. His dome had no effect, the voice stopped only to reappear in a different direction way too quickly. He could barely hear the taunts, though he heard enough to know he was absolutely screwed and she knew everything about him.

It was time to go. He would rather die of exhaustion repeating his jutsu over and over again than be imprisoned or put to death here and now. Sji probably had one chance at this, so he focused and put every bit of speed he could. He performed a set of seals but kept them held, waiting for any sign of the attacker as he sprinted towards the window and barreled through it. He didnt bother screaming back, knowing he'd have no choice but to try to by time soon enough, no point in giving away his location more than a moment earlier than needed.

His goal was to land, roll and sprint down the street. He clearly had no choice here but fully expected to be stopped, which is why the hand that wasn't holding the last seal held two explosive kunai at the ready.

Raiton • Thunder Dragon's Breath Burst
A-ranked Raiton Jutsu
The user will perform handseals and upon doing so emit a beam of Raiton from their mouth at a speed of 25 and a strength of 25 the beam starts at 15cm at the mouth growing in size upon clearing his face it expands to a diameter of 2meters and fires in the direction his head is facing for 80 meters.

Hotaru could see how he was panicking in her mind's eye and couldn't help but to laugh at the situation, this man was truly toasted, yet he did nothing to fend for his life, he seemed to think that forming more and more jutsu would be the answer, and here she was giving him an option to come clean but seeing as he began to rush towards one of the windows, she would just tilt her head.

"So, you'd rather try to run than to give up? Man, fight or flight is the damndest thing isn't it?" Hotaru rounded his static cloud and made sure to follow him, though she kept her distance as she didn't want to know what would happen to her if she touched the cloud, but she would take a good guess, considering that the jutsu was archived in their library of jutsu.

"Come on, Sji, don't be like that, stop running, let's just talk this out and I am sure that I can get them to not torture you... Or something, I don't know." Hotaru laughed, this wasn't who she truly was, this was just a character she was playing to make the missing ninja fear for his life, she still tried to intimidate him, but this time with only words and actions.

Once she noticed that the static cloud didn't follow them, she got an idea, but first, she would have to make sure that the Jutsu he was holding in wouldn't be able to be used against him, so she stepped hard on one of the rooftops, before pushing off to jump over to the other side, she would land soft and give off no noise then began to form a string of hand seals, she was going to stop this man once and for all. "Any last words my dearest friend? And what do you want me to write on your gravestone?"

Hotaru laughed and lept to the other side of the runway, she was now running on the opposite rooftop, as she was certain that the jutsu he was using would be used to attempt to attack her, and as a black ops agent one was trained to stay one step ahead of your foes. This has gone a bit easier than I expected and now that there aren't that many people around it's time to finish this. Hotaru chuckled and nodded to herself.

Through mastering the art of being able to read their subtle movements, readings of emotions and appear to "predict" the outcome of the situation making it appear as if they are reading their minds. Sji held the seal and kept running, not even bothering to look back after the first time he looked towards the voice and saw nothing. He was a medicore a-rank and he knew it, this woman was clearly crazy and way out of his league. Surprise and run were the only options.

She wasnt making a move yet, just following... which meant she was comfortable with their speed difference and he was going to get caught if he goes out into the open. Time to head for the busiest part of town then. Taking the next turn, the man ran and continued to ignore the psycho's taunts. He didnt need any further intimidation, this was obviously not good for him.

He took the next right and continued sprinting, aiming to go deep into town and use others lives as a shield while he figures something out. Surprise was the only chance he had.

Hotaru couldn't believe how easy this was, she felt bad for doing this but knew that if she left him to his own vices then he would surely kill other people, this man was a loose cannon and was now going to pay for it. Hotaru couldn't believe that this was the man that killed his own pursuers, running, crying like the coward he truly was, this was who Sji was hiding from the world, this was the legacy of his parents, they died so he could run like the bitch.

Man, this is so pathetic, if only he came out when I called him, then maybe he could've turned his life around, maybe... Maybe... She slowly reached for the gunblade, she slowly grabbed it and ran ahead of Sji, she knew that there was no chance for him to survive this encounter. "Listen, it's over my friend, I am sorry that your last words were. Leave me alone."

To think that this man posed as a threat to our village is a joke, we really need to raise our soldiers better if this is what qualifies as A-Rank. She was right, the fact that this man was someone a B-Rank shouldn't' hunt was a joke, Hotaru was clearly overqualified, there was no chance that this man could win.

Hotaru finished her hand seals, pulled down her hood, and revealed her hawk mask, she would raise her gunblade, and once she took a heavy step she would cast the genjutsu which would cause Sji to forget what his next attack would be, aka leave him open for her ghost strike. She would zip past him before he could blink, once his eye opened again he would see his body continue to run for a brief second before it fell down.

She raised his head and looked at it, tilted her head to the side, and sighed. "Rest in peace, Ito, Sji." Hotaru tied his hair onto one of the hooks inside of her cloak then tapped on the linked communications devices. "Mission accomplished, Y Is heading out." Hotaru called out to Kirie and the other agents who had been assigned to act as the last resort if all else failed.

She vanished into the air as she pulled up her hood, disappearing into the air like the ghost that she was, leaving no real trace of her even being there except for the decapitated corpse that would be burned by the fellow black ops agents that converged on the spot. The end.

Ghost Strike
B-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Prerequisite: Ghost Draw, Black Wolf, Sword, 25 Speed.
The user crouches down to a three-point stand as they lock in on their target, once their mind is set, they will rush the next [Strength=meters] at top speed and lose the ability to change direction until their strike has either landed or been blocked. This grants the user the ability to vanish as a shadow if the targets speed is lower than the users.
