Hotaru knew that meeting Kasai out in the open was dangerous but the woods that she had inspected seemed to be clear, there was no one close by to inspect them nor was there anyone who would be able to stop them, in fact, she had used clairvoyance all the way towards the meadow they found themselves, fortunately, her being the black ops leader afforded the ability to be able to move around in peace.

A sigh rolled our of her breath, for the longest she had been tired of dealing with the same drama over and over, Hayate broke the rules and Kumogakure would have to pay, he first allowed the village to be pinpointed to the map and now he had helped Suna defend against their border situation, sure he was given the go-ahead to act on his own free will but that was the issue, it was always his own free will.

The spy knew that his being involved in the war would only bring trouble to Kumogakure, especially when they lacked the capability to defend themselves, considering that Tatsuo was ballsy enough to attack Suna and take down the Hokage meant that the way they were progressing was not positive, they relied too heavily on the Raikage and he was too reckless, no, this was the final straw, Hotaru channeled chakra then formed a set of hand seals before she then channeled on to Kirie's body.

She wanted to try something new, try to put her invisibility cloak on to Kirie and see if she could share her invisibility, she figured that at worst she would only be able to give it away to someone else and at best manage. If it didn't work then she would work on it until the sniper was clear of any chakra indication, in fact, it would covet most of her body and extend one meter in all directions. The end game goal was to train Hotaru to be able to spread this negative chakra to anyone on her team. The endgame was near and she wasn't going to sit idly any longer, either she was going to die on her feet or forever be a a slave.

She finished the set and cast anti-chakra onto Kirie who seemed to notice the change in chakra cost, something was different and she couldn't complain, especially if she got to snipe in peace. The end was coming and they had to choose sides, Hotaru chose Blake Wake, for if she was forced to choose then she would rather choose freedom and die young rather than grow old on a deathbed. Kumogakure was done for, especially if Hotaru got her way.

Hotaru forms a set of hand seals before she casts Void on any nearby target, they have to pay the chakra cost and the chakra void effect follows their [Control] but it comes at the cost that Hotaru is unable to conceal her chakra as the effect has now transferred on to the other person, anything shrouded in void chakra gets the added effect and the jutsu reaches 1 meters in all directions. This jutsu lasts for 5 posts.
