Fuuton learning.

Training for this jutsu:
*Fuuton • Wind Skating [Wind Element • Wind Skating]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
After performing the needed hand seals, the user is able to "glide" on the air as if they were just skating on a rink or on ice. This allows them to move faster while traveling or fighting. However, this does not allow the user to fly, but, instead, it allows the user to sort of float over the ground. Example

Hito stared intently at the scroll in front of him. The scroll contained a huge collection of words, names, designs and some diagrams. They were a list of jutsu, specifically, fuuton jutsu.

Hito had been given the scroll as a gift from both his grandfather and his father. His father used his political influence on the village and his grandfather called in some old favors which led to the gifting of a rather beneficial scroll.

Hito was severely lacking in Fuuton jutsu, he knew nearly all the Ouji clan jutsu, but elemental jutsu or any other kind of jutsu, he was lacking in. It was time to do some serious training.

Hito picked the first jutsu on the list, one that would be rather beneficial for strange terrains and for speeding up.

Hito looked at the scroll, mouthing the name of the jutsu silently as he tried to memorize its name before anything else. Once he got it down, Hito read the description. “After performing the needed hand seals, the user is able to "glide" on the air as if they were just skating on a rink or on ice. This allows them to move faster while traveling or fighting. However, this does not allow the user to fly, but, instead, it allows the user to sort of float over the ground.”Right next to the description, there was a tiny string of diagrams of pictures, showing the necessary hand seals. The seals didn’t look too complicated, thankfully, this was a low level jutsu that didn’t require too many seals.

After a few more minutes of simply reading the description and watching the hand seals, Hito stood and put his arms up. Slowly, as practice, Hito performed the hand seals without using any chakra.

On the first try, he stumbled his hands a little as he moved too fast and confused his motions. On the second try, he cursed inwardly as he forgot a seal. At the third attempt, he messed up once more as he both stumbled and skipped a seal.

Hito grumpily sat down once more and reread the jutsu in the scroll. This time, Hito slowly recited the hand seals with his hands while sitting down and reading the jutsu, trying to engrave it into his memory. Hopefully it would work.

Once more, Hito stood and gave the scroll a final skim before practicing the hand seals again. This time, it only took two tries. His first try, Hito only messed up for moving too fast. The second time, however, Hito moved at the same speed and managed to pull off the string of seals.

A little bit confident, Hito concentrated chakra and pictured the jutsu in his mind. Hito took deep breathes as he closed his eyes and concentrated intently.

All of a sudden, his eyes shot open and his hands moved at great speed. Hito performed the hand seals quickly and seemingly perfectly before manipulating chakra to create the jutsu.

Immediately upon finishing his seals and concentrating, Hito felt his body lift slightly into the air and felt his feet disconnect from the ground, letting him hover above the ground. With a smile, Hito lifted and dropped his leg, testing to see if it was the same as walking.

Next, Hito took a step forward and looked surprised at how instead of stepping, he glided to the area in front of him. He nearly fell at the surprise.

Once he regained his balance, Hito tried again, this time sliding his feet instead of stepping. As expected, he glided once more to the spot in front of him, except this time, he moved comfortably.

One more useful jutsu was now added to Hito’s arsenal.

training for this jutsu: *Fuuton • Eado-mu [Wind Element • Air Dome]
C-ranked Ninjutsu
Fuuton • Eado-mu is a ninjutsu utilizing the Wind Element. After forming a set of handseals, the user will focus his/her chakra into the air around him/her. It will spread around the user and form a thin barrier of air around the user. It will spread 2 meters around the user, protecting them from light projectiles and low rank(E, D) jutsu. Also, if your opponent is within this 2 meter range, they will be pushed out of the range.

Hito looked at the scroll once more. He scanned the list for the most useful and least difficult Jutsu to train. He wanted to learn as many quick, easy to learn Jutsu as possible before tackling the higher ranked Jutsu that required more effort to learn. Hito did this in case his training was interrupted. By learning quick, yet useful, Jutsu, Hito could have his training interrupted and still walk away with a lot of Jutsu.

Reading over the list, Hito saw many Jutsu’s that seemed interesting. He made sure to make a mental note of them, saying their names out loud to make sure he would remember/
*Fuuton • Reppushou [Wind Element • Gale Wind Palm],
*Fuuton • Kami Oroshi [Wind Element • Godly Wind from the Mountains], *Fuuton • Daitoppa [Wind Element • Great Breakthrough], *Fuuton • Eagan [Wind Element • Air Gun], *Fuuton • Eakusshon [Wind Element • Air Cushion]. Interesting. “
There were a lot of useful Jutsu, it was hard to pick which one to train.

As he read on, however, one Jutsu caught Hito’s eye. [ *Fuuton • Eado-mu [Wind Element • Air Dome] Hito read the Jutsu’s description enthusiastically. It was incredibly useful yet relatively simple to train, it was low ranked and the procedure didn’t seem hard at all.

The Jutsu allowed users to create a sort of dome around them, blocking projectiles and even Jutsu. Not to mention, the Jutsu also pushed away enemies inside the dome. The range wasn’t too far, but it could save Hito from a good amount of danger.

It was decided, this is the Jutsu Hito would train for first. As with the first Jutsu, Hito read the description over and over, understanding what it could do before actually attempting to do it. Hito felt that knowing the end result made the creation of a Jutsu so much easier, he felt that by engraving the result of your actions, your actions become easier.

Because of this thought process, Hito spent nearly 20 minutes just reading and rereading the Jutsu description. He was extremely patient about it and continued to reread for as long as he felt was necessary. At the end of 20 minutes, Hito pulled up his head and closed his eyes, visualizing what he thought the Jutsu would look like. In his vision, he saw the air around him suddenly swirl with fuuton chakra and slightly materialize. He saw kunai attempting to penetrate the dome but fail miserably and simply clanking to the ground, along with a punch from a weak shinobi that was easily deflected.

With a deep breath, Hito opened his eyes and concentrated once more upon the scroll. As with the previous Jutsu, this one had a series of small diagrams showing the correct hand seals to use. Hito was momentarily distracted by how well drawn the hands were and was thankful to the artist who put them into this scroll for him.

Concentrating once more, Hito looked at the diagrams intently. At first, he read only the first 3 signs and then stopped and read the first 3 again. Then he stopped and read the first 3 again, and then read the next two. Then he stopped and read the 5 signs again. Once more he read the first 5 signs, and then he read the remaining signs. Again, he reread all the symbols.

Next, Hito did the same procedure once more. He read the first 3 signs, mouthing their names slowly. Then he reread them, still whispering the name of each sign. Then he reread the 3 signs and then read the next two. Needless to explain the rest, Hito repeated the same process.

Hito felt like repetition was extremely important in memorizing, especially when training for a Jutsu.

He still wasn’t finished however. Next, Hito performed the same exact process, except now he used his hands.

Hito read the first 3 signs slowly, creating the hand seals as he did so. He stopped and reread the signs, recreating them with his hands as well before stopping and repeating. He read and made the 3 hand seals and then did the same for the next 2. After several repetitions, he eventually did this with all of the seals.

Now was the time to start the final run.

Hito stood slowly, taking a deep breath as he did so. He closed his eyes as he raised his hands to his chest level and closed them together, keeping his eyes closed as he ran through the seals in his head once more.

Suddenly, he opened his eyes and started the hand seals. He moved slowly. He followed the same procedure as always. The first string, Hito performed with no chakra and he did it slowly to test his memory. As he had hoped, he got it perfect on the first try. Next, he tried it once more, except faster. Hito picked up the pace slightly. His hands moved quickly as he recreated the hand seals, still not using chakra.

Once more, Hito did it perfectly.

Now came the true test.

Hito took another deep breath before concentrating chakra. He visualized his image of the Jutsu from earlier before suddenly manipulating his chakra and performing the hand seals. He moved quickly and precisely, performing all of the hand seals perfectly. On the last seal, Hito finally relaxed and looked around him as the air seemed to become charged and gained a greenish hue to it. Looking down, Hito saw a softball sized rock and identified it as the enemy. Immediately, it was pushed roughly 2 meters away.

“Perfect.”
