[Mission] A Woman's Love Is Like . . .

Post by Ein » Sat Jan 23, 2010 9:09 am

(OOC: Suna has one Main Gate, sort of, and the rest is entirely surrounded by a huge dome-like thingy. Good luck getting in!)

Suna's guards were on patrol deep at night, watching the shadows and trusting to ensure no intruders might breach her walls. The main gate had a few merchants slipping into Sunagakure, seeking shelter from the desert's harsh nights and, sitting near the gate, was a lovely Geisha getting ready for a night of being loved and admired.

She wore an elegant kimono of deep, plush violet with gold branches sown into the fabric. She sat about, enjoying a modest dumpling as she was waiting for her escort to the party. Little did she understand that she would have a silent guardian watching over her tonight.

Yaku was nothing, but a pair of two gray orbs staring outside of his cowl. His eyes stalked the geisha silently as he stood from a distance. Ninja from the village in the mist were highly trained in silent maneuvering and assassinations. His footsteps were not heard and the sand helped to pad any noise. He had came to loath and despise his stay in the sand village, it was an awful place that lacked water. His stay here would be as long as was necessary.

Before him was a large and impending gate, he impatiently waited for the geisha to make her move. Yaku couldn't let the geisha out of site, let alone have anyone harm her. He was on full alert.

The geisha was bored; sitting about Suna in one of her more expensive garbs just waiting for an escort. Who did these clients think they were, to hold her waiting for so long?

Just as she was about ready to leave the job, a man dressed in semi-formal attire (a dark green kimono with a light brown jacket flung over his shoulders) sauntered along. Yaku would not be able to hear their exchange over the bustle of the crowd, but she seemed relieved to finally be escorted away from this commoner's dwelling.

She and the man glanced about for a moment, almost as though they might be followed. Satisfied, he would take her gently by the arm and lead her down one of Suna's less-busy streets.

Yaku got slightly edgy when he noticed the newcomer. He didn't trust him and his paranoia had always been very strong. He eased after watching the Geishia seem relieved, but Yaku couldn't help but feel a little tense. He kept to the shadows and used his years of being on the run to move unnoticeably around the town. This was a common practice among MN and he watched and waited. A kunai was always in hand and at ready.

When they went down a less busy street, he became more alert and held slightly back before proceeding unwatched. He couldn't risk being seen.

The geisha was led into the narrow, almost abandoned street and there seemed to be a polite conversation going on between the two. The sort strangers have in order to become acquaintances.

Nothing really out of the ordinary except for the shifting shadows about the street. If Yaku had a keen eye, he'd catch the faintest of glimpses of a figure melting into the shadows. It seemed as though Yaku wasn't the only follower here . . . and, just perhaps, his presence may be threatened with these prying eyes.

Yaku came from a village that mastered site through mist. His clan was notorious for mastering complete control of the body. Yaku didn't pride himself the best, but his eyes quickly picked up...someone else.

The person may of been at the wrong place at the wrong time, but Yaku wasn't prone to gambling. The figure should of known better than to hide from view, he was at the mercy of an A-Class missing nin. Yaku had never been the sympathetic type and wasted no time to dispose of any nuisance.

With the Geisha and her escorts back turned, Yaku waited for his chance. With three swift throws, three kunai zipped through the air. Each blade hoping to hit a different fatal point on the figures body. If performed correctly, the mans voice box would be crushed before he made a single noise. Suna will come to know the brutality of Kiri. Yaku kept his gaze at the figure, if the man lived, he would swiftly rush to finish him off.

And, in all it's glory, the figure was revealed:

A young Genin of Sunagakure. He had, for unknown reasons, been scouting the two as well as Yaku had. The Genin hadn't quite mastered the Concealment technique, but was eager to watch over . . . his sister.

As the kunai hit their mark, the genin's mangled corpse would be displayed; the jutsu dispelled with the boy's death. Had the pair continued, they might've been oblivious. The geisha, however, dropped her purse that had been strapped to a loose obi.

She turned, bent over to reach for her purse and glanced up just in time to see her little brother dead and impaled onto the wall.

There are few things one expects to see on an evening that of this manner in Sunagakure. Of those things, a MN sneaking into Suna does not compare to a sister having to witness her little brother's death. The geisha would let out a scream and fell to her knees, dirtying her kimono and not caring.

She crawled. Slowly and painfully, crying and letting out low shrieks of pain and grief as she smeared her make-up with bitter, salty tears, she crawled closer and closer to see her brother dead. To confirm it with her own eyes.

The other man was gone. Left, evidently, at catching a glimpse of a child being killed.

The geisha continued to weep and howl, and was bound to attract the attention of Sunagakure's Shinobi.

Whatever story the two may have had was of little importance now. The geisha had lost her brother. Whatever plans they might have had were dead and gone. The geisha had lost her friend. Whatever the brother was planning matters not. For there was grief in the geisha's heart, and she'd lost something dear.

Yaku's eye twitched and he gave an exasperated sight. Just my luck. His eyes watched her fleeing escort and darted back towards the bawling geisha. She seemed in pain over the boys loss and Yaku gritted his teeth. Her brother should know better than to stalk that whore.

She seemed transfixed on her tears and Yaku decided that he would have to take the initiative. He would deliver the girl one way or another. It might of not been exactly the way that his employer wanted, but the warlord knew better than to not cross his own path.

Slipping from behind, Yaku moved between her tears. Creeping up behind her wasn't a problem. His fingers moved in and with a few quick movements, she fell limp to the ground. His fingers had pressed two very reactive pressure points and would have no idea what hit her. She would be unconscious for another 30 minutes. He had to get her out of here and back to the employer. With a quick heave, he swung her over his shoulders and hurried down the street.

He continued to be cautious, dipping down quiet and deserted streets. He kept his footsteps light and his eyes at full alert. The Warlords couldn't be too far.

OOC: I am guessing and hoping that this is the direction that you wanted me to go with her. I wasn't sure if she was going to keep crying and tell the suna guards or continue on with her journey. So I assumed that I didn't want to risk it.
