The smell of parchment was the most relaxing scent that Xiao Li knew, and acted as a stimulant for his mind. He was pouring over books, and scrolls alike, trying to learn as much as he could about Ninjutsu. Li's favorite type of Ninjutsu to study was Tenkujutsu, however, he was studying Raiton jutsu that day. While he wasn't able to use any Raiton jutsu, he had been told that it was his base affinity, and loved the theory behind it's uses. The scrolls in front of him described the inner workings of techniques that not only increased the user's movement speed, but their destructive power as well. Li had begun to make copies of his favorite techniques that he found within the scrolls. He read different ways to manipulate, and circulate, his chakra within his body, and found that he liked it more.
