Shirotsuki looked around the training ground he just arrived at before nodding in approval. He then pulled out a scroll he borrowed from his clan's library so that he could learn a new jutsu. Shirotsuki began his training by doing a few warm-ups. He got into a squatting position before running through all twelve handseals quickly while continually channeling chakra. "Monkey Dragon Rat Bird Snake Ox Dog Horse Tiger Boar Ram Hare." he muttered while repeated the handseals over and over. A light blue aura began to encase him as he continued to go through the seals, gaining speed.
After over an hour of continuously channeling chakra, Shirotsuki was drenched in sweat. Shirotsuki suddenly stopped and straightened up. As Shirotsuki prepared to begin learning the jutsu in the scroll, he set his bag and pouches to the side. He then pulled out the scroll and carefully read through it several times, cautiously memorizing each aspect of it. Once he was certain that he had memorized all of the important steps, Shirotsuki set the scroll down and began to slowly go through the handseals, but not channeling any chakra. He repeated the handseals about three dozen times, faster each time until it was almost natural. He then began to slowly go through the handseals while channeling chakra, before saying the name of his technique and channeling Yugeton chakra into his mouth before breathing in deeply and exhaling.
All that happened was him getting small burns inside of his throat, causing him to wince.It became obvious that he put to much chakra into the technique, so he attempted yet again, this time putting a very small amount of chakra into it. However, this time he used to little, as only a small wisp of steam came out. Shirotsuki began to slowly raise the amount of chakra he put into it, getting better results each time. Each time there was slightly better results than the last, but the technique was not yet at it's maximum potential. Re-reading the scroll several times, Shirotsuki eventually discovered his mistake. He was not channeling the chakra the correct way. Shirotsuki carefully molded the chakra throughout his throat and lungs, before releasing a mighty breath of Yugeton chakra-laced air. A thick shroud of mist immediately came forth, but it only spanned about 13 feet. Shirotsuki repeated his previous actions, except using more chakra. Releasing the breath this time caused a massive wave of thick steam to shroud the entire training ground. carefully inspecting it, Shirotsuki nodded in approval before carefully rolling up the scroll and putting his gear back on before leaving.
