Remember The Name

Earning The Power Within Nishiki sat cross legged in the middle of the training grounds from before, the deal still on despite what happened the other day for money was money after all, his clothing much more casual with a short, almost jacket-like dark blue kimono that was slightly open at the chest and in turn revealing a few bandages that weren't really needed at this point but better safe than sorry (also it was kind of cool).
Similarly he wore dark blue shorts and his usual ninja sandals and had a small band-aid across his nose to help finish healing the burn, though his hair was very short and fluffy with his fox-like ears really standing out thanks to how short it was which was something he hadn't needed to deal with before given the last time his hair was so short was when he was a little child before he had the Tsukino gift passed to him.

The boy seemed so unusually in a quiet trance and had the appearance of a true meditating pupil, though it was more like he focusing himself on his promise to get this genma stuff under control and to finish his channelling training which he felt was just starting to sink in, alongside the stuff his mother said which made really consider taking a break from this stuff and doing other kinds of training as suggested.

His mind was actually quite a whirl of thoughts despite appearing rather zen and relaxed but then perhaps that meant he finally got the true gist of meditation down.
In the end he figured he certainly most finish this training session off first, though wondered if his sensei would force him to transform again perhaps even to that new stage or whether the man would let his pupil focus on using the base level of power that flowed into his body from the genma and in turn simply channel suiton techniques for now until he got it down.

Whatever step Aimi wanted to take next with Nishiki it would seem the young boy would sit there for a good while until the man arrived having got there early himself for the sole purpose of sitting in silence to think before getting straight into things.

It had been days since Aimi had last seen Nishiki. After what had happened in the court yard, he had paid the genin a short visit in the hospital while he was passed out, staying only long enough to see that he was in good care before making his exit and making sure not to see him again for days. Part of the reason that he had kept his distance was because he thought that the Tsukino needed a bit of time to simply rest up and heal as well as to adjust to the fact that he had once again been beaten in order to restrain the beast within. Part of it was just shame, though, shame in himself for not having taught Nishiki better. No matter how illogical it might have been, how presumptuous of the jounin to assume that the genin was capable, deep down, of controlling the monster inside of him with a few nifty lessons and some advice, Aimi couldn't help but feel that it was ultimately his fault and his failure that Yoshimitsu had managed to wrest as much control over the boy as he had. A fault that, he felt, could not be tolerated any more.

Thus, one could imagine his surprise when he received a note from the Tsukino family once again asking him to train Nishiki, even despite what had happened. It appeared to him that others didn't place the fault on his shoulders as much as he felt it should have been. He viewed the note and the offer it implied as a means to correct his errors from before and so returned back to the court yard where the event had happened days before, only to find Nishiki already there. As the shirtless jounin walked up onto the otherwise empty courtyard, he stopped and looked at the young genin slightly obscured by the fog. He could see that his hair had been cut, which wasn't at all surprising given he had basically burned it away. He looked different with short hair, and his attire was different as well. Much more similar to his own, he noted. He wondered if that was a coincidence or not...

Seeing as how the pink haired fox was sat with his legs crossed, his eyes closed and wasn't making a sound, the jounin took the chance to look around the courtyard. It looked as he had left it, really, with traces of burn marks on the ground from the fire that had been spewed and the large, skull-shaped impact of his attack still embedded into the wall. It hadn't been fixed in the days prior to this one, not deemed important enough to fix more than likely. He looked at the skull grimly, taking it for what it now was; a reminder of what would happen should he fail Nishiki again.

He tore his gaze away from the skull and looked back at Nishiki. It was honestly a bit strange, seeing him sat so still like that. It clashed with the energetic picture of the pink haired fox boy that he had come to know over the past few months. Aimi wondered briefly if their last meeting hadn't left some sort of impact on him that went deeper than the flesh. He wondered if Yoshimitsu asserting control had some how managed to give Nishiki the ability to more freely interact with it within his own body. He wondered how well this training was going to go if the boy wasn't more calm and in control.

Brushing the thoughts aside, Aimi held his left hand up and channeled his chakra, pushing a long, thin bone out from the palm of his hand and grabbing it with it right. With a wince and a loud crack, Aimi snapped the bone in two, the sound of the broken silence echoing slightly on the walls of the court yard. As good of an announcement as any to signal to Nishiki that he'd arrived. "Rise and shine," he said. "Time to train some more."

Nishiki could feel slight vibrations of someone walking up towards him and yet he was too focused and lost in thought about all the possible directions to take his training, which in truth he did wonder if Aimi's way was fully working for him anymore and also pondered if he might be best alone but he just figured he needed a break once he was in control of things and that perhaps his mum's offer was a good idea.

Whatever thought the boy may have settled on it soon burst apart as the loud snapping sound jolted him back to reality, almost causing the young one to topple over as swiftly budged to the side and back in shock with an alarmed look spread across his face.

With great bewilderment the Tsukino looked up at the bare chested Yamai for a brief moment, almost forgetting where he was and what he was doing sat in the training grounds in the first place, his eyes blinking and ears twitching until the shock had ran its course and he became fully alert.
"Ah, yes!" he blurted as his mind caught up with situation and in doing so he hastily bounced up onto his feet.
"Ready for action!" he then called with a goofy little salute toward his sensei, his face becoming serious and ready for anything once his hand lowered by his side and curled into a fist just as his other also did.

Standing to attention the genin certainly seemed to have put what had happened behind him as his tail swished with determination and his very noticeable ears perked up, standing perfectly up right like a truly alert animal for he had to prove he was ready and this time he would show he had the willpower to take control and not lose himself to the whims of an ancient being.

It seemed strange to him that Nishiki would be so... bubbly at the sight of him still. He couldn't really think of anyone that he knew that he'd beaten to a state of needing to go to the hospital - twice - and was eager to rise and meet him. He briefly supposed that it was some sort of student-teacher thing, but he didn't ponder on it long. Pulling what remained of the bone back into his palm, Aimi dropped the thin shard on the ground and sniffled. "Good to see you spry and ready. Today, we'll be taking another step towards you coming into your own. And for that, I want you to go all out again... except this time, you won't be using he Genma at all," he said, making it clear from the outset what he wanted. "I'll be frank. I'm not qualified to teach you how to properly control that monster in all of the nuanced ways that have been learned and taught to others before you over the years. That's not my field of expertise. I can give you, and already have given you, the basics on making it's power your own, subduing and controlling it, but I don't have any frame of reference for actually telling you HOW to do that. The best I can do for you is to subdue the beast whenever it gets loose, as you are well aware of at this point. So from here on out, if we do any more training, it'll be as you are now. No genma powers involved."

"That said," he went on, "I want to focus on channeling again. You were making strides in furthering that the other day before... well. Before the genma happened. So, we're going to keep striding towards that. So, just like the other day, come at me with everything you have, trying to channel your jutsu. If you don't put your all into it, this exercise is pointless - and I don't do pointless." His instructions given, Aimi relaxed his body, shaking his arms and spreading his stance a bit, full on facing Nishiki and letting out his breath through his nose.

"When you're ready, then."

It wasn't overly easy for Nishiki to just get back up and think Aimi was still a good sensei for him but at the same time it wasn't like he fully remembered the beatings either, as such it was certainly easier for him compared to anyone else plus he did want to prove he was strong and capable and had reasoned that it was for the best and simply had to be done.

Though it was clear that the Yamai didn't believe he himself was a good fit for training these genma powers which made sense given the boy's own thoughts; it was probably just something he would have to figure out on his own, though that didn't mean the man before him wasn't a great sensei since he stopped the boy from rampaging twice now and perhaps that was all that was needed.

The Tsukino looked down to the floor as he listened to what had been said, taking in his sensei's thoughts and cementing them with his own and thus furthering the idea that once he got this little training session down, perhaps he should focus on a few other things before trying to figure out how to deal with Yoshimitsu in some other way.

Once the little speech was over and the Jounin commanded for the training to commence the young genin gave an affirmative nod before looking back up at the man with a resolute face.
"Okay, here goes!" he replied with great gusto, his voice full of resolve.
With that the boy thought to forget using Kinesis for now and to focus on trying to keep up with things using channelling, though he did keep Kinesis in the back of his mind as it helped in envisioning how to use that chakra control in the form of other jutsu but he also tried to take in this inkling of instinct he had from when Yoshimitsu had control.

Combining those ideas Nishiki instinctively grabbed one of his weather dolls as he also pulled on all that Aimi was teaching him; With great focus his hand began to glow with chakra that flooded into the teru teru bozu which then began to float up to the sky, though perhaps a bit slower than it should've done and in a kind of wonky pattern which was not intended but nonetheless it seemed to have worked to a certain degree at least.

As the doll climbed the genin went into action and his flow of chakra built up once again in his right hand but as it did he suddenly whipped out a pair of kunai in his left, whereupon he started to run to his right aiming to curve around Aimi, albeit a bit slower than normal, then he chucked the kunai one after the other with one aiming more toward the ground and the other aiming higher up.

It was difficult to focus on his moves and the jutsu but the boy really wanted to push himself and do what his sensei had taught him and so he pushed onward;
With the kunai unleashed Nishiki span toward his foe as his jutsu finally finished, now fully focused on, forming a near perfect looking watery shuriken that he instantly let loose as he looked out for said foe's movements though by now he was hoping their would be some rain but it wasn't for coming for some reason.

No matter for the genin remained vigilant and focused as he prepared to kai the shuriken at the last moment before reaching the jounin, his aim to explode it right into the man with the kunai being a distraction of sorts that would hopefully direct his movements at least enough for him to be hit.
Though it was Aimi and Nsihiki was barely pulling off these moves so suffice it to say it was likely the man would have no trouble avoiding and counterattacking.

The fox sprang into action and the Yamai reacted accordingly. Once again Nishiki pulled out one of those strange dolls and sent it floating skyward, earning his gaze upon it for a speculative moment. This was the, what, third? Fourth time that Nishiki had used such a doll against him in training exercises? It was a common line of attack from him and while it served as a nice distraction, he still wasn't sure what purpose they were supposed to serve. He did estimate, though, that against another genin, the doll would likely be an effective way of keeping their attention divided and thus making their actions more sluggish in response. Whatever the dolls' purpose was, of which he imagined there could be plenty, it was a go to opener for the boy. He made a note to tell him of this later and returned his blue eyes to the pinked haired fox as he started to run around, brandishing two kunai in hand.

The kunai were thrown and, rather than outright dodging them, the jounin instead simply lifted up his left leg up so that the kunai would hit only the empty ground, his left arm shooting up and plucking the kunai from out of the air. Then came the water shuriken, thrown at him with precision and reacted to accordingly. Aimi lowered his left arm and swung it wide, stabbing the kunai blade into the watery membrane of the jutsu, only to have his efforts in effortlessly countering the jutsu thwarted by the sudden explosion that came almost simultaneously. Water covered his face and torso, causing him to close his eyes and sending his arm flying back over his chest, his hand tingling with pain. 'An explosive ninjutsu, huh?' he thought to himself, reacting blindly and leaping away from his standing position to one that was only five meters away, reaching up with his right arm and wiping it over his eyes to get the water off of them.

"Good, Nishiki! Keep it up!" he encouraged, fixing his eyes on the genin again and standing still with the kunai in hand, waiting for the next assault.

Nishiki did a little happy skip and fist clench as he saw his jutsu actually explode right in his sensei's face even after seeing him deal with the kunai with ease, though they where mostly a distraction anyway, however he couldn't be celebrating too much yet and swiftly went back into a serious-like mode with only a devious looking but happy grin breaking his guise.

The genin then made haste and began to channel more chakra for another jutsu but as he did so, as if on a delayed timer, the sky began to pour with rain as the doll from earlier collapsed to the ground for it seemed the jutsu did not fail after all though the rain didn't quite spread as far as it should and only really covered the training grounds.

Nonetheless the rain would now enhance the boy's Tsukino capabilities to feel the vibrations of Aimi's movements and in turn help predict how the bare chested man would move, plus it may come in handy with slightly disguising the next attack which he finally gathered the chakra for in his mouth; with great aim the young fox three tiny balls of water in quick succession, focusing on his sensei's movements with each spit which also increased in capability each time as the channelling cemented itself further and further.

Upon landing the small, two centimetre diameter balls would explode each as powerful as the single shuriken from before which also helped show Nishiki was starting to get the hang of simply channelling his jutsu especially by the third and final spit which even had perfect trajectory.

The rain came in what Aimi wouldn't hesitate to call the perfect moment as the misty arena they both sparred in was turned into quite the wet one. The jounin stood his ground, watching Nishiki as he moved and channeled chakra, wondering what it was he was going to do next. What actually came was not only effective, but it was actually kind of brilliant. Though he saw Nishiki moving, appearing to spit something at him, it was only too late that he realized what it was - water. Small, tiny balls of weaponized water that, in the pouring rain, were perfectly disguised. Between the downpour of rain and the thick mist that was literally everywhere within the village, Aimi just flat out couldn't see the attack coming in time to properly defend against it!

Thus, all three of the balls of water hit their mark on the jounin, colliding and exploding against his shirtless upper body and sending him reeling backwards with a grunt of pain! The explosion hadn't had all that much power behind it, but it was more than enough to bruise his unprotected body. Welts formed on his skin where the water had collided and three large bruises would form moments after the collision. Aimi was left to catch his balance and whip his head around to look at Nishiki, a look of... genuine surprise on his face. And, kind of an happy expression as well! "Oh-ho-ho, you clever little thing you!" Aimi said, standing up straight and wincing slightly at the pain he was experiencing. Though the bruises and welts wouldn't last more than a few minutes, they were a sign of the cleverness displayed by the genin. The Yamai did the only thing that he felt was appropriate to do in a situation like this - he began to clap!

"Bravo! Ah! Well done, boy!" he called out, his hands clapping together as best as they could while he still held the kunai in his hand. "That sort of tactical thinking will take you far in life! Keep it up!" he encouraged, genuinely meaning what he said. He'd been caught off guard by the attack and the environment that the Tsukino had made to execute the attack, plain and simple. Though it was one that he could have easily avoided had he had his complete wits about him, the fact that he didn't spoke volumes of how seriously he was taking this sparring session of theirs, but that wasn't a bad thing. He wasn't trying to flex and prove his superiority over the genin, but to help him improve. That necessitated that he lower his guard some, but even so the attention to detail was spot on and damn clever!

Perhaps just a bit too clever, though. Having been struck with the attack, Aimi took it as a sign. A sign that Nishiki was improving rather quickly, and that he could safely step up his game to apply some pressure. "Let's see how you do against an opponent who's gunning for you, now. Keep channeling your jutsu, Nishiki! But don't expect any more free hits like that," he proclaimed, stepping forward through the rain towards the genin. Just walking. He needed to walk in order to properly think of what it was he was going to do in order to test the genin's skills, which would give him a precious handful of seconds in order to do... well, something.

With the rain and general wetness Nishiki could finally more easily feel the vibrations of Aimi's movements, not that the man was moving much to begin or that he needed it when he simply started walking but it would help just like he intended it to do since he didn't think his sensei would limit his capabilities so much just for this training exercise.

It was nice to get such rewarding compliments from the bare chested teacher and it filled the young genin with more confidence, though things where now ramping up as said teacher now began to move at him so perhaps the boy should ramp things up as well and put his channelling to the limit.

Nishiki began to back up as he quickly channelled more chakra, quite a bit of chakra this time that flowed through him greatly until it accumulated around his centre, then it burst out as he outstretched his hands in a massive expulsion of water right towards the Yamai in a large tidal wave that spread out 10 metres long and 5 metres high with a full force of 10 strength and 10 speed just as it was meant to do.

However the kid knew not to let out for once it reached its maximum range he looked out for his sensei as he instantly went into channelling another jutsu, feeling the nonstop flow of chakra as he now truly got the hang of things and felt it flow with ease, even wasting less of it than before as he aimed to channel just what was needed for what he was doing rather than overdoing it.

This time it accumulated in his throat before bursting out in a widespread 15 metre conical blast of water toward Aimi once again, or at least he tried to aim towards the man based on his movements after performing the previous jutsu as he tried his best to keep up with an assault as he was taught and was even ready to try and perform yet another jutsu once this one was done.

The amount of water that Nishiki was able to create through channeling jutsu alone was rather impressive. Not only was it currently raining all around them, but as he walked over towards his student, he witnessed him creating a rather large wave of water and send it directly at him! This sort of use of ninjutsu was commendable in the Yamai's mind, as it actively reshaped the 'field of battle' on which they 'fought' to be more in Nishiki's favor... presumably. He wasn't entirely sure how the fox would use suiton to his advantage in such a way, but the tactics rendered reminded him of his own use of katon jutsu, as well as his tendency to... well, shape battlefields around himself with his own attacks.

The wave was easily dealt with, though, by Aimi simply grabbing a hold of his sword and drawing it from the sheath as the water rushed forward, cutting a path through it that he could walk through and what water he hadn't cut through that got to his person he simply braved, stopping his advance for a single step to take on the full force of the water before going. At least he wouldn't need a shower after this.

A wave of water was not the only thing for Aimi to worry about, though. As he reached up to wipe the water from off of his face the Tsukino was preparing yet another jutsu, gushing it from out of his mouth in a rather large cone that Aimi was once again forced to simply cut through and brave before furthering his advance. "Good, Nishiki, good," Aimi praised, swiping his sword through the air in order to get the excess water off of it. "Against lesser opponents, all of this water would be quite the hindrance I imagine! But it's not doing anything to hinder me. So, try harder. Try again," he said as he continued to close the distance between them. There was perhaps 5 meters at most between them now, and the jounin was coming.

Watching how Aimi so effortlessly dealt with the water reminded Nishiki of just how strong his sensei was even if the man was holding back for the training session, though in a way it made the boy think about how he could do with also focusing on his own body and taijutsu skills more rather than his mother's route.
"Maybe that's what I need to do next" he ponder to himself as he watched the bare chested fiend, chakra channelling within himself "Less chakra and more physical prowess which might also help with my willpower" he continued to think as he watched both attacked get torn apart by a sword.

That thought of less chakra also started to seep in with this sparring lesson for the young boy was starting to really feel the drain of back to back jutsu, alas he had to push on and perfect things and prove his skill to his master and so he slowly backed away a little and instantly went into channelling another jutsu as he took in the words of encouragement.

Nishiki started to move at about the same pace as Aimi, moving backwards to maintain the distance the had but not really furthering it and as he did his chakra welled up some more and this time he felt much more comfortable controlling it as he moved and knew he could do it.
"If I need something with a bit more oomph then..." he thought to himself, trailing off as he pulled out another teru teru bozu and poured the suiton chakra into it.
"...I know its not about that but I need some edge to out trick him and combo attack" he continued to think as the doll welled up to a great size right before him.

The large water balloon like attack was currently the most powerful suiton he had but it floated rather slowly between the duo and so the genin figured he needed to help nudge the jounin toward it, even pushing for the actual most powerful skill he had despite not really being the focus of his training and becoming rather tired, as such he kept his hand stretched out as he released the doll and felt for the chakra filled water than had flooded the place before pulling back and causing a burst of water to jump out at Aimi's back.

The water jet was completely behind the Yamai and hopefully unnoticeable as the Tsukino pulled the water at the man's back at 8 speed and strength, though it was a bit of a strain after all the jutsu as sweat truly began to form around the boy's slightly grimacing face.

As Nishiki kept the distance between them roughly the same, Aimi did nothing to change the pace of his forward progression. Simply out speeding or overpowering the fox wasn't the point in the slightest, he just wanted to apply enough pressure as to incite creativity and problem solving in the genin when faced against a seemingly insurmountable opponent, which he knew would happen to him eventually, as it happened to all shinobi. He saw the doll being pulled out and paid it little mind, not expecting much of it. It did swell up to a rather large size compared to the others he'd seen, though. He expected it to pack a bit more of a punch because of that and braced himself for the impact.

Then came what he was looking for from his young student, that spark of creativity and the use of your surroundings to gain an edge over your opponent. The sound of gathering water was impossible to mistake, and he knew right away that it was coming from behind him... but he did nothing. He had a pretty good idea of what Nishiki was wanting to do with all of that water, what with the slow moving balloon directly in front of him, and truth be told, he wanted Nishiki to do it. It would be impossible for the boy to progress towards being a better and better shinobi if he were to never taste success in any sort of tangible degree, and besides, how badly could this hurt?

Thus, when the water came, Aimi allowed himself to be knocked forward and off of his balance, stumbling forward a step and colliding with the blown up doll, triggering it's explosion - and boy, what an explosion it was! It might have been slow moving, but the doll that the Tsukino used for a variety of purposes could really pack a punch! The explosion was sudden and wet, and had enough strength to genuinely knock him off of his feet backwards! The force of the expanding water carried him back through the air a good 5 meters before he was able to regain his footing again, and by that time the pain had truly begun to settle in. Aimi felt as if he'd taken a high dive out into the water that surrounded the village and had a belly flop! His stomach felt a bit nauseous and he had to suppress the urge to cramp up as his muscles openly told him how much of an idiot he was for just walking into that; all in all, though? He was pleased!

A smile came over his face and his posture straightened. He faced Nishiki and wiped his hand over his face, raking his long, wet white hair from out of his and sculpting it over his skull. "My goodness... that really hurt, you know! I think that would have some real stopping power against even some chunin, if you could get them to collide into it," he said, once again speaking words of encouragement as he shook his head from side to side, flinging water all around him from his hair and giving his wrist a shake in order to do the same for his hand. His pale skin had been turned a bright red from the force of impact with the water and he had to blow air out of his nose in order to get some of that H2O from out of his nasal cavity. Thinking about it, the jounin was kind of impressed with the technique. Such a slow moving balloon might make cockier opponents attack it and thus take a rather sizable hit. He was confident that against the unprepared, the fox would be able to capitalize on his adversary being knocked off of their feet to deal a final blow.

Looking over at the pink haired genin, the Yamai asked, "How's your chakra? Think you can continue?"

Nishiki's face was instantly flooded with his signature toothy grin as he saw his sensei get knocked into the balloon and exploded backward, filling him with great joy and yet he also staggered backward himself and began to lean forwards with his eyes closed to take a few good breaths due to being so worn out now from so many back to back jutsu and the kinesis.

Though it was clear Aimi was tempering his strength and going even easier than normal for the sake of the training session, it was also clear that he was not truly expecting such power from a genin's attack and was actually totally thrown off guard and blasted back well and truly which is what really made the boy so happy since he knew he truly got the man even more so than the spitting attack from earlier.

"Shishishi" the young genin snickered somewhat breathlessly at the sound of his sensei's praise, opening his left eye a little to properly take in the dazed form of a Yamai.
"Glad it... Worked..." he continued to huff before taking a deep breath and standing up right, opening both eyes once more though still physically exhausted and worn out.
"I'm not sure I have much of anything left in me, not without maybe transforming and using some genma chakra..." he commented all fatigued, a hint of concern toward the end over doing such a thing right now "...Going into form I guess you would call it." he added as he suddenly thought of how to easily name such a transformation, though it was a little matter of fact and very simple.

Perhaps becoming worn out and tired was a sign for a good training session however and Nishiki certainly felt like he grasped the idea of channelling quite well now, having been doing it rather effortlessly and feeling like it would be simple to formulate it for any element he could use and as such he could probably do the same with Katon if he did transform and could perhaps even easily learn a wind jutsu to channell also.

Nishiki was done, it was plain to see. Channeling all of this ninjutsu had put a bit more of a strain on his chakra reserves than expected it would seem, leaving the boy huffing and puffing before him, fatigued and low on chakra. Aimi was satisfied, though. He nodded his head, ignoring the comment about him going into his transformed state. For now, he wouldn't even consider the idea. Placing his hands on his hips, the Yamai said, "Alright, then we're done here for now. You show some pretty remarkable control over your chakra and suiton in particular. It's a bit sloppy, granted, and could use plenty of improvement, as could your tactics, but you have the basics down at the very least. From here, it's up to you to hone those basics and sharpen your skills so that this channeling business can be yours to master as you see fit. In time, I can see it being a powerful weapon in your arsenal."

Aimi stepped forward and placed his left hand on Nishiki's shoulder, smiling at the genin softly. He patted his shoulder and said, "Go rest up for now. Training's over for today."

With that, the Yamai stepped around Nishiki and walked out of the court yard, disappearing into the mist and heading home himself. He wasn't tired, but he didn't have anything else to do that day and after getting so drenched with water? Stripping down and curling up under a thick blanket sounded like a very, very good idea to him.

Nishiki looked up at Aimi with glee as the man approached and praised his abilities and what he had learned during the somewhat crazy training session, sprinkling in some constructive criticism and advice that the boy would surely take to heart and further himself with.

The young Tsukino nodded happily as his sensei placed his hand on his shoudler and instructed him to rest, feeling that it would certainly be well deserved.
"Yes sir" he replied, perhaps a little cheekily as he started to brim with a flow of excited energy despite the exhaustiveness flowing through his body.
With that the boy watched as the topless man then walked off into the mist as he thought about what was best next, perhaps learning some physical skill as something basic to solidify his will and to flow with his ninjutsu better.

Nishiki wasn't truly sure where to go next but in the end he did also have to get his jinchuriki powers under control so learning to do that along with some katon and fuuton would be key, though first he had to take that rest and a bit of a break but when he did he may actually even be close to being ready for a chuunin exam for his tail was almost two now.
