Aimi landed with a dull thud outside of the gates of the Karagata compound on the balls of his feet, his knees bent to absorb the shock of landing. He stood up straight and fanned his wings out for a moment before bringing them to a close behind his back. He stood looking at the gate before him, at the tall archway and the plaque on top that bore the family name of Karagata. Such gates were common among ninja clans and families and the Houses that owned them within the village, yet the dark purpose for which Aimi had come drew a shadow over the gateway that unsettled him. The gate seem to say to him "Come, enter if you dare, make your point." The jounin stared at the gate for a moment with a set jaw, hard and unmoving, accepting of the shadowy challenge.

He stood outside in wait for Shinjiro, who was the meet him there any second. From the training grounds he'd given the simple instruction to follow, and he had every reason to believe that the younger ninja would do just that. Aimi felt this in full confidence despite not having looked back behind him on their flight once. This was to be an important lesson, and if Shinjiro did not do as he was told her, well, Kirigakure would prove to be a much smaller village than the boy might have initially thought. Thus, Aimi stood and waited for the Genma hosts' arrival, the dark shade of a heavy cloud making the already thick fog seem impenetrable, the Karagata plaque all but completely obscured in it's shade.

There was a strange mixture of apprehension and curiosity welling within Shinjiro. He had been scolded resolutely by Aimi-sama and now the man carried a menacing determination to prove something. For most of his life Shinji had believed that the Karagata were the strongest family in Kirigakure, and his immediate family stood among the best, shadowed only by the Legendary Karagata Shiv. Other families of course had their own Legends, truly powerful individuals that one should never underestimate. His father had often warned him not to think too highly of one’s skills, though it was hard for Shinji to believe that someone like his father could truly be bested if he had the time to plan and assassinate a target. After all, wet-work was the households specialty. Flying behind the fearsome Kaguya, the young Jinchurriki’s leathery black wings softly caressed the humid night air, parting the thin patches of mist without a sound as the pair drew closer to his own household. He had never imagined that anyone in the Kaguya clan would have devised a way to use their bone manipulation for flight. There was a certain beauty to the skeletal wings, he had long admired the Kaguya and the Toukai for their ability to manipulate their bones and flesh respectively to create gruesome and deadly modifications.

As they landed before the large steel gate, Shinji assessed the odds. He had seen firsthand Aimi’s tremendous strength and heard rumors of his bloodlust and brutality. Despite that he had only minutes ago been chastised for disregarding the value in human life, so perhaps Aimi would restrain himself. Everyone in his household specialized in assassination, valuing high offensive ability; precision and speed above defense. None of them had the kind of durability or regenerative properties Aimi boasted. Likely only his father Izune Karagata would pose any true challenge for the man. ‘A Tiger approaches the Lions Den. You shall soon see the weakness of your pride. Blood will soak the earth until only the truest Alpha remains’ Vorashu observed gleefully, chuckling to himself in a haunting cacophony of sounds. Though he was trained to accept death and suffering as a way of life, Shinjiro felt a deep pit in his stomach at the thought of seeing any member of his family slain, even the household servants were considered honored members of the household, having raised Shinjiro and his siblings and serving the family diligently, some for many decades.

Still, Shinji would only observe. He knew there was no talking Aimi down and it would be disrespectful to his family and their traditions to deny them the opportunity to defend the Karagata name. Tucking his wings behind him the youthful assassin would lead the white-haired man towards his home, a large mansion belonging to one of the half dozen families whom could boast up the true Karagata family name rather than the many subsections. A single knock against the large doors was all it took for them to swing open, an elderly but well-built man stood at the entrance, “Master Shinjiro” he greeted, bowing his head formally. As he straightened, the head butler seemed to note the intensity of Aimi’s presence. “Shall I assemble the others?” he inquired carefully. To this Shinji nodded slightly, locking eyes with the man in a mutual understanding. This was not the first-time challengers had come to the household, occasionally outsiders would wish to train with the Karagata and often the array of maids and butlers would serve to test the strength of those who thought themselves worthy. A bell would be rung to promptly summon the others. Three other butlers ranging in age from early 30’s to mid 40’s as well as two Maids would soon join them.

Shinji arrived and it was only then that Aimi turned his head to look back at him. As the boy-host stepped forward and wordlessly knocked on the gate the Kaguya couldn't help but appreciate the straight-forwardness of the boy's demeanor. Perhaps on their flight over he had sussed out the reason for Aimi's visitation in the first place? Or perhaps he simply meant to be a good host and bring him beyond the large, heavy gates as quickly as possible? The jounin gave these possibilities little thought, preferring instead to make his intentions known when they were appropriate.

As the gate swung open and an elderly man poked his head out to greet Shinjiro, Aimi stepped forward. He caught the gist of what was being said as he stepped up behind the younger ninja. He raised his hands up and placed them on either gate flat which earned him the blank look of the servant who had opened the gate in the first place. As the bell rung Aimi pushed forward, forcing the gates to open up slowly as he stepped forth and forcing the old servant to step backwards. The Kaguya moved past Shinjiro step by step, eyeing the left and right to make sure that no one else was behind the gates, before letting out a low grunt and giving the heavy metal gates a secondary push - a push so forceful that it sent them flinging back on their hinges with a loud and aching screech of metal, leaving only the bare chested shinobi to stand between them!

"You, servant," Aimi called, turning his head to address the older butler. "Bring forth the servants who helped train Shinjiro and his siblings, bring his siblings, and bring his father. Now," he demanded. The servant merely nodded before turning and heading further into the compound. The bell continued to ring ominously through the foggy night air. "Follow," Aimi ordered Shinjiro without turning back to face him as he stepped forward into the Karagata compound, leaving the gates wide open. Fog billowed in from the outside and formed a gate all it's own in their wake.

With a steady, purposeful stride Aimi made his way towards the front steps of the main building. Despite the thick fog he could see it's large and grandiose architecture. From high above he had seen it many times but he couldn't recall a time where he had ever seen it from the ground before. Compared to the Kaguya compound, which was little more than an open courtyard, a set of apartments and an open training ground in the back, the large building seemed monolithic. It seemed to suggest that all who approached were lesser than those that dwelt within. Perhaps it was true, but the jounin doubted it.

"When your family comes out, when the servants assemble, you are to stay back, sit down, stay silent, watch everything that happens, and do absolutely nothing to interfere. Is that understood Shinjiro?" Aimi demanded, keeping his blue eyes facing forward. He waited for the boys' answer as he came to a stop some ten feet short of the first step leading up to the front door.

The old servant kept a stern expression on his face as Aimi demanded that he not only gather the other servants but the entire Karagata household as well. “Very well” he accepted with a slight gleam in his eye. This would be interesting; nobody had ever been bold enough to challenge the entire household at once before. And yet this Kaguya seemed to carry the presence of someone who might even be able to contend against Izune. Turning slightly the old servant, Gorou, would dash away at 35 speed. To most shinobi he would seem to vanish instantly though Aimi was an exceptional individual and likely wouldn’t even bat an eye at such speeds, even if it was nearly unheard of for a simple servant to possess such physical ability.

Shinjiro remained silent and did as he was told. ‘Father, will you really entertain this challenge?’ he wondered. Typically the man cared little of meaningless fighting or trivial matches pertaining to ego. A proper Karagata was meant to never show their true strength, not unless they meant to strike their opponent dead and felt confident they had the means to do so. Two walk up to the main building seemed to take longer than usual, a heavy sense of foreboding filling the atmosphere. Aimi gave his instructions and Shinjiro felt a momentary reluctance, it didn’t feel right that he would challenge his entire household and he had to sit back and watch. His father was leagues beyond his skill but Shinjiro had been able to fight as an equal with Gorou, Chisaki and Riku and knew he could even best them under the right circumstances. The idea of fighting alongside his family, testing the lifetime of training instilled into each of them and becoming united rather than pitted against each other as they often were, it was oddly something he found himself longing for.

Mulling over these reservations for a few moments Shinjiro begrudgingly responded. “Understood” he agreed. He knew his family was too proud to ask for assistance anyway and in fact if Shinjiro had not been among those who were challenged they would reprimand him heavily for intervening. As Aimi stopped at the bottom of the stairs the doors of the mansion opened, Gorou once again standing at the entrance, though soon others would step past him. 2 women in maid outfits, one wielding dual katanas and another sturdier looking woman whom wielded trench knives. So too were there 3 men in butler suits emerged. One wielding a single Katana and two others that appeared to be unarmed, though careful observation would note that one wore unique gloves that held openings for wires to emerge and the other had several subtle creases in his clothing that seemed to indicate an array of hidden weapons. The older butler, Gorou would stand behind the first 5 as they took a few strides down the stairs, with a flick of his hand the man would reveal a collapsible staff that extended to about 7ft in length, made of a sturdy looking metal. At the top of the stairs now emerged a young man and woman adorned with Kirigakure forehead protectors, the male wielding a 8ft long spear and the woman seemed a to possess standard shinobi equipment including a wakizashi at her back and an array of smaller blades. Farther back in the building one could make out the shadowed figure of one more individual, presumably Shinjiro’s father.

None of them spoke a word, seeming to command great authority and intimidation with their presence alone. Powerful killing intent radiating from each one of them though growing increasingly intense the higher up the staircase one observed. Shinjiro on the other hand moved aside and sat down out of the way, cross legged like a schoolboy about to take in an important lecture. He knew it was a mistake for his family to not attack Aimi all together in coordinated waves but such was tradition, one had to fight their way up the stairs and earn the right to challenge the head of household.

Aimi was capable of following the old man as he dashed off but chose not to. He knew where he was going. It was unimportant to follow his every movement. He focused instead on what came next as he stood at the foot of the Karagata stairs with it's youngest prodigy in tow who sat and was silent as he had instructed him to do. As the servants assembled themselves, as his siblings stood by behind them, and as his father remained in the shadow of the house the jounin recognized their stature and aura for what it was; intimidation at it's finest. Certainly this family was an exemplary example for what any Kirigakure shinobi should be in mere presence and yet the shirtless Kaguya did not waver. He understood that the mere fact that Shinjiro was taking orders from him was, in a way, it's own sort of demonstration of strength - one that would be left far behind with what he was about to do.

Aimi raised his left arm and pointed upwards, waving at each of the assembled people before him in a general sweep. "You are all very wasteful, aren't you?" he asked condescendingly. "You think your actions foster strength but in reality you represent a glaring, gaping weakness. Earlier today your youngest son, Shinjiro," he paused, using his right arm to gesture towards the sitting genma host while lowering his left, "demonstrated your... mindset. His training, in a spar that nearly took the life of a village genin had I not intervened when I did. I'm sure you would have been very proud. That loss of life would have been wasteful - blood spilled and spoiled and for what?"

The Kaguya went quiet for a moment, awaiting a response but expecting none. After a moment had passed he would continue. "I have come to teach an important lesson. I will do it in the only way that I believe you and your ilk know how. Your servants," he proclaimed, taking several deliberate steps backwards and fanning both his wings and his arms out wide. He slowly brought his arms behind his back and folded them tightly, grabbing a hold of his right wrist with his left hand and squeezing it tightly. "Let me fight them all at once, or accept cowardice as your lot." Aimi stopped walking backwards once he had put a good five meters between where he had been standing and where he now stood. He gave four deliberate flaps of his wings to kick up a bit of dust around his feet, mostly for show, before folding them back behind him. "Answer my challenge or be labeled unworthy. Come!" he declared, preparing even further for what was to come by channeling chakra all throughout his body and, unbeknownst to any onlookers, creating a thin but durable layer of bone all throughout his body just beneath the skin, a set of armor that, once completed, he would further harden so that only the mightiest blows would even phase him. He was prepared as he felt he needed to be. Now it was the Karagata's turn to answer his challenge.

Jutsu UsedShow
Unworthy
B-Ranked Taijutsu Stance
Some foes are worth going all out again, others are Unworthy. To assume this Stance, the user simple folds their arms behind their back, grabbing a hold of their dominant wrist with their less dominant hand. Using this Stance, the user is able to use any Taijutsu Maneuver that requires the use of the user's arms with their legs instead, within reason of course. Certain grapples and techniques are simply impossible to perform with the legs, as feet do not have the capabilities of grabbing things in such a way that hands do. But, with enough skill, most techniques can be performed with the legs as a substitute as a testament to the user's superior taijutsu prowess.

Death Bone Pulse • Bone Armor
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
By channeling chakra through their own body the user is able to create a thin yet durable layer of bone over their muscles and beneath the skin over their entire body at a Speed of 10 and has a Strength of 10.

Death Bone Pulse • Bone Strength (Expert)
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
By channeling chakra through their own body the user is able to harden and strengthen the bones, boosting one Dead Bone Pulse jutsu strength by 25 so long as this jutsu is still connected to the user's body. While reinforcing the Dead Bone Pulse technique the user cannot use other Ninjutsu or Genjutsu.

-Jutsu Still Active-

Death Bone Pulse • Skeletal Wings
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: 20 Control, 15 Taijutsu C-Ranked Death Bone Pulse • Skeletal Wings
The user will channel to ossify bone in their shoulders, growing a pair of skeletal wings at a Speed of 20. These wings have a Strength of 20. These wings then ossify further as thin, hollow bones are added, mimicking the structure of keratin in the feathers of birds. These wings allow the user to fly, giving them a maximum speed of 20 while in the air and a maximum height of 20 meters.

The assortment of individuals lining the grand staircase looked down at Aimi, unflinching, expressions stoic as he explained the situation. They were all resolute in their practices, committed far beyond convincing with mere words that there was anything wrong with the way they trained. If Aimi had been a lesser person, he would have been killed without remorse for even suggesting that they were weak or at fault in any way. Each of the shinobi present and even the head butler knew who Aimi was however, he had a reputation for great power and the fact that Shinjiro allowed him to come here meant that there was likely dome doubt in the young Jinchurriki’s mind, that he had decided to let force dictate who was right. Such was the way of Kirigakure. “Kaguya Aimi, you have balls, to come to my house, to speak with such disrespect” the head of the household, Karagata Izune, spoke from the shadows, stepping out into the dim light just enough to show his face, greying hair, deep green eyes and a hard face. The man was in his early 60’s, just under 6 feet tall and with a muscular build, the veins in his neck and forearms bulged. He wore a short sleeved black gi jacket with black pants and a daisho of a katana and wakiashi on his left hip. His aura was tenfold more fearsome than any of the rest, clearly an elite Jounin with many years of experience, someone that could contend with Bannin even and could have likely taken on such a title if not for the fact that he prioritized the strength of his family above even the needs of the village. Legacy, reputation, these were all that mattered to this man and Aimi was a trespasser into their home who wished to corrupt his youngest and most gifted son with weak minded thoughts.

Izune’s stern eyes bore down on Aimi, a scowl of disgust curling on his lips. He had half a mind to cut the man down himself but that would mean treating him like an equal. He didn’t deserve that. The Kaguya would have to prove himself if he wanted the honor of dying by his blade. He felt no compassion for his slaves, though he valued them as useful tools, though they had served their purpose in helping to raise and train his children. There were no plans to take on others into the household, two of his children were Jounin and Shinji seemed destined to surpass them all. As long as he had Shinjiro anyone else would only be a disappointment and a waste of time. He could afford to lose a few slaves though if any perished he would be sure to be compensated by the Kaguya clan for their loss and if they refused he would take violent action against them. “Very well” he uttered, his words like venom. Without hesitation the five individuals on the lower tiers of stairs sprung into action. If any of them feared death they did not show it. The head butler, Gorou would stay back for a few moments as the three other men and the pair of women spread out.

The pair of sword wielders would take up flanking positions while a tall slim man and a slightly shorter man with mid-length hair would move in the center with the stockier looking woman standing front and between them, wielding a pair of trench knives. A glimmer of something moving would reveal a set of wires being controlled by shaggy haired man, the wires would move at an impressive 33 Speed and be aimed to wrap and cut into Aimi’s calves while the man standing next to him would flick both hands, launching a pair of metal lined playing cards as projectiles that would aim to strike Aimi in each armpit. The cards would fly through the air at 30 Speed and Strength. Next the sword wielders would approach, a woman drawing a Wakizashi in her left hand and a Katana in her right would approach from Aimi’s right side would make a cross slash aimed at Aimi’s throat, leading with the longer right sword and using the left to slam into the first for greater impact, striking with 34 Strength. The man to Aimi’s left would draw his katana before leaping into the air, moving with 35 Speed and doing a front flip mid air to slash down with 35 Strength, coming down from above Aimi to strike the top of his head and deter him from leaping upward. The last combatant, the woman with the trench knives would take a defensive posture, aiming to guard the two ranged fighters as well as keep a keen eye for any opening that presented themselves, ready to rush forward and barrage him with boxing style strikes if he were to move forward at all. If the Jounin expected even the slaves to be weak he would be gravely mistaken. Weakness was not tolerated in this household and dozens had been killed or discarded to leave only the absolute best physical specimens with the greatest ability to learn and thrive under harsh conditions.

*[Zantou • Winter Solstice]
D-Rank Taijutsu Stance
The basic Stance of Zantou, the practitioner holds one blade forward, parallel to the ground, and holds the other high over the head, pointing toward the opponent. The low blade grants the practitioner the ability to quickly defend against an opponent's attack while the blade raised overhead allows the practitioner to either quickly attack or counterattack with a powerful downward swing or thrust. This pairing of defense and offense serve as one of the cores of Zantou's swordsmanship. Drawing in a deep breath, the practitioner also gathers up their energy and releases a kiai. This Stance allows the practitioner to ignore non-critical distractions and minor environmental factors, such as small amounts of excess heat, small amounts of excess cold, or even small amounts of pain, allowing them to focus entirely on their opponents' movements and the tasks at hand. While in this Stance, the practitioner is conferred with a +2 increase to Strength and +1 increase to Instinct but suffers a -3 penalty to Taijutsu. The practitioner may end this Stance whenever they so wish.

*[Zantou • Polar Bear Claw]
B-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite(s): *[Zantou • Ambidexterity].
One of the few full committal techniques of Zantou, the practitioner momentarily torques the muscles in their arms. Then, in a single, explosive release, the practitioner looses a kiai and two crossing diagonal slashes from opposite sides. Opponents within fifteen meters of the practitioner must have a higher average of their Strength and Stamina, rounded up, than the practitioner's Strength stat to resist the kiai effect. Otherwise, the opponents will suffer from minor disorientation from the disruption of the equilibrium, resulting in a -6 penalty to Taijutsu for the next three posts. At the center of the attack, the second blade crashes into the back of the first, driving the first blade deeper into the opponent's guard, weapon, armor, or body. This technique is effective at breaking an opponent's weapon, armor, or defenses. The disorientation effect from this technique can be stacked with other disorientation effects and refreshes the post limit for any disorientation effect currently imposed on the opponents.

*[Shinden • Leaping Toad]
C-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite(s): *[Shinden • Stream Splitting].
Taking to the sky, the practitioner jumps off of the ground, engaging their weapon in an ferocious spin. The practitioner can choose to complete this technique in one of three ways: a powerful diving swing or thrust, a somersaulting overhead strike, or a midair dodge by swinging the weapon in any single direction and allowing the momentum generated by the weight of the weapon and the swing to carry them in that direction. This technique is not as effective when performed with a normal sword or katana.

There was no denying that Shinji's father had a presence to him. Quite frankly Aimi hadn't expected to man to be so advanced in years! Yet despite his graying hair and a few wrinkles he clearly had a comparable physic to Aimi's own. Under different circumstances the Kaguya might have even gone as far as to admire the man. Yet despite this he did hold some respect for the man, even if he didn't agree with his methods of training. The shirtless jounin was less than thirty years old, not even past the mid point of his twenties really, while Izune was an old, famous ninja of the village. In school they had been taught using Karagata Izune among others as an example of something to live up to. Standing before the man now he could clearly see why. Such raw, visceral ferocity! Such iron-clad will! Conveyed not with words but with a single step forward and a look! Izune could believe that Aimi came here out of disrespect all he liked but on some level, a different one than what he was here for now, the Kaguya absolutely held this man in the highest of regards.

Respect wasn't what brought him there that day though, it was disdain. Admiring the man wouldn't change the fact that the Kaguya fundamentally disagreed with how he had raised his children, the risks he had taken in the name of power. How many siblings did Shinji have that he had never been told about? Siblings who had, for one reason or another, not lived up to Izune's expectations and paid the ultimate price because of it? What would the ninja of Kirigakure be like now if it had them in it? What sort of potential did they have that was snuffed out because of this old, intimidating man? There was no way to know and thus no reason to waste thought or energy on it. This conflict was just as much a test of wills as it was strength and Aimi, despite only being a fraction of the age as Izune, was as willful as they came. So was Izune, and his minions were upon him!

The glint of wires flying through the air was enough for the jounin to see and identify them for what they were even through the mist. With expert ease he moved to counter them simply by lifting his legs, one at a time, much faster than the wires were moving and stomping down upon them in order to pin them to the ground. Their razor's edges were useless as long as they remained under foot, yet the others sought to make this not the case. Next came the cards and, much like the wires, he saw them for what they were and reacted accordingly - though he believed them to be kunai or shuriken rather than cards as he did not properly see them, only their movement. It was a simple matter for Aimi to simply bend his knees and duck down beneath them an instant after pinning the wires in order to avoid them before standing back up straight again, his arms still held firmly behind his back.

Drawn away from ranged attacks his sharp eyes caught sight of the two sword wielders moving to intercept him and, to their knowledge, end his life like so many others had tried before them. They were certainly quick - especially for slaves - but he was simply faster. As the dual wielding woman made her strikes he could simply shift his body backwards slightly, leaning at the hip in order to avoid his throat making contact with her blades. At the same time he would lift his right leg up from off of the wires and drive his foot into her stomach deep, his toes pushing up under her rib cage for purchase. All the while his eyes remained on the man up above who sought to cleave him in twain. With little effort on his part he lifted the maid up off of the ground with his leg, moved his leg wide to the side before spinning around and launching her into the air, using her as a projectile to intercept the man before he could make his strike!

Aimi wasn't finished there though. As he spun his body around to fling the woman up into the air, his leg swinging wide and his cloak fanning out the jounin would leap up into the air backwards with his eyes deadset upon the katana wielding man mid-air, his speed and power in his leap more than enough to place himself between the flung woman and the man before they made contact. As he came to be in the middle of them Aimi would throw his legs up over his head, flipping around in the air and bringing both of his feet slamming into the katana wielding man's chest in place of his fists, using enough strength - 39 - in order to send the man plummeting towards the ground, but not enough to necessarily take him out of the fight just yet.

Still in the air Aimi would finish his flip and rotate around so that he was facing the dual wielding woman's back. As she flew upwards into the air he broke his stance and brought his arms out from behind his back only to wrap them around her upper arms while his legs wrapped around and pinned her legs together. Should his arms and legs find their mark the Kaguya would forcefully turn the both of them upside down before beginning to spin the pair of them as fast as he could. The pair made a blur of bodies as they spiraled downwards - a blur that would make any attack against him risk hitting her as well if not outright missing him entirely! Together they would spiral down towards the ground under the last possible second, where he would detach himself from her and leap off some ten meters away to land on his feet. She, meanwhile, would undoubtedly crash into the ground of the Karagata compound and create a crater of cracked earth spider webbing out from the point of impact 9 meters wide!

Should this come to pass Aimi would stand and face the remaining four servants - and possibly the woman he had just assaulted if she managed to withstand the impact - and cross his arms back behind his back. Nary a sweat drop or sign of effort was displayed on the Kaguya's face. Were it not for his change in position one might even be forgiven in thinking that he hadn't moved as of yet the entire fight. His gaze, for a brief moment, fell upon Izune who still stood mostly obscured in shadow. As the white clad man stared down the man dressed in black the intense look in his eyes would almost verbalize without him saying a word, 'This is only the beginning of what I'm capable of'.

[Strong Fist Style • Primary Lotus]
B-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 20 Strength
The user launches the opponent into the air with an upper kick to the chin or through other means and then leaps up after them, jumping up into the opponents' blind spot behind them. Once behind the opponent, the user restrains them with their arms and legs or through other means and flips themselves and the opponent upside down, diving them head first towards the ground. While diving, the user spins themselves and the opponent around at ferocious speeds. At the last possible instant, the user separates themselves from the opponent, letting them smash into the ground and creating a small 5 meter sized crater plus 1 meter for every 5 Strength the user is above the required Strength to use this technique.

[Strong Fist Style • Broken Toy]
C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 15 strength
A combination strike and throwing technique, the user must first drive their fist into an opponent's stomach. Once connected, if the user's Strength is greater than the opponent's, the user will use their great strength to lift them up off of the ground just enough that the user may turn around while carrying them and throw the opponent away.

[Strong Fist Style • Star Fall]
D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 10 Strength
This technique can only be used while the user and their target are in the air. Ideally used in combination with a technique that sent an opponent up into the air, the user will rise up into the air after their opponent through whatever means and raise both of their fists up into the air above their head before bringing them both forward, hammering their arms into the target and sending it falling towards the ground.

Shinji observed Aimi’s movements as he responded to the combination attack. He had spent years fighting their combined efforts and had memorized many of their attack patterns, so much so that he could anticipate and react simply based on their positions with little chance of error. But to see Aimi react so effortlessly in his first encounter with them, now that was truly remarkable intuition and combat instincts. The young Jinchuuriki smirked slightly, though quickly reverted to a stoic expression, hopefully before his father noticed. Now, this could be interesting. He was curious to see what would happen as the challenges increased and the combatants became more serious.

The group of servants maintained stoic expressions as Aimi deftly trapped the wires and ducked under the cards. They were well accustomed to fighting individuals faster and more capable than themselves. It was their teamwork and persistence that made them valuable to the household even as the family members surpassed them individually. They would never quit, never show any hesitation or restraint against high-level combatants, nor raise an issue with any injury sustained to themselves. Their loyalty and conviction to the Karagata were as iron-clad as any of those born into the family. In a village full of slaves and servants these 6 were a cut above all the rest. Each extremely valuable they were held in the highest regard a slave could hope to achieve.

As Aimi shifted focus to the sword wielders the card user wasted no time in flicking his wrist, releasing another projectile that curved around the woman with trench knives as she advanced. The card would curve downward at the last moment, slicing into the wires just in front of Aimi’s foot and freeing them, to which the wire user swiftly retracted them, lashing out again as Aimi kicked the woman into the air, expertly controlling the wires they would wrap around the woman in such a way as to not cut her, pulling her out of the vulnerable position in the air and back to stand next to the wire user as the woman with the trench knives continued to advance. As she attempted to strike Aimi across the face keeping a tight guard and a powerful strike the man moved backward and jumped into the air to intercept the man with the Katana. Shifting her body and leaping to the side she aimed to move into a better position to surround the man when he landed, deciding that his speed and unpredictability in the air was too great to attempt to pursue him. The Katana wielding man received the kick to the chest, impacting the ground hard and landing on his back hard though keeping a firm grip on his sword in a defensive position, eyes barely flinching as he fought to keep his vision clear and focused in case of a follow-up attack. Deliberately and after only a brief pause the got his feet under him and stood slowly, re-assessing his opponent though determined more than before to draw Aimi’s blood.

With the dual-wielding swordswoman having been pulled back by the wire user as Aimi kicked the single sword user it was likely that Aimi would simply land back where he stood. The woman with the trench knives would be positioned about 7 meters behind him with the other 4 in front of him, spread slightly apart at a distance of about 5-8 meters from him. Gorou, the head butler still stood at the bottom of the staircase, watching as his disciples stood firm against Aimi’s power, having just tested the waters of what he was capable of. Certainly, the man was impressive, but he still had a long way to go if he were to prove himself capable of challenging the three true members of the Karagata family who stood watching with hardened expressions. Without wasting any time the servants regrouped. The woman with dual swords would lead the charge with, attacking with a flurry of sword slashes while four projectiles were thrown using her body as visual cover, two projectiles would curve around her aiming to flank Aimi and strike him in the sides, on each side one projectile was clearly visible while another was hidden slightly behind and below the first. That wasn’t all however as another four projectiles would be aimed at a higher arc, curving down from above aimed to strike in a similar fashion downward to his shoulders.

The wire user quickly repositioned, aiming to flank Aimi from his right side, flicking out a second wire as one created a large loop above him that seemed intent on either lying in wait in case he jumped or slipping down to ensnare and cut into his limbs. Another wire lashed out directly at his side like a whip, aiming to slash him open. Meanwhile the woman with the trench knives aimed to strike him from behind with colossal power, aiming to strike his spine with her left bladed fist and then follow up with a strike to the back of his head, all the while keeping light on her toes in a boxer's stance, able to quickly withdraw or counter-attack and ever wary to keep out of the way of the well-practiced attack combinations. The man with the sword would approach from Aimi’s left side and wherever Aimi moved to avoid the attack combination he would follow, quickly closing to deftly rotate his weapon around in a vicious assault of strikes that was so fast and powerful it created a sucking vortex effect. When it came to Taijutsu each one of these servants was as skilled as an elite Jounin and if Aimi thought he could hold back too much it would surely cost him.

Prerequisite(s): 35 Strength, 35 Speed, *[Shinden • Alligator Jaw Vice].
An improvement on its parent technique, the practitioner will engage their weapon in a continuous spin, the weapon spinning in multiple directions so as to cover the practitioner on all sides. This seemingly chaotic series of spins actually serves as a simultaneous defense and offense for the practitioner, allowing them to both defend against an opponent's attacks and projectiles as well as rush them opponent with a flurry of alternating strikes and thrusts from a variety of angles, defending, attacking, and counterattacking in one series of movements. The amount of air turbulence caused by this technique, causes a suction force to form around the practitioner, pulling in all opponents within a fifteen meter radius towards the practitioner with a strength equal to 2/3 the Practitioner's Strength stat, rounded down. The practitioner can maintain this technique for a number of posts equal to their Strength stat.

Torquing the muscles in their arms, the practitioner unleashed a relentless flurry of twisting slashes and thrusts. With controlled twisting of the wrists and arms, the practitioner can immediately change the direction of any of these attacks, even to the point of converting a slash into a thrust and vice-versa. phpBB [video] Certainly as a team, as a unit, a well practiced and oiled machine, these servants were tremendously talented. The denial of his attack by the wire user was met, predictably, with Aimi simply landing on the ground and re-assuming his stance. He was aware of the trench knife wielder behind him, he was aware of the four who were now in front of him. He could not deny, after seeing their teamwork, that as a team they were some of the most excellent that this village had to offer. Their looks - those held on their faces - were determined. Steadfast. Stoic. Were the circumstances different, he might have ever admired them.

However. All of them put together were still little compared to the jounin.

As the assault commenced again after the brief microrest, Aimi would dash backwards towards the dual knife user with his back facing her, displacing himself from where he was and thus rendering most of their attacks, at least momentarily, null. As he came within a meter of the woman behind him he fanned his wings directly outward to bring them colliding with her arms with strength enough to force her arms to cross rather than connect with his spine and head respectively. Immediately afterwards he would lean forward slightly and lift his left leg up, driving his foot heel first into her gut and forcing it upwards under her ribs before spreading his wings out to his sides, spinning on the balls of his right leg and bringing said leg up into the air to slam his shin into her cheek in an attempt to send her reeling! He was using just short of lethal force now out of a mild respect for her and her fellow servants' skills. All the same his arms stayed crossed behind his back revealing his true view without the use of words. They were still Unworthy.

More to worry about came from the wielder of the large katana as the force of his spinning began to pull the jounin out of the air towards him. The Kaguya's blue eyes turned back towards his foes in front of him as he let himself get pulled in back towards his foes. As he approached he beat his wings furiously to combat the force of the vortex and, as he got close, spun his body around and brought his right knee upwards to meet the large katana wielder's nose with the intent of breaking it. From there Aimi would pull his right leg back and swing his leg leg around to bring it smashing into the back of the mans' head.

Letting himself fall back down to the ground after this Aimi would land with his right footed toes and the balls of his feet on the ground before lunging backwards and flipping over in order to bring both of his legs crashing into the dual wielding swordswoman's shoulders. Should they connect he would immediately close his ankles around her throat and throw his upper body weight around to the right, attempting to lift her up off of her feet and fling her with his legs back over towards the man with the larger katana. This throw would send Aimi on a shallow collision course with the ground where he would roll back onto his feet before once more dashing off in a flash - this time towards the projectile throwing servant.

The Kaguya would get directly into the face of his man before ducking down, his left knee bent and his right leg lifted slightly off of the ground, and spinning on the balls of his foot and kicking out his legs from under him with such force that, should it connect, it would send him spinning so that he was literally head over heels. Not done there though, Aimi would continue his spin and rise up simultaneously, bringing his right leg back around on a collision course with the side of the mans' head to spin him back around right side up; albeit this time a bit in the air. He would then follow this up by lightly hopping off of his left foot, continuing to spin as he did, and thrusting his left leg out to spear the man in his stomach with enough force to launch him towards the side of the Karagata household and break a wall as he came crashing into it.

That left only the wire user. With a powerful flap of his wings at just the right point in his rotation Aimi flew the very few short meters over towards the man and, once he was close enough, swung his left leg around and kicked the man in the chin with enough force that, should it connect, would send him flying upwards into the air. The jounin would of course follow, flying upwards and flipping around so that his feet were aimed at the man while he continued to use his momentum to lift upwards. As the wire user would rise into the air Aimi would meet him with a series of furious kicks to his torso. He had no particular aim, admittedly, just wildly kicking at his stomach, chest, solar plexus, collar bones - anywhere that would lift him up higher and higher. Eventually they both would reach and apex though and, should all have gone as Aimi wanted it thus far, Aimi would pull his legs back away from the man and fly up past him only to drive one final kick into the servants' torso that sent the pair of them falling like stars down to the ground below! As impact was made a large crater 24 meters in size would form - a crater that, given the servants' position towards the back of the group, would not only reach the steps of the Karagata household but would disrupt them as the ground underneath cracked and chipped, pieces of stone breaking off and wedging themselves into the comparatively soft wood. The other servants, too, save for the one who had been flung into the house itself perhaps, would be affected by this crater.

All of this would leave Aimi standing on one leg atop the wire user, his right leg held up in the air slightly behind him, his wings held out wide to his sides and his eyes fixed forward. He'd look at the head butler who, thus far, had remained out of the fight, then up to Shinji's siblings, then up to their father. There was contempt in his gaze and his actions as he performed an even more brutal version of what he had previously been denied by the man on top of which he stood now. Once he had looked at them all he would slowly turn his head and look back at the other four servants to see where they were at and how they were fairing before finally letting his gaze fall upon Shinji who may or may not have had to move to avoid the impact of his crater. His eyes lingered on the young man who this was all for a moment before he turned his head back towards Shinji's father. Then he would let his right leg down onto the ground beside the man on which he was perched slowly, taking a step to get off of the wire user and standing beside him. The Kaguya's arms were still held firmly behind his back which he turned on the head of the Karagata household to see who was still standing in his wake.
